Service by WR was good the only disappointment was that the garage door spring manufacturer only provides a 12 month warranty on their springs.

You asked for a review of my newly installed products. They have yet to be installed. I can rate your review process - you at least seek feedback, but clearly have a broken process seeking it too early.

Prompt, reliable and do a good job.

WR have replaced ageing motorised garage doors. Installation and follow up service has been professional, courteous and timely.

All was good - the job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Turned up at 7am- the appointment was for 8am.
Proceeded to tell me how much of a dire state my current fence is in ….. honestly it’s not pretty but it is serviceable.
Talked to me like a was an idiot. Maybe it’s because I’m female?
And then provided the most laughable quote I’ve ever come across. Suffice to say they’re extremely expensive. I’ve had three other quotes that are using identical materials and inclusions at half the price.

Staff from WR Engineering are professional. The office staff is very competent. The field staff is amazing. A little casual which works well. They know their jobs inside out. I love the fact that they are local. You couldn't choose anyone better for your needs.

Love my new garage door. These guys were great. From the initial consult to the final product they could not have been better. The salesperson and installer both turned up on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to help download the operating apps onto our phones and train us in how to use them. Would recommend to anyone who still values great service. Thanks WR. I have had WR instal a number of fences and screens over the years. Always great quality and service. My most recent screen is beautiful and a real facelift for the front of the house. Would highly recommend this local company

The quotation experience was highly unprofessional !
Not only was the paperwork misplaced leading to weeks of delay, but the supporting photographs were also lost. I was then asked to provide my own without any guidance as to what was needed...
I had been told that the quotation fee is sometimes credited if the quotation is accepted. In this circumstance one would expect such an offer to have been volunteered to maintain good PR, but the final bill arrived with total disregard.
When the job was finished I was quite satisfied with the operation of the door. I later noticed two minor things however.
First the ceiling supports had been twisted in an amateur way (presumably to adjust the line of operation). Under this arrangement, it is not clear if smooth operation will be maintained with use over time.
Second some sharp corners have been left on the attachment plate, which could have been ground round for safety.
