Happy with all of it except a hair gummy vitamin came into my cart my itself and despite me removing it repeatedly it was added to my cart automatically time and time again and couldn't get it away... Endist on paying for it :/ didn't feel like doing it all over again in another browser
I would normally write very good as i am a regular user of WB. I had a uk account that i was using and got all my orders shipped to Ireland through that one. It would not let me this time round, it would only accept a uk address even though i was signed in on the account that i would normally buy from to send to Ireland and with many previous orders to Ireland on that account. I had to set up a new account and lose all my women's best points to buy 3 pars of leggings. So unfortunately it will be a poor rating.
Prices that ia being promoted is different when you click on the product- exemple Whey protein shows from €20.00 butt when you click in the product it shows €31.00!!!!
I would like to have the discount! I'm super disappointed with this fake promotion
I’ m disapointed discovering that prices of some products where intentionally increased just day before the campaign. I’ m buying for certain amount of money not discount % . I made screen shots of my basket with chosen items about few before campaign was launched and discovered that some products got even higher price in this campaign. I wouldn’t buy if not the deal of the day because it could be simply cheeper to buy some other day . Now I have learned a lesson to check prices double . It’s a shame.
I have set up an account with you 3 times and it says every time I order that it’s not registered on my email but you send emails to me regularly about my account and this has meant I have lost points because of this and I have made several orders and am really tired of this issue
Hi, the shop itself, web page - everything is good. Just worries about the delivery, the local company that is used to deliver always has challenges, every time need to contact them to push for the delivery ( I would accept even to pay extra but to be able to choose another delivery company).
Otherwise everything is just excellent :)
First when I tried to pay the website said that my card had some problems but then they took my money. I got my money back and second time I tried to pay everything went right. Everything is good now but I was scared of my life that I had to pay twice…
Absolutely love the clothing and buy lots of it. However, VERY poor in terms of customer service. I am still awaiting a refund from items returned in February and March this year. no phone contact options, no email contact options, only messenger and no natter how clearly I explain to them they still have not given me my full refund, only partial refund. no right to do this especially when they sent me a prepaid return slip. Women's Best you need to WAKE UP and provide a proper and reliable and easily contactable customer service, there's no excuse for the abysmal manner in which you deal with customer queries.
I would have initially wrote a one star review as I had been waiting over 2 months for a response on faulty leggings I had received and sent back for Womens best credits. However Ely from customer service was very patient with me and although there was a wait due to I assume procedures that they had to follow they were able to resolve this issue for me and were the only customer service representative I had been on to that was able to do this so I appreciate and recommend them.
Received faulty product in May, timeline for refund was very lengthy. Then gift card code provided would not work. Only standard shipping cost covered. Terrible customer care considering women;s best provided the faulty product. No recognition of my compliants to Womens Best. Would not recommend this product or company
I love the design for the website. Easy to see everything and organised. Also, it's weird to say, but I like that there aren't too many options, like a 1000 sport bras or something like that haha. I am very happy with my first Women's best order and thank's to Katrin Edda I knew about the good discount's you guys have.
To be honest I’ve trouble with this website every time I try to order. Shipping takes about two weeks. It states 3-5 days of shipping but it takes over a week for them to dispatch. I also made an account awhile back and I can’t get into it for my rewards so each time I buy something it doesn’t get added into my rewards.
I am disappointed with the services. There should be chat available. I struggled for weeks to return my leggings, can’t exchanged for different size which is ridiculous. You have to pay for return or take a voucher. Really not happy. With voucher now I had to pay for the delivery, this is unacceptable. Unfortunately I will spread the word how difficult and not customer friendly this is.
On my previous order, I choose to have 'refund on women's best', an amount of €59,99. This amount wasn't put back on my card because I choose it as voucher on your shop. Ever I couldn't find the refund amount anywhere in my cart.
Can the amount please be refunded on my VISA CARD ending on 32?
Because next week I travel, I couldn't wait to order right now because I'd like to take my new sport wear with me.

I have spend 6 months trying to obtain a gift card for an item which i purchased that was fautly. It was incredibly difficult to communicate via whatsapp, especially with a different person each time. My daughter likes your clothes, but i will not be purchasing again as customer service/communication was very unsatisfactory

I have to say being a tall woman with a large body makes the task of buying sports wear is sometime very hard. All the sportswear that I have tried from WB fits perfect for all shapes and sizes. And the price is a huge bonus, making me buy more and more
Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, can't and won't live without their true beauty its the best even for skin, hair and nails! Have tried many other brands but nothing beats the outstanding quality of women best products! clear, clean and does what is ays it should big plus for also loving their workout clothes! only bad thing is that is does not get to get hold of in the stores always have to roder online, and pay shipping but it is worth it!

I've been ordering from you guys for a couple of years now, and I am very happy. However I wish I could see some more flavors of the Weight gainers since there is only vanilla and chocolate, I understand maybe there is not demand for other flavors, but would be super cool to have flavors like cookie or banana :) Also, last time I ordered my package to Milan it had a delay of 1 month and it was never delivered so I had to place another order. A friend of mine who also ordered to Milan the following month had the same exact issue where the package was sent back to the warehouse without reaching her. That is pretty annoying as you can imagine, not sure if this even has anything to do with you guys, or if it is because the post delivery in Italy is trash (highly likely), but would be pretty sad if that happened again, mostly because we love your products and sometimes we order when we are already out of protein hehe.
I cannot express how happy I have been with all the products I've tried from Women's Best. At first I thought that it's just big words and promises like every other product but I have been surprised by the quality and variety the company provides. Keep up the good work.
