The web site is great for ordering quickly if you know the part numbers. Quick and easy. Unfortunately lots of items out of stock so if you need it quickly you also need to go elsewhere.

Would add items to cart and site would act like they were added, however when I went to check out an item was missing though it showed to be in-stock. Tried a couple more times and gave up.

Russel in Albuquerque was a big help talking me through all the options and stock availability.
Disappointed the shop in Casper, WY closed.

I have purchased supplies for many years. I have always had good service. The products are of good quality and always worked well. I would say satisficed all the way around.

I’ve been purchasing products from your company for years and they have never let me down. Fair prices, excellent selections, reasonable shipping prices. I don’t think you can ask more.

Website is confusing. One item says 1 in stock, but would not let me add to cart. Assume the one was sold but website not change listing that one is available. Have always liked Woodworker's Supply. Be nice if not charge for shipping but I understand it is a business. Now I am forced to rate Very Good, when I want to rate as Good. WTH??

Shipping insurance is not necessary on small, low orders I am trying the hinge out and just needed a sample. I wasn't ordering the crown jules.

Your system did not like my Billing address until I finally figured out I had to choose an existing one from your database. NOT CLEAR. I made all correct entries but system kept responding (three times) that there were omissions until i figured it out. A bit frustrating.

Search is a little tricky to use as I did not get the results I thought I would but easy to use and fast check out! 4.5 stars!

Need to describe items better : toggle clamps, wooden handles
Would like to see itemized bill with shipping, totaled before check out.

First time ordering, disappointed that paypal option not available once I created an account. Otherwise price is excellent for quality items and I will use again.

Too many steps to go through and no notifications as to was wrong with the inputs. Took longer that it should have. You should look into who designed this system and get it easier to use.

I intend to make future purchases from your company. I am going to look on your site to see if there are other price markdown. I buy things I don't immediately need if the price is good. That is a win-win. Thank you.

I spoke with Ronnie by phone and he was extremely helpful getting me the exact information I needed to place my order. He should get a big raise or maybe a free lunch!

would be better to have the " Shipping address is the same as my billing address" check box on the same page as the shipping address fields.

Required to provide a “complex” password in order to create an account but there is not any guidance on what is acceptable so I was unable to create an account. Clicking on the question mark did nothing.

If I did not have an old catalog to get the product #'s from it would have taken me 3 to 4 times longer to submit my order. I miss not having a printed catalog in front of me to order from. It is much quicker for me to get an order together from print than it is from a computer. There are probably other things I would have ordered but couldn't find them on the computer

My experience dealing with the company has been very pleasant. I would recommend Woodworkers Supply for any woodworking supplies.

I have used Titbond 3 for many years. It is great for laminations which I use building one of a kind wineracks. Woodworkers supply has great speedy processing and shipping, otherwise I would have to spend valuable shop time driving to buy it somewhere within an hour and probably not get the freshness that WWS can provide.

The interface can be a bit clunky when trying to get information about specific items. The way the listings are made, sometimes finding an image of the item I am interested in, or finding the description/details of that item is not possible. That said, the massive variety and amazing prices are well worth taking the time to find those hidden gem deals. Wish I knew about woodworker.com and Woodworkers Supply years ago!
