Very satisfied with my purchase exactly what I'm looking for. The dress was gorgeous and arrived exactly as described and pictured. The size fit exactly according to the measurements in the size chart. The dress was to arrive 7 to 15 days from ordering and it arrived on the 8th day. We are very pleased.

I ordered 2 dresses because I couldn't decide on what color I wanted and would have preferred to see them in person. Website indicated "easy returns." Only one dress was delivered. I contacted customer service and realized it came from China. Zapaka confirmed that I did only get one dress but required me to send a picture of what I received.? The gray dress was snagged in several spots. I finally received the pink dress and the color looked dingy. It didn't even look brand new. I requested a return. The customer service person indicated I'd have to return it to China. I'd do better trying to sell them. Even if it's a garage sale. Don't buy from this company. I have never had to take pictures of items to send to customer service just to return items. Unless they were damaged.

The dress was so well made and great quality. Size guide was very accurate. Took slightly longer than expected to be delivered but Zapaka responded fairly promptly to emails and kept us updated. Would highly recommend, just allow plenty of time for delivery.

I ordered a dress that looked nice on the website but when it finally arrived it was very poorly made with cheap looking fabric and was far smaller than their own sizing guide, I would suggest by at least two sizes

Because 'easy' returns are advertised I thought it was safe to order. The fact is that Zapaka are based in China and if you are able to eventually get them to accept your return you will need to send it via a tracked postage method in order to get your money back. The correspondence I have had since my purchase in February has been exhausting, both with Zapaka themselves and also with PayPal who I thought I would be able to rely on, not a chance

The bottom line is that really the goods are substandard, as you can see from the authentic reviews posted on here - rather than the glossy studio photos Zapaka would like us to believe are real...
Anyway, do not take the chance on wasting your money with this company, they are a massive con and enormously disappointing.
Honestly, I have been left with a £55 dress that is completely useless to me but would cost too much to send back to China tracked... it is not even good enough to gift to somebody or sell on

I firmly expect more fake reviews to now go on this site in defence of this awful company and in order to counteract my honest and authentic review :(

I bought a dress with Zapaka. The delivery was fairly quick and the quality is great. The dress fits like a glove and looks great.

Good quality dress beautifully draped my granddaughter. She loved the color and style of the dress. The color was as depicted. The reason for just four stars is because it took longer than what I expected to arrive being it was in stock.

Ordered a Yellow dress and after almost a month I finally recieved it and well let me start by saying that this dress was nothing more that a piece of sheer material and it is so see threw that you may as well be naked! The quality of the dress is just horrible it came with a belt but there are no loops to put the belt threw to secure it in place, I was told by the company that if I wanted to return it that I had to pay for return postage and of course guess where the product came from... China! I wouldn't purchase anything else from this business ever.

I bought a dress and shoes for my prom and Zapaka were so cute on. The shoes are a little tall for me but I get so many compliments I wear them as much as I can. Will order again for sure!

I ordered the dark green dress and its stitching was fabulous. The color was exactly the way it looks in the picture on website.
This time I ordered one side down and fits me perfectly!

The item I purchased was delivered in a timely manner to my home. My package arrived without any deficits or packaging issues. Overall, I had a good experience with Zapaka and their clothing line.

Love the dress. Much better quality than expected and was able to change the size after contacting them. Very satisfied and will purchase other dresses.

I ordered my dress over 18 days ago and it is still in processing. My prom is tomorrow. I emailed and contacted their live customer service. The reply I got was "it takes 7114 days processing time because it is made to ship, and with standard shipping another 7-10 days." So there are two problems with that. I am well passed 7-14 day processing time, and 2. I selected expedited shipping, (3 day shipping). I later was informed it is peak season for their company. This leaves no excuse for them. Zapaka should put on the site for example, if you order between April-May you're shipping and processing may take: (this much longer) due to it being peak season, and orders being in such high demand. If I was made aware of this I guarantee I would not have ordered from here, or I would have ordered it earlier. So at this point in time, I will not be attending prom after I spent a few hundred bucks on makeup, hair pieces, nails, and the dress, a prom ticket, all because the dress will not be here for my prom.

I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 tops for my grand daughter and all items were cute, well made and good quality. I was pleasantly surprised after reading others reviews of what a good experience I had, tracking didn't update very often but all items received in 2 weeks.

Do NOT order from Zapaka! It took 4 emails with customer service (me asking for updates since it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't received any shipping notification) and over a month to get my purchase in hand. When the item arrived it was the wrong color and the dress is cheaply constructed.

I ordered a 1920s style gatsby sequin dress. It is just like the pictures, good quality and very beautiful. I wish I had more events to wear this style to, I'd love to get all of them.

I ordered two of the dresses and my friends ordered too as the girls needed to match, the colors differed just a bit in color in different sizes. I'm hoping its not too noticeable
