I WISH ZERO stars instead
DELETED MY ACCOUNT TO COVER THEIR STEALING MY MONEY STEPS - aka stay away from Wish

Order #1: I paid $65.48; about a week later I decided on another Order #2: for like $63.00.
-Month later I come back to check shipping and orders marked delivered... yet Order #1 shows on tracking as never even passing customs,
And Order #2 as being marked *delivered*
But in Toronto...
Yet I live in Winnipeg... (like yo? That's not even my city. :/)

Sooooooo then >
WISH offered me the choice of an instant refund, option a. Being WISH dollars posted back to my account or, option b., monies refunded back to my credit card - in two weeks time.
I opted for option b. As I didn't mind in-app WISH dollars cause 2 weeks long as hell and wish got cute ish.

The "refund" **cough cough scam cough** posted to my account immediately.
Mistake #3 (**oh whoops, I mean**)
Order 3: is 72$ for items I'd ultimately never see.

SOOOOOO 30 days >>
I come to see WISH really charged me and took real money off my card & stickily stole that $72 CAR right out my bank. (grumbles under breath ~
**sureasish ***bs *GrumBle** WISHDollarslittleBishDollas*** ~)
And sooooo >>>
I didn't notice right away.
Not until I was reviewing my statements at months end and thought 'wtf this some grimy ish' and 'oooooh wish got me lookin' fish' so, obvy this was like OH HELL NO!

And sooooo >>>>
-I go back into the app and tried to log in but ~~no user found~~ `WTF, I think to myself and try to reset password but ~~no email registered~~ That's right.
They're really that
Grimy and straight up slimy.
(grumbles go self ~
WishbisznissGotMeAllFishBish'nIt~)

Aaaand so >>>>>
A week later I FIINAALLY get ahold of them fish at wish. Wish act like they don't know nothing about nothing and don't know what happened to my account.
I finally track down my records via accounts and more back and forth waiting and they're not answering nothing.
December 2019. They say they're sending it to my bank via the account paid, yet couldn't tell me which account or so for how much.

It's now end of January 2020 I send them all the money withdrawn from my account, and tracking info, and labelled attachments and no way to deny their legitimacy and all they say is...

>>>>>>their policy is 30 days from order for all refunds and therefore are no longer offering me a refund of any kind even though they know. Plus they still can't tell me how much they apparently 'refunded' me a month ago... lol.

But yeah, for anyone else. Fn run 'cause this Wish bs no. 99 fun.

A pie in the sky
The first thing to know is that, when you place an order, your bank account is debited the next day of course, but you never receive an order confirmation! The only proof is supposed to be listed in an "order history", which happens to be unprecise and not complete; then you loose proper trace and Wish are the ones to ask you for details when they should on the contrary have all elements on hand. As a matter of fact, I made a trial with 3 orders as far back as Sept. 28... only 1 was properly delivered mid-december, the second one not delivered, the third one delivered partially end-december with main item missing, another item 1 piece of of 2. The so-called after-sales service is a succession of "clones" who do not read the text and just try to transfer the issue to the next colleague. All of this to return you to the "Wish assistant" which is a robot...(Good luck for the discussion!). The order history was not complete, -one order missing- something I complained about because no order confirmation received separately for any order and, no surprise, that is the main order which was not fulfilled properly. Their system obviously is blind, you can feel that the "support" has a very low level of information about the orders and they have no reliable tracking of the orders, neither with their suppliers. The advertisement consists in luring the customer and confusing him with nice pictures, but most of the time the price is set for only a component of the product picture you see. I transmitted all snapshots, pictures of delivered items, bank debit dates (immediate!) and facts, but they would not take it into account and you face a wall. Ultimately I copied the founder's email address and Connie Chang's address of my last mail with the support. I lost most of the orders money but I drop the idea of wasting further time in arguing. Fatigue. I am sending copy of the whole correspondence to Forbes, as they interviewed and praised the founder. We'll see how they consider the real consumers'experience. FORGET ABOUT WISH!

