POSITIVES: the site is very easy to use, ordering was simple, delivery was very prompt and within the time promised for the model I chose (heads up, remember, most likely there will be customs fees payable to the courier on top of the price. Mine were almost $38 in customs fees).
Considering all the horrible reviews, which I stupidly only checked after, I was braced for disappointment. Well, what I got was better than the only curly-ish wig I could find at a store that cost a $100 more. The Wigsbuy is thicker, much more realistic-ish and again, less expensive.

NEGATIVES: of course it wasn't anything like the photo of the model I chose, which I half expected. What I got is a straight up frizzy 'fro. I doubt that it is made of human hair, as advertised. I'm uncertain as to the quality and whether it will hold the curl and hold up in general... to be seen.

I doubt that I will shop with them again - I'd rather save and get a quality wig made - which means a couple thousand dollars it seems...

"Whoa nellie, does this company take the cake. First the items I receive are crappy quality and no where match the website photos. Then the customer dispute link doesn't work (convenient for them) and no one answers any of my emails until I finally put up a bad review on a Website (WigsBuy troll review sites and enter in fake reviews identifiable by the poor English and stupid titles). When they saw my review, they actually posted they would "punish" the employee who processed the order. Nice China, real nice. Then they refuse to do a refund despite the blaring differences between the product and the website photos. Then after giving them several more links of bad reviews I posted, they offered me back $10, $25, and then eventually a full refund when I lodged a complaint with PayPal. They only offered a refund if I were to close the dispute with PayPal. Now they've received the wig back, and have only given me $87 of the $107 the extensions cost out of my pocket. They claim it's to cover shipping. However shipping was FREE as part of the buying deal and I had to pay to have it shipped back to China. So honestly they should pay me back the extra 20 they're keeping, plus what it cost to send that piece of trash back. They have now offered me $10 if I remove the bad reviews. Not on your life you psychos! They are nasty, pirating thieves. Take your business anywhere but here."

Rating a Negative Zero is still not enough!
The worse company to deal with and should have researched before buying from this company. I ordered item on 9/11/17. It is now 10/6/17 and I've only received one item and still waiting for the rest. This is paying for expedited order. Followed up on 9/30/17 about order and did not get response for 1 week. I finally got frustrated with this company and got a hold of an online agent to cancel. Not worth my time and will NEVER deal with again. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION!

UPDATE 10/23/16: After reviewing this terrible company, I'm attempting to understand why another wigsbuy.com representative would reach out for for the order# one week later? I gave it to her but she didn't do anything except apologize and explain the discrepancy all over again of what I've already been upset about to begin with. Folks save yourself the heartache and don't even waste your time with the bad customer service!

2 months later still don't have product
I ordered my wig approximately two months ago and the shipping information was up to 25 business days. I inquired after that since I still had no shipping confirmation. WigsBuy said it still was not ready and would not be shipped by the time I needed it. I tried to cancel the order at which point they told me I would only get back $37 of the $95 I spent because "it was specially for me" and I had to pay for the time and materials to make it, even though it wasn't made or shipped yet. This also was not a special-order item; this is an item displayed on their website as purchase for anybody without customization. This is a scam company. I still have not received a shipping confirmation after I told them to finish my order since they wouldnt even refund 50% of my money. I wasted $95, doubtful I will ever receive this order.

Terrible wig company from [email protected]
Keep your money do not waste it on this company. I spent $65.00 sending back the wig which cost me $310.00... This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. The got the wig back offered refund and then sent wig back so WigsBuy say and me NO refund. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL!

