Deceptive. Is not true to their policy
I ordered a wig and before I ordered I inquired about their return/exchange policy. I was advised that their would be no problem, even their printed return policy indicates that return/exchanges are possible. I checked to be certain. I ordered a wig which took a month to get to me. The wig was horrible, too much hair, I ordered an above shoulder bob, but it was just too much hair. I requested an exchange (I was willing to try again). I was told by the CS Rep that the wig was deformed due to the extrusion process in transportation (which might account for too much hair), but it was still okay and I should take it to my stylist to get it cut and washed. I did not want to do this. This Rep also told me that the company had went out of their way to design a wig for me and could I please be more cooperative. WOW. I am the consumer and if a company goes out of their way... well that's the cost of doing business. After many emails back and forth. WigSis offered me a $10.00 refund, and told me to keep the wig. I declined. I filed with the BBB, (I hope they assist me and will shut these people down). I sent the wig back (they would not give me the proper address for returns, so I sent it to the Fairbanks, AK address which is listed with the BBB. I will make it my mission to get my full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Illegal Website - BEWARE!
I purchased a 100% Human Hair wig from Wigsis. It arrived, nearly two weeks later than the expected arrival time, and turns our its completely synthetic. I have had this confirmed by a hair extension and wig specialist and a hair dresser.
I paid £166 for this, and have been offered first a £10 refund, and then a £30 refund.
In one email, WigSis said that although it says on the website it is 100% human hair (remi) they mix it with other fibres, 75% human hair to 25% other. After some pushing with emails, they have then lied again, saying 15% other fibres.
Be aware, a specialist has confirmed there is no human hair in the wig at all.
This company refuse to help! I have offered to return the item, but they say no because they are worried it will get lost in the post! I will be taking this further. If no for the money, for the stress caused, and for the principle that they are illegally miss-selling items. The lack of customer care from them has been upsetting and tiring. They are rude.
Stay well away! The hair melts under a curler or straightening iron.

Disgusting wig. Service not what ordered chemo patient very let down. Not real. Hair!
I ordered this wig after chemo and hair falling. The site looks genuine and expected to arrive quickly. Chose because UK site.
Mislead on delivery time. Kept advising on way but never came till 3 and a half weeks.
Opened box. Looked nothing like advertised product. Def not real hair. Colour black instead of dark brown. Extremely coarse. Very shiney. Looked instantly like synthetic hair.
Tested with straighteners. Didn't melt but wouldn't curl either!
Then realised when I read site their synthetic wigs do take some heat. So still think synthetic. I was desperate for a wig so tried taking the shine out. Washing it several times and drying naturally. No different... then tried vinegar wash no difference... tried mixture of honey lemon and apple cider vinegar no lift in colour... final test if it was human hair tried an
Off the shelf 6 shades lighter blonde bleach known brand to take it lighter and remove shine... if it were real hair this would of definitely lifted some colour out... but not a drop of colour came out.
So sad, distressed, chemo lady left with synthetic rubbish shoddy coarse wig not fit to wear... feel totally scammed... but then I was just desperate for a wig quickly and believed the promises.
Learn by my mistakes and look for reviews where your about to place your order don't believe the site hype!

Won't give me my money back!
I placed my order and was sent an email stating I would receive my wig with 3-5 business days. It took 12 days for me to get it and that was after two emails to them. I took it out of the box and did not like the color or the way it fit. I immediately put it back in its original box. I emailed customer service to say I did not like it or want it and to refund my money. WigSis got back to me right away and said they were sorry. They asked if I could TAKE PHOTOS of the wig and send them the pictures. I did exactly that. I got another email and it said, "how about we remake a new one for you"? What kind of BS is this? Don't they have hundreds of them on a shelf waiting for some dummy to order one and they stick it in a box and ship it off? What kind of fool would fall for this? The next line of the email said, I could pick out another wig and I WOULD ONLY HAVE TO PAY HALF and I could keep the old one I didn't like. Or I could send back the wig and exchange it for another one. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!
What reputable company doesn't offer a complete refund of a product if you don't like it. Now I will take steps further to get my money back. I can't afford to throw away $100 on something I'm never going to use.

