The course/video package on fall arrest was full of information and progressed in a fluid format. Imo,all the schooling in the world can't replace or give you the experience needed when it comes to hands on out in the field. Further more to any first timers or seasoned this equipment does not make you invincible.....it is your last line of defense.

I looked a the government publication of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and found it to be very costly in comparison to the "Green Book" offered by the Worksite Safety Compliance Centre.
Their offerings are very good and less expensive in many instances. I know you can't put a cost on Safety but you can save money when using Worksite Safety Compliance Centre.

This course was part video, but more reading. It was very technical and the review questions simply told you that you were wrong and did not tell me the right answers (therefore I could not learn what I got wrong without redoing the chapter and even then I could not redo the test)
Very poorly done course.

Course package was full of great information. The class instructor Patrick was amazing at teaching and demonstrating information. He often provided real life scenarios for the different topics we covered throughout the day.

In trying to complete the course on a Samsung notebook the screen kept freezing and the prompts continually interrupted my attempts to answer the questions. Once I transfered to our lap top computer that problem was solved and the course completed.

I've emailed 3 times asking why I can't re take the test I need to have wgimis at my job, and have already paid for it I even tried paying again just because I need it but says the email is already taken. I need someone from whims to rectify why I've been charged but am unable to try again o could loose my position if it's not done and bo one has emailed me to troubleshoot how to rectifying

This was a very good course (workplace violence and harassment for managers). I loved the layout and content. Very easy to go through and I remembered a lot at the quiz. I like that I could go back to the course material a day or two later. Thank you!

The instructor was nervous at first talking very fast but relaxed and got better as they went along. It was concerning that they allowed a student in with no identification at all to the class which is not an acceptable practice for any safety training.

Thank you for the course! It was thorough enough to cover what the general safety requirements are across Canada, as well as touch on the requirements for each province as you went through. There is more to learn in terms of the practical side of things, but that's where the companies get to step in and bring more details. Overall, well done!

I think it would be beneficial to have more alternative interactive sections within the courses. Its good to have people click on images to hear or read more information on those things, however I found it more interesting to click and match things up. Having that kind of interaction, makes you think a little more about the safety aspects of it in real potential situations. The fall arrest had more of these, which I found much more beneficial.

The courses designed by Waorkpalce safety are very good. I also purchased the TDG by sea that was linked to a third party. This course was not good at all. I could not complete the exam without purchasing 450 CAD IMO code books. I call Workplace safety and they promptly reimbursed the course. I was very empress by their professional approach. My recommendation - stick to the courses set up and designed by Workplace safety - they are great.

It was good to know that I was able to get WHMIS within 3 tries and that it didn't cost anything to retake it afew times to pass so over all it was very good I like that thanks for letting me have this opponent to have WHMIS

I was fully instructed by Jesse, when learning all the vital information that helps keep me safe Mon-Fri, confident that I was taught from experience and each day working successfully at heights I used to be afraid of climbing at prior to completing the working at heights course only three weeks ago. Thank you very much for making me a more productive worker on the job and off as well as all around I am living a much happier successful life thanks to your practical and theoretical working at heights detailed instructions course.

The exam was not well put together as a question could have 3-5 right answers and you would get it completely wrong with no explanation if you missed one. I found I still don’t know what I got right or wrong and it has left me with an uneasy feeling for if I have to use the training in a workplace.

The class flowed well and was efficient with the time given. The instructor was passionate about the topic being taught and was very helpful, eager and well versed. The only negative is being a zoom student and watching via computer, it was very difficult to see diagrams and notes drawn on the whiteboard by the instructor. Lastly, when the students in the classroom speak over the instructor, it cuts out the instructor's voice for the zoom students making it hard to hear what the instructor is saying. Other than that it was a well put on the course!!

Excellent course, Workplace Incident Investigation, very informative, professional slides, expert information and the final exam was not as difficult as I thought, especially for someone who has been out of school for some time. Thank you for also making these courses affordable. Keep up the good work.

Overall it was ok, but it was quite glitchy. It would freeze up a lot and the only way I could move forward was to start the slide again, which was quite time-consuming. I did contact customer support and got a very prompt response, but there was nothing she could do as most people had left early.

It was easy to purchase and access the training program. The training was interactive and informative with just the right amount of quizzes throughout. The videos and use of a personalized instructor reading the content back to you not only enforced the important aspects of the content but also made you feel like an instructor was right there with you. Overall it was a great experience

Up to date information, material was perfectly broken down from introductory to advance information. I strongly recommend anybody who is in the construction industry to take course. This lesson can truly become a life changer.
