I love shopping with Yummy Bazaar!
I love shopping with Yummy Bazaar! The variety of products is amazing. Such fun to accumulate points to use towards future purchases and I usually buy enough to qualify for free shipping. The packing of items for shipping is very good. If there are any issues with an order, Yummy Bazaar will easily rectify the problem (A few years ago I received a tub of miso that had been cracked during shipping... I was immediately sent a new one).

I really enjoy shopping at Yummy Bazaar or sometimes just perusing the different products from different countries. When I find something I like, I "heart" it and one day I will order said products. Then there is the Panettone! This is absolutely, totally the best and it's so much easier to order it via Yummy Bazaar than trying to find it in stores. I'm guaranteed s readily available source through Yummy Bazaar.

Great experience!
I hadn't ordered from this site before but it ended up going perfectly. I was really impressed with the variety of products YummyBazaar carry and excited to try new things I've never seen locally before. Their prices were also better than anywhere else I looked for the same products. The order took longer to arrive than I expected but the items were packaged so carefully and everything I ordered arrived. So excited to eat everything I ordered!

The discount codes are sometimes very good especially for loyal customers like myself but YummyBazaar are also such a pain to use:
1. The code should be automatically inserted when clicking on the related email link. If that's not possible then it should be shared as selectable text via email so that one could copy/paste it instead of typing it while looking to a picture.
2. If you insert the code and go back because you need to make a change to the cart you are force to insert the code again. I understand that a code might or might not be applicable based on cart content but I don't think it would be a big ask to recalculate if the same code is usable when there are updates instead of completely removing it every time.
3. When a code is for free items there is no mention of the items being covered by it anywhere. The cart remains exactly the same and the free items are not added to it so one needs to remember which code cover which items...

1st Time Customer
My order came in a timely manner even with some difficult weather in our country this January 2022. Everything looks good but I haven't opened any of my ordered items yet today. I did try the Ringo cookies and YummyBazaar were a nice change from my usual cookies that I buy. The cookies were part of a trio of free things you had offered. Thank you Yummy Bazaar.

I sent an email about the free trio of items. I never heard from you but you sent them so that was what I was contacting you about.

Great gift ideas great customer service quality products
I actually received a gift box from a relative who used yummy bizarre and I was so impressed I gifted someone else another box. However am I order I made a mistake and I called customer service help me to cancel the order make a new one and then it got sent out and arrive to my friends house is very timely manner YummyBazaar were thrilled with all the variety of products especially during difficult times like these where one cannot get out to shop at the places that they would like great service great products

World Cuisine at an Affordable Price
I was a little concerned that a website called "Yummy Bazaar" was a scam. But I saw a few really good reviews and took the plunge ordering my favorite French and Scandinavian jams and Italian confections. YummyBazaar taste like the treats of my youth spent in Europe. Yummy also has the canned cherry tomatoes which Rachel Ray talked about one day on her show.

Everything shipped quickly. The glass containers were packed to perfection with lots of cushioning so nothing broke or leaked.

The BEST!
So, YummyBazaar had the stuff I needed and I ordered. That would normally be the end of the story. But not with these guys. OMG! Talk about follow-up and customer service. Unbelievable! What a bunch of customer service pros. And when FedEx screwed up they actually cared enough to escalate the matter and find out what was happening. You're in good hands with these guys. Great selection of products. Wonderful service. Thanks!

Wish I could give a negative star
This company has the worst customer service! Ordered cookies and received them crushed, YummyBazaar suggested to send the crushed cookies to a food pantry if we didn't want to spend our own money to ship them back. They jammed so many packages in a box that they are all crushed. These were Italian cookies that my fiancé loves from Italy and we were going to use them for our weeding in 9 days. The packaging from their warehouse in NJ is where they crushed our cookies and they refuse to do anything about it.

More product reviews needed
More product reviews needed. It's hard to judge what to buy without reviews. Also, consistent listing of ingredients and ability to determine if items contain dairy ingredients. There are a lot of people with allergies out there. Also, more categories - "dairy free" should be one. I'm buying gifts for people with severe allergies and things like "natural flavorings" make it difficult to know if I should purchase.

