I placed an order with this company on March 28, 2022 and I have been given multiple reasons as to why my order has not arrived. I requested a tracking number and this has never been produced, they have told me at least 3 or 4 times that my package is stuck at the post office. I have requested my payment to be refunded and they have told me that they cannot refund my $52. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with PayPal and my next move is to do a reverse charge with my bank because it is fraud. Do not order from this company if you are expecting a product. Let me not forget I am placing a report with the BBB as this is an unacceptable practice.

These ppl are a scam I ordered shoes on 4-26-22 I emailed them a few days later, asking them when will my merchandise be shipped,they send a email back saying the need time to ship it! It is now 5-5-22 So I emailed them today and I haven’t got any response back from them at all. I will be reporting them to the BBB asap DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE THEIVES.

I am currently waiting on my order. I ordered early March. When I email them and ask about tracking number, they keep telling me soon they will have one. My last email 3 days ago I got no answer. I'm gonna request a refund. I had a bad feeling about ordering from the beginning, but I listened to my coworkers. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Warning ⚠️ Cosylands is the biggest scam, do not buy from them. I bought shoes for about $140 from them, together with shipping it came to about $192. They sent me a bunch of garbage I couldn't use. So I had to pay an extra $27 to ship them back, just for them to never gave me back my money. Both their phone number and their address is fake. Until now I'm unable to contact them.

I ordered 3 pair shoes only received one. I keep emailing them and only then for them to say it's coming. They are a rip off take your money but do not deliver the product. I will never and I mean never order from them again.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on march 10 2022 I have not received them. I have contacted them by email several times but not response. I have not tracking number nothing BUT they have my money. I will be calling my credit card company and reporting this as fraud and will report to Better Business Bureau.This is so wrong in so many ways

CHINA MADE SHOES THAT ARE VERY POOR QUALITY AND SMELLS LIKE ANIMAL URINE. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals in early February 2022, received the shoes two months later. I never got the Cosylands Stylish Crystal Strap Lace-Up Sandals. I only got two pairs of the 3 shoes that i was charged for. The first pair of shoes were the Cosylands Clear Straps Chain Sandals, the chains were all tarnished/black rather than gold chains. the shoes recked of animal urine, and also looked very worn and poorly crafted had tons of dents and marks on the shoes. The second pair of shoes, Cosylands Fashion Lace-Up Leopard-Print Open-Toe Sandals, smelled bad and the chains were so small that it did not fit properly on the heel of my foot. there was a huge bubble on the sole where the glue did not stick and if you try to wear the shoes the shoes would fall apart. i literally put a dispute in for my cc. i am also getting ready to file a report BBB. they refuse to give me an shipping address to return the shoes, and keeps saying they will only refund me 30% of my order. that CS number does not exsist:Our number: (407) 957-2783

Email provided is incorrect, huge red flag right there. I contacted PayPal right away and they refunded me there and then, usually it takes weeks due to the reason they allow seller to respond their email was rejected too

I wish I would have read the reviews first, I ordered a very cute pair of sandals from them at the beginning of March and a month later, I still don't have the shoes or the tracking info. Such a fraud, scam or whatever!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and they only sent me one pair that were not the ones I ordered and only offered me a coupon for 15% off!! The phone number doesn’t even work to call and they don’t accept returns.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes both size 7 .. all my shoes are size 7.. neither fit the are about a half size too big. Poor quality materials. Definitely are not as advertised. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cannot even get a refund as shipping fees cost more than the shoes themselves.

I’m glad I read the reviews first . These companies from China or wherever they are from . Constantly post of Facebook and Facebook knows they’re bogus fraud but yet I’m still they let them keep advertising.. that’s cause for every dollar spent Facebook gets a kick back . From now on when we order from these bogus fraud companies especially off of a post from Facebook. We should be able to get a refund back from Facebook. Then that way they would stop letting g these scammers post or advertise on Facebook site .

Buyer beware. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought some boots, which upon arrival were very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture online. The website advises you can return the items, however on trying to do so I was advised that return postage would cost me in excess of $35USD and that I should accept a 15% refund and keep the shoes (which cannot be worn). I checked the return policy before purchasing, and as I only paid $15 postage this was the basis I considered any returns I may have to make. They are slow at responding to emails (I'm guessing in the hope I will just give up).

Company is a fraud, I order shoes thr shoes were coming apart. The keep offering me a percentage of the cost, a very low percentage 15%, and i can keep the shoes that i can even wear once. This is laughable. Buyer Beware
I smell a SCAM!!!

I order some shoes from here over a month ago and I still haven’t received my shoes. This place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! They just keep responding to my email giving me some BS. It doesn’t take 3 weeks for a tracking number. I still haven’t received my product that I order

Customer service is nice, but I’m trying to return two pairs of shoes that run big and don’t fit. They tried to give me a partial refund and I kept saying no just send me the return address for a full refund. The email I get this morning is sorry the address is temporarily unavailable…. So I can’t return the shoes…. Yea that sounds shady and they are not refunding my full amount.
