Very satisfied!
I have bought window deflectors, floor mats, and alloy bed cover for my 2018 Ford F-150. All products are top quality and fits perfectly and easy to install. I broke a window deflector while installing and offered to buy a new one because of my mistake. Contacted weathertech and WeatherTech sent me new deflectors no charge. That's how you do business. I will do business with this company for anything that they provide that I need. I have passed this to friends and they are considering purchasing from weathertech. Way to go weathertech. You cannot please everyone but you have my support.

My car doesn't have two right sides
I ordered front liners for my car and received two Right hand side liners. What car has two right sides? When I contacted company WeatherTech told me to repackage liners and bring them to Fedex for shipment back to them. After they receive the incorrect liners they would then send out the correct liners. I waited two weeks for the wrong liners and now I suppose I would have to wait for them to be shipped back before they would ship me the correct ones. I paid for shipping and handling so why am I now do all the shipping and handling? They didn't even apologize for the mistake. They are nearly the worst company I have dealt with in the last few years.

Wind Defector Chatter at highway speed
I ordered everything WeatherTech for my new 2017 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, and everything continues to function as advertised except the Wind Deflector. I have tried to get help from WeatherTech via email since June 2020, without remedy. The problem with the Wind Deflector, now that it is 3 years old, is that it chatters loudly when going down the road at highway speeds. The problem seems to be the pressure that builds under Wind Deflector, which releases by the Wind Deflector lifting up and down at a high speed causing the chatter. When you open the sunroof, the chatter stops. This is highly aggravating and the only way to stop it is to remove the Wind Deflector. WeatherTech does not have a solution and will not help to develop one. Therefore I give this company this rating for this reason alone. I would not recommend this product. The other products are fine. I baffles me why after talking to two different customer service people I don't have a solution. I have since taken the Wind Deflector off.

I have a 1 Start because a ZERO was not an option
I purchased two (2) face shields and set of back up face shields in mid-November to use on those rare occasions when I had to enter into a public space during the pandemic. The primary feature selling point was in Weather Tech's words "it comes with an anti-fog lens". I finally had a need to use the shield this morning and I was literally inside the building no less than 30 seconds when it became necessary to take it off. Suffice to say I was disgusted at paying a premium for this feature and having the product fail miserably so I decided to return the product. I called the number provided for Customer Service and I was #109 in the customer service que. 109! Yeah, I know, their time is more valuable than mine. If WeatherTech can't service the products they sell they shouldn't be selling them. Pretty basic. I might have expected this from an online only site where the same product was available for $18.99 but NOT Weather Tech. Lesson Learned! I have purchased mats on multiple occasions; phone holders; car wash cleaning products; mud flaps; etc. But NO MORE!

Mishandling of my order
I placed an order online last week and they've already charged my card. FedEx has already delayed the delivery. And today I find out that WeatherTech could not deliver it because it was the wrong address that WeatherTech put on the shipping label. Fed ex refuses to talk to me. WeatherTech saying that they may be able to help me. Bottom line is that weather tech does not know where the item is. I keep hearing from different employees that nobody knows what really is going on or is happening. They're hoping they can bring resolution. I have already told them if they cannot resolve this, I will charge this item back. And I will not do business with him again. I don't understand how employees could continue to say they don't know why this is happening or what is actually going on or where my item is. And Fed ex refuses to talk to me because the shipper, weather tech, put on the wrong address. So I have been charged over $200 and I have no items that no one knows where it's at.

Poor service
I recently made 3 purchases from weather tech of over $400. A few weeks later I tried to pull my seat forward and was unable to do so. I contacted customer service through the website and the response I got was pretty shocking. The email said try putting heavy items on the floor match and leaving them in the Sun. Make sure the original car floor mats are not under the weather check ones. If there's anything I could do for you in the future please feel free to contact me. It was like case closed. I waited about a week and contacted them by telephone. The lady shame really nice and helpful. She asked for some photos. I sent the photos, as requested. The lady called me back and asked me to send more photos. WeatherTech suggested I cut the top of the floor liner in order to give it clearance from the seat. I didn't love that idea and I sent an email back asking for advisement. That was over a week ago and I've never heard back.
I looked on the website under warranty information and it was fairly shocking. Without quoting it directly it basically said they wanted their products but they will not cover people who are asking for frivolous claims. This was right in their warranty information. Judging from what my experience was they seem to think that all claims are frivolous. God forbid there should be something wrong with their product. I don't mind paying for things but when I pay a premium price I expect a premium product with fairly friendly customer service. From my experience their service is not very good. In all fairness the mats are really nice and they for the most part fit pretty good.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered the cup phone for my car. Item arrived with missing pieces. Box arrived untapped. Called and was told to send back at my own expense. I said no WeatherTech need to send me a free return label. They agreed but never sent the label by snail mail. Call 10 days later and spoke to Matt who was a grade A a-hole. He was rude and condescending. He emailed me the return label arguing that it takes more than 10 days for mail to arrive which is a bold faced lie. I don't like the company and will NEVER patronize this company again. How they stay in business is a mystery.