I thought I checked out only to find out I got an email from you saying I forgot something? What does that even mean? Could you be more confusing? And Im sure now (even though it is Sunday) you are going to use this as an excuse to delay shipping. Im pretty unhappy and I also think $60 is too high a threshold to get free shipping when your prices are already high. For this I expect more precision in language.

Amazing pro-active customer service
Between COVID and the holiday rush, delays were to be expected. The company emailed several times to update that their may be a delay and followed up through the process without me contacting them once. YummyBazaar had also ran out of the stollen that we ordered, but sent a replacement along with a note that they wanted to be sure we had one for Christmas. Despite concerns, the order still arrived in a timely matter and the unprompted communication was appreciated, especially since I should have ordered sooner anyway.

I was really impressed with the variety of products YummyBazaar carry and excited to try new things I've never seen locally before. Had exactly what I was looking for and also found some interesting drinks to try. Also shipping was pretty fast. Will purchase from them again. Your prices are amazing and with a special hand written thank you upon delivery it adds such a classic touch on personalizing my experience making it much more incredible. So excited to eat everything I ordered! I am very pleased. Thank you!

A Really Cool Service
From the choice of products to straightforward shipping, I really appreciate YummyBazaar! Even if I'm not looking to buy anything just scrolling through all of the foodstuffs is fun. Everything I've ordered shipped has always been delivered within a week or so, so order in advanced if you plan to use anything for a special occasion. Overall, I'm really happy with YummyBazaar and I look forward to ordering more goodies in the future :)

I realize you're not a big big company but I think as a "layman" a increase by 10%. Is viable
Example from REAL situationmy order today: my grandchildren like a white pasta sauce but you only had a squash as white option. MANY people not just kidslove white sauces on occasion for pasta as with pizza. So now I have to find and purchase elsewhere. NOT a criticism but feedback from a loyal customer!

Love the convenient easy worldwide shopping. Great selection & variety of products. Descriptions of the products are spot on (correct & accurate) for the most part. Have received products that I personally didn't like the taste & Italian olives that were perhaps spoiled somehow OR I was not liking the type of olive taste having never experienced this type of olives. One must be aware to read as much of the online description of the products as possible or do offline research so you'll get a good idea of what you're purchasing online & from another country. Payment & shipping is a breeze & fast. It's a legitimate place to order world class foods from for sure. I've only ordered edible products. Yummy Bazaar is aptly named as such!

There are glitches in the website when trying to browse
There are glitches in the website when trying to browse. Sometimes I am able to put something I am searching for into the search bar and items come up, but then when I do another search nothing comes up and I have to try refreshing the page and/or completely closing out and reentering. Sometimes it fixes itself within a day or two, but to make this one purchase it has taken me 3 days to have everything show up and be able to be placed together into one cart.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Two Cans of Tomatoes and Two Jars of Mustard Ended Up Costing $28.30
Most of my order arrived badly damaged, so I had to throw out 8 of 10 cans of tomatoes. After nearly a week of emails back and forth, I received a refund of $20.14 on an order totaling $48.44. YummyBazaar do not refund shipping fees, no matter how bad the shipping was, and I was given credit for only 6 cans of tomatoes, although I threw out 8.

Check out this company on Linked - only 10 employees, including the housekeeper, and none have prior experience in the food business. What these people do have a talent for is raising money --- $3.6 million in three rounds. Yet "Senior Management Associate" * told me "We're a small team of 5 people."

I do not appreciate to receive a Free Brioche email on November 21st afternoon at 2pm and when I am ordering the day after, it is already no longer available because you ended this promotion on November 21st at 11:59pm.
This is unfair and the way you are treated your customer is cheap.
I still ordered because my cart was already filled but next time, I will think twice before being customer again

I love Bavarian sauerkraut
I love Bavarian sauerkraut. My local supermarket stopped offering it, so I was glad to find it at such a good price (under $4: Amazon is asking more than $10 per jar!). It was easy to order, with no glitches, and the shipping price is fair for a heavy item. Hope the shipping experience and quality (sell-before date, etc.) will be as good. I'll definitely keep Yummy Bazaar in mind for foreign foods in the future.
