Highly recommend Xhunter. Great range of products to choose from. Quality product (clay thrower), very well priced, seamless transaction and super quick delivery. I was very impressed!

Delivery of my ordered item still hasn't happened. Carriers fault by the look of it. However, I am extremely disappointed with the poor effort xhunter have made to rectify the matter in a timely fashion.

Product was misrepresented on website, it said it included a swivel adaptor with the bipod. When I escalated they said it was an error and that I would have to purchase the required adaptor separately which is just not good enough.

Very thing I have brought over the years with Xhunter as rifle bags lasers, mounts, clothing, reloading equipment etc has always been great, I have never returned anything and deliveries have always been fast and on time. It is mostly the first place I look for hunting equipment as the price is very competitive and a good range of gear.

Well honestly customer service is sub par. Takes days to get a response,says on page instock and isn't. Would live to buy more products considering I got myself a year vip membership but seriously needs some sharpening up and upfront honesty about product availability. If it is not in stock and going to take 3 to 4 weeks as a customer I want to know in advance as maybe able to get product elsewhere especially when needed asap

Only received half my order and didn’t get an email to advise me that you couldn’t supply the other half. When your website said you had stock.
Then only contactable via email and drawn out refund process.

I now have bought a number of items with Xhunter and they have the best prices and have delivered on time all the time. An online shop with a good range of quality items with speedy communication and invoicing on payment with postage tracking.

My product arrived before the expected date. The product was handled very well. I highly recommend XHUNTER Australia and i will definitely buy or shop with xhunter again. Keep it up guys.

Would not recommend. I ordered things that were listed in stock but they weren’t. Thats false advertising. No one answers when you call. Wrong shirt size sent. They pay companies to leave good reviews so don’t be fooled.

awesome store hunting accessories my experience is genuine pricing on all your hunting or shooting products although i had up to 3 weeks wait on delivery of some of my purchaces but all in all i would recommend xhunter to anyone looking for a fair price

When I ordered my thermal monocular it said there were 3 in stock however after ordering and waiting for 3 weeks with nothing to say it’s been posted I contacted them and they said that the 3 were already sold despite being advertised as available. Finally after almost 4 weeks of waiting they posted it.

Item was misplaced and took quite a long to arrive. Has left me dubious for future purchases. In fact I purchased other items from Scoped Out such as bipod, red dot and bore snake.

l buy off Xhunter because they have what l am looking for, usually things that l cannot get elsewhere, l have received very good contact from Xhunter when things are not available, the products are priced well and the postage times have been very quick
l will buy off Xhunter in the future when l need more gear

Products received were great but there was a mix up with pickup of goods. Arrived to pick up items told were unavailable but then were delivered to my house the next day. Not a completely bad experience but was a little confusing.

I had a problem with some Snap Caps. I received replies to my emails in a prompt manner and the matter was handled very professionally to my satisfaction. Thank you. I was recommended to you by a friend who had previous dealings with you. He was right. You are very good to deal with.

I made One order for 7 different items - At no time was I advised that the parcels will be delivered in 3 lots from different locations at differing times-
Consequently I believed that only potion of my order was delivered and no information about the balance items-
Its all about communication when buying online-

Very disappointed. Used to really like this store but will only shop here if I absolutely can't get something anywhere else. They no longer service phones and take days to get back to you when there's an issue. Ironically they say on a phone blurb when you call that the fastest way to get a reply is by email. Oh, and they misread emails too so I've had to send several emails in the past - all for a 2 min phone conversation.

Great pricing and customer service, have used X Hunter multiple time and will continue to do so
They always seem to have hard to find items in stock and as a new shooter, their website is very easy to navigate and purchase from

I will never purchase anything from Xhunter ever again. The service is nothing short of terrible. My items I choose where meant to be instock and I paid for express post. Only to find out they where not and took over a month to get. No one would answer a phone call and an email reply was difficult to get. Never buy from these guys.

I wouldn’t shop with you again as I was very disappointed with the customer service. Your sales people didn’t make any effort to resolve the incorrect product sent. Then they tried to tell me it was the same product. They also billed me for another product they didn’t have in stock. Finally I was refunded after 20 or so messages back and forth 4 weeks later. They don’t answer phone calls so don’t bother. I’d say a 5tear old could run a better business.
