XPERT Delivery

Appalling service, appalling company. Promised delivery in 3-5 days, eventually received item a month later after threatening legal action and had to get it dry cleaned as it stunk of smoke. Lots of fake reviews online, avoid this company they're literally the worst I've ever dealt with.

Great service, delivered as promised, slight delay by 1-day due to scheduling but very well informed company with great communication. I would refer anyone to use this company, excellent service all round.

Xpert delivery were very helpful and very straight forward to deal. The chair arrived on the day stated and on time. Very helpful driver ,plus the price was brilliant, would certainly use this company again thank you very much. Marina Methven

1st time I've ever used a delivery team through ebay, didn't have to worry though, they were excellent! Friendly,explained every stage,efficient extremely helpful. The price was very fair. The team were outstanding I can't recommend to highly, would definitely use again

Thank you for delivering my fragile parcel in perfect order and communicating every step of the process. The driver was really nice, called ten minutes before he arrived and was friendly and helpful. Would be happy to recommend them to others, especially if you don’t use couriers on a regular basis and aren’t sure of who to use.

My deliveries have been beyond a joke. I have had several cancellations of collections and failed attempts of delivery. The sideboard has been collected from me and has remained in your warehouse for two weeks. I am sick of hearing the same response that it’s with the scheduling department. I made the booking over a month ago and your company has breached their terms and conditions of delivery times and will be reported to trading standards unless I have the following information as soon as.
As “expert delivery” is incapable of arranging delivery, I have payed another company an additional £60 to collect it from your warehouse this week. I therefore need a contact number of your warehouse in Birmingham and someone to be there once the company come to collects, with the sideboard readily available to collect.
I will also be expecting a full refund from yourselves as you have failed to provide the service promised. I will not wait any longer I’ve been more than patient.
I am a paying customer. It’s one thing making an error but to make the error again and again and still have no resolution is beyond frustrating. Not only has this company wasted hours of my time, you’ve caused me massive stress and upset and two bad reviews and claims for refunds off my customers which has tarnished my small company

Responded quickly to a problem with a no fit sofa jammed in my daughter s hallway in London. Picked up within 36hours and delivered back to NewcastleuponTyne the following week.
As first stated would use again and recommend price I thought very reasonable.

I’ve used 3 times and every time they cancelled on the day for both the collection and delivery. Variety of excuses.
No real ownership to sort when something gets this bad. Can’t contact except through email.
Will never use again as can’t be trusted.

On the hottest day of the year so far, our driver still arrived within the timeslot we were notified, despite the Satnav sending him the wrong way (it happens round these rural parts).
Good experience and we'd definitely use him again.

Great communication, i was a little worried not having used Xpert before. But my parceĺ arrived as they said it would on time and in good condition, the driver was happy to help with lifting etc. I dont often recommend companies, but Xpert ...definately....Thanks I.A.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Van did not arrive on the day scheduled and paid for despite being confirmed. The van was booked to move a bed and two sofas. I still have no confirmation of when they will be collected, and my new sofa is being delivered today and I have nowhere to put it!
Shoddy customer service. No phone number to call and computer says no answers via an online chat service, and they eventually just stopped responding.

Considering we had issues with the first courier company we were going to use,this company kept us well informed and the chap who delivered was really helpful and helped lift the item into the house.

Rubbish. Never collected the item they kept canceling the slot the day before. After 2 weeks I got fed up and cancelled and used a different company who collected the next day and delivered very quick. But Xpert delivery still have yet to issue a refund and I am having to open a paypal dispute

DONT PAY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. I have used this courier to transport a wardrobe from Milton Keynes to London and they took 2 weeks to deliver the wardrobe broken. They are extremely hard to get to. I have received a call from the courier requesting me to find another courier and that is surely because they broke my wardrobe. Then they requested full payments or there will be no delivery. only thugs deals like that. The delivery driver that dropped the wardrobe was nice and honest and explained to me that it was mishandled by the collection team and the door was hit from the corner and the mirror broke. its no use for me with a broken mirror. the courier put the blame on me for not wrapping the wardrobe while i have paid extra for it to being dismantled. I have used many couriers in the past and they are much better than those couriers.

Excellent service throughout. Kept up to date each step. They arranged everything directly with the pick up so I didn't have to do anything! Will be using again... cheapest by far..also got 20% off next time. Very happy customer 😊

As promised a 3-hour window was emailed two days in advance of the delivery date. When I asked for this to be a bit more specific I received another email confirming this could be done. Again, as promised, I received a text when the driver was 15 mins away on the day. Couldn't ask for better service.

I have used Xpert Delivery on several occasions now. I have always found the charges to be reasonable, drivers helpful and courteous, collections within the allotted time slot and most importantly the goods remain undamaged. Excellent! Keep it up!
