I purchased a cat tree for my 5 cats. Yaheetech love it. What I really like is that its made from eco friendly materials. That is really important to me as resources are slowly vanishing away. The cat tree came really well packaged and arrived way sooner then i imagined it took only 2 days. Came already assembled. All I had to do was open the box shu away my cats. Whisky wanted to keep the box he jumped right in it as soon as i took the cat tree out. I would highly recommend them.

I was looking for an end table to add to my gaming room. It had to be neutral and something that would match with various wood finishes. The height and width are as listed. End table is flushed well against the wall, so it does no stick out. The drawer is great to put away the remote controls and other items, so Yaheetech are not all over the room messy. It has a nice big drawer and can fit lots of stuff. The middle part is good for the remotes and to charge the phones in a discreet manner. Then the top is great for a nice decoration. As you can see in my pictures, the top I have some gold ornaments, in the middle I have a mid to dark wooden tray and my floors are natural wood. I am loving the contrast of the different wood finishes and accent gold tones with its gray finish.

The setup was easy. I built it myself in under an hour; all tools are included. Just follow the instructions and you are good to go. Material is well made, and it is great for the price.

I purchased a mobile tv stand, which came for home assembly. Ran into a problem when the screws to fasten parts 12 and 13 to Part 4, were not the right length to do the job, and as a result, I couldn't go further to assemble the stand. Contacted Yaheetech, made a report through Amazon, on which the Stand is marketed and sold, sent Yaheetech emails asking for resolution, never heard from them. So I'm stuck with a partially assembly item that is beyond sending back through UPS, but willing to send back the parts remaining, after emailing Yaheetech several times, receiving no response. I would like to finish the job, but without the proper screws, I'm done. I recommend do not do business with this company that doesn't care about its customer, and has no customer care department.

Needed an end table that wasn't to big nor too small. My livings room isn't as big so I just needed a nice simple end table for a table lamp and to place my cup and remote controls. I had questions on the end table before ordering and customer service outdid themselves. Yaheetech answered all my questions and concerns without a problem.

I've ordered several items from this company and always had a good experience with them. The weight rack I got recently is nice and sturdy, and the shipping was super fast. I think it came 3 or 4 days faster than I thought it would! Given the quality of the products I've gotten so far, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other things from this company again.

Bought an end table and discovered it was missing an entire parts package of one item. Emailed yaheetech and explained in detail what was missing (12 pieces of the same item). Yaheetech sent me one piece. Emailed again thanking them for the one item but still needed 11 more. No response. Emailed and called 4 more times with absolutely no response. Finally bought missing items on Amazon to complete end table. Will never order anything from this lousy company again.

This has been one of the best companies I have came across. I had to contact for numerous questions and everyone I encountered was friendly and went above and beyond. Normally i don't get this type of customer service. I was amazed. Items were as described and good quality. Shipping was fast too which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a fantastic outdoor umbrella with a built in solar light from Yaheetech. I love the vibrant red color of the outdoor umbrella! It came well-packaged, no damage when I opened it. It was extremely easy to put up, just connect the two poles together and attach to your own base. The crank works smoothly to open and close the umbrella and the ties are simple, effective. The solar light works great, no issues and I love the ambiance it helps build at dusk/evening times.

As an owner of pet birds I must say I absolutely love the Yaheetech Large 55 inch Bird Cage. It is absolutely perfect for my Love Birds. It came in perfect condition and included all parts for easy assembly. Yaheetech's customer service has been A+. Yaheetech care about the products they sell as well as their customers. I have ordered many of their items including the bird cage and a play pen for my puppy. I plan to be a customer for years to come.