Satisfied with results
For all those who purchased wigs and could not return them, you should only use PayPal when purchasing anything overseas. I have bought at least 20 wigs from them, for the most part every wig looks the same and the color is the same. I buy only synthetic because I purchased 2 "real hair" wigs and WigsBuy were so bad, wrong color, bad material etc. they responded as all have said but I used PayPal so they were forced to refund my money. I did pay shipping 125.00 but I was refunded my total payment from PayPal which they get from Wigsbuy. Now PayPal has something where you can be refunded some of your shipping costs.
I pay $37.00 for a synthetic wig and it lasts about 6 weeks. I have paid $250.00 for a wig from a company in my home town and the results were 6 weeks because I where medium length hair. The trade off for me is the price, I can buy months worth of wigs thru Wigsbuy knowing they last 6 weeks.
People compliment me all the time how beautiful and full my hair is, that I look like a model or I look 10 years younger. I am from Rogers, Arkansas so I'm not a part of the company. I have had a bad experience, pretty much fully resolved due to PayPal but will continue to purchase my wigs thru Wigsbuy because of the price. I know what I'm getting and how long they last. I have sent a picture in on their website wearing the wig I purchased.
If I could buy my wigs anywhere else I would just to be safe, but I looked at Paula Young and I didn't see anything close to my style and they were a little more pricey. I can't say that every wig you buy from Wigsbuy will be of style and color you ask, I just know of the 20 I have bought so far I have had one that the cap was to big and one I had to cut to shape it better. I'm very pleased with what I have received for the price. DO NOT BUY REAL HAIR WIGS FROM WIGSBUY only buy synthetic. Thank you.

I ordered a wig the 1st of february, 2017... its the 25th... still have not received it... wben I put my order number... wbich was confirmed in an email from tbem. WigsBuy said they had no record of it... although they had taken the money out of my account. 49.17$... immediately... i emailed Customer service and they said there was a delay first for Chinese New year and then a problem in manfacturing... they did get back to me... and as I write this the wig has been shipped and is in transit... i have no idea what it will look like but will update when if I ever get it... tbe point is if you want to gamble with your money go to a casino... better odds. There is no recourse here or guarantee. If I ever see a wig I guess I'm luckier than most but shoot I would buy somewhere else in The future and I used the wig. Im an emtertainer. If I needed it to leave the house I'd cry.

Total ripoff
I'd rate them 0 stars if possible. I had to email them to get an estimated delivery time for my order. I added a $6 charge for expedited delivery. "Expedited" was described as 2-5 days. WigsBuy said the wig wouldn't be finished for at least 2-3 weeks. After that, they would expedite the shipping.

When I told them to cancel the order, they said it was too late. The wig was being made. These messages were sent 2 weeks before the wig would be ready.

Also, you only get a 30% refund if you cancel after paying for the order and the cancellation is 72 hours after the order is paid. Obviously, You can't order unless you pay. And they charge your credit card as quickly as possible after placing the order. The best part of their scam is that they didn't send me an email that contained the expected delivery date. I got tired of waiting to hear from them, so I sent an email that requested a delivery date. By that time, I was well past the 72 hour window.

PLEASE search online for independent reviews of Wigsbuy before ordering. Everything about this company screams RIP OFF! I'm going to contact the BBB and any government watch dog agencies to try to make it hard for this company to rip off anyone else.

Really Bad Experience
Can't understand the positive reviews. I tried on wig that was $59.00 or so. It took a month to get here, I had to pay extra when it came for import duty, and WigsBuy when I opened the box the color was orange/blond - not at all what I ordered. So then I put the wig on, tried to style it like the picture and it was not even the same wig as the cut was so much different.

Then I called customer service and they tried to give me $10.00 to keep the wig. I wanted to return it for the correct wig and they told me it was the correct wig. Then I asked for a return auth and they gave me one, but with duty out of the country and the cost of returning it - I was only getting $11.00 of my original cost back.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS and the reviews that are positive should be checked because I have found bad reviews all over the internet except of the YouTube videos that they target for Black women.

Do yourself a favor. Don't purchase a wig from this company. I purchased 3 wigs from them. 1 of the wigs didn't look anything like the wig I purchased. I contacted them through online chat and explained the situation. I was told to send a picture of the wig to them and we would go from there. The wig WigsBuy sent me was clearly not the wig I ordered. First they asked me to take it to my stylist to have it cut in the correct style. For that they were willing to give me a whopping $10 off. The cost of a cut at my salon is $65. They agreed to send the correct wig, but told me I was responsible for the shipping. Wait... what? I wrote them back to explain that shipping costs should be theirs since THEY sent ME the wrong wig! I could understand if I didn't like it and wanted to return it for something else, but they acknowledged they sent the wrong item. We have gone back and forth through email. I finally told them I just want a refund because this is poor customer service. I think there is also a language barrier working as well. Although they apparently have a warehouse here in the US, you will deal primarily with people who speak to you in broken English. It was very frustrating because I am not even sure they completely understood the conversation. I cannot give them any stars because the other 2 wigs they sent me weren't exactly what I ordered, but at least they were close. As a matter of fact, I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They also have a number of complaints listed on the BBB site. I wish with everything in me that I checked there and here before ordering. My advise to anyone seeking to buy from Wigsbuy is "buyer beware". Getting issues resolved will be a serious hassle.