LOSER FREAKIN COMPANY... SCAMMERS!
OMG, in reading all the reviews... I am now one of you all! I got took for $360.00. Wigs I ordered were not even close to the color charts shown on-line. After going back and forth with several of their loser customer service folks (Daisy and Molly) I was told several things from, " oh try again, new style look good on you" to "give wig to friend, it will look good on them, and we give you 10% discount on new wig". Are you kidding me? The wigs looked like dead freakin rats, why would I do that to a friend! I then had to provide Wigsis pictures of the wigs, both inside and outside of the bag. I jumped thru hoops and did everything that Wigsis asked me to do, to no avail. I proceeded to contact Paypal, I spoke with a Mika person who assured me I would get my refund since I sent them (Paypal) proof of all the correspondence between me and Wigsis. I even got a response from Paypal telling me WigSis would refund me my money to just send the wigs back to the China address they gave me. I did as instructed and sent them. Well... this whole nightmare started in Feb, 2017. It is now July 2017 and Paypal is now saying the claim is closed and cannot be re-opened. I am so disgusted with companies and people like this and all I can say is, WIGSIS, PAYPAL, DAISY and MOLLY. Every dog has their day... your turns coming. It's called carma!

Paypal is just as bad as Wigsis
So the battle continues. Paypal finally approved my dispute and will award me the amount I paid ($176) AFTER I return the item and provide them with a tracking number. The return cost is at least $65! Papypal will not pay the return shipping cost. I have been arguing with paypal (on hold for at least 30 min) that WigSis should shut this company down! All paypal keeps saying is they're looking into it - if they get enough complaints they will shut the company's access down. I just tracked all the reviews and they go back to January, 2016! And I'm sure there are thousands before that. So paypal isn't doing a damn thing to stop these people because they probably get a percentage of each transaction! Now I'm going after my credit company because somebody is going to take the loss and it won't be me. But quite frankly, I don't want Amex to have to take the loss for something that could have been avoided if paypal did their due diligence. And I'm not paying to ship this crap back either. Like I have nothing else to do on Black Friday!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star! DON'T PURCHASE HERE!
I got totally ripped off from this place. I purchased a wig for a friend who is a cancer patient and had it shipped directly to her home in another state. I paid $117 for the wig and it was a total piece of crap and was not as described. My friend immediately returned the wig to me along with its original packaging and I contacted the seller, which you can only do by email because WigSis are located in China... a fact I did not know from their website. They responded and asked that I send them pictures of the wig and its original packaging. Once they received the pictures, they responded that I should try washing and styling the wig, but do not return it. I insisted that I did not want it and wanted a refund and they refused. So I went through PayPal to have the charges reversed. Only then did they say, okay, return the wig. I shipped it back to them via the USPS at a cost of $24 because all other sources of shipment (DHL, UPS, FedEx) were going to cost $65 and up and it seemed foolish to spend $65 or more for shipping on a $117 item. I only found out after I shipped the wig that PayPal would have reimbursed me for my shipping costs (which they did with the $24). However, once the package cleared customs, the USPS was unable to track its delivery so WigSis won the dispute case and now I'm out $117 and they got that damn ugly wig back so they can sell it again!

Visa Charge Back Won Against WigSis
7/30/16 Don't allow WigSis to deny you to return their product or refuse to give you a return address within your domestic country. Send WigSis one email advising you received a cheap synthetic wig instead of a human hair wig and request their domestic return address within your country to return the product immediately for a 100 percent refund. I live in the United States and WigSis initially refused to provide a return address and eventually provided one in China.
I filed two disputes against Wigsis. One with PayPal and the other with my credit card company. I won both disputes and the credit card company didn't require that I send the cheap synthetic wig back via mail at all. PayPal will require you to return the wig via international mail which is costly but worth it.
My suggestion to you is to contact your credit card company and request to open a dispute against Wigsis requesting a charge back on your credit card since the company sent you the wrong product, cannot or will not provide a return address within your domestic country, failed to post any address of business on their website but claimed to be located in your domestic country, that you did not consent to purchase or to return a product via international mail and that you did not consent to any changes to be made to your original order prior to shipment.
Obtain a fax number or an email address from your credit card company to send them Wigsis' Return Policy, the original description of the wig you ordered, Wigsis statement claiming to be located in your country and all Wigsis emails that support WigSis substituted the material to make you a custom wig, counter offers made by WigSis to keep the wig and their refusal to honor their return policy. Print copies of this information directly from Wigsis' website with the website email address so your credit card company can view it too.
Note in your dispute that Wigsis knowingly sent or altered your wig without the buyer's consent, that they are not honoring their return policy, that you were not advised or consented to international shipping, and that you received a product not as described.
Lastly, I printed and sent in copies of WigSis negative reviews that were similar to my claim.