Shopping online for furniture can be very tedious and risky at the same time. Especially for new home owners who look forward to new pieces to complete furnishings their homes. I'm one of those home owners and I'm soooo thankful for yaheetech. The company has proved that some companies can be trusted to provide, quality and affordable furniture. I've purchased twice and trust me, I will be purchasing again because I absolutely love the pieces I've bought this far. Yaheetech are sturdy, unique and easy to assemble and pull apart when needed. They all came on time and customer service was really great. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time buying products from them.
Being honest, I liked the chairs I bought, Yaheetech are good chairs. However if you are not lucky (as I was not) and you receive a damage product, this company won't care about it.
Since the day I received it I have been complaining and asking them to replace three of 4 chairs I received.
They offered me 10 dollars (yes, 10 dollars) as an apology. I was clear that I didn't want 10 dollar, and I didn't want to return the chairs (as I was honest before, they are good and I liked them), I just wanted them to be replaced.
Then, I tried to be fair with them and said that I could deal with one of the damaged chais, so they could replace only two of them.
After weeks (yes, weeks) of wasting my time trying to have them replaced, they told me they sent (without my approval) two new seats.
What this horrible company wasn't understanding (or they were pretending to not understand) is that my issue with the chairs was not only the seat damages. One of them has assembly problems.
They are sending only two seats (of three) and I still can have assemble problems.
So, please, keep in mind if you buy from
This horrible company and if you receive damages products, they won't care.
They will say they are not responsible for the way it is delivered, like the way they told me.
Horrible company, horrible customer center.

I purchased a rolling card with 4 pull out drawers that are multicolor. The item itself is light weight but pretty sturdy. I love the fact that it rolls and is compact. The drawers are pretty spacious and I am a excited to put it to use. I have not decided to use it in the pantry and fill it with garbage bags, cans, chips, cookies and cereal or to use it for my arts and crafts. I am started to do resin art, so I have a lot of things that will need to be organized like moulds, alcohol inks, dried flowers, resin, etc. I may need to buy another rolling cart! Overall, the cart was worth the purchase and very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who needs to get organized.

I purchased a 6ft pink christmas tree for my daughter's bedroom. She absolutely adores it. The shipment arrived on time, as promised. The overall product quality is great too. Yaheetech canceled my order so they can double the price of dumbells and take advantage of UK lockdown, then lied to me saying sorry the dumbell is just broke and its the only one we had. But then list 2 in stock for double the price. Dont buy from this company

I bought a Side table at first and the quality and instructions of assembly was up to the mark. Item broke two weeks after receiving it. Asked for replacement part. Sent to wrong address. After emailing them about the problem, Yaheetech answered and said they would send the right part to the right address. Did not receive. All emails after that were ignored. All 5* reviews are from people that didn't have problems with their merchandise.

Purchased a kitchen cart from them. I mean you can be hesitant when buying from a new store for the first time so I decided to use Paypal. I am honestly super happy with my purchase. It took a bit to arrive (2 days more than originally stated), I was freaking out about it at first but it turns out that it was my fault... I left my dog loose so Yaheetech sent it back to the warehouse. I called UPS and they delivered it back.

Back to the product, the cart was perfect. I use it to take drinks and other utensils we may need. It's perfect so you don't need to have everything on the table taking space and still have everything you need. I love it

Yaheetech has always been a wonderful business I have ordered several things from them including a weight bench for my husband that turned out very sturdy it was made with high-quality material didn't move all over the place had pads on the bottom. I also bought a kitchen table that was a rustic wood design absolutely gorgeous we are using it right now in my kitchen. It's made out of heavy duty wood that is very sturdy! I also purchased a huge pet play pen that we love so much! Our dogs are in it everyday! I see these bad reviews and don't understand because I've ordered quite a few items and ALWAYS had good customer service and fast shipping also! Not to mention there prices are unbeatable! I have purchased an office chair from this company. It worth every penny. This is a great deal. The chair is pretty easy to assemble and is pretty comfortable actually. It rolls easily and you can adjust the height to be really tall (almost bar height!). The instructions were simple only took me like 15 minutes. All the parts were very well wrapped too protect the product from any scratches or dents I really loved that, It is very easy to wipe clean. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a not bulky modern chair.
