Never received my order. Says it was delivered, called about it. Everyone said it was delivered. I was told I was outta luck and it wasn’t warm your floors problem. It’s the only piece of mail I haven’t received. Since moving into my new house.

The shipping and handling were perfect.

I thought I was getting a custom mat but just got the 24” roll. I can make it work but wanted to confirm I wasn’t charged for custom mat?

I was disappointed that the original thermostat only lasted 5 years (end of life error message), but the Warnyourfloor service was top shelf - thank you.
