Mine was a last minute request and the team delivered! From the initial request to facilitating the order, payment to delivery, it was seamless. At no point do I feel like I am left hanging. Nicole handles the request through phone keeping me updated of all the processes. Francesca contacting early next morning and kept me informed all the way with photos on-site to put my heart at ease. 1 Nice packaging to ensure product in good condition.
2 product is satisfactory, but no added surprises for the customers.
3 The operator who called me in the morning to confirmed the order needs to speak in a nicer, friendlier tone. She sounded like someone who needs to get her message through that's all.
4 I was informed about the late delivery, that's good. Should always let customer knows when the product will arrive.
5 delivery could be earlier, it was a long wait.
First time using this. But also the last time. For graduation, I do not recommend this shop because I extra paying for a fixed timing, their service given is like this… their driver cannot do anything.. so you need to understand and forgive them. Question is… then why I pay the extra? Of course I know is tough job that’s why paying extra. Anyway..the in charge person didn’t care what you feedback. He just do in this own way..
CS Lovelyn and Lailanie was very prompt to assist with a special request from the Senior HRBP to deliver the get well basket to one of the manager's parent who is in the hospital.
Lovelyn was also fast to react when requested to add the Organisation name despite the readiness of the card.

I ordered a wreath and the staff Nicole was good and patient. she helped me with the order and even followed up with a call to make sure the item ordered was correct before she proceed with the delivery. the flowers are fresh and look nice. Thanks and keep up the good work and services.
After I confirmed and paid for my order, I could not recall giving the name of the deceased as the message I selected did not require one. I was desperate to contact Xpress to check on my order. My WhatsApp did not manage to link me up with them but Xpress had the option of a Chat line. I Chatted with Venus on a Sunday afternoon and she helped to sort out the message part. Thank you Venus for being there! Yes, Delivery date and time was as arranged. However, the Delivery Order which they forwarded to my email was not signed by the recipient. I attended the wake and sighted the wreath. The flowers looked fresh but the cream Gerberas were not as vibrant as portrayed in the picture. Overall my experience with Xpress and its wreath stand was good. Thank you Xpress Flowers!
Honestly I wasn’t happy with my first flower arrangement not because of the flowers you had to substitute with but it was because it was not even close in style and shape to the actual one I ordered (Forever and Always).
Eventually your other staff, Shanice finished making one arrangement close to the one I ordered. The flower she finally substituted with was acceptable. She was very patient and I know she understood where went wrong.
Your main florist could ensure that these repetitive would not happen even if the basic criteria of the original arrangement is fulfilled. Unfortunately this responsibility was not taken up.
I feel it is not justified that I paid more than $20.00 for a specific delivery time when eventually it was delivered after that hour. The arrangement of the centrepiece had to be re-done a few times simply because the arrangement was inconsistent to the order and it took up those time.
The services rendered by your customer were prompt, friendly and polite.
Being one of your loyal customers, I felt the prices of the flowers arrangement are on the high side. Indeed shocked to learn that Xpress Flower charges for delivery fees for preferred timing. I am also disappointed that my request to waive the $5 delivery was rejected especially I am your local customer.
Excellent service! I tried to order a flower stand at the last minute at 9.30pm on Thursday to be delivered on Friday morning by 11am for an important occasion. To my pleasant surprise, the response on Whatsapp was prompt and the customer service staff went out of their way to make the delivery happen. And the flower stand was very nice and arrived on time!

Highly recommend Xpressflower.com for fast delivery of wreath. Sales team is very prompt and attentive in their response, and the photos they sent of the wreaths showed that the flowers are very fresh and lovely. 10/10 will recommend and use again.

Online Order placement was easy peasy. Navigation on the website to confirmation of order in every single step was very clear for me as a customer. Even to the point where the flowers were picked up, to the bouquet was delivered to the recipient. I knew exactly when the flowers were delivered. Most importantly, the recipient loved the 18 stalks of crimson red roses from Kenya. Best loved present birthday bouquet! I would definitely count on your guys again in my next order.
Generally good. But when I spoke to the shopkeeper at the time I placed the order at the shop, I have asked for red and black wrapping, and she said she will informed about my request. But end up still receiving white and black wrapping.
Ordered 12 stalks of yellow rose. Most of them withered fast. Left 3 surviving ones after 2 days….
Latest update: XpressFlower had responded my feedback the moment I put up this feedback. There was some mistake made during the packing of the bouquet. My flowers were replaced with a new bouquet within the very same day, plus some other tokens!!! Really appreciate XpressFlower’s rapid response to address this issue and their sincerity to make up for this incident. We were very very happy with XpressFlower’s arrangement !!! We like the replacement bouquet!!! Thank you XpressFlower, your staffs are really patience and professional, thank you so much😀😀😀
1st time order from here , fast delivery, the staff call me within 15min and confirm my delivery , order say will reach 6pm to 959pm. Only reach within 2hr. Best ever. This is the best xpress flower shop I have seen. Thank you so much. Appreciated.
I am not happy with the two copies of condolences messages you have submitted to me for final confirmation.
I actually wanted to make changes after receiving some last minute samples of them but your staff sound so reluctant to my change request and asked me to decide on one of the two copies submitted.
The flower was well delivered and it is exactly as what shown in the picture 👍 and my friend love it very much. Thank you very much XpressFlower for having this 24hr delivery and now we have hassle free to arrange any flower bouquet to be deliver anytime anywhere wherever we want to ! 🙏 keep up the great work and I definitely will come back again 😇
Made a mistake in e date for wreath delivery. Called n was offered a full refund or earliest next day delivery. After I explained my situation, staff assisted to make my delivery on same day as the date of order after 5pm!
Totally grateful to the staff who we t out all their way to assist! Flowers delivered were fresh n appreciated by bereaved family!

My daughter is super delighted when she received them. The only downside is the colors choice of the wrapper, it was dull green or beige color and does not compliment and bring out the best of the overall bouquet presentation. A pastel color choice would makes the difference. How come the graduation bear is not part of the bouquet? Nonetheless, thank you!
