When it works it’s great. I validate the measurements using other methods and the two sets of data match. Unfortunately, I’m now on my third unit. The first stopped communicating. The second unit was exposed to large amounts of rock dust ( sawing pavers around the pool) and eventually the motor bound up and ate batteries. This one was my fault. The first failure was a failure in the unit.

Love this product. It's helping keep my pool pristine and updates me every morning with alerts as to my pool's condition. Makes pool maintenance so much easier.

I fired my expensive pool service! The secret to clear clean pool water is the chemistry. I simply use my smart phone to read the pH and the advice from the the WaterGuru app and resolve any issue. It’s super easy! Seriously, it tells me how much chlorine or acid or sodium carbonate to use and how to dispense it, and my pool water is beautiful!

This product is easy to setup. Just put batteries in, setup Wi-Fi, and go. I look at my phone and see how the chemical results of my pool instantly. It also measures the pump strength which gives me an idea of whether I need to empty my skimmer basket or not. This is an amazing product that I look forward to using all summer long.
I contacted customer support because I could not connect my guru because it had been owned by someone else. I purchased it from an auction. I had no way of contacting the previous owner. Initially, customer service did not resolve the issue, and kind of left me hanging a bit. but with further pestering and sending it to a higher level customer service area, the issue was resolved. Thank you so much for doing that. I absolutely LOVE it!!

Love this product. I have used both pHin and Sutro and this is better. Accurate readings when you want them. After requesting reading it takes a few minutes then waterguru sends notification. Buy extra cartridges in advance they last about 8 weeks and no subscription.

Everything fine except shipping cost. Please doe something about shipping costs. A test kit shouldn't cost $15 to ship!

I installed Haywards Sense and dispense in my pool. It did not work well enough for me to leave my pool for several weeks. I put the WaterGuru in my skimmer in a few minutes. It lets me know daily how my pool is doing. I maintain my pool myself and with the WaterGuru it’s very easy.

I need to understand how I can make the cassettes last longer

Excellent customer service, however, notification never received that the gauze bag is no longer necessary to be used over the cartridge.

I ordered the WaterGuru because my niece recommended it. As flyer I went online to order it all of the St. Patrick’s ad showed up on my email giving me discounts that included 3 packs of additional sense plus free shipping plus other benefits. I paid the full price plus shipping. Once I saw all of the promotions I contacted WG to see if I could get them. I did get the 3 pk shipped free however feel that I missed out on the additional promotions as a first time customer.

This thing has always been spot on. I do wish it hit a few more measurements but it gives me enough to stay on top of the daily things going on with my pool!

I love my WaterGuru. My pool Water stays crystal clear and is very easy to maintain. The Guru sends me my test every afternoon and I just follow the advice it gives me couldn't be easier. Best investment ever.

WaterGuru is an excellent addition to any pool. Both the sensor unit and the associated phone app work extremely well and keep you informed on Chlorine, Temperature, and Ph levels on a daily basis, as well as alerting you to problems, suggesting solutions, and maintaining a record of your pool chemistry history. The accuracy is excellent--readings by WaterGuru and by a professional pool store have been almost identical. Not only does WaterGuru save time, but it also allows you to maintain proper pool chemistry levels on a more consistent basis. The upfront cost of Water Guru is very reasonable and replacement cartridges provide 8 weeks of readings for only a few dollars a week. All you need to do is check the app for current information, saving time and effort.

Works great

I like being able to tell at a glance each morning what my pH and chlorine levels are. That way I can stay on top of them rather than having to catch up to the proper chemical levels.

Have had product over a year. Works great. Pool has member been cleaner

What they don’t tell you is If you don’t replace the cartridge exactly within two months your device will simply stop sending you the (FC) Free Chlorine reading which is the most important reading to know.
