Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Delivery is 48 hours late with 2 "failed deliveries." Driver does not call if lost/confused, just gives up and leaves. After 3rd delivery, parcel reverts by no fault of your own.
No calling card or other details to rearrange delivery or give instructions to obviously confused drivers.
Stuck without parcel and no recourse as chat service does not help and there is no phone line to get through to a human (only automated bot).
Driver needs "more information" but does not say what is confusing him - building has huge sign in front of it with name on prominent road in London. For some reason, they are unable to make a timely delivery to a very simple residential address.
Avoid as you cannot get any help if something is urgent or delayed. They will inconvenience the client with delays and poor communication but not go the extra mile to provide good customer service, and deliver on time.

Sent a parcel to my disabled mother as needed it to help her over this heatwave. Supposed to be delivered yesterday ( sat ) 16/7/22. I kept going to there web site to keep tract of the parcel. Got to 2 deliveries away. Next thing it's saying "sorry we missed you we've left you a calling card " got straight on the phone to my mother 2ho then had to struggle to both back and front doors to look for a calling card NO FLIPPING CARD LEFT. She said back door was wide open because of the heat. So what the heck did the delivery driver think, surely he must have thought that there was someone in as the doors are open, not only that you have to walk past her front window and you couldn't miss her sat there. Wouldn't put it pass the driver to of missed the drop then said nobody was in. Bloody useless company.

Ordered from a company for next day delivery and on the same day notified it was dispatched that same day. However the courier is Yodel. 5 days later tracking states on Yodel website ‘We are expecting your parcel from sender. We will provide updates here once we receive it. This has been the same message for the last 4 days. Yodel not answering the chat or telephone. On website it’s states Cyber incident caused disruption. But how long does it take to sort out a problem? I think there is more to it than the half truth they are stating. When I get my parcel who knows, probably arrive eventually but the website will still state that they are waiting for the parcel from the sender.

Today is the 5th day. I checked the track again and was told that it would arrive today but with a slight delay. It's not a problem, I'll wait, it's 12 o'clock at night and nobody called me, they didn't send us an email, they didn't text me. Do you really make fun of customers? Delivery paid on 19.05.2020 with the option Next Day Delivery ... I hope to be able to receive the package and then I promise that I will avoid this company. Even after the 5th day to lie to me? Are you really kidding? It bothers me that no one told me anything, I check the track on the first day it tells me that it will be delivered, the next day the day is known when it will be delivered, I wait, the 5th day that it will be delivered until the evening but with a little delay, so that at 12 at night nothing is delivered ..... Disgusted ... Does a lawyer read my review, really can't take any legal action?

Appalling, awful service
I bought a £30 item on eBay and paid by PayPal. Delivery was supposed to be 21 June and Yodel tracking showed that it had been delivered at 11.59am although no card had been left to say where. No package anywhere at my house, or garden or in the shed. The seller asked me to check with neighbours, look in my dustbins etc but no joy. EBay couldn’t help at all as they said tracking showed the package had been delivered. Same with PayPal.
I tried phoning Yodel using a phone number eBay gave me because yodel quite clearly don’t want people to phone them. No answer at all anyway. I tried webchat for two days but “no advisor available”.
Today, 24 June, the package was dumped at my front door, damaged, with no effort to put it around the back of the house or in the shed. Then the yodel tracking was amended to say it was delivered today.
This company is a total disaster, based on my experience. UNCONTACTABLE and quite clearly couldn’t care less or enough to have people answering a phone, answering webchat or handling a parcel with respect and delivering it properly.
I will never purchase from any seller of any item if they used yodel for delivery. I will always buy somewhere else.
A total shower who deserve every bit of the bad publicity they get

Absolutely aweful from minute one, I run a small sideline and this is the first time I have received (or should I say not received) supplies via yodel. The relationship with my supplier is now low because of them. Stuff was meant to be delivered Friday and customer service says “it’s out for delivery!” What a load of rubbish !! that was Friday , i am 8 miles from the hub and offered to pick up but no one home , is anyone home at yodel, is anyone interested , if you have shares in this misfit then sell now … it is so bad bad bad !! No customer service !! Their response to our problems is to shut down the website … there is no issue they just do t want you to know how bad it really is !!!

Yodel Tracking (for what it's EVER been worth) is DOWN, and HAS been since? well, working early evening of FRIDAY JUNE 18th (when my parcel was SAID to be "out for delivery" but checking status SUNDAY (yes, I know...not normally a delivery day) and the site has a "Gateway 504 error".
JHC I thought EVRi (formerly HerPes) were the courier to avoid like the plague, but I hadn't realised YODEL had beaten them to top spot.
Used (in this case) by an eBay BUSINESS seller (MUPPET shoudda known better) I fully expect to be putting in a refund claim via eBay (ETA was Wed 15th-Thur 16th) but tracking (such as it's been) didn't even kick-in till the 17th, with Yodel (NOW DON'T LAUGH) CS maintaining the SELLER still had it, even when the Yodel "system" was telling me it was "At the national hub", but TBF to "Ishu" & "Zehra" I'm guessing they aint exactly local? they sure as hell couldn't see the tracking details I could see, obviously.
The negative feedback Yodel are receiving is much the same as was HerPes, hence the name change to EVRi? a CLEAN SLATE in the FEEDBACK department at least, even if nothing else changed.