Horrible Wigs!
In 2015 I ordered two wigs from Wigsbuy and WigsBuy were fantastic. Based on those purchases I then proceeded to order 7 synthetic wigs and 2 human hair wigs this year (2016). The human hair wigs are laughably called human hair but they feel like animal hair. They also do not resemble their pictures at all. I ordered these wigs in either #613 or #27/613. The colour differences are immense.
The synthetic hair feels great but the styles are terrible and they do not look anything like their pictures. Based on what I have received, Wigsbuy only seems to know how to make one style, which is flat top, flat sides and bangs. BTW, the bangs on my wigs are extremely sparse allowing the hairline to show. No way for me to cover up. Maybe a Rambo style headband?
If you want wigs like mine where the hair is sewn into the seams at odd angles then this is definitely the site for you.
PS: I live in Canada and the turnaround time from placing the order until receiving the wigs was anywhere from 3 weeks to 9 weeks. Patience DOES NOT pay off!

Great Deception
These people charged my credit card, (an international fee was charged as well), but I did not receive the wig. I did receive a payment confirmation and order number, in which WigsBuy advised I could track down the progress of my purchase. I checked the status of my order on account created online with them, the 'status' went from preparing shipment to "You have not placed any order, Shop now!" I tried research under the order number, but the system indicates the "order number does not exist". I searched for their phone number only to discover they are in China. I also found a few negative reviews about the quality of their products, and other major issues when comes to refunds, Never again will I deal with them. I will check for reviews before I place an order with any other companys online, had I done with this one I would have not even bothered.

Scam website; do not buy
I would like to give 0 star if there is an option!
First, the item was not in the color it should be, even though i had confirmed the color code with the customer before placed the order; Second, the shape of the wig looks really ugly and un-real, not like their advertised pictures at all! Third, i tried to contact the customer to initiate a return because WigsBuy did not post a returning address on their website, and people will have to contact them first to get the address. The problem is after they knew that i wanted to return, they never responded to my emails/messages any more! Then i searched online for this website and found a lot of people having the same problems. But why such a scam website/company is still running in the US? Anyway, do not buy anything from this website, otherwise, you will pay almost $200 for a wig that is $10-30's worth.

Scam
I order 2 wigs from this company. I received the cheaper of the 2 but it was the wrong color from what I ordered and the invoice reflected a cheaper price from what I paid. I checked ony order 12 days after ordering to see when it would ship. I was told that my more expensive wig was holding up my order and it would be finished in 5 to 10 days. Well its 20 days in now. I received part of my order but the most expensive wig still hasn't showed up. WigsBuy are again telling me 5 to 10 days. When I asked for a number and a managers name I was told it was night there in their country and no Manger there. When asked what country I was told China. So I'm thinking I just go ripped off for $100 and I have to see what avenues if any can be taken

SHAMEFUL BUSINESS! DON'T BUY FROM THEM
I'm a cancer patient and have lost my hair and anticipated getting some self confidence back when receiving my wigs. First it took forever to start receiving them and when some did come in WigsBuy were the wrong wig and/or wrong color. I have been trying over 2 months to return what I have bought by writing to their "so called" customer service via e-mail with no response. I have tried to call their customer service telephone number to try to talk to someone and can't even leave a message because the voice mail box is full. I'm so disappointed with and if I can stop anyone else from ordering from this scam company by writing this review it makes me feel better.
Save your money and spare yourself the heartbreak of trying to make yourself feel better by buying one of their wigs. It's bad enough to go through the trauma of hearing you have cancer, going through chemo treatments and loosing your hair and then have to deal this company on top of it.

