I have ordered cake for my brother's birthday on 21 March as there app showing same day delivery. However Winni didn't deliver after some many followers up. There customer service representatives are just robots they didn't reply after my query. Atleast I requested them to deliver my order on next day after birthday delivery boy went to deliver after 8 PM and when no one was expected that product and no one at home. I called that delivery boy he was shouting on me. I asked to provider bakery contact name but he did not provided and also disconnected my call. They are just cheaters who make fake promises to get money I think the core business of winni is make people fool and earn. Even they didn't refuse to refund my money according to them 52 hrs prior delivery came be refunded only. They only cheat people by making them fool and they are running there busing like that only because they know India has huge population if they will 1/ people make fool they will be rich.

U don't deserve even 1 rating. Ther's no responsibility in your service.the order has not delivered on time. Even the Wiini people cant reach the vendor and there is no tracking. I didn't under stand that why it is showing it will be delivered between 10-2 almost four hours we need to wait for the order.It should in range of one hour. I have waited for almost 4 hours and the cake was delivered at 2:30. I have to make multiple remainders to winni team that i didn't get my order. I just asked the vendor name so that i will go inpeson pick the order but Winni dont have vendor details.It was an important day in my life ruined by winni. I will never order through winni.The customer care people not polite and they are saying that it is just delayed by 30 minutes. From morning i am waiting for cake and all the guests are waiting at the party for cake and everyone got diappointed and has left the party.

Winni Flowers is a completely unreliable supplier.
I don't live in India, but I placed an order with Winni to deliver flowers to my wife at her office location in Chennai - India, since she was going through a tough time and I wanted to surprise her and bring a smile to her face. Well, problem #1 Winni was providing only 1 deliver time option which was from anytime between 9am to 10pm. Not I'm not sure who in the world would be working such office hours. So that in itself is a business model set to fail.

Winni Flowers claims to have gone to my wife's office at 7pm, found out she wasn't there and notified me that the customer wasn't there so we'll be closing the order and there will be no refunds. I accepted their rational, had a chat with their customer service team and Winni said they can redeliver it the next day at an extra charge or additional Rs 150. I was willing to bear that cost, but told them it'll need to be delivered by Noon and at the latest by 2pm. They promised and assumes me, on email and the chat, that they will make sure the delivery reaches the recipient by this time. Day 2 rolls around and they make it a point to do the same thing and deliver at the location after 4:30pm. Just to be sure that this doesn't happened, I even checked up on deliver states and contact customer service on the day of delivery in the morning to make sure they don't miss it. To which they again assured me, they'll deliver on their promise. But failed again and then claimed, sorry we can't refund you because no one was there to recieve the flowers.

Finally, the number I provided to be reached was my personal number which was international. And the delivery team, doesn't even attempt to call and check, but sends out a default message stating, we tried to reach the sender but was unable to. I even tried to call the number that was provided on the companies Website, but it wasn't a valid number.

So in short, this was a well planned scam and they were success in ripping me of my money and if they are a genuine company provide the worst service and won't deliver on their commitment. So beware! Don't make the mistake I made.

I ordered an eggless cofee+chocolate cake with the following description on it -
"The perfect combo of the coffee, chocolate and whipped cream can definitely make everyone fall heels over head with this cake. The entire cake is covered in the colour of chocolate and coffee that can make you go WOW. This super delicious cake comes with the chocolate beaming on sides, caramel lining".

All I got was a white cream cake with NO personal message on it. This cake was delivered by "CAKE TREASURES, Velachery". This shop doesn't care to deliver what I ordered, how could I believe that Winni cared to deliver an EGGLESS cake?
And. I ordered a GREY teddy bear whereas a dark yellow one was delivered.
I have given 2 stars because the bread of the cake tasted good.

I tried to write an review on http://trustedcompany.com but they didnt post it saying I have reviewed Winni in the past 30 days and can post my review after 29 days. This is a ridiculous lie coz this is my first order with winni and is my first ever feedback!