PRETTY BAD THAT MY VERY FIRST TRANSACTION WAS SCANDELOUS
I had downloaded this well known "WISH" App this morning,(Wed. 11/11/20.) I'll tell ya, LESSON LEARNED, READ ANY & ALL REVIEWS 1ST!
After logging on 1st time I was prompted to create an account. After doing this I was redirected to a page with a "BONUS WHEEL" that I could spin & win various numbers that represented how many products I got a "24 minutes spree" to choose which of these I wanted, ALL at "SPECIAL, FOR MY 1ST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, significantly reduced prices." I went with this,... having chose 10 of the items at their CLEARLY LISTED AT BOTTOM OF PIC, REDUCED prices. Proceeding to checkout, Wish had my payment info from the start for a "secured and easy payment process." I filled in address and all pertinent info only for AT COMPLETION, the page decides to redirect itself OFF checkout. So then a notice pops up..."continue with order details here," to which I clicked on. Now imma be clear here,... at the bottom of page during this WHOLE PROCESS of checking out, a red sliding bar remained. It said "slide to make payment." So not once did It cross my mind that clicking the "contine with order details" would totally complete and actually ORDER my ORDER! I hadn't even hit the correct of the 2 versions of my address they found on me. This MIGHT NOT be that upsetting EXCEPT that on order summary, ALL ITEMS ORDERED were ABSOLUTELY NOT the PRICES LISTED during my "so very special spree/bonanza wheel" charade. They were ALL at least doubled & tripled the initial prices listed. After seeing this I was preparing to delete every item but 1. (Funny how they seem to redirect at the PERFECT TIME.) So then I'm left struggling to find a Customer Service number to cancel the entire order ASAP. To my horror, I find there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO numbers affiliated with WISH. Not even a online chat with a REAL PERSON. I found the customer support within the app... this was NOTHING but a robot spewing out 3 preselected choices at a time, EVERY TIME, that have nothing to do with anything a person might run into problematic wise. And they give you ZERO option to explain or select to speak to a REAL AGENT. I found 1 number online to which a recording tells you they have " no call center establishment, please send an email explaining my issue to *******@wish.com. And that my "Email will be answered promptly." I did this ONLY to get my email answered promptly alright! PROMPTLY TELLING ME TO GO TO SUPPORT@ $#@%^&*>/÷ (WHATEVER)... I did only to find it took me straight back to the robot. In the end-i wound up having to play with the less than proficient robot, cancelling 1 ITEM AT A TIME per SESSION with it... being told each time that "my money I initially couldn't afford to spend, would take up to 14 days to be refunded. My only hope is that there wasnt time TBW that monies were actually deducted. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS CAREFULLY ORCHESTRATED, SCANDALOUSLY DEVISED ONLINE DEBAUCHERY they've SOMEHOW HAVE BEEN ABLE TO KEEP AFLOAT... AGAIN! I WILL ABSOLUTELY MAKE SURE I SPREAD THE WORD AS WELL. (Please note pics of 2 ex.'s of there advertised prices compared to prices they hit me with at checkout.)

Before you order... read all and see the CON's
The Con & Lies continue

So after finding away to send them the issues raised below I had a reply from Wish.
All I can say to Brent Kaiser (wish customer support) is... stop sending generic email responses and deal with the customer complaint!

So in the response Brent states he has updated my order details with a new estimated deliver... yes you guessed it... its still the same!

He states... it is NOT POSSIBLE to open a refund request for an order that is still in transit during the estimated shipping Window... But lets examine the facts when I placed the order on 10 June the estimated delivery was 3-4 weeks which would place it no later than 8th July... so the supplier changes the estimated delivery date to the 11th September... So HERES THE CON... by keep on moving the estimated delivery date and you don't have to process refunds.

SO LETS FACE IT... BEFORE ORDERING ARE YOU PREPARED TO WAIT OVER 3 MONTHS FOR YOUR PRODUCT AND HOW CAN YOU TRUST A COMPANY THAT TAKES NO INTEREST IN TRUST PILOT REVIEWS.

My original review below

Above is the supplier to WISH who were meant to supply me with some golf clips.

P. S WISH I will never ever reorder from you, you can't even provide a service for your customers to raise complaints

Wish.com: Does "Free" mean customer fraud?
Does "free" mean customer fraud?

Since I need a laser beam producer, I went to the Wish.com site where I found an attractive offer to purchase such a laser in a choice of three colors (red, green or blue (see http://tinyurl.com/y9w96h6k). The site offered an interesting deal: if you buy the flashlight with a red or blue light beam - you will get those two flashlights for free and you will only have to pay for their shipment to you; On the other hand, if you want it with a green beam, you will have to pay NIS 13 plus postage for the flashlight itself. I have indicated that I want to buy three flashlights - one of each color - and from there I went to the order page.

