Wink Beds

I contacted other mattress companies and Wink Beds never called or emailed me back. Winkbeds did immediately. I liked the service so much I ordered one. It arrived and I slept on it for a month and a half and it was just too soft. I emailed them and thought, "ok here we go". BUT, they sent me the next firm bed BEFORE they even took the other mattress back! Talk about customer service. Then they picked up the old mattress in about a week. Don't bother with the others this company is the best.

Its hard to know if you're ordering the right mattress when you're just reading reviews and not seeing one in person. But with the no hassle exchange/refund we took the leap. First mattress didn't work out, exchanged it with no issues, and sleeping better than ever now.

Was nervous we had waited too long to exchange and i couldn't find our Order #. Customer Service put us at ease. Found our order number, and we had plenty of time left to do an exchange. Helpful and quick.

Overall, my experience buying a mattress through Wink was very positive, and I'm pleased with my choice. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise came about a week after the mattress was delivered, when I received an email from Wink: did I want Wink to pick up my old mattress, for free? YES! I'm not sure if this service is available (or free of charge) for all 50 states, but it is in California, and I'm going to take advantage of the offer.

I needed to make sure that I could put my fathers address because I will be out of town. Before I could hear back from him, I received multiple texts and emails stating that I have not finished my purchase and can anyone help me. One time would have been enough. It was a little harassing. Other than that, the ordering process was good. Good information.

Using your Bread option has been a long lengthy process that ended with Wink Beds could not verify me, which is just a failure of their system. Trying to work through the process and with both support from WinkBeds and Bread was less than good (~1 week). I didn't need financing, but thought I could add some good credit points. Man that was a mistake. I just used my credit card in the end.

Wink Beds don't tell you (at least where I've seen) that you have to sleep on the mattress for x amount of days before you can get an exchange or refund. I slept horribly for weeks and wasn't allowed to get the Softer mattress. Then when that waiting period was up they magically have a $49 fee attached to it in order to replace the uncomfortable mattress that's supposed to be 100% refunds and risk free trials. Maybe all of this is in some very fine print but needless to say once I use this mattress up they won't be getting me back as a customer.

The representative answered my questions that mostly revolved about the firmness and feel of the mattress. I had difficulty understanding what it means to sleep "on top of the bed" and choosing between a "luxury firm" and a "firm" mattress. I wish you offered a King-Split mattress - that's what I really need. I also wish you supplied a full cover for the mattress instead of one that is only like a fitted sheet.

Overall easy exchange process. You do have to pay a premium/shipping cost for the exchange (~$50) to handle admin, which is not completely "free of charge" -- but if you are OK with this administrative fee, the process itself is just fine. Easy with a 3rd party pick-up scheduled to get your own mattress from your room, but you are on your own to unpack and set the new mattress when it arrives. The 3rd party firm does not handle or touch unpacking your new mattress, so you are aware.

I'M GETTING A BED!
Buying a quality bed for me has been a long time dream. I have poured over websites trying to choose the best one for this old creaky body. I'd narrowed it down to 5 and then 3. I chose the WinkBed because of the reviews, the adjustable bed frame and their awareness of our Earth. But mostly because of the quality of the mattress. Here's hoping to many nights of happy sleeping!

I have had a terrible time with both the mattress and the foundation. UPS was a problem with the mattress (which we finally received). Now I am still waiting on the foundation. I finally reached someone at FedEx who told me that it had been damaged. I sent an email to your employee, Robert, and I have yet to hear anything. I should think that your company should have been able to find out this instead of me having to track it down. I am very disappointed with your service.

The box arrived punctured and ripped. The mattress wrap was still intact and no damage was done in shipping. There were no markings on the plastic to show top to bottom or side to side for placing it on the bed. It was a struggle to get it turned to the right placement. NO handles! It has only been one week, but so far, it is much firmer than we expected, and it is HOT!

I don't know what the environmental fund is or what it does, I didn't have an option about paying for it. I can rate the delivery: two stars. It arrived fast enough, but the box was destroyed and opened so that when I brought it in the house the opening tool that came with the bed fell out onto my porch and I didn't know it had even come with the bed. The overall shopping experience was fine. I found the bed I wanted no problem. But I had hoped to get sheets for it. I am pretty sure Wink Beds sell sheets, but I couldn't find anything but beds on the website.

We love, love, love our new WinkBed mattress. It is like floating on a cloud. We sleep so much better now with this mattress. No aching backs in the morning. No waking up multiple times during the night because of pain or discomfort. Having this mattress is a dream come true! The sheets that came with the bundle are excellent, too. We highly recommend this company and their products.

Didn't care for the way you got to each area like the drop down or mattresses. Was difficult to see or move it around to see all the different mattresses. Also site wouldn't tell me when to expect my mattress until the very end of the purchase. I almost cancelled order thinking I am not waiting forever to get a mattress just tell me within a few days when I can expect the mattress UP FRONT!

It took about 4 tries to order this. My cart keep showing 2 sleep bundles and every time I tried to fix that I had more sleep bundles and multiple mattresses. Eventually I got it right (I hope).

Mattress arrive a day early and I managed to get the box upstairs and placed on the bed by myself. I allowed a night to decompress and have slept on it the last two nights. Very happy with everything so far. Definitely feels like a quality bed.

Not impressed with Wink Beds. My bed feels like I am sleeping on a board. It is supposed to be a medium firm mattress. I wrote to customer service at the beginning of the week and today is Friday and I have not heard back. Customer service overall I would rate as below average at best. It can be days to more than a week to hear back from customer service. Disappointing.

It is not the bed that gives me a scathing review but it is the AWFUL customer service. I find the sales people at Winkbed rude, rigid, cold, and basically the worse customer service ever. I do not recommend to buy or support Winkbed as company for Wink Beds are just AWFUL. DON'T BUY WINKBED! Go with another company that knows the true meaning of customer service.

I just received a Wink mattress this week. Because of the way that it is shrink wrapped in plastic for shipping, the corners came damaged (all four corners are bulging out because the foam is angled out). I have exchanged multiple emails with Wink requesting a replacement mattress, and so far Wink Beds have refused. I feel very mislead by the stated return policy on their website, and I will continue fighting this. Be aware that they shrink wrap the mattress for shipping, potentially causing damage, and are unwilling to honor their return policy. Wish I could give them negative stars.

My mattress order was fantastic. Arrived right on time and I was kept informed throughout the entire delivery process. Plus, you don't need to be home when it arrives. Comes in a big box, you brung it inside, open it up and out unfolds your mattress. What a comfortable mattress too - now ordering the platform. And I see the adjustable platform in my future. Huge fan of Wink mattresses!

Product arrived very soon after the order. Mattress is compressed and vacuum packed in plastic bag. Need to be careful when cutting off the plastic, as the mattress will pop open and fully decompress in seconds. I was almost knocked over when it popped open. Mattress was a lot firmer than I thought, based on the company description. I'm 6'7" at 280 with a bad back, and it was like laying on a hard surface with almost no give. When selecting this product, I thing the word Luxury through my off as to the comfort of the mattress. I was expecting something softer. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep this mattress after I use it for a couple of weeks.
