Ordered plants 1 month ago. It said items were in stock and I gave them extra time because of the bank holiday, but still nothing has arrived. Contacted them and they said they were very busy. Have asked for a refund but no response. They shouldn't have these massive sales if they can't cope with the orders. Won't be using them again.
I received a gift following an illness. You Garden delivered a dead tree. They refuse to respond to complaint, to deal with me as I didn’t order the plant or replace the item. I only gave 1 star as you can’t give none
Do not order anything from this company.i am £125 out of pocket as i haven't recieved the plants i ordered three months ago. I have contacted them weekly but i am no further forward,just keep getting fobbed off.the customer service is a joke,as everyone you speak to tells you something different.i have asked for a refund and have been in told they can only refund £25.(what an insult).if you have any sense avoid this company at all costs.
Placed an order four weeks ago and it still hasn't been dispatched yet.
Worst company I've ever dealt with, staff are pleasant to talk too but all they can say is, oh you should get your order next week or there's a back log ,how many more excuses can they make.

Terrible company. Bad customer service department who do not give any details and just send passive aggressive emails. Not acceptable these days. 1 month in and still no products and updates from them.
Would give them minus 10 if I could. Still waiting nearly 8 weeks on. Lies the goods would be shipping, even sent a false tracking number to Yodel. Do not purchase from this company.