Here I have encountered a surprise, and anyone who looks at the order page, whose photo is attached herein, will be able to trace it immediately. The principle is simple: If the site claims that it charges me only the cost of shipping each flashlight to me (that is without any monetary gain), how is it possible that for these three separate shipments of identical items (except the color of the beam) there are price differences of up to 217%?

Is there anyone out there in Wish.com HQ who really thinks that all customers are stupid? I have sent a message to their customers service with the same photo, but so far I have not received any response from them - except for ready-made answers.

The seemingly obvious conclusion in light of the lack of any reasonable explanation: Someone in the management of Wish.com believes that "free" means a justification for inflating shipping costs, far above what the shipment actually costs them.

True, I'm dealing here with a few dollars and maybe a few cents, but hey, isn't the whole ocean made up of single drops? Those cents pile up to a huge fortune, and we are the providers of those coins.

If you think it's not worth dealing with - keep on wasting your coins.

Delivery delayed 6 times to date...
Hello, I purchased an LED gym clock/timer on May 11/2020. The original delivery date was May 28th, as the date came nearer it changed to June 4th. I figured no big deal... as the 4th got closer it became the 8th and then the 16th, then the 21st and now is pushed to July 6th. When it was changes to June 21st I contacted Wish asking for a refund and to cancel my order. Wish told me it was still within the scheduled shipping time. I said to them they constantly change the date! They always come back with the same response. I have copied their email response for your enjoyment... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH!

We apologize for the delay in your Programmable LED Crossfit Interval Timer and can certainly understand your frustration.

Your package may experience transit delays due to factors such as customs inspections or COVID-19 related disruptions. In this situation, we will update your Order Details with a new estimated delivery date for your order.

In the event that your package is significantly delayed and has not arrived by the most updated estimated delivery date, you can request a refund by clicking 'Contact Support' for the affected item and following the prompts in our Wish Assistant.

Please note that it is not possible to open a refund request for an order that is still in transit during the estimated shipping window, including when the window has been updated.

If you no longer need or want this item once it arrives, Wish offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases: https://www.wish.com/return_policy

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Besame
Wish Customer Support

Update as of July 8th 2020...

UNACCEPPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE... EVER!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
BAD EXPERIENCE!
Ok, heres the story from beginning to not the end.

On February 7.2021 I ordered the air pressure massage boots from Wish.com for $77.00. The order confirmation # was: 602038c9425faXXXXXXXX. I received them on February 10,2021. I plugged them in and I left them plugged in for the time specified in the instructions. And Wish would not turn on. So I returned them back to Monoprice on or around the 19th-24th of February. Monoprice received them and sent me an email from them, since I contacted them for the failure. Anyway they sent me a problem #, which is 00031XXXXXX, some internal problem.

I've been trying to get my refund. I was issued a refund on 3/2/2021, waited 5 days, it never showed up in my bank account. So I wrote again. They said sorry for the inconvenience there was a problem. So they issued me another refund on 3/11/2021. I waited 5 days again and nothing in my bank account. So this time they said I needed to contact Wish.com because the problem is on your end. And all these emails have a case # of CAS 482931- XXXXXX. And now once again they say I cannot return the item because its pass the time of return. Hey people you have my item. Duh!

So I DID return the product within the 30 day limit. I've just been fighting with the refund for over 1 month. Which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Please help me resolve this or I will have to get someone who is more in authority involved and leave a bad review for you.

I have tried to be nice but I can only do it for so long.

I am tired of messing around here. You need to do the honest, right thing here, RETURN MY MONEY.

If you want to throw your money away
This is the worst marketplace ever! Seriously if you have money to give away donate it to homeless shelters at least you know someone is putting it to good use. Purchasing something from here is just like flushing money down the toilet, you see it going away, but dont know "exactly" where it went, just know that it is gone and not coming back. Customer service is automated, it has to be because there is now way that an actual human could be so inaccurate in responding to inquiries. There is no telephone customer support. I had to search high and low for a phone number to this place only to dail and get a message saying that Wish have no telephone support. I ordered 3 items on May 6 that were supposed to be received before the beginning of June. I needed them for June 8th. Everytime I checked the site for tracking the date for receiving the packages, dates were pushed back. In July, I was issued a refund for the shipping. I was told if the package had not been received by a certain date (which had actually come and gone) that I could request a full refund. When I requested a refund after that date, as I was instructed in a previous communication I was told since the item had already shipped I could not get a refund and would just have to wait for them to arrive. Why would anyone NOT be frustrated (kinder version of what I actually am at this point) knowingly order something, need it for a certain date, not receive it, request a refund, because it's no longer needed and was due to receive it over a month a go and are told you can't get it because it has shipped and you just need to wait for it to arrive...

