Wheelspin Models

I have used Wheelspin for RC cars and spares several times now. Both in store and online. The online service is exemplary. Items have been received well packaged and quickly. In store purchases have been facilitated by helpful and knowledgable staff and are completely hassle free with no hard sell.
I have had cause to use the support system recently (a product fault, nothing to do with Wheelspin) and they replied the same day with helpful information.
Use Wheelspin with the utmost confidence.

I can't recommend wheelspin models enough. The customer service is second to none, I wanted to place an order for a hobbywing max 8 combo. I seen they have a request price match, I did request as found it cheaper elsewhere but wanted to stick with wheelspin. They accepted my request, I placed the order and it arrived the next day. Not the first time I have used Wheelspin Models but the first time for a big purchase.
I was very happy with the courteous and professional way in which they responded to the several phone calls I made to them concerning the product.
Delivery was well organised and fast. The price I paid for the goods was very reasonable. I heartily recommend Wheelspin to anyone looking to buy models or modelling spares. In my opinion they have a great web site and a huge stock line.

I've used Wheel Spin a few times in the past month or so, mainly online and once in person. The shop looks awesome and is well stocked. Everyone was busy doing things and its great to see that they are well set up. I knew they were as my packages arrived very quickly once the order was placed. When in store there was plenty to look at whilst I waited to talk to one of the members of staff. I cant recommend them enough and in case anyone ever asks me for a recommendation I will recommend Wheel Spin.

Had been having some problems with a motor we'd recently bought for my sons Slash. Wheelspin, sensing our frustration, offered to take a look at the truck - for free, regardless of where we'd originally bought it (though we had bought it from them) and they even covered the cost of getting it to them and back again. I can not thank this remarkable company enough for their outstanding customer service. Very rare to find.

Great easy to navigate website.
Good stock and notification service to customer of reordering of stock.
I find that with this hobby you have to be mad on it or have experience with lots of different makes to start to understand secrets in interchangeable brand upgrade parts ( aluminium hubs, chassis supports, shock towers that fit other not stated cars ) or that wheels that fit one truck don't fit another.
All in all a great online modelshop.

If you have old VTE, those fr/back diffs fit on the 1/7 chassis by scorched prts.
Change cnc front plate(fr diff) to fit carbon brace and plastic block (on rear diff) motor mount, 2 drive shafts. Vte2..
Only thing it has old Ackerman which can be changed.
I purchased the parts knowing it would work ( uncanny ) this is what I mean about knowing products. 👍
This workshop needs a Wheelspin....

The website is very easy to look threw and easy to pay for products. The email service is great from buying a product to dispatch, customers are kept well up to date with what stage the order is at. The dispatch has always been very quick, generally same day and next day delivery which is awesome. Wheelspin Models are a trust worthy company with excellent customer service. Latest order arrived promptly, as expected, well packed even though it was somewhat awkward! Website is easy to navigate with a good selection. I understand there are stock problems but the more you do the better it will get. Thank you.

My google search brought me to wheelspin models as it came up with the best price. I added my item to the basket and went to pay. A note popped up to say spend £5 more and get free delivery. As i was already spending £95 i thought "well, i need some paint so why not". I added 5 paints in the end and went to basket. Delivery was now £3 but i could now collect it from the store for "free". I thought "i can do that anyway so why did i have to spend more money!" All that being said, the process was slick and quick and the goods arrived well on time. So, apart from the slight annoyance of the delivery costs, overall i am very satisfied.

Great website, easy to order, amazing service and speed of delivery. Love shopping here and have spent thousands with them! Only thing I’d like to see is the ability to edit and add to an order before it is despatched. The amount of times I’ve made an order, then realised I’ve forgotten something, then have to raise a new order and pay postage. Other than that can’t fault anything so far. Keep up the good work guys!