7/15/16 Cheap Synthetic Wigs/Confirmed China Return Address (Reposting)

Avoid purchasing from WigSis. The company will substitute your order of a human hair wig with a cheap synthetic wig and insist you received a custom made wig of human hair. If you've fallen victim to WigSis like I have, immediately open a claim against this company with PayPal. Do NOT waste time corresponding with WigSis via their email address@ *******@gmail.com either. Send all your corresponding emails through the PayPal and it's Resolution Center.

WigSis confirmed return address via PayPal and FedEx as of 07/15/16 in China is Zhao Qiang, Room 1003 Huishang International Bldg, Shouchun Road, Luyang District, Hefei, China, 230061, *******706.

PayPal will require you the buyer to return your cheap synthetic wig to WigSis. Do NOT use the United States Postal Service as WigSis will request. Be willing to invest the full cost of your original wig purchase on international shipping via FedEx or UPS knowing that you will obtain the full refund of your original purchase. You will NOT be reimbursed the international shipping fees. And be sure to check that WigSis the recipient will pay the duties and taxes.

Upon the return package arriving in China, WigSis will request to "abandon the package" to avoid paying the duties and taxes. FedEx will also call you requesting to confirm your consent to abandon the package. Tell FedEx you will call them back with your decision. Then immediately contact the PayPal Resolution Center with this information. PayPal will confirm your FedEx shipping update information, consider the package returned and credit you the full cost of your original purchase. Upon receipt of a PayPal email confirming you are being credited your money back from WigSis, call FedEx to confirm you will NOT pay the duties and taxes.

If every WigSis scammed buyer followed this procedure, WigSis would not net any profits and would be forced to go out of business. And FedEx will place the package on hold and destroy it after five days. That's no money earned by WigSis and one less cheap synthetic wig destroyed from their inventory.

2+ Months To Get Refund - TOTAL CHINESE SCAM!
The wig I ordered was received after more than 5 weeks. It was hideous! Total misrepresentation of the product. It looked like dog hair styled very badly. Nothing like the website pics. Same day of receipt, I followed their instructions in an attempt to return for refund. No contact phone number, only email instructions. But WigSis gave me me the run around, offering me $15 then $25 then $40 back after 2 weeks of going back and forth - and I was merely trying to obtain the return address as their instructions indicated. I paid $182 for that thing and there was no invoice included... of course no return label.
I was pissed but I was determined to get my money back. I finally had an idea to contact PayPal since they were the vendor who processed the payment. They were so very helpful; it took about 5 weeks from my initial PayPal claim being filed then escalated but I got my full refund. This was after PP held the $182 against the scammers' PP account until my claim was settled. They even lied to PP giving them the return instructions saying they'd accept the wig back but declined it in Chinese customs bc they didn't want to pay for duties and taxes. This was then settled in my favor 100% which PP still would have done upon verified receipt of my return. PP also refunded the shipping that I had to pay to send it back to China which wasn't cheap. It took at least 3 days weekly of following up with PP and towards the end woriking with FedEx on getting the documentation that I needed to provide to PP after the scammers declined the package in customs. I truly hope this helps someone else who is frustrated and is basically being scammed by this leaches. Good luck!