Products not what they say they are
I purchased rain guards and floor liner for my 2006 2500hd. 6 months the rain gaurd for the passenger side was hanging down the floor liner are too small(laser cut, better get another laser). Tried to get rain guards for our 2007 Honda pilot first try 2 came broken, had those reshipped one came broken order that again came broken, resent again, same result broken, or maybe a manufacturing problem WeatherTech were missing chunks of the edge but no broken pieces in bag on last 3. My opinion JUNK. Save the hassle go to advance or auto zone get something else, also probably cheaper. O and the cup phone USELESS totally! Would add photos but it won't.

Customer service seems slow
I placed an order on Thursday afternoon, and I received email confirmation. A friend recommended another place to buy liners, so I checked it out. I found husky liners was 35% less, so I purchased a full set of liners from that place. I immediately responded to weather tech's email and cancelled my order the SAME day. I called as well, but WeatherTech were closed less than an hour earlier. Friday morning I called to cancel the order. They said they would call it back from Fed Ex. I received the order, Saturday, the following day. Excellent, if I wanted it but I don't. I sent emails explaining that I don't want the merchandise, and I had cancelled it. They don't respond to email. Even though site says you can email or call. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes and disconnected. I'm back on the phone. After 15 minutes someone took my call. Apparently there are computer issues. They will send me RMA via email. Hopefully no issues thereafter. I wouldn't recommend this place, BUT if you want quick delivery on orders they won't disappoint. They just don't seem to be able to handle other things. Plus they are pricey. I can't talk to the quality of weather tech merchandise because I decided to get comparable liners, at a better price, better warranty and no shipping charge. However, based on my research weather tech is excellent quality just as the one I'm getting. You have to consider warranty, customer service, price...

HORRIBLE rude customer service
I ordered wind deflectors ( rain guards) for my 2018 Nissan rogue sport, receiver them for a Rogue- windows didn't fit. Called customer service to return- the lady i spoke with was the most condescending rude woman I've ever encountered who deals with people as her job. Was told I could order and pay for the correct guards, and when WeatherTech received my return, my account will be credited. WHAT? You won't ship correct ones when the wrong ones are returned? Basically, pay us AGAIN, then we'll credit you. I've heard good things about their products b4, thats why I chose to purchase from them in the first place. I don't have a lot of money- single mother with only part time job- it was BIG purchase and decision 2 even buy these in first place. Needless to say, im extremely disappointed and will NEVER purchase another product from Weathertech. If the chick on phone wouldn't have been so aggarant and rude, i would have considered purchasing the CORRECT set, Which by the way is what I ordered THEY are the ones the sent me the wrong thing. Never again. I'm SHOCKED at how I was spoken to. Really. Now, im paying for return shipping AND restocking fee. Makes perfect sense to me, some THEY'RE the ones who screwed up- right?

Top of the line product. Garbage customer service.
I buy many new vehicles (roughly once every year and a half.) I purchase WeatherTech floor liners for ALL of my vehicles. Now, while WeatherTech do have the absolute BEST product on the market when it comes to protecting the floor of your vehicle, they have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my 36 years on this planet. Their website states that you have 30 minutes to make changes to any order, or your order is final. What company is so audacious to put that on their website!? You people sell overpriced floormats, not heaven! Get over yourselves. They offer ZERO loyalty programs or discounts for repeat customers. They even fought me on the free shipping for multiple items in one order. They talk to you like they're your Dad letting you get away with whatever it is "just this one time." I'm a paying CUSTOMER! Who talks to people like that. Now, I know some of you may think I'm a "Karen", but I have in fact been a customer service representative, and been on the other end of those calls. The way they act, and their company policies are far from acceptable. The sad part is it's not just one person having a bad day, this is literally ANY representative you interact with. Don't believe me? Try it. Make up a simple problem, call them and be polite, see how you are treated. Let me know how it goes. I am going to look high and low for another company to do business with from now on. They can't be the only one making decent floor liners. For $300 a set I'll start cutting them myself. I wouldn't mind paying the fee if they at least acted grateful for my patronage. PLEASE look elsewhere. These people make a great product, but they need to be taught a lesson.

Christmas Gift Return
Called customer service to return a gift, unopened in original packaging and WeatherTech started grilling me about who bought it, when, from them directly etc. I told them person who purchased item had passed away. They looked up that info and stated to me since they were bought in the past, they could not be returned for credit. How ridiculous. They told me to resell them on line. Item is in stock now, same packaging, and they were quite rude. Be careful purchasing from them. A Company like this should have a better reputation when it comes to returns.

2 year 9 months
Approximately 2 years and 9 months ago I called to order side window rain shields for my 2018 Chevy Equinox. I kept waiting and waiting, a number of phone calls with bottom line of still in development, 2 years 9 months later. First answer was mirror on top model when moved in hit the shield. Not on the regular Equinox. Then WeatherTech redesigned it and said it was too flimsy. They said they send specs over to Germany to get models made where the product is actually produced. Called today and standard answer is still in development! Unbelievable!