I give 1 stars as DPD trashed my parcel and left me waiting for it to be delivered for 4 days know I wouldn't be receiving it.. after contacting wheelspin, they gave me a DPD number to chase it up myself when I felt that wheelspin should had done this on my behalf.. on contacting DPD they wasn't happy as wheelspin gave me the business phone number and was told I would have to contact thir customer service. Called DPD customer service and was then told my parcel had been damaged and I would not be receiving it... now my 4th phone call,, I informed wheelspin of what DPD told me and only then did wheelspin look at my DPD track and I was told DPD uploaded a pic of an empty box.. unfortunately the item is now out of stock with no indication to restock times and was refunded... well thanks for the massive help i provided to myself and a total waste of my time...

I was looking to buy first RC cars for my kids and I have purchased cars, batteries and fast charger after that I was so happy with my order I have decided to upgrade motors on the cars as well from Wheelspin Models because they have best reviews online, now I know why? Because customers service is amazing,
delivery was fast and well packed.
I will recommend to pay extra for fast delivery.
Only small thing I didn’t like it - DPD courier (lazy) left my package in front of front door instead bringing up and leave it in front of my door (safe place).

I've used these guys over the last few years and have received really good service, support and delivery on all occasions.
I'm not a massive RC user so my purchases tend to be one or two a year max and mainly centered around E-Flite RTF planes and Spektrum kit (Transmitters, batteries etc).
Their attention to detail on the ordering process is excellent and they always keep me up to date with shipment details and timings.
So highly recommended.

Kyosho Scorpion. HPI Volt motor. Hobbywing 1060 ESC. Power HD digital servo and Voltz 7.4v 3200 mAh lipo.
I purchased the Kyosho Scorpion which was delivered in record time over the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. This is a superb kit that exudes quality, the fit quality of components and attention to detail make this kit an excellent building experience for anyone with a few models under their belt.
I dropped the ball twice on this one and Wheelspins duly stepped up to the plate to save the day twice.
Firstly, I was unsure about the electronics, their support team gave me some excellent advice, with the Power HD digital servo being a real find. This of course meant I had to split the order and was faced with a wait for the parts to arrive. This was compounded by me forgetting to add the motor to my electronics order. The support team really helped by sorting this out and amazingly the electronics arrived on Sunday morning making this a great jubilee weekend.
This was not (for me anyway) and insignificant purchase so it was really good to have good customer service to match, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Have used Wheelspin for many orders for my 7 HPI Savage models, there service is very quick and on phone they are very helpful. Always know your getting genuine parts, my only issue with them is not combining postage. Sometime I will place an order then realise there is something else I need as well so place 2nd or sometimes a 3rd order within minutes of each other and still get charged £3.95 per order yet they all arrive together.

Fantastic service as always. I have purchased numerous items from Wheelspin Models and found their prices to always be competitive and service excellent. I generally use their next working day delivery service and have never had an item turn up late. Also, when I have rang for advice the guys are really pleasant, knowledgeable and can’t do enough to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

Well done all, I had two orders I made on a Thursday evening I rang up on Friday morning and asked if the orders could be combined a given a refund for one delivery charge, no problem done straight away. Delivery was due on the Monday, but no amazing it was delivered on the Saturday.
I had two lots of questions all answered straight away. What could be better than that.

Have placed many orders from Wheelspin Models. Their website lists a true indication of what they have in stock. Orders are always processed very quickly and most orders I have placed arrive in 2 days and arrive very well packaged. I rate is company very highly when it comes to products and service for the HPI Savage RC truck owner. Their web site is one of the easiest sites to navigate through and makes purchases very simple.

Another superb order completed by Wheelspin. I needed a couple of batteries, a prop and a few other bits. Their prices are good and when I factored in the single delivery charge vs buying items from other popular online resellers who offer "free" delivery, it was significantly cheaper in total. I used their cheapest delivery option since there was no hurry, but the order was still picked and packed on the Saturday morning and with me on the Monday! You cannot say better than that. Well packed and all as ordered. A really brilliant shop. My only issue is that I don't live near enough to go and visit them in person (although that is perhaps a good thing for my bank account....!). Keep up the great work guys and I will certainly be buying from you again.