Awful wigs but managed to get a refund!
Like so many people here, I spent a fortune (over £200) on two wigs from Wigsis. When WigSis arrived they were terrible - nothing like the style or colour on the pictures and totally unwearable. I had even paid an extra £20 for 100% human hair, which it clearly wasn't. I was very disappointed and upset. So I emailed them and asked for an address so I could send the wigs back for a refund. There was then literally weeks of emails back and forth where they tried every excuse in the book not to give me a refund: 'You look so beautiful in the wigs'; 'If you send them back they will probably get lost in the post'; 'They just need restyling by a hairdresser' etc. They then started bargaining, first offering me a £10 partial refund, then £30, £70 and £100. I was tempted to take the £100 and just end the process but I was so unhappy that they were conning people with substandard wigs that I wouldn't let it go. I wish I had paid by paypal as then I'm sure I'd have got my money back quickly but I spoke to my bank and they said their claims team could investigate. I told Wigsis this and after some more back and forth they finally sent me a return address - in China, even though the website says they are UK based. However, they said that they would only accepted a trackable return method through Royal Mail - obviously knowing Royal Mail doesn't do one (only signed for). So I sent it signed for, taking pictures of the package, and the proof of postage. RM said it would take 5-7 working days to arrive, after 20 days I told Wigsis I was going to launch an investigation through RM (I'd taken out extra insurance) which you can do. And finally they emailed to say they had received the wigs and were issuing a refund. I was still very sceptical after such a bad experience but the money is in my account today - I still can't believe it! So basically if you want a refund DON'T GIVE UP!

BUYER BEWARE!
Within less than 12 hours after I ordered a wig from this company WIGIS I read a lot of the reviews and emailed the company to cancel the order and get a refund. Well, WigSis told me to keep the order because it was already being processed, but I kept telling them to refund my money and cancel the order. Then they offered me free shipping and I still told them to refund my money and cancel the order. So to entice me and sweeten the deal they offered a 12% discount. I feel like a fool because I assumed they were offering both the free shipping and the 12% discount, but oh no I was wrong. Daisy emailed me back to say I would only get the 12% discount NOT the free shipping, too, because I said I did not want the free shipping (who wouldnt want free shipping?) Actually I was being coerced into keeping an order that I wanted cancelled immediately and within less than 12 hours of the order placement. I have contacted Paypal and hopefully enough complaints will come through so Paypal will drop this company ASAP. They are definitely a SCAM and usually I check out a company Im unfamiliar with before ordering. I figured since they used Paypal they should be reputable, but I made a big mistake this time. They absolutely refuse to cancel the order now and I know trying to return it would be a nightmare! I truly hope this review will save someone else the headaches Ive been going through with this fraud of a so-called company!

NEGATIVE STARS
If I could give negative stars I would for this company. First of all the wigs took close to 8 weeks to arrive. While I was waiting I read all of the other reviews and decided to cancel my order because of the horror stories. I tried to cancel through their website and was unable to get a response so I went through my credit card company and canceled the order and got my money back. Then all of the sudden the wigs showed up. Out of curiousness I opened the package to see what WigSis looked like. The first wig was nothing like what I had ordered and the 2nd was the same, but I was falling apart as I took it out of the bag. The colors were supposed to be the same and my colorblind friend could tell they were different... to top it off the wigs smelled horrible, every time I tried to look at them I had to throw up from the horrible smell. The moment they were delivered their customer service department started harassing me to pay for the wigs. I told them I didn't want the wigs and to send me a call tag for their return. They told me to send them back USPS and that it only cost $20 to send back. First off... their $20 was a lot closer to $40 and Second off... why should I have to pay money for return of something that I didn't order and couldn't even wear? We have gone back and forth for several weeks now with them telling me I can keep them for $70 then $50 then $30. They told me I could pay the $30 and donate them. I would never donate something that looked so horrible and smelled so horrible to my worst enemy, and AGAIN I am not paying for their mistake. They wanted to know why I got a credit and I am keeping the wigs. I am not "keeping" the wigs, I am waiting for their return postage, I would LOVE to get these stinky things out of my possession.

I feel like they have a game down and like to play it with everyone they can just to see how many people will fall for it.

Horrendous
I don't even know what to say! Everything about this company is shocking. I ordered a 100% human hair long red wig in the style of Cheryl Cole according to the website description. OK so 1st of all WigSis are based in China something I didn't get the impression from when browsing the website. If I had known this I wouldn't of order anything from this company.

So it takes 30 days for my parcel to arrive also sometimes that was not made clear on the website, when my wig came I was absolutely mortified! I received a non human haired wig that looked like something out of a horror movie dragged through a bush and sleped on by a pack of wild dogs!

So I messaged to company and expressed my utter shock at the state of my wig. To cut a long story short they refused to accept that it was not a real human hair wig ( although I am an hairdresser and know the difference between human hair and non human hair) they refused to give me a returns address and a refund.

