I purchased bag from wardow, it arrived on time but decided I did not like it. Returned it but bag arrived back as refused by customs as there was no customs form completed despite post office stating you do not need customs form if posting from Northern Ireland. I contacted the company who were helpful advised they would extend return date therefore paid postage £16.60 a second time and just to be sure completed customs form. Low and behold the parcel made it to the company within the return date and was refused by them. To say I was upset is an understatement. I have sent several emails and no reply.
Buyers beware, I will not use this company again
Wish i had read the reviews on here first, cost an extra £52 customs charge , it would have been cheaper on the high st , after sales is non existant , doesnt look like i will get a refund , at least dick turpin wore a mask when he robbed you stay away from this site
Placed an order and after 2 days I was informed me that the product was out of stock after all. In the meantime, I had already made the payment for my order. After almost 3 months and numerous emails, they still have not refunded me. Every time I email them asking for my money back, they send the same (fake) email..'the refund was made beginning of January' well guess what..still no refund....STAY AWAY...there are case of bad customer service but in this case it is called SCAM COMPANY...
I wish I had read these reviews ahead of ordering of this so called business! Awaiting delivery of a bag ordered a month ago with no sign of it materializing. Emails from customer service are vague to say the least and give no real options for resolution. I haven't even got to the point of being charged duty yet. All smells like a fraudulent company - NEVER AGAIN!

The bag is damaged already after 3 months. The leather goes out of the bag.

Scam company that won't stop emailing me, no unsubscribe link in their newsletters and I emailed to request they take me of their list they refused and told me to use the non-existent unsubscribe button

A fake company, I purchased a valentino bad which arrived ontime, didn’t come in original package and the moment I opened wardow box to see my parcel the bag was fake, cheap quality
Once your order arrives you will immediately be hit with import processing and duty fees. I guess I swallowed that thinking it was my fault for not checking where the product is coming from, but it would be great to have this clearly highlighted on their UK site just in case. I never received an order confirmation either, this way I missed that I ordered the wrong size suitcase so could not correct it. NOW TO THE GOOD PART -- RETURNS ARE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR AN AVERAGE PERSON! You pretty much have to be an expert in exporting goods, search for various documents, make sure the export codes are correct, and on top of that cover the courier cost or any additional cost that may occur during the "re-exporting" of the goods. I literally spent another 40% on top of the purchase price just to have a look at a suitcase I never wanted in the first place. Also, you have to then contact UK customs to claim your import duty back once the return is processed which cannot be done online so you are actually required to send a printed form back to them in the post like it is 1993. The requirements for a simple thing like this are soo bloody complicated that I simply could not risk making any mistakes in the return papers so I am now stuck with a suitcase and £300 poorer. Very upset