Have ordered cake from Wini. But to my surprise when the cake came and we tried to cut it we just couldn't put the candles in it since the top sheet was made of plastic... and we couldn't even cut that plastic which regular knife. I am extremely disappointed... cake was tasteless no one ate it. Most useless... spoiled my entire party... after which i gave that cake to my house made she and her kids have eaten that cake and Winni are in hospital now due to excessive food poising...
After three days without my consent another cake was delivered I wrote several mails and I made several calls that I have not asked for this cake and it is of no use to me but no response from the customer care. I have never come across such pathetic customer care. They don't give a damn to customers mails and calls... must useless website to order anything from

Ordered a cake online from Canada to be delivered in India by 10 pm Winni went to deliver at 7 pm itself that is 3 hours early and then left me an email that it won't be delivered again and the order has been cancelled as they couldn't reach the person. Placed an second order to be delivered at midnight based on this email, which got delivered at 11pm instead of 12 for which I paid the delivery charges of midnight, ended up paying for both the orders. When called the customer care, the person couldn't understand the situation and on top of that called me a liar. Even after I forwarded the email I got from Winni, never got any reply from them and no refund for the first order that was cancelled from their end. Worst experience. Should have used Gifts to India site. Far more better service.

Placed order for rakhi, raksha bandhan cake and cadbury celebrations.

Cake - the cake was marked 749/- on their website, which was relevant for Rakhi(with image of sister tying rakhi to bro). I had no intention of buying a cake, just because I saw that I ordered.

Rakhi - scanned thru the website multiple times and chose one with rudraksha design.

And chocolates - chose cadbury celebration.

Overall 2597/- was the bill.

Now comes the horror - Winni delivered completely different stuff - the cake was a plain one and listed on their website for 499/-, the rakhi was completely different one. The chocolate was completely different.

I tried reaching through their unreliable customer care phone number - which is never answered.
Their live chat is a joke. As soon as I say, have an issue. I get 0 response. It is absolute ZERO. I waited for 30 mins to see, atleast an apology will come. But nothing
And their email support - i put forward my concern, they say it may have slightly varied. We will give you 50 rs. For what? To keep quite? So that i dont raise my concern?

You would rather not surprise any one than getting surprised like this with their ethics.

winni.in online service is complete fraud. Never ever order anything from this website you will end up losing your Money and time. I placed an Order ( Order ID *******04955) on 14th Feb 2021 and it was not delivered on 14th Feb and it was not delivered next day 15th Feb. 2021 as well and i received the confirmation email for successful delivery without getting any delivery from them.

I raised the complaint, I sent them email on info at winni.in, I tried calling on their fake number *******510 given on their website. Nothing happened. Every time you call on this number it will always be busy even 12:30 AM midnight.

Winni don't even deserve for one star rating. There is no choice of giving zero rating here on google review otherwise i would have given zero rating.

I know for sure even if winni's customer service read this message nothing will happen because they don't care for their customer.

I am writing this message for the people who suffer after they place the order... so don't even place any order from winni.

Winni are known for holding deliveries on a occasion date and send it at per their convenient. I would just like to share the recent experience where a guy who was supposed to deliver flower to my wife on anniversary have reached the other day. Through out the day nobody updated. Next day, they sent a mail that order will be delivered today. They have no courtesy to apologies and keep customer.

When i raised the issue with customer care, they had nothing else than saying sorry. I wasted my money and occasion here.
If you are reading this, there are multiple other option to surprise your loved ones. Dont waste and money here.

On 24th Dec i had ordered cake and chocolates and flowers from your website.

Wanted to order at hospital but for some reason patient was under bad condition.
The lady was very rude to customer was not ready to adjust it later she told us she will delivery to any another place in Delhi but she denied later. Very rude way it was. Taking money and not giving proper service this type of business your cheating with customer. Every company has policy but Winni do needful atleast money in our wallet. I want to take a strict action on this. Upon that is mailing us first mail she told us delivery was returned as costumer phone not reachable.and when i spoke to him i told what mail your sending any wrong information. Later at night he had send mail cake was delivered. They didn't gave us anything. Just cheating with customer and earning business
Gurgaon branch is horrible specially that lady.

