I love Waterdrop & have many bottles, the woodens storage boxes, & just about every flavor but do buy more of my favorites. I drink it multiple times daily. This being said, I purchased the Lucy cap figuring it would make my water tracking even easier. Wrong. It doesn't fit my favorite bamboo metal bottle, first of all, but it says it fits all bottles. For me, Only the glass ones. Second & most importantly, it is simply not consistent. Sometimes it works, mostly it does not. It constantly disconnects. When it reconnects, the consumption is not stored & updated to the app like I'm understanding it should. So I still have to do everything manually. Unless a representative can help me, don't waste your money because it is quite expensive for something you can't trust.

I was skeptical when I first ordered waterdrop. I had already cut out all sugary drinks, but I wanted to stop my use of plastic water bottles. I grew up in South Florida of the Atlantic side, and I hated the plastic that would float by me while I was swimming. Coming from Florida, I have many stainless steel water bottles from a Florida Company, but like many, I am not a big fan of plain water, especially here in Texas. Long story short, I took the chance on waterdrop, and I am so happy I did. I love the flavors, and I can use all my stainless steel water bottles and not use any plastic bottles!

The set came wide open, it looked like the seal had been cut - kind of disappointing. But the bottle and set were in tact and began to enjoy the waterdrops. However, BOOST made me nauseous.
Which the cause of my 3 star review. When I emailed to see if I could make an equal substitution for BOOST in the set I was told it could not be done. While I understand it would take time to swap out one item the fact that this item made a customer nauseous seems that this request would be reasonable.
Unfortunately I'm not wealthy so therefore I'm not willing to pay for waterdrops individually which what I would be forced to do. So goodbye Waterdrop.

I am very excited to have found waterdrop. I am impressed with the great reusable boxes and the nice glass straws in a seperate reusable box. The kit took awhile 8 days to get shipped to me in RI but I’m far away from Illinois. That didn’t change my love for waterdrop. The flavor drops are nestled in cute flip top boxes with lovely designs. The bottle was very well made heavy glass and beautiful painting flowers and fruits so cool. I love the way the drop is fizzy in the water. Im crazy for my bottle carrier so I take it with me everywhere. It’s the greatest marketing creation for getting people to drink more water. I wish everyone did this because I have less recycling in my box. I reuse all of it and wash my bottle thoroughly. Great job making waterdrop. I love all of it! Thank you, Leslie 💕

Absolutely love the product however the customer service could use improvement. For some reason I placed my order and when I used Google pay, it put in an 11 year old address (totally my fault i should have checked before submitting). I immediately contacted customer service only to be told that I would have to refuse the package once delivered and they couldn't cancel or change the order. Well the owners of the address did not refuse the package, won't answer the door so I am out $70 of product. Very disappointing for such a great product to have such lackluster customer service. So needless to say I won't be ordering again.

I fell in love with Waterdrop ever since I made my first order. And this time again, the items that I got made me fall all over again. I especially like the Microenergy ORO, it tastes amazing with the extra caffeine I need to get me going for the day. The straws are convenient for my every day need, the glasses and my frost glass bottle are so pretty and serve their purpose well. The only con for the bottle is that the cleaning brush that I got from Waterdrop couldn’t be used for this bottle because it was too big to get inserted in the bottle, hence I needed to get some other brush to get the bottle cleaned.

I haven't used the straws yet, but they look amazing. I ordered the frosted black one for my boyfriend in Canada since he can't get it delivered there. I ordered the RELAX bottle for myself but ended up not liking the design in person. Instead of returning the RELAX I'm going to give it away to a co-worker instead and decided to order something else.
So far I've only tried two of the flavors (FOCUS & BOOST). Enjoying them so far, although Boost's flavor is a bit stronger. I didn't drink all the flavored water and it went warm, so I believe it is definitely better to drink it cold. I also think because I don't have the 20oz bottle, I may have used more water, which made the flavors not too overpowering. I can't wait to try and mix/match some of the flavors as well.
I was really excited to order the items but didn't realize it would take about a week or so to get to me. It looks like it originated from IL and took over a week to get to CA. I will need to plan my orders accordingly. I am also looking forward to ordering more bottles.

I recently turned 40 and need to drink more water. I hate those packet things. They taste fake and too sweet. I love cucumber muddled water, but I can never drink the batch quick enough before it gets gross. I came across this in a Facebook reel and thought why not.
I don't LOVE all the flavors, but I like all but 1. And that one is good mixed with other flavors.
Even if I didn't like ANY of the flavors, the bottle in itself is totally worth it. It legit keeps my water cool after 24 hrs. I've already talked to 2 friends and they will be making a purchase.
And to top it off, the polish i was wearing when I got my shipment matched my bottle!!

