The product itself is ok but since you changed the way it is administered I find it continually jams and is difficult to work properly.
Please go back to old design.

They took awhile longer to answer the phone this time around however they were.able to get my product neck collar and send to the alternative address.

We have been wanting to buy a reasonably expensive walking frame from Astir for 6 months now. The first consultant just didn't call me back and pretty much ignored me and the second consultant that i am now talking with has pretty much done the same thing. the service is appalling and to be honest, I'm not sure why manufacturers would use these guys. I would have brought the walking machine 4 months ago if someone, anyone would help me at ASTIR.
Rhiannon was extremely efficient and helpful in dealing with my enquiry.
Briony was good but the delivery did not come at thew time promised It arrived 2 days later.

Placed an order and 1 week later it still hadn't arrived. When I rang I was told it was forgotten and not delivered. I missed out on sales as goods were not delivered on time and patients purchased goods elsewhere. Very disappointed in your service. Will not be purchasing again from Astir.
Ordering and delivery was very good and the return and replacement of an incorrect item was very good. However, I was a bit disappointed as the picture of the item I thought I was ordering (a Baseline hydraulic hand dynamometer) was not the one I got. The brand I received was one I hadn’t heard of before. It may be good it may not be, it was just not what I thought I would get. I think you need to be more clear about the brand of items you are selling.
I had an ok recent experience with astir. I accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery and I went to customer service for help to change. It arrived at the wrong address regardless.
Service good whether it is on the Web or phone and delivery is excellent.
Ordered my items on 16/5/22 easily and quickly processed BUT now 25/5/22 and I still have not received the items.
I called Astir yesterday to follow up and was told delivery on 19/5 failed as business closed despite "do not deliver Thurs mornings" recorded on delivery instructions.
We received no failed delivery note by courier or follow up emails regarding this . I still have a patient waiting still for this aid.