yodel are the worst delivery company i have had the displeasure of dealing with. They update online purchases informing buyer calling card left /no answer when delivery attempted but in truth they did not call and there is no evidence of card left. Dealing with customer services is a joke they promise to escalate issues and hear back within 24 hours and nothing then your tracking number brings up no information when you attempt to call again regarding missing parcels. Item then states delivered online but again your in in and no knock on the door. I witness one delivery driver throw a parcel in a communal garden outside a block of apartments and leave. When i checked with neighbor her tracking number said delivered to front door as instructed. They are untrustworthy unreliable and complete and utter liars. I will certainly not purchasing any items that uses this company. They are an utter Disgrace .People get yourself web cams and witness for yourselves the shameful things these delivery drivers do .Yodel i will continue to upload information .CCTV FOOTAGE OF YOUR ANTICS. Hope this company folds. I never did get this so called delivered parcel !

Delivery by Yodel simply means that your order won’t be delivered. I’ve been waiting over a month for a pack of vitamines, when it was finally out for delivery I was home all day waiting for it, then got a message saying it couldn’t be delivered cause no one was home. It said they left a card which they didn’t (they were never here). Then a day later the tracking said it’s ‘undeliverable’ because the address couldn’t be found. They don’t care to the point they don’t even bother to be consistent with their lies. And it happens every single time. I wish companies would realise how bad they are and stop working with them. From now on, I’ll be avoiding buying from companies who work with them, and order from others even when it means paying more. How could this company be legal? 🤨

Once again, and I say that as it happens every single time Yodel are used (always inducing anxiety within me when I realise this) Yodel have lied, have made up a safe place that doesn’t exist and then offer no solution other than “check with your neighbours/check the “poost room” - I live in a block of flats and not a post office, we don’t have post rooms. We have letter boxes. Why would my neighbours have it and not me? Why would they even pretend to deliver to a fictional safe place or deliver to a neighbour when it’s meant to be delivered to me, I was home and I live on the ground floor so it’s not even a chore for a lazy lying driver? Even if they did deliver to a neighbour (they didn’t) then why would they and not to my address? How are Yodel still in business? I am not exaggerating when I say this happens every time. I don’t even get annoyed anymore, as I expect it but it’s still time consuming knowing I have to contact another liar at the office who doesn’t know his a**e from his elbow. Do Yodel use their company as a cover to steal deliveries? That’s a serious question. I won’t stop making you look as bad as you are until you deliver my parcel. You really do scrape the barrel when it comes to your job. God help us all.

Arranged return of goods purchased from VERY over a week ago due to jubilee was advised Tuesday 7th June was in all day no courier appeared contacted very who advised driver could not gain access(this is lies) re arranged for Thursday again in all day contacted very at 5pm they said courier will be there by 7pm,again no courier yodel then said parcel was not ready for uplift, so I took the parcel to my local post office this morning,put a complaint into yodel and very and guess what the courier turned up at 2:05pm, they said didn’t have the job on their list so every retailer and shopper who buys online BEWARE if YODEL is the courier they tell lies

I have now been waiting for a parcel that Yodel have had for 6 days. 6 times it has been out for delivery and 6 times has not shown up. The best one was at the weekend, when I was tracking my delivery and could see that he had 12 more stops before mine. Then all of a sudden it came up with “Tried to deliver but was refused at the door ???? I was stood at the door and nobody even came within a mile of the door. Lazy lying cheating driver, who could not be bothered delivering my parcel. I have spent hours and hours trying to get through to speak to someone. IMPOSSIBLE !! The only phone number is automated and pointless, the only other way to talk to someone is a ridiculous web chat where they only seem to have 4 or 5 answers to what ever question you have, so you might as well be talking to a wall. I even tried to arrange to collect the parcel from my local depot TWICE now, and was told that would not be possible. I have written over a dozen emails to The complaints department and just get fobbed off with the usual “we are very sorry and will look into it for you” rubbish. I was promised that I would definitely receive my parcel today 100% and yes you’ve guessed it….. of course it did not arrive. But hey never mind they are looking into it for me and promised me again (for the 6th time now) That it will be out for delivery again in 24 hours. I somehow do not have much faith in ever getting this parcel. Do yourselves a favour and never deal with these parasites. They will lie to you lose your packages (or steal them) and cause you unwanted stress. At least with Amazon you get your parcel within 24 hours or your money back. Yodel drivers can’t even get their lazy asses out of bed before midday, that’s why they run out of time on their delivery round and then have to take the parcels back to the depot, which then take 24 hours to sort out. STAY AWAY, save your money !!!!!!

Bought item on next day delivery on Monday. Item dispatched to YODEL. Item on van and going to be delivered Wednesday (not exactly next day but ok) tracked van to one stop before me to then get message ‘sorry we can’t deliver today’ made a complaint to YODEL they said as Thursday and Friday were bank holidays the parcel would now come Saturday. So annoying paying extra for next day delivery having a day off work and no parcel. So Saturday arrives and I get a notification that parcel is ‘due for delivery on Monday’ MONDAY? Nearly a week after I paid for next day delivery? MONDAY? after it was on the van on Wednesday? And promised delivery by a YODEL worker on Saturday!!!!!!!