Amazing products (car mats and cargo liners) fabulous customer service
We have been Weathertech customers for over 15 years and can't say enough good things about the products and service. Weathertech makes car mats and cargo liners that are far superior to anything our car dealers/manufacturers offer.

The materials are high high quality that last and stand up to years of abuse. The mats and liners are laser cut to the specifications of your make, model, and year of vehicle -- and that is how you order based on those criteria. Different colors available to match or contrast interiors.

The fit is absolutely amazing! The newest mats and liner we received go all the way to the door so you don't get rain/snow/slush/mud on the car carpet. The cargo liner is a requirement for our family and we order it the same day we purchase our vehicles!

Though I shouldn't say -- our local very-high-end-dealer sells Weathertech mats from their parts department because WeatherTech are so much better than what the car manufacturer makes.

We've ordered 7 sets of mats and liners over the years and all have been extraordinarily easy orders. Phone support has been helpful and friendly.

I'm NOT promising anything of their service but we ordered our 3rd set of mats/liners in a year and didn't like the color -- all we wanted to do was exchange them and make it quite clear this was our mistake and not theirs. They did the exchange for free and thanked us for being such loyal long term customers!

100% recommend products and service!

Horrible Customer Service
Called to confirm date of delivery and "John" advised the date is an "estimate" not the actual date of delivery. Regardless that everything I received had a specific date of delivery, John's attitude was sub standard and pathetic to say the least. He was rude and condescending and didn't bother to help in any way. I requested to cancel the order and he refused to help, stating sorry... it's already been shipped and basically said you'll get it when you get it. Well, needless to say, it's about principle and product will be returned. I'd rather spend more money somewhere else than to give a nickle to this company.

Appear to have knowingly sold defective product
Purchased Weather Tech Pet Barrier to keep large dogs from jumping into front seat possibly causing accident. The thumbnuts holding the horizontal bars to the frame did not do that, so with the dogs' weight against them WeatherTech slipped down and the dogs could get through. Not one but two (!) customer service representatives acknowledged this was a known defect and the company did not yet have a solution. So I ended up on a list, if you can believe it, to get a replacement part when the company figures out what to do, and was sent pictures of 2 DIY fixes. I wrote the CEO two weeks ago expressing my concern that the company would knowingly sell a defective product that, if it failed, could cause loss of life and have had no response.

Exact quote from second rep: "unfortunately, the only other thing we can recommend is making sure the screw is firmly in the teardrop area of the black bar, and using zip ties can help as well." He went on to say "[w]e are still waiting for a new part that is going to help with the issue, but we haven't gotten information as to when it will be available... if you want to keep the barrier, I ca add you to the list and send the new part when it is available."

This, from a company that proclaims on its website "our customers are our number one priority" and "we will do whatever we can to make sure our customers are happy for a lifetime."

Right.

Only received part of my order
I ordered both the front and rear liners for our truck. When the package arrived, it only had the front liners in the box. We made sure to triple check the rear liners were not in there. When I contacted Weather Tech about this, WeatherTech said the record shows both liners shipped together and would not send the rear liners I paid for. Now I am out $75 plus tax for a product I never received but paid for. What a horrible company! I would never buy from this trash company again if they won't even make their mistake right. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

2nd Row Mats are the Worse in the industry
I thought all of WeatherTech products would be great so I bought all the floor mats for my car. Well the front mats turn out to be pretty good, but the 2nd Row mats are the WORST. If you are thinking of getting WeatherTech, skip the 2nd row mats until WeatherTech make it with more sturdy material... In less than 2 weeks, it went from new to looking like how you see it in the photos... I called them and they said before we could replace it, you'll need to bend it in the opposite direction and try to straighten it out that way first. I should have to do that in the first place. WeatherTech, please fix your product! I bought a replacement from another company that was far better quality than yours.

Cup Phone Holder Not Strong Enough with Extension
The phone cup holder is not worth the money at all. I am actually surprised that it would not hold up an Apple 7 with the extension option.
The application is a 2014 Toyota RAV4 with 2 cup holders. Both are in horrible positions to look at the phone even when at idle. My issue is that the extension arm was tightened to the point of breaking the wheel off where it meets the cup. It held the phone still until you touched the screen or hit the home button. It slowly sank down. I politely suggest you go back to the drawing board. For the $50 it was not at all what I expected. I wouldn't take it if you gave it to me for free as it did not work. Weathertech customer service promptly gave me an RMA.
For the RAV4 the only thing that would work besides the suction cup on the windshield would be the vent clip. But that would need some reinforcing and modifications made to the clip that hold the vent louvers.
After reading other reviews I see that others said their box was in bad condition. Mine also.

They do not lay on the floor of the vehicle
I purchased the $209.00 floor mats for a 2019 Dodge Ram was surprised at the poor quality seem to be more like plastic do not lay to the couture of the floor WeatherTech curl up by the doors where they need to lay flat so people don't hit them when they get in and out the doors catch them. And curl them up more probably will wear a long time if I don't throw them away. Why not make them out of a flexible material I have a cheaper set made by another manufacture in a different pickup way better they lay down to the contour of the floor thought these more expensive Weather Tech would be better was I wrong look at some before you buy South Dakota.