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday and chose the slot 10-2 pm for delivery. But Winni did not deliver and when I tried to reach them out from zendesk support they literally ignored my issue even though I was in the queue for so long! Then after complaining to them several times, again and again, they told me that they will deliver it by 5 pm, and apparently this change was not even notified to me. Not only this, but they also did not even deliver by 5 pm and then said by 9 pm maybe as it is out of delivery. I had dinner out plans with the family and THEY FALSELY CLAIM FOR DELIVERY IN 2HOURS! Why the hell you ask for time slots if you cannot deliver on time? I have used other cake delivery services before who work as they say to the customers! Highly unprofessional, very disgusting, and not at all cooperating company. I ask all to stop falsely appreciating because this portrays a good image even though it is a $#*!ty website!

Avoid ordering cake from winni.in to 2nd or 3rd tier cities. Winni do not have quality control and most likely what they promise you on their website and what they will deliver to you will be a different cake. Please see attached picture - I ordered a chocolate truffle cake but their vendor delivered a different cake and was not so great in taste.

I sent winni.in email about my complaint, but for 2 weeks they were convincing me that these two cake are same in Taste, Flavor and Ingredients. It is only after my persistent denial to accept, they finally agreed that Vendor changed the cake at last minute because the cake fall down, which is also hard to believe. Because it happened earlier also. Winni.in do not have any escalation matrix, so maximum they can offer you is 100 Rupee voucher. I requested in emails that I want to talk to their seniors but they ignored my requests. So I assume they are ignoring complaints. I am still following up with them to refund my entire order money.

Hopeless customer service! My friends told me not to purchase from 'Winni' but I just thought of giving winni.in a chance and placed my first order and till date i regret my decision.

Recently, I placed an order from winni.in and at the last moment when we are celebrating my niece bday, Winni sent half order and sent me a message saying that my order has been delivered. Because we were busy celebrating, i ignored the missing product of my order and complaint about this next day.

My complaint was not answer. I complaint again on their live chat and their representative left the chat without answering. I tried to get 3-4 and same protocol was followed (leave the chat) by their customer representative.

I do understand that we all are humans and maybe by mistake they did not deliver my half order but the behaviour and response i received from their customer service was pathetic.

My first (n last) experience with them was pathetic all because of their customer service. I should have listened to my friends about how horrible their customer service is. Lesson learned!

P.s. I do have the screenshots of my chat with their customer care to prove my case.

I got my order now and the time is 23.02. I ordered for my valentine n I get my surprise just now. If I tok about d stuff I get right now it's not as same as Winni shown on the pics it's looking lyf local buquet in local market whose price around 300-500. The price nd the buquet they shown on the picture was totally different from the real one. PATHETIC... I ordered 1 card and after waiting long tym I got only buquet. Chutiyaa bana dia... I didn't get my card which I HV ordered. Plz Refund my money. Last me milne par bhi pura order deliver nahi kia paise to pure kaat liye. It was very embarrassing for me. They ruined my valentine totally. Inko to jitna bolu utna Kam hai. Attached picture with this. I want my money back. Which I didn't rcv the crossed it. So I need my money back. I only received the buquet.

I was searching for a midnight delivery site of bouquet for Bangalore city and trust me guys I compared almost all the websites for the same delivery and came to the conclusion that Winni website id giving at the BEST price. So I made up my mind to order from here only. But I got a little late and website was not showing me the same day delivery date.

But their customer support person was so helpful he made me delivery possible and helped me a lot with his directions. I really appreciate that. I ordered Radiant Wishes A basket of 10 Red and 10 White Roses but I was worried about the quality of flowers, will Winni look good or not. But when my friend sent me the photograph of that bouquet, I could not stop myself from writing this review.

It was as good as I could have expected. Delivery was around 11.30 p. M as it was a midnight request. Everything for me turned out to b best.The photograph is attached. Thank You winni :)

Service is pathetic, my order ID is "*******937", specially done for valentines day and also recommented by friend. But:
1. Beside asking time, my order is not yet delivered.
2. Phone on the website is never responding "I am trying to call on *******510 also now"
3. On chat - Customer service agent replies after 40 min "Hi", and then vanishes.