Nightmare experience by sleazebags
I bought three orders the first time I used the site. On the third order Wish froze my credit card and said I needed to send them o photo of my bank statement to unfreeze it. Several days later when it was unfrozen, I went to make the same order. Not only were the colors I wanted no longer available, the price had gone up substantially. I still put in an order. When my item didn't arrive in two months I went to their automated assistant for the third time ( I was told to wait thirty days when my order didn't show up when designated over a month from the order date). The automated assistant told me I would receive my refund in five days. After that it asked me if I wanted to place my order again. When I went to reorder, the price had gone up over 30% so I only ordered one item. Then a window came up saying I would save 20% on the order if I paid in 10 minutes. Even though I tried several times my credit card would not process through until the ten minutes were up then it processed through charging me the full price. When I still hadn't received my refund in a week I went to the automated assistant which told me it was too late to get a refund and i could only get wish dollars. When I said I didn't want that, it told me to contact customer support. I then spent over a week with the customer support referring me back to the automated assistant that would refer me back to customer service No matter how many times I told them that I was not allowed the option to request a refund i got the same old runaround. I don't know how much was a language barrier but the whole experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. I have a internet shop with a five star rating receiving many complements on my customer service so I am not being unreasonable with my expectations. This is a sleazy ripoff operation designed to bleed as much money as possible from buyer. Avoid Wish like the plague!

Mostly Fake or Counterfeit Junk with High Shipping Costs
It's simple. Wish sell mostly fake junk and charge shipping that is about 50% the cost of the products you are buying. (Nice Markup) For most people the cost of the goods or loss doesn't make it worthwhile to worry about it. That's how they make their money, most people won't bother to return a $10 product or go through the trouble.

My example - Purchased a 'Shure' set of earbuds (SE535) I own a legitimate 435 which are awesome. Took a chance that maybe these might be discontinued product or international product version and packaging. Normal retail about $400-500 US previously. I've purchased a pair of earbuds for $10 in a check out lane that sound better than these. Very accomplished fake product and packaging. (That had to have taken a lot of effort to do-what does that say for this site or the vendors they allow to sell on their 'store') Just look at their website pages dealing with counterfeit sales prevention and vendor product protection management. A ruse to look like they are trying to 'prevent' counterfeit product sales to stay in business as long as they can before someone shuts them down. But China, probably not going to happen. They are happy to suck in our money bit by bit.

I bought a number of items in same order. Product cost $76 total (5 items) Shipping $31. These are mostly very small electronic items. The Computer Mouse I bought came in padded plastic shipping pouch. No packaging, just a mouse stuck in a bag. Also a nice cheap plastic fake of a popular legitimate product. I thought it was a kids fake toy at first. I was surprised it actually was a functioning mouse but expect it will last about a week. Some buttons are not functioning though. $6. Will I bother to return? Would you spend $15 or more to ship international to return a mouse you paid $6 for? No - That's the point.

Stop supporting companies like this for online sales and sending your (even though small in some cases) hard earned funds to China or some other rip off company in a remote unregulated part of the world.

I'm sure there might be a few vendors attempting to sell legitimate, quality product through this site which is too bad for them.

One other thing, ever stayed on long enough to see how the pricing works. In the process of doing my original order, it timed out and the pricing for same item changes 3 times to more expensive, then dropping in price again to what caught my attention by starting search over again. They prey on quick, inexpensive impulsive, "what the hell, whats the risk" purchasing. Add to final cost with overpriced shipping, take forever to deliver (probably to work cheapest possible real shipping cost) and gamble the lion's share of us won't bother to return or care and give up if we never even get it. That's the money making model, plain and simple.

Same thing happened to me with a counterfeit SD Card. Fake very realistic packaging with counterfeit non-functioning product. Luckily in this case I managed to get a refund because it was close to real pricing and expensive. Never had to even return the product. They didn't argue or even want to see it back. Knew what it was.

