Size chart is faulty. Basically every swim top will fit like an XS even an XL. Their customer service sucks, Grace will stop replying and never fix your problem, but not without first telling you that if you don't like the return policy to just keep the items, items that don't even fit. White Fox need some customer service lessons and most importantly they need to fix their return policy because it's ridiculous that they refuse to give your YOUR money back on a purchase that was made based on a size chart that is not accurate at all.

I came across White Fox last year while searching for a new swimsuit. So easy to fall in love with all of their options! I went back this year for another one that was on sale and the top was out of stock after I ordered it. Grace from the CS team reach out to notify me and gave me several options for fixing the situation. She was quick to reply and kind as could be. She was able to refund my whole transaction and I was able to buy 2 new bikinis today. Love this company and it's team! Keep it up and I'll always be back!

Do not shop here. White Fox have no exchange or refund policy. Instead you have to return the wrong sized item and receive a store credit to them purchase the item again. I purchased a size 8 shoe which is my normal size but these shoes were way too small. I purchased during the Afterpay sale so they were 25% off and were the only reason why I purchased them. When I asked for an exchange they informed me that I will have to return the shoes for $10 and then buy the shoes again without the discount. This is ridiculous, first and last time shopping here. I will be telling everyone I know never to shop here. I am not one to complain either but this is just ridiculous, I don't want anyone else to have to experience this.

I placed an order on June 1st the order was said to be delivered on 6/9 it was marked as delivery attempted, and never attempted again, the tracking I received was for Australia post and not for usps when I reached out to white fox on the 15th the representative * responded on the 18th claiming the item was undeliverable and returned to them and that I now had o wait 90 das for them to receive my item that White Fox know I didn't receive because they were given return tracking and that my refund would be issued in a credit. Why I didn't pay them that way, I didn't get my item either I ill NEVER shop here again

I recently ordered $80.00 worth of swimwear from white fox. My package said it was delivered but It was not in my mailbox. Neither the mail carrier or White Fox are taking responsibility to SOME HOW reimburse or replace my order! Terrible customer care and White Fox scammed me out of my hard earned money and they don't even seem to care. A quality company would have not blinked to replace a lost order. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT! Not to mention their return policy is sneaky and you can't return thong bottoms if you ordered an incorrect size. THEY ARE SNAKES. Shop else wear.

I really enjoy shopping at White Fox, especially when White Fox have the deals and promos going on! The clothes are super cute and trendy, and mostly reasonably priced for the quality. One thing I wish they would update is having size availability and price information in the "my wishlist" section as well. This would make it more easier to navigate through clothes I already love to find what is on sale and available since last time I was on the site. I would also welcome a bit more diversity in the bodies of the models they have in the clothes or at least having a spot to read reviews and look at pictures of other buyers in their clothes so that I can get a better idea of if an item would fit or what size I should get. This would be especially helpful since it's so difficult and expensive to return an item to Australia from the US (where I am).

I have ordered off of White Fox Boutique's website for the third time now. I have purchased products ranging from bathing suits, to tops, bottoms, and accessories such as hats and belts. None of the items I have received we're damaged, sized wrong, or anything shy of my expectations based on their photos and descriptions on the website. A wonderful place to buy from for excellent quality, fast shipping, and true to size, stylish outfits meant to stand out. Not to mention White Fox also frequently release deals for price reductions!

White fox customer service is great and White Fox respond well to my queries about measurements etc. They have a fantastic range and the quality is fairly good. It would be better to have the clothing measurements included directly on the website as well as reviews of the items given it is an online store. They have very little variety in models and it would help customers by showing clothes worn by models of all different body shapes, sizes and ethnicity. If customers see someone who looks similar to them wearing an outfit they will have more confidence in buying it. The models in the recent SDxWFA reboot restock campaign are a great example of this and I hope to see these models again!

I had previously purchased form White Fox but returned a few items that didn't suit me. I had a store credit applied to my account quickly after my return. Finally got around to trying to use it again, but my store credit wouldn't apply to my order. So I purchased the items anyway and contacted the company to see what White Fox could do. In less than 24 hours a refund had been applied to me. The team were lovely and responsive. I specifically dealt with Megan and Cody who were great. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! White Fox are theives! The worst customer service its like their just waiting to be shut down! Misleading and false advertising, what they advertise on their site is different to what you receive or dont receive it all. Quality is absolutely horrible Im sure they use different images on their website to promote their clothing. Swimwear sizing is completely incorrect, they do not provide a size chart and expect you judge off images. Model with DD cup wearing xs? Go figure. They dont not obey by the Australia standards and should be shut down, they run a scam and are illegal in what they do.

I placed an order with you guys and I used the wrong credit card (wasn't my card to use) and when I immediately wrote an email asking to cancel my order and use a different credit card you told me you would not cancel the charge you offered a store credit but never issued to me and you also never sent my order so now I have no clothes as well as lost $238 that you will not refund or use toward another order. So now I just placed another order and am down another $130 Bc you refuse to get back to me about my store credit and all of your items are selling out. I'm sure I won't hear back from you until after your sale is over which does not help me. Since you're response time takes 3-4 days to reply to an email. Extremely unhappy about the lack of customer service and lack of respect for a brand new customer.