I had to go through a 3 month dispute with PayPal to get a return address from the company and get my refund.

I want to protect hard working people from making the same mistake as I have in spending there hard earned money and cheap rubbish.
DO NOT BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY!

False Adverting and Unethical Business Practices
This web store is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever had the disgrace of ordering from.
First of all, WigSis use false advertising and their customer satisfaction is a joke. The images of the wigs they advertised on their website are images of people's natural hair that they grab from the internet. I researched the image and found it on a different article showing a before and after look on a makeup tutorial. They use these images to make their wigs look natural and give you false expectations. They claim to sell 100% human Remy hair but their pieces are as synthetic as they come. Not only do you end up overpaying a huge price margin for synthetic wigs trying to pass off as the real deal but they don't even make an effort to make your wig the color and style you selected. They will send you different colors and/or styles and pressure you to keep them because "they are custom made and it costs them too much to make them" Lies! If the wigs were in fact custom made then they would look the same as you requested! I had to go back and forth for days asking to please allow me to return the wig for a full refund and they just kept ignoring my request and my complaint continued insisting on making me keep a wig I would not wear. They offered I keep the wig and get a $15 refund on a wig that cost me $251 dollars! Went as far as suggesting I keep it and sell it myself! Unbelievable! I had to take matters into my own hands because these people are extremely persistent and are trained to not allow you to return your wig under any circumstance and offer you solutions that only benefit their company. Thank God I used Paypal (I recommend you use Paypal on online stores you don't trust) I filed a claim with Paypal and they were able to give me a full refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this website.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
After one month of placing the order, I received an awful, terrible, bad quality, poorly made, totally different wig to the one I saw online. Unfortunately, I did read the reviews about this Chinese CO after I placed the order. Luckily, I paid with PayPal. As soon as I got the "wig", I got in contact with PayPal, explained my situation and I made a claim. After reviewing my case, and several emails of the Chinese wigs trying to convince me to close the claim offering discounts on more wigs (NEVER AGAIN WITH wigsis) and even a free wig... I would return a free wig because WigSis are soooooo ugly and different to the photos online, wigsis demanded to return the items to CHINA ( thats where this company is located), though USPS ONLY DELIVERY WITH TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY MONEY. If you don't return the items the same way they want you to do it, you don't get your refund. I paid $70.00 to return the merchandise, I know its a lot, but I would have paid more just to get rid of that ugly, tacky, cheap bunch of synthetic hair. Hopefully, I will get the full refund... my fingers are crossed and I am trusting PayPal. I don't know why PayPal is still doing business with these people. Here more reviews. Don't fall in this tramp as I did. Thanks for reading this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET A WIG THAT'S EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT YOUR ORDERED!
A true rating would be a zero if that was an option. This company should NOT be in business! It is a company out of China which you will not realize until your package arrives. My wig was orange and not even close to the style I selected. No one would wear this wig in public because it is not a natural color. The wig isn't even acceptable to wear for Halloween! WigSis did respond to my emails, but wanted me to send more money. They had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay for shipping and that would cost between $35-$45.

Here is one of Daisy's emails.
"Dear customer,
We are so sorry for all the trouble and inconvenience brought to you. Please kindly understand that the wig you ordered is customized, not in stock. We spend a lot of time and money on this wig, the prime price for this wig cost us very high. Please consider our position.If you return it to us, we won't resell it or use it. If you are not satisfied with the wig, how about we remake a new color wig for you, you just need to pay $30, and you can sell the wig received to others. Or keep it as an alternative one."

I have tried for over a week to get a return label sent to me free of charge, but have been unsuccessful. They keep telling me the same thing repeatedly. The address listed reads Alaska on their website. However, I was told not to send the merchandise to that address. They have a refund and return policy page, but the company will not adhere to what they have in writing.