I'm certain most of these positive reviews are counterfeit as well. Honest and real reviews will get drowned out by them. 'Kaaching' will continue.

It really is a shame there isn't a functioning international commerce prevention group out their by now regulating and shutting companies like this down. Sorely needed. Riding the very edge of legitimacy and 'theft by swindle'.

Let's do it ourselves by voting with our wallets.

Stick With eBay & Amazon... And Save Yourself A Lot Of Headaches!
Hmmmm... what can I say about WISH? It's a total rip-off that has the notorius "bait & switch" down to a science! I read so many positive reviews that I just had to give them a try. I've been an eBay and Amazon shopper for over 20-years, and I figured another alternative couldn't hurt. It was after I started ordering from WISH that I learned all those positive reviews were generated from the WISH website, and Wish apparently delete any negative feedback and only post the positive.

First, ALL (or at least 99%) of the products they offer are shipped from China. I've ordered items from eBay that ship from China in the past, so I expected a delay in shipping. But the first item I ordered from WISH (which shipped from China) I ordered on April 25th with an expected delivery date "no later than" June 15th. That date came and went, and the delivery date was moved to June 30. Guess what? Still no order! Albeit too late, I found the same item on eBay for about $10 more, and it shipped from California... so I could have ordered it and had it almost two months ago.

The last item I ordered (also shipping from China) was shipped, made a couple of stops, then was returned to the shipper. Seeing this, I ask WISH to cancel the order as again, I found the same thing on eBay for just a few dollars more. But NO... WISH said they couldn't cancel the order and give me a refund as the item had already shipped... even though it was returned to the seller almost a month ago, and last I checked still hadn't been shipped out again.

Matter of fact, I stupidly ordered several items from WISH... and every single one have yet to leave China. And THREE of those items have a delivery date of June 1st. With today being May 30th, how are they going to get from China to me by June 1st? As usual, WISH will just extend the delivery date by a couple more weeks, and since they refuse to cancel orders and give refunds, only the buyer has anything to lose. I've already been scammed, WISH has been paid, and everybody but me is happy.

Finally, the "incredibly low prices" on WISH are a bait & switch, and nothing more. The last item I ordered advertised for $10.00. But I needed two, so I figured $20 + shipping. What a shocker when the total came to $62! That, BTW, is the order that was returned to the shipper for some unknown reason, so most likely the item will never ship again, which means I'll never receive it and and I'm out $61.And has been said before, you cannot contact them directly. For every question you ask regarding when an item will arrive, you get the same auto response: "Just wait a little longer".

To summarize, DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH! They are a scamming, price gouging rip-off. Unfortunately I learned too late. I'm here trying to keep others from making the same mistake that I did. Thank you, but I'll stick with eBay and Amazon.

Fraud application
I ordered two products from the wish app. With order number 5d924960cd9198917a686911.
The problem is I have already emailed them regarding my bag being delivered at a very far place from my which cost 30 euros in a taxi to collect the product.
While this information was not provided on the web-page. Please check for the bill I have sent.
Also, I have not received any method on how to pay for these products later on, while i mailed wish many times before.
Then finally I got a bill of 63 euros which consists of a late fee of 10 euros, even though it was not my fault. The order was for 53.40.

Multi-Function USB Charging Backpacks Oxford Cloth Anti-Theft Computer Package Unisex High-Capacity Trend Anti-Lost Shoulder Bag Outdoor Travel Backpack
The first product was the bag pack, the buckle of the bag broke under 2 months. The bag suddenly dropped and broke my mouse which I had got from the university. It was a rare Lenovo mouse which cost the university around 40 euros. It came with the laptop i got from the university.
But i only got a refund for the bag only. But i also spend 30 euros in a taxi to collect the product. The bill for the taxi is attached.

Online Dispute Resolution - The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can reach http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Wish is not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
I tried to contact the dispute resolution but it does not work.

