Actually the glass I needed was for a Jenn air stove and it was no longer available but your company was able to supply a piece for me and I was able to put the stove back together. And everything is back in working order thanks for the help. Rick

Got these as back ups for the ones I purchased about two years ago. Have had no problems with the first set at all and the company was efficient and priced very fairly so just as insurance I got a second set so I wouldn't have to wait if ever I got a crack. Will continue to use this company as long as my fire is burning.

The new seal shipped quickly. Getting the old gasket sealer out was difficult, but once the groove was clean the installation was easy. I would definitely buy parts here again.

The glass is fantastic and shipped quick. Ordered based on dimensions as I don't know the model of my old Quadra Fire insert, but it worked out nicely. Took maybe 20 mins to replace. Super clear compared to the 40+ year old glass.

The ceramic glass I needed fit perfectly. The gaskets come with an adhesive backing, no need for separate cement. The videos are helpful and outstanding. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Shipping is done promptly and very well packed. A model for all businesses.

Glass fit as it should,took a bit longer then expected to receive considering the location in reference to me, Ill blame the freight handler on that. packaging had room for improvement as the glass was inside the box banging together. When I opened the box there were shards of Glass from the edges of the 2 pieces, fortunately the glass was not cracked but the edges sustained pretty good damage. I installed them anyway as I needed heat, Time will tell.