To be safe stay as far away from this company as possible. Save yourself time, money and a headache! I can't state enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sucked into a comical excuse for a company.
I am reading all the above post and can you believe this. I fell for the scam too. Omg... I wish I had contacted the BBB before being lured in the web of a lying company. I asked and thought I ordered a 3/4 fall paying 93.00. After a week I sent a email where was it. Most companies ship in a week Cindy said we are making a special one just for you and it is taking longer. Two weeks went by. Same story. Then the 3rd week I said send the hair or I turn you over the our attorney general. And BBB. She said give me one more week and you will have it.
After 23 days, it arrived. I opened the box and was SHOCKED. It was a strand of extensions. WOW. I called and then emailed I want a refund and she said that I had ordered it this way. I said $#*! NO WAY. I could have gone to Sallys and made my own in one day for 19.00. She insisted I ordered it that way. I said no... the picture does not look like the merchandise. I contacted the BBB and WigSis have a lot of complaints. I have posted on several sites my frustration. They offered a 5.00 refund and I keep the strand of hair. I said No Then they offered 10.00 again NO. I filed a complaint with the BBB but can I do so with PAY PAL too? I am trying that next. Then our consumer attorney generals office unfair trading in merchandise. This strand came from CHINA. They didnt make it special for me... it took so long because it came from china and it says so on the box.

Alright! If you are ready to experience one of the most frustrating events in your life, well step right up and throw your money down this fraud vacuum called WIGSIS. Not only do WigSis fail miserably to deliver any product as described on their website, they also have an extremely effective way to refuse returns and refunds even though their policy allows for these issues (albeit with very specific guidelines). These little devils have tapped into a world wide market, via the internet. Through intentionally fraudulent product descriptions and photos of models with their own heads of hair, a potential buyer gets lured in to the fantasy product advertised enough to send money to china never to be seen again. Story after story of the unethical and fraudulent business practices can be found at multiple consumer websites across the globe, focusing mainly on the US, UK and Australia. While these thieves have swindled me to the meager sum of $249, their consistent practices to keep any consumer from actually being able to return an item due to dissatisfaction for refund must have their pockets bulging at the seams. I have been emailing daily for over a month wanting to return for refund a thin-haired, synthetic, and totally disapointing little rag with no foreseeable chance of ever getting my money despite their own posted advertisement, policies and guidelines. I will look for any legal way possible to try and make these bottom dwellers pay one way or another. If you have had a negative experience with this company please post about it as often as you can. I would love to get a class action together to take these scammers out for good!

I wished I had found the reviews before ordering from this dishonest company
I wish I had seen this site before making a purchase! I placed an order in April for $299, which was a big deal for me. The order arrived - it was the wrong item - a long Halloween looking 18inch wig! My order was for a 12 inch lace front Brazilian. I contacted the company WigSis apologized and said my wig was sent to another customer by mistake. After several emails they gave me an address to return the wig by US postage. Which I did... wish I had seen the other post, because now I know why. I returned the wig. The promised to send out my wig once it was received.

After several weeks and emails, my wig finally arrived, or so I thought. The wig was totally different from the one I had ordered. I wasn't even sure of the quality and could recognize it on their site. Secondly, their version of a lace front as described on their site is not what arrived on the item (which was supposed to be lace front). I questioned that and was told "this is how the company does lace front" regardless of how it is depicted on their website. The hair clearly was not the best quality. I was not going to keep the wig and wanted the wig I had originally ordered.

I sent them several emails informing them that I wanted the wig I ordered. I even sent pictures of the wig I ordered and the one I received. This was their last response...

Did you mean the wrong wig you received last time? The sku is HW04047.
The wig you received this time is the wig you originally ordered. It is the right one. Our factory made the wig according to your order.So normally we don't accept return unless there were quality issues.

By the way, we could refund you the postage last time now.

HORIBBLE... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE!
I ordered 2 wigs from this back ally company costing over $300. Both wigs were the same style of boy-cut but different colors. WigSis are not anywhere near the style I ordered. They are not even the same style as each other. When I tried them on my family and I could not stop laughing because the wigs are so awful! As one post reads they indeed look like rat hair. I contacted customer service and was told to let them relax as the shipping may have distorted them a little. There is absolutely no way of saving these wigs. Customer service also asked me to keep them as a favor because it would cost them money if I returned them... haha! OMG! I have made a couple more attempts to contact the company but have not heard back as of yet. Please be warned! These wigs are absolutely the most horrible wigs on planet earth! They are rat carcasses sewn together in the bowels of China's ghettos. As my mother pointed out between her hysterical laughing at least we now have something to wear for Halloween! DO NOT SEND MONEY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