FA Radio Frequency Electroporation LED Photon RF Facial Beauty Instrument Machine Facial Mesotherapy Electroporation White, USB charger, Qty 1
The description of the item says that if we use it regularly the acnes should be gone while this is not true at all. And secondly, it is not even 3 months and it is not producing the current. I can feel it in my skin. Looks like the quality is cheap.
The item is not working and I was charged 10 euros extra delay fee for no reason. Even though I emailed them a million times about the payment

Wish is a complete scam
I bought several pieces of jewelry from wish.com. The stones were stated to be Moissanite, diamond, white sapphire, pink sapphire, and ruby. Some were stated to be natural gemstones. The metals were stated to be 925 sterling silver and 18k white gold.

After I purchased them, I went back to review more carefully. I knew that the prices were way too low to be genuine. I found out that there are two descriptions. One is at the top of the page and shows the main description. The other is underneath the reviews, way at the bottom of the page. At the bottom, some still claim to be natural or high quality gemstones and metals but others state that Wish are cz/cubic zircon, silver plated or "stamped" 925 which means to me that they are not actually 925 sterling silver. Also, if you search 18k or 24k gold, you will find that the lower description states "1. Surface Material: High Quality Solid 24K Gold, 2. Base Material: Bronze " among other things. Some gold is also tagged 18k or 24k although it is plated.

Basically, all of the upper jewelry descriptions are misstated. This entices shoppers to purchase jewelry which they believe to be high quality but, in reality, is not.

Additionally, if you try to buy other types of merchandise, you will find that the price is higher after you select your size and color and place it in the shopping cart. I called wish to ask why this was the case. The CS rep. Told me that each item was sold by different vendors. So, after I choose my particular item, it will possibly be another price. This is also deceptive.

It also bothers me that wish.com places icons below many items which state:
"Verified by Wish Shoppers"
"Product consistently receives high satisfaction ratings from our shoppers"

Additionally, although there are bar graphs showing a few too small or too large (no other problems), all of the reviews are positive. There are absolutely no negative comments posted anywhere on the website.

There are a few honest sellers on wish who describe their merchandise correctly but they are very few.

Overall, wish.com is very deceptive. To me, they are committing fraud through deceptive advertising or trade practices.

Plain cheats
I purchased a leather refurbishing cream through wish in Sep. It's now end of November and I have yet to see the item purchased. I wrote to them. Wish kept on asking for the order details. I sent them the screenshots of their confirmation but they kept on requesting the same info. Please see the entire chain of my email correspondence with them below. I was made to go around in circles until they stopped replying._________________________________________
You leave me no choice but to expose you guys as cheats. I have all your emails to show how you guys having been taking me for a ride for the last couple of months.

Sorry, but I think you just don't understand my predicament. It looks also like you guys just don't understand plain English.

As I have mentioned countless times, this (the 3 screenshots which I forwarded previously) shows in entirety the only single order confirmation that I received from you guys. There is nothing else! You get it!

Everything about the Order is there. My email address, the item ordered, the price, the billing & delivery address and the payment confirmation. What more do you need?

As for the Order History, similarly it shows no records of any Order. So how do I get to click "Details" to get whatever info that you are requesting for?

Please just refund me and end this hellish experience in dealing with the company.

Hello Ray Ravi,

Thanks for getting in touch with us, I understand what the problem is that you did not received your order. As previously mentioned, the screenshot you provided is insufficient for us to narrow down the issue. Any chance you could provide a little more detail? I just need more information to make sure that we'll be doing the right action.

You can find this number in your email confirmation we sent you when you placed your order, or on your Order History page when you click\"Details\" next to an order.

Look forward to hearing back,

I have already given the screenshot of the email confirmation showing the Order No. The Order No is also indicated under the subject of this email.

This is the umpteen time you guys are asking for the same info. But if you guys are blinded to all this info that I have provided before, here I provide the Order No. It is 3676.

Just resolve my issue and give me a refund without making going round in circles!

Thank you.

Thank you for your email. I am at my wits end dealing with your company.

For a start, whoever who is attending to this, I would appreciate if you would read the entire chain of email communication listed below that I have been having with you guys over this matter for the past few months. Till now, nothing has come out of it and I am have been asked to provide the same info over and over again. So here I go again. Please see the order details in the appended screenshots.

Surprisingly the order is also not reflected in my Order History. Clearly shows that something has gone wrong along the way.

As of today I have yet to receive the item and similarly a refund which I have requested so many time.

This email is a service from Wish. Delivered by Zendesk

I wish I had never ordered anything.
I ordered a clothing item from Wish.com. The site stated that these items run true to size so I ordered the size I have been for the last 50 years - XXL. I paid with PayPal.