I think this is a fraud website.

I ordered of almost ₹7000... 4 items... It was delivered to other location where the recipient was not available... We still took 2 items cakes and chocolates. Rest 2 were not delivered that day and it was still with courier. We asked them to stop those 2 items delivery... Winni said let it go to the said place and reject it there and you can redeliver to new *******@150 rs. Next day we did the same and now they ask for rs 500 for redelivery. They know I cannot do anything as item is worth rs 3000. And if I don't 0ay 500 they won't even refund 3000. I asked them to cut 500 and refund the rest. Did not agree to that too. Customer care is pathetic service. Finally I paid extra, and I need to call them daily and ask for the status. THEY ARE JUDT THIEVES LOOTING MONEY. THE PRODUCTD ARE ALREADY HIGH PROCED. AND IF I ORDERRD OF 7000 AND STILL GOT SUCH 0ATHETIC SRRVICE. I am definitely not letting anyone I know order from here

The cake was broken and damaged at the time of delivery. No proper and immediate response from the customer support. Also, the cake was not exactly the same as how it was shown in the order picture. Just plain on top with the wishes text! I would not order again through Winni and would not recommend to others as well!

Moreover, Winni charged 200 Rs for the specific time delivery + 200 Rs for delivery charges + additional charges of 150 Rs for my mistake in entering the wrong pin code of the area which was collected from the person to whom I sent the cake as a gift! In their website, you cannot enter mobile number more than 10 digits. So how does a sender who lives in a foreign country can enter his/her mobile number with the country code? And they say that since they could not reach the sender in mobile, they collected the additional charges from the recipient. That was really bad and they SPOILED my surprise!

For 1/2 kg of cake with a bamboo plant, now I spent 1848 + 150 + my time talking to customer support + recipient's time talking to customer support. WASTE OF MONEY and the cake was also not delivered at the specified time. WORST overall!

This is a fraud company. Looks like the owner Sonali Gour, set it up to loot people and shoo off... The chat agent just said Hi and for last 45 minutes no response... and sadly all reviews are like that.

If you want a cake that looks horrible, not even resembling. 001% as shown in pic. Then please go ahead, spoil your occasion and order it.
I won't even recomment ordering a greeting card, you will receive a 10 rupees stupid card.
Their website in the customer review section Winni have all only positive comments. Now after looking at the review on Mounthshut.com I see the real picture. This website is fooling the customers.
Worst company, they show you an image and deliver some other 3rd class cake. So don't trust http://www.winni.in its a scam they are by born cheaters. They will spoil your mood if you order cake from this pathetic website.
WORST CUSTOMER CARE service, When I complained they will closed it even without resolving even when i have shared images and spoiled cake they are still saying it was a fresh cake.
The cakes also costly but service is worst. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I really want to rate 0/5. Worst/ Stupid/pathetic service. I will strongly not recommend this.

Disappointing experience, I ordered a cake worth of 1000 and received a pathetic cake instead.
At the same day my other friend ordered a cake from the same site, for the same person worth 800 and both of the cakes looked the same when Winni were delivered.

No specific instructions were followed like writing the name of my friend on the cake.
Even after long calls with their management staff they did nothing. Firstly we were told to consume the given cake and they promised another cake apart from that, with an apology letter and some chocolates.( Was clearly written in form of a mail)
One day passed and no cake was delivered as they blamed that the cake shops of the city has been closed, so they'll deliver next day.
Next day - my friend received was just 5 dairy milk that too of Rs. 10 without any apology letter.
After having a discussion on the same they said, cake was never meant to be given, as it was a miscommunication!

Which clearly didn't compensate my Rs1000, after a long discussion about the same to their staff, I was promised with 150 cashback within 10-15 days. And guess what, I haven't received it either!
By the way! Her birthday was on 5th April and it's 25 already!

Beware of this site please! Don't invest your money in such a pathetic site!.