I found Waterdrop from an influencer I follow. I had seen these advertised by other influencers but was wary of trying something because of there being so many scammy suggestions from influencers. The influencer that made me try it is flawlessly honest and prides herself on not reviewing or promoting products she doesn't actually use and love, so I gave it a shot to test it out and see if I would enjoy them and also as a replacement for the pricey, plastic-filled flavored waters from our big box store. They were a BIG win in our house and as a strong water-drinker I was surprised how much more water it even made me naturally drink more of.
I love that the flavors are subtle but there, and it is refreshing and fulfilling. LOVE Waterdrop and now a lifelong customer!

I love the bottles! I have 2 14oz, 1 20oz (my Frida bottle) and 1 34oz. I have to boil water where I live because the taste is awful, so it is great to be able to pour boiling water directly into the bottles wait a few minutes and put them in the fridge to get cold. I like having several bottles in different sizes for varying occasions - taking a large one to my office on a work day, having a smaller one by the bed at night and whatever size I need when running around the car.
I am not a fan of the flavors, but I know lots of folks are - but I can honestly say that just HAVING the bottles is spurred me on to drink more water and fewer carbonated beverages.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start my first order never arrived, after reaching out to the team it took a few weeks to get a response. They sent me a new order which did arrive, however after about 2-3 days my bottle cracked. It was sitting in the casing on my desk, I heard a pop and saw water spilling out of the bottom. From there they sent me another bottle (no answers as to why it may have broken in that nature). The THIRD bottle arrived in an open box, when I emailed about it they told me I would have to pay to have it shipped back to them and they could not take back the micro packs but I didn’t receive micro packs so no clue what that was about. Overall worst experience I have ever had, which really blows becuase I was super excited about the water bottle.

I received my order and I am very disappointed to see it. The box is not sealed and there is no indication that it was even sealed with tape, only the bottom. The box top lid were just overlap that anybody can just easily open it up and the box is partially smashed. It does not look like the box showing in your review the your customers received. The item inside looks okay since they were individually boxed but I am worried with the microdrinks that it is easy to open and there is no seal that anybody can contaminate it. Is there a reason why? This is not really acceptable. I was very excited when I got the notification that it was delivered but right now I am lost for words.

Great company. I'm hooked with the products ever since I discovered it in the US last year and I just keep coming back. The microdrinks have made me noticeably drink a lot more water as I hate drinking plain water, plus getting the added benefits of the vitamins on top of the great selection of flavors. I love everything that was put into consideration in making the products to be travel-friendly and environment-friendly; it's all just really well thought-out. Not to mention, the accessories are modern looking and quality too. The coupons are always a steal, making it more budget-friendly too. Can't wait for the other flavors (that are already available in the EU) to come to the US soon!

What is marketing doing? Removing two flavors (Vibe and Flair) that the majority of customers love, and bringing in a new flavor no one asked for (Oro)? If they needed to bring in new flavors, why not the ones from the EU unavailable in the US? If it were a USDA/etc it'd be understandable, but I doubt that's it. (USDA won't get into "supplements".)
If it were to limit Vibe and Flair as "seasonal" in order to keep demand high, that's also understandable. But, if that's the plan, they haven't disclosed it. It feels like either deliberate obfuscation, or they just don't know what they're doing.

Purchased the 20oz Focus Clear with a 5+1 Value set of Microdrinks. Later the Velvet Apple 34oz and Love Clear 14oz bottles, they're so beautiful.
PROS: Definitely drinking more water! Very pretty designs make you grab the bottles more often, just fabulous!
After a few weeks of testing Microdrinks, I find all the flavors very enjoyable, not too sweet for the 20oz bottle, just perfect, but they’re quite similar in taste. Thought too expensive at first, but after comparing it with other products the pricing seems acceptable. Wish the 5+1 would come without caffein-heavy Shiro. Please offer more value sets or choose your own.
Using the 14oz bottle by my bed, the 34oz (quite heavy with water) for have more water at hand, both without micro drinks. Not using any outdoors, even with the very cool sleeves, I worry glass could break.
CONS: Cleaning the bottle with warm/hot water isn’t enough, residues developed, which won’t come off by just rinsing. Wish it was dishwasher safe, will have to order the brush.
Microdrinks come in hard to open plastic cases. And I’m not sure about “saving plastic” ….
All in all a good product.