Don't trust Wigsbuy
Update: Wigsbuy finally refunded the money after I filed a complaint with Paypal. But it took weeks. WigsBuy kept saying the wig I returned was not the one I bought! Original posting here follows:

I tried to post this review on Wigsbuy with the link they sent me after I'd received the wig, but I couldn't submit it. They apparently don't allow customers who have complained to do reviews. I ordered this human hair wig in the attached photo (on the right) in size large but the order was automatically changed to medium. I wrote to Wigsbuy asking them to change it to large. When I received the wig, it was a medium, and they told me I could return it. I returned the wig via priority mail (cost $19) and received an email from Wigsbuy saying I hadn't returned it within 7 days (I hadn't been told about the 7 days). The next day, Wigsbuy said the wig I returned was synthetic. (I had ordered a synthetic wig earlier). My response: "if the wig is synthetic, I was cheated because Wigsbuy said it was human hair and charged me $146." Wigsbuy's response: "please send a picture of the wig you still have." My response: I sent three photos. Wigsbuy's response. "The wig in the pictures is the human hair wig. You returned the wrong one." The two wigs look nothing alike, so I sent a photo showing the two wigs side by side and asked: "are you SURE the wig on the left is the one that Wigsbuy made out of human hair to match the style on the right? " Wigsbuy has not yet responded and I can't post a review on their website, so I'm attaching a photo of the human hair wig I ordered (on the right) and the wig that Wigsbuy says is the human hair wig matching the style of the one I ordered.

This company WigsBuy.com are scammers!
I ordered (374984) a wigs for $44.95 on 12/1/2015. Here it is 12/23/2015 and I have not received the order. The order was supposed to be shipped to me in 3-5 days and I still do not have it. I sent three emails on this issue and WigsBuy tried to tell me that I did not pay for the order, that's why it has not been shipped. I paid for this purchase thru my paypal account and paypal emailed me a confirmation email stating that the order was paid.

This company has ruin a wedding I'm part of on 12/31/2015 New Years Eve with their scams. I ordered and purchased this wig for the wedding. I'm the Maid of Honor in this wedding and now I do not know what I'm going to do. I'm afraid to tell the bride and I don't want to stress her out with my problem.

All I ask for is my money back and I will never do business with this company again.

I purchased two wigs from this website the other day (May 5,2020). I was looking up reviews for reputable online wig stores and this one kept popping up as a very reputable one. When I made the purchase I noticed that the webpage kept glitching and stalling and would not allow me to stay on the same page that showed my order number. The website also never showed me a "order history" form or indicated anything about my purchase. I did not receive an email confirmation about tracking my order, either. When I checked my bank account I saw that the money had already been taken out of my account. I tried messaging the company on their website but I have not received any response. When I tried to put in the order number the website said that the number was invalid.

Today, I tried their customer service number and found that it is not even a real phone number. Their "live chat" feature simply states that their associates are unavailable. It was at this moment that I started to feel like I had been scammed. I started reading more reviews and in addition to the reviews on this website, there are many people like me who have been conned by this company.

I am so disgusted and furious, not only because I have been scammed out of $150 dollars (and now have to replace my card), but also because even during a global pandemic, companies like WigsBuy are taking hard-earned money from individuals that are just trying to purchase something nice for themselves (or as a gift) during such a depressing time.

Please, I can not stress this enough, avoid this company at all costs. There are reputable online wig companies out there, with most of them accredited by the BBB.

Update for the outcome
Hi, wrote here before about the 239$ paid wig, that was a scam bad quality. Well I then took it to Paypal and escalated a claim. I returned the wig (by my own expense) and now I got e-mails from Paypal that WigsBuy made a resolution for my favor, and I have been refunded with the 239$. I am relieved, even though I lost some money with this scam, but got the most back. It was a very frustrating battle and I do not suggest that anyone EVER puts any money to those cheaters! I had also another claim with Paypal according another scam company Wigsis, and that resolution came also today and I got the refund, which was 150$, so at this cases Paypal really helped me and it ended up as good as possible. I am a lot wiser now, and I will not use these awful Chinese scam sites anymore at all. Please be aware!
