Waterdrop UK

Hi have had this since early July 2022 not yet a month and a chunk of glass has broken off. My husband and I were cooking in the kitchen and heard pop and tinkle, we looked around and noticed a piece of glass next to the Lucy jug. It sits in the corner where our coffee maker sits and has not been used since the day before. I have included a few pictures of it. Please can you tell how to progress from here.

Really pleased with my purchase. Lovely flavours, dissolve well. Steel bottle keeps water nice and cold. Liked the starter set pack of different flavours. I’ve ordered a couple of the flavours. I did order another taster pack to try some new flavours but was the same ones so would be nice to have the option to purchase different flavoured taster packs.
Over all very happy and would definitely recommend. Good value for money and love that there’s very minimal plastic waste.

I am so happy to have waterdrop, I found it by chance on Facebook and now I can drink water without being sick. I also love the variety of flavours available and have fell in love with the design of my bottle to which there are several to choose from. I had trouble at first as it was saying my parcel had been delivered when it hadn't but the help I received from waterdrop was great and a replacement was very quickly sent to me .

I never usually show brand loyalty but I've put in at least one order a month with Waterdrop since my sister-in-law introduced us to them in January. As someone who has sensory issues and struggles to drink enough water, it was incredible to find myself hitting my 2.3 litre goal in the first days of using my glass bottle and microdrinks. I got my LUCY smart cap this week which I've been loving using, I'm excited to see how many more plastic bottles I can help save from being dropped in the ocean! If you haven't tried Waterdrop yet, it's a must. What are you waiting for?

Realising I had a real problem with carbonated drinks and far to much caffeine I decided to try waterdrops. I appreciate they are not the cheapest alternative but my goodness they are the best. I have stopped drinking fizzy drinks and only had one coffee which was more curiosity as to if I actually miss it. I have consumed far more water than before and my skin is already benefitting. All the flavours in the sample pack are nice, I think my favourite is Zen. Will definitely recommend waterdrops

I am new to Waterdrop but feel although expensive it is worth every penny. I tried all the samples sent and my 2 favourites are shiro and boost. I have underlying medical issues that make me very tired but the shiro is amazing with no side affects (bladder) that other caffeine has. I have also changed from Barroca to Boost in the mornings which is great and a lovely flavour. I am drinking far more feeling more energised and overall loving the experience. Can you put more drops in a box please 😊

A great idea that helps me drink more water with tasty drops and beautiful products, so I also look great while drinking (LOL). Delivery has always been super quick and the items are packed with care. I love a good unboxing and get excited when my order arrives. It's even better knowing there's a free item with most orders or future orders with the points I raise.
I'm looking forward to making Waterdrop a regular part of my wellbeing practice from now on.

I purchased a few different things within two orders, I wanted to try the new Oro and Snow was finally back in stock so I had to try two of them. Both of these flavours are amazing and I could not be happier with my Sky bottle, the Rainbow bottle came out so I just had to complete another order but chose to order the starter pack to get additional Drops and add a few favorites of boost, defence, Love, Sky I loved my whole order. The free gifts of two orders were amazing too I got the relax 600ml bottle and because I had done two orders each came with a waterdrop key ring I'm so excited!

Generally good customer service - I have made several orders from waterdrop so far and have had no complaints with what I have received. Recipticals have all been sturdy and practical.
From a product development perspective, despite being lower plastic, please consider selling your drinks cubes in a no-plastic option for home consumption(the cardboard sleeves should suffice for delivery), or investigating the new range of bioplastics that are increasingly available.
Please also widen the options for returning the (albeit small) pieces of plastic packaging for recycling.

I have had a couple of interactions with the team at Waterdrop and I cannot fault them. They kept me up to date with shipping as there was a slight delay, and they also answered a few queries within a day maximum. The customer service is second to none, I can't fault the company at all.
I would heartily back a campaign to promote Waterdrop as the gold standard in customer service. Bravo team!!!!

I bought 2 starter sets, Steel Orange Matt and Steel Pastel Yellow Matt. One for my wife and the other for myself. I drink a lot of water already but having found Waterdrop, as made drinking water even more exciting. I’ve already used all the starter kit flavours and I’ve actually purchased 9 more boxes which I’m using already.
I will definitely be buying more as my stock drops.
Keep up the great work Waterdrop and hopefully more flavour combinations are on the horizon.

To Buyer, The water drop caplets are great. You should be taking one gallon of water a day for the average person. Two pints in the morning, dinner time, tea time, and before 6 pm, a total of eight pints a day. Not before bedtime due to the need to rise through the night for the Loo. larger persons may need 2-3 gallons of water a day depending on their stature. I myself have difficulty drinking eight pints a day and sometimes drink four pints a day.

For the longest time I was cynical about Waterdrop and their microdrinks, because it's paying a lot for flavoured water.
But a pressing need to find a way to make myself drink more water for health reasons coincided with a good deal on starter sets, and I found myself with a bottle and a handful of flavours.
In the recent sale event I found myself intrigued by the limited edition flavours and once again, coupled with the good deals I've stocked up again. The flavours are great, I'm drinking more water more regularly than I ever was, and I don't regret it for a second.

I have always struggled to drink enough water and then Waterdrop popped up in my Instagram news feed so as the Waterdrop days was on I decided to give it a go. The company did not disappoint. Delivery was very quick in a nice secure cardboard box and I am delighted with the quality of the products and they taste fantastic. The app is also very useful. I have definitely drank more water this week. I look forward to trying more Waterdrops. Thank you

I LOVE THAT THE WATERDROP BRAND HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING ME TO DRINK MORE WATER, THROUGH A VARIETY OF POD FLAVOURED INGREDIENTS. I am so please with my Waterdrop bottle and the sample flavours that came through with the order. The bottle is beautiful, and protected by the outside cover which comes with your purchase too. I got six sample flavours sent through, which was a good way to start with Waterdrop, it helped find the ones that I like best and then making re-ordering easier. I can't tell you enough how pleased I am. I've recommended to friends too.

I hate the taste of water. Don't try to tell me water doesn't taste of anything like my Dad said. However, I made Dad bring some water from his own tap and taste it against water from mine, guess what? He admitted I was right.
Waterdrop is terrific, I bought my first supply a couple of weeks ago and I am now drinking a pint of water every day, that's 100% more than I did before.
I am so impressed, I have just ordered another three packs in different flavours.

I love the look and the quality of this bottle. Packaging of drops is beautiful. I was really bad for just drinking cola all day. Since buying this I have drunk 2 litres of water daily and only had 2 cans of cola which is unheard of for me. Felling more energetic and healthier. Have now ordered a smaller bottle for my handbag and more flavours. Gives your water a hint of flavour and they are all delicious.

I love water drop, I used to struggle to drink the recommended 2litres of water a day, but with these tiny cubes of flavour it makes the necessary and pleasure. Following a intermittent fasting style of life it’s important what I use in my fasting periods and at 4 calories a “shot” I know I’m not jeapordising my effort on a sugar loaded flavour
Ordering on line is easy and they arrive in good time, packaged beautifully. Being environmentally conscious the packaging is great and awesome for taking with you wherever you maybe travelling ( mine has accompanied me across continents.)

now sending orders out via the UK, so instead of waiting weeks order was delivered in days, it is a pity that they have changed couriers from parcel force, worst service ever, to yodel, 2nd worse service.
Products, as have come to expect, are great.
as a review of waterdrop on the odd time where there is a problem with anything they not only offer to make things right by replacing any faulty items but they go above and beyond with added compensation, so for any possible new customers i can say go for it, you are in very safe hands, hopefully they won't get too big and forget their loyal customer in the future.