Their products are great quality and very cute, but customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a bikini from them in JULY and it never arrived. I ordered a one piece from them before and was very satisfied and decided to buy again. Worst mistake Ive ever made. I expected a longer delivery time since the company is in Australia, but this is just ridiculous. White Fox attempted to deliver then decided for whatever reason to send it back to the shipper. To this day I have still not received a refund despite many emails back and forth with customer service. I paid over $60 USD for ONE bikini and it is basically money thrown in the trash. I am very disappointed and angry. Customer service is being completely unhelpful, saying they can only issue me store credit because its a return but it isnt. The item literally never made it to me. They are also saying they cant even give me the store credit until they receive the item, and that it can take 60-90 days for the item to return to their warehouse, but it has now been over 90 days and I have not received my refund or store credit. Do not buy from white fox boutique. They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

Very bad customer experience with this woman call *! I ordered a crop top etc which came to me dirty and had a foul smell of body odour.
When I initially made a complaint White Fox were not helpful at all and constantly dragged out resolving the matter.
After finally coming to the conclusion that this was their mistake, in the end i need to cover the costs in returning the item through post.
Very unprofessional in the way they conducted business & also size chart is not accurate at all.

This is $#*!, I made an order and White Fox all came way to big, I ordered everything in a S/M and they came fitting like a large or XL, intent to return them and they only do store credit, what kinda of store does that, only stores that are desperate to take your money, i don't want their store credit I want my money back, I would never recommend this store to someone ever, there are plenty of stores with much better quality than white fox, that will give you a complete return not only that but you have to pay for the shipping of the return like WTF. Don't buy form them no matter how cute the clothing item is, it's not worth it they are way to expensive for what you get.

*This is a real review*. The first time i placed an order was in April 2019. I remember i spend around 600 CAD. As soon as i placed the order i searched for reviews about Whitefox and found myself here. The reviews here on this site literally made me cry and i was so anxious LOL. So i made sure i was in touch with the customer service and i followed up. I got my parcel in 5-6 working days as i live in Canada. I loved all the stuff i ordered except the swim wear as the sizes were a bit off for me so i returned those and was given store credit right away. So finally i used this store credit now for Black Friday sale and again the customer service was on point and my parcel would have gotten to me in 4 working days if DHL did not $#*! up. But anyhow i love this brand, the dresses are so cute and the swim wear is the best quality ever.

Love White Fox Boutique. Quality of clothing is honestly awesome and completely and utterly worth paying the extra money vs PLT, Missguided etc. Their style is bangin' and I love that their ranges differ from other Aussie fashion boutiques. I've never had any major issues and their customer service has always been pretty good. As a standard size 8 I fit into XS everything except jeans - I recommend going one size up. In regards to oversized defs smaller sizes are better. The first time I ordered an oversized t-shirt I grabbed a M-L which was HUGE on me. Deliveries are delayed a bit atm due to COVID-19 but pre-COVID I would receive my deliveries the next day or latest in 2 days. White Fox restock majority of their items on a cycle due to demand so chances are a sold out item will always come back in, they have the notify me option as well.
Would love for there to be an exchange option with returns but otherwise love this brand!

I ordered three bikinis from white fox White Fox are amazing, and I bought them for a great price. I love the quality and the fit. I also purchased three dresses. The style is very cute and trendy. After washing one of them, which was similar to a cotton/ linen material it shrunk and became misshapen. The two other dresses are very cute. I feel thy were a little overpriced for the quality. Overall awesome site for bathing suits. Returning something is not even worth it; you have to pay the shipping fees to send it back to Australia. I sold items on poshmark to make some money back off of my purchase.

The brand itself is incredible & I love the quality of the clothing, my recent purchase I accidentally got sent the wrong coloured jumper & I emailed customer service & I got paired with the Incredible Orla, who not only promptly fixed the error but she was so kind and apologetic the whole time even though she's not the one who packed the orders lol.
I then had trouble filling out a return slip so she helped me in literally the quickest timing, organised for my replacement, and was in communications with me the whole time.
Not only do I love this brand I love the people that works there!

Prices are a little high for everyday purchase. I shop with SHEIN allll the time and the clothes hold up just the same. IMO. I actually ordered from WHITE FOX 2 times so far and the first time I ordered a bralette and the strap wasn't sewed together so I couldn't wear it for a while because I can't sew. I finally found someone to do it for me after a year of having it in the bag just sitting. I got shorts in that same set, followed wash instructions and still had things falling off of it. Just sucks for paying so much. A few weeks later SHEIN had the same shorts for much cheaper. Hahah. I also feel like this site takes a month or so to even ship out. Which is really inconvenient when you want the outfits for a certain occasion. The clothes are cute for sure. Don't get me wrong.

It took many, many weeks and a lot of follow-up, but true to her word, Grace from White Fox worked with us to process a refund. Grace was extremely professional and very helpful! She responded to each of our emails promptly, and when our return was received by White Fox she processed a refund. It hasn't hit my credit card yet, but I have every faith that it will.
While I still stand by the quality issues we experienced, I must withdraw my complaint about their customer service. Grace could not have been more helpful.