I will NEVER purchase an item from a company again that use YODEL as their chosen delivery company

Incompetent driver and support teams. 5 days for next day delivery and still not delivered.
Ordered incontinence pants with next day delivery on Tuesday and it’s now Sunday any Yodel still haven’t completed the delivery.
I have had several online ‘chats’ with their agents and also raised a complaint via email with their CEO Complaints team - all to no avail.
The story I keep getting is that their driver can’t find my house (in three attempts) !
EVERY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY AND DRIVER I HAVE USED IN THE YEAR WE HAVE LIVED HERE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING IT AT ALL !!!
I was in contact again yesterday and escalated to a supervisor who said because they tried (and failed) three times I now have to drive 40 miles to collect the parcel. Even though the deliveries failed due to an incompetent Yodel driver. I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO DO THIS BUT YODEL DON’T CARE.
The CEO team and chat supervisor have supposedly emailed the depot manager with feedback but my delivery still failed.
It seems this driver is Teflon coated !

We ordered roof bars for car courier was yodel parcel never delivered the driver states he delivered parcel and handed to jack I'm the only male that resides at my home I'm not called jack. Yodel said I should check with neighbours which I did none of them have package and non. are called jack I told yodel that I'm a military veteran with a specific body part missing and told them to ask the driver to describe me as I'm the only person in house at the house the time they said package delivered. They then told me to contact seller for refund or the despatch of a new item which they refuse due to yodel saying package has been delivered do not use this company they are a scouse rip off merchant

Yodel attempted a delivery of flowers to a relative after 6pm to Barry Downs Carnoustie on Tuesday 19th May. Unfortunately the delivery was unsuccessful as the reception point closes at 5 pm. I missed a phone call from the delivery driver informing me of attempted delivery and a message was left for me.
I phoned the driver the following morning and he immediately said he would ensure the flowers were delivered before 5p. He again phoned me to say that the delivery would be in the next half hour. I received a phone call about 20 min later to say the delivery was completed and flowers beautiful.
A massive thank you to Robbie Smith the Tayside delivery driver who went out of his way to ensure the flowers arrived at their destination. Robbie’s customer service was excellent and I was most impressed with Robbie’s drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks a million Robbie.

Zero stars
Yodel were supposed to deliver a parcel on Fri 13th. Home all day, received a notification that they had attempted delivery and left a card. Nobody has been (camera doorbell would have seen them) and no card.
No updates until tues 17th when it is out for delivery again. Exactly the same thing happened.
Cannot speak to a human on the phone - automated service just cuts you off. And two tries and discussing with foreign webchat agent were useless as they couldn’t understand that the driver had not been to my property.
Now at the point where I will do a charge back for the goods and cancel all future orders with the seller if they are going to continue using Yodel.

Hi,
I was waiting on a delivery of a parcel. It didn't come. When I contacted Yodel they informed me that they had indeed delivered it and with their device, which measures the longitude and latitude it was indeed delivered to my front door and that I should now contact the seller. More or less washing their hands of the delivery. To me the email insinuated that I was dishonest and that I had received the parcel. My suggestion was instead of using the special device, why not just ask the driver what house he delivered the parcel to.
They sent me a photograph of the front door they delivered it to, as you have probably guessed not mine, so much for the special device. I had to drive around the houses this morning trying to track the parcel down, which I did. It was delivered to a one story cottage. My address states Upper Flat. That should have at least gave the driver the heads up that it was the wrong address. BUT NO. I know errors can occur, but when they tell you that you are in receipt of the goods when you are not, then I get annoyed, especially when they are not prepared to rectify the situation. I certainly would advise people not to use this company.

I paid for next day delivery from George asda for some school clothes my daughter desperately needs and school shoes she is 7 years old so my delivery was for today been in all day very obvious if a delivery van comes in are street we never miss yodel apparently delivered my item at 2.14pm today !!! I’m so angry as hard earned money to buy stuff for are children when they need it and it’s been took in my eyes I think it’s disgusting !!! Shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this I hope to god they took a picture as I would love to see who’s front door it was !!! I can’t contact asda or yodel now until Monday but I hope they are ready for me !!! Also I’ve checked garden and bins and nieghbours no parcel !!!

My parcel showed delivered on the 9th May 22 @ 17:59pm and when I went to collect it , NO PARCEL!! spoke to Rehana at 5:24pm who cut me off , then I spoke to Vuyo straight after who said that th derived delivered it and then took it back to the depot accidentally. You can’t make this up , the item should have been delivered on Saturday the 7th May 2022.
Yodel CS rep has said you cannot speak to a manager , you cannot claim compensation and you have to wait for your parcel , it’s all part of the service.
I will continue to write negative reviews on Al social media platforms s I have made 3 calls , sent an email and the driver has taken the parcel, or the shop is lying or Yodel CS is lying , it’s possibly one of the 3 as my parcel is not in my hands.