First Wish charged my PayPal account for two identical items. I got that reversed. I placed the order on May 9,2020. Wish processed the order on May 10 and told me that it had shipped on May 13th with an estimated delivery date of May 14th to May 29. The item did not arrive and the tracking information stopped on May 23rd.

Then Wish sent me an email asking if I had received the item. I told them that I had not and requested a refund because it seemed that the order was lost in China. The changed the estimated delivery date and sent me a copy of their terms which state that you cannot get a refund as long as they keep changing the estimated delivery date.

I tried to point out that Wish had not sent me (and probably did not have) any tracking proof that the item was moving through their shipping process. They just changed the estimated date to keep from having to send me a refund. So, I protested the PayPal payment and when I still had not received the item 35 days after the estimated shipping window closed, PayPal sent me a refund. Wish had never responded to PayPal's request for additional information. Good on PayPal, bad on Wish.

90 days after I ordered the item, and still without comment from Wish, the item arrived. It does not fit (far too small - I probably should have ordered a 4XL which would be the equivalent of a U.S. 2XL). And it was very poorly made. I know, I know, I already got my refund from PayPal and so can't try to get Wish to send the right size. But I really wanted what they described for use during the hottest part of the summer. Now I have nothing and even though I paid nothing, it is too late to fulfill my need for this summer. So, I will never buy from Wish.com again and I wish I hadn't tried in the first place. Be warned. This is not a reliable vendor.

I've purchased an item 2$, they stole 139$
I've purchased an item at 2$. Wish.com billed me 139$ instead. I have cancelled immediately, Wish automatically refunded in store credits only. I've tried everything with their support for weeks, especially in the first two weeks, litteraly 100 of emails. Wish refused to refund me making fasle claims including telling me they already made the refund to "x" credit card, while I don't use a credit card... The purposely replied to me in spanish and even in german even tho all communication and settings are in english. They even claimed the refund period was over two days after the purchase. They also locked my account so that I cannot use the said store credits. Basically, they showed a fake price of 2$ at checkout, billed me 139$, locked my account, stole it, claimed terms of service, lied and messed with me througth the ordeal of communications. I have even told them about my health condition and how I can barely afford anything, they basically told me they don't care, they have absolutely no shame in stealing from people. They always claim it is terms of service, that the refund period is over, that there's nothing they can do. That's how they get you, they show you a pair of shoes, headphones, smart watches at ridiculous prices, then they get good reviews, but eventually, they steal from you. Don't think you are under some kind of protection, no one will revert payment once you bought a couple of items from Wish.com, they wait until you build an history of transactions with them, then any transaction becomes "legit" according to paypal, and perhaps even your credit card. They also claimed that to get my account back, I had to send proof of identidy like passport, income taxes report, bank statement copy, driver's license, etc. Why would they need me to prove that I am the same guy while they stole from me, and even though I ordered multiples times from them without changing any kind of information. You don't need to prove who you are to send them money, but when you cancel and order, you need to send them all your vital informations? Now, why would I send copies of those papers to ANY business? Especially a business who stole 139$, lied and made fun of me? Don't see them as an american based company, they are scammers who don't believe in people's rights and laws.

If Zero Stars Were An Option...
My husband and I just purchased our first house together and started to shop for new furniture. I found a coffee table and 2 end tables that came as a set at a local business. Wish were asking WAY too much for it so I started doing some online research to see if I could find it elsewhere for cheaper. I did find it on multiple sites but the majority of them wouldn't ship to our area. Then I found it on Wish.com. It was about half the price and they shipped to our area. I had never used this site before but I had heard some decent things about them from friends so I decided to give them a try. Also, we wanted two of the furniture set and they had them in stock. I placed the order. My bank alerted me to the charge and I approved it. Wish.com, however, after receiving confirmation of payment and sending me an email advising that it was being processed for shipping, then CANCELED my order. I got in touch with their customer service, which is all message based - no phone number or human to speak to, and they said they would correct the situation. After another 24 hours, they got back in touch and said the same things as before - they had canceled my order and I should see a refund in a few days, and that if I would still like the items that I would have to create a new order. I looked at the furniture set that I had ordered and the price had gone up from $177.50 to $348 so we would have to pay approximately $750 for an order that originally cost $408.26. Absolutely ludicrous. I messaged them again that I was very unhappy with the situation but that I would re-order the set if they would honor the original price. After several back and forth messages with someone who doesn't speak English and never addressed my question, I demanded that they answer my question. I have not heard back from them and it's been over a week now. TOTAL CRAP WEBSITE and trying to scam people out of their money. I found my furniture elsewhere and I will NEVER use this sketchy website again.