As someone who's long been looking for a way to endure drinking more water, I was very excited to find a company specifically created to solve this problem.
After an initial snag (USPS having damaged my package), I received my Starter Kit and an extra box of ORO cubes for the trouble. 10/10 for customer service for sure, very well done.
After washing my bottle, I lined up all the flavors on the counter to give each a try. The results were disastrous. ORO, ZEN, BOOST, YOUTH all tasted like I just dredged the Everglades, and were completely undrinkable. Only GLOW, LOVE, and FOCUS were remotely drinkable and even then, only with some additional flavor supplementation.
I had high hopes for this product as I REALLY need to drink more water and simply can't abide flavorless water. But despite everything else that's excellent about the product/company from the beautiful packaging to the excellent customer service, ultimately the product fails because its mission fails.
I didn't drink more water, I threw the Waterdrop water out and made some iced tea.
Sadly only one star from me.

I was so excited for my bottle and flavor cubes - I couldn't wait to receive it. I was disappointed because I got the wrong bottle. I ordered a green one and got a yellow one. But the bottle itself is really well made - the glass is strong and thick and it's very pretty (aside fro being yellow which I did not want). The flavors are amazing!!!! I am drinking 2-3 bottles a day which I NEVER was doing before. It's a GAME CHANGER!!! I loved all the flavors except I wasn't as fond of "Love" -- but the others - particularly Zen, Focus, and Youth - are delicious. Not sweet, just a nice flavor to make drinking the water more enjoyable. I immediately ordered more flavor cubes when I ran out --- I am so glad I bought myself this Mother's Day gift!

I love this company! I have been consistently drinking more water since finding watetdrop and I love most of the flavors! I love that there is also variety to choose from since I get bored quick when drinking from day to day!
The Oro glasses are absolutely stunning even my husband tries to sneak and use them. I have never used straws as much as I do but I will say I like the fact that I can with these without using plastic. I like the glass better than the steel ones.
Mellow mint is pleasantly surprising! I usually don't like mint flavor but the apple balances well with the mint! And mint is good for blood pressure!!!
I got the Oro starter kit mainly for the bottle which is my first steel bottle. I am soooo happy I got it! First its gorgeous and I get lots of compliments but it also does what it promises... keeps my drinks cold ALL DAY!!! I don't have a bad after taste or anything.

I ordered on my mobile device & didn't realize that part of my order was these stupid little 3 packs, the picture looks like they're regular boxes. One response I got highlighted where, in tiny print, it says 18 microdrinks. I feel it should clearly state "sample packs" in the image or description. I didn't even want the water bottle (haven't opened the package), but I thought that the set was a super deal for VIPs during a new product launch & I could gift the bottle to someone, add it to a raffle basket for charity, something. The email with my VIP coupon code ended up in a promotion folder, so it didn't get used. I found it within an hour of ordering & messaged the company to see if it could be added, but was told, basically "too late, not our problem, too bad". The order didn't ship for 3 more days, so I don't understand why a price adjustment couldn't be made. Adding insult to injury, I spent $150 thinking I was getting enough product get me through for a couple of months. Instead, I got 1/3 of what I expected. I reached out a few different ways about my disappointment - I wanted to try & return the bottle that I never wanted and get drops instead. The rep, James, ended up saying it would be escalated to his supervisor (Aracely) via Facebook messenger, but she never responded. I tasted the Oro, liked it, but am so disgusted with your company & feel like I was tricked, that the entire order is sitting on my front porch. I haven't opened any of the boxes with straws, glasses or water bottle, so I can't review them. I don't know if I'll ever order from Waterdrops again. I'm really angry & upset with your company and definitely would NOT recommend anyone buy from you at this point. Another company with electrolyte tablets that I bought before I found waterdrops ended up sending me a "we miss you" coupon, so I may just go back to them. Too bad, because I liked your product, the sight of them makes me sick right now. If you were looking for a way to lose customers, congratulations, you've found it

I discovered Waterdrop several months ago in social media.
I don’t like plain water and I wasn’t drinking enough fluids during the day, so I decided to try waterdrops to increase my daily fluid intake. I’m so glad I did- I am definitely drinking more fluids during the day now that it’s not boring water.
I’m solidly team Youth, Glow, and Vibe and keep I restocking my supplies. The loyalty membership rewards and free gifts are also crazy generous and amazing- I’ve cashed in some reward points for a drink bottle and have received tote bags, free micro drinks and tumblers as well.
I love the stainless steel drink bottle- love the look of it and it keeps my drink cold for hours. I especially love that I was able to redeem loyalty points to get it! My only complaint is that the opening is narrow and I can only feed one small ice cube through at a time.
The Waterdrop flavor selection is great. I find them refreshing and not overpowering. My favorites being Youth, Glow, and Vibe, but Flair, Boost, Zen, and now Oro are in the rotation. Some flavors I love some more than others, and some just are not to my own personal preference. I appreciate the variety and that other people may prefer what I do not. The ones I tried and I did not like (only 3 I don’t care for), I use those in my workout water- I’m not going to waste any of them!
I adore this company and its products!