Wishful Thinking!
Be very careful if you are thinking of buying anything from Wish. Read the reviews regarding how Wish operate and what they promise and (don't) deliver and you may change your mind. I bought a Pink Floyd CD box set before Christmas 2016 and I was assured that it was genuine, unlike the majority of CDs emanating from China. When the goods did not arrive in a reasonable time I questioned Wish, who claimed that they had been sent. The tracking system used by Wish showed that the goods had been "exported" from Shenzhen, China on 31 December but then seemed to disappear into thin air. Repeated complaints to Wish were met with the usual platitudes and empty words about the quality of the goods and the "certainty" that they would arrive in Australia, notwithstanding "bad weather" and other delays. Eventually Wish refunded my money even though I never asked for a refund, while still assuring me that the goods would arrive and, as a gesture of "goodwill" I could keep them when they did arrive. It is now February 13,2017 and still no goods. It is pointless to make complaints because Wish's "customer help centre" (ha ha, what a joke!) is in the USA and goods are sent from China. In my opinion Wish is a scam, selling counterfeit and poor quality products at so-called "bargain" prices and I will NEVER give them my money or time again. They have no compunction about lying to you and obviously work on the basis that, for every person who complains about their "service", there are a hundred who will bear the loss of their money without complaint. The people who operate Wish should hang their heads in shame but I don't see that happening any time soon. Wasn't it Phineas T. Barnum who said, "There's a sucker born every minute"? Herewith endeth the lesson!

Wish.com - Never Again, it's a Scam!
I ordered an item from Wish.com on 20 April, I paid for shipping and was guaranteed a delivery date by 4 May. After five days watching my item move between warehouses in spread throughout China, all updates ceased on 25 April.

I attempted to reach Wish.com through their online customer service where I discovered it to be a one hundred percent automated system of yes/no questions that provided almost the same general, non specific answer no matter what I chose, something to the effect of "You've paid for your item and it has shipped. Because we use a variety of international carriers, it may be difficult or impossible to provide tracking updates. Please continue to wait for your item."

After days of trying to reach a human being, I went looking for an 800 number to call customer service. I had to Google search to find the number, and when i found and called it, "Thank you for calling Wish.com. We no longer provide phone support to our customers. Please use our online customer service link for more assistance."

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it is obvious Wish.com is a scam. Wish.com responded to BBB's complaint with a response that was nearly word for word the same automated information I received using their online customer service and is refusing to refund me as "... our records show your item has shipped." They've added an additional 8 to 12 weeks waiting time before I receive the item Wish claim "Already has shipped."

From the time I purchased the item, I believe all the information Wish.com provided was fraudulent and intentionally misleading; Wish.com, a mistake I will never make again!

We have your back... NOT!
I purchased 5 items and so far have received 4. Of these, 1 was nothing like the product I ordered. It was 2 x 4000watt inverters and Wish won't even run a 750watt resistive heater. This should be no problem to a 4000watt inverter. I think what I received was 2 x 400 watt inverters. What a bloody ripoff! Advertised was a sound bar and subwoofer, all I got was a crappy soundbar. Ordered a bluetooth radio/speakers for my garage which looks nothing like the photos in their ads and despite the claim the sound was high quality, it is absolutely crap. I also ordered a phone case for my wife based on her model of phone. The case that arrived didn't fit the phone by any stretch of the imagination. I have been in contact with their customer service to seek a refund or preferably get the goods I wanted and after some communication that has since stopped completely. To be honest, I was dubious about them and took their promises and site reviews with a grain of salt but thought I would give them a go. My concerns have now been proven. I suspect that even the reviews they show on their websites are fake and mainly revolve around (people?) saying how quick their service was but there appears to be few genuine reviews that rave about the quality of goods. I also think that if you did happen to put a bad review like in my case, it never makes it onto their website. Like many others, delivery was great but was the least of my problems. Never again Wish! And I will also be sharing my concerns with my hundreds of friends on Facebook who will hopefully forward them on. I believe something has to be done about this company.
