We used Zazzle to order stationary for a wedding because we liked the design. The first order went fine (save the date cards). However for the following two orders (invitations and menus) they sent the wrong card both times, and both times the replacements they sent were also the wrong card. In the first two cases we ordered white linen card and the third we ordered white matte card, but we were sent:
1. White linen card
2. White matte card
3. Cream linen card
4. Grey matte card
5. Green/grey matte card
They only sent us the right card 1/5 times. That’s a shockingly bad success rate and a terrible waste of resources. None of our stationary matched and now we don’t have the right menus for our wedding. It’s not going to ruin the day but it’s absurd that a printing company can’t select the right card to print on.
I can’t emphasise enough how much you should avoid this company if it’s important to you that your stationary matches.
Tried to make a custom t-shirt as a birthday for my wife with a still photo that I took from a screen of my TV. They refused to proceed because their "censors" decided that this is a copyrighted Star Trek content. My photo does not say Star Trek anywhere, it is just a quote. Ridiculous inference based on nothing. Never intended to sell it to anyone. AVOID THESE OVERZEALOUS CENSORS, there are many other companies where you can print your photos without being judged and denied permissions.
It was not clear that my order of customized bridal shower invitations came with plain white envelopes. I spent more money on another order of customized (return address) envelopes. Full disclosure, as a first time user of Zazzle I could have overlooked the standard/included but I'm not a novice at ordering custom stationary/invites/cards, etc. Perhaps descriptions and order summaries could be more clear.
Horrible and in a professional service. They think they charge too low of a price they cancel the item and they give you an unreasonable reason that’s why they cancel the item. The head cartoon character for children and they were like this is not approved when basically a picture I took from Google and they were complaining about it it was for a gift for a child and they canceled without even notifying me which was very bad and a professional not recommended purchase anything from them horrible service.
I ordered business cards on their web site. The site is "horribly misleading" and I found that out an hour after my order. Now the idiocy begins, I cannot cancel my order, the site says I do not exist....they never sent the email confirmation they claimed they would......did they get their money off my credit card......OH you bet.....within seconds. I have to get my C/C company to cancel and refuse the transaction........this took me over 2 HOURS TONIGHT.......THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM.........STAY AWAY

I spent hours making boards for a funeral, which were supposed be delivered the day before the funeral. On the delivery date, which they set and why I went with them, the site claimed they were "busy" making the order and there was a "delay" but still had the original delivery date. I called to determine what was going on only to get a person that had no answers other than it wasn't going to happen as planned. I couldn't even speak to another person. Saying your "sorry" but "it's not my fault" is meaningless, dismissive, and weak. You represent the company. It is your fault. Not a reliable company. Not able to speak to anyone in charge. Dismissive attitude with no regard as to why people would use the product. Now I'm left scrambling for a funeral that is tomorrow. Grief is difficult enough.
The memorial collage arrived on time and beautifully done. It was very well packed and arrived in damaged. It is sturdy and the colors are vibrant. Tip- All the pictures were a tad darker than the originals, so if you are adding pics that are dark already, they will be even darker on your poster. Overall, a beautiful memorial poster that we will display at my dad’s funeral tomorrow. I highly recommend.
Invitations were very nice but the envelopes are terrible!! Over $250 for invitations and they come with crappy envelopes??There wasn’t an option to even get better envelopes. These look like a cheap business envelope. No one wants that for wedding invitations. I went and purchased gold paper, plus other embellishment stuff just to make it look better. What a waste of time and money!! We ordered from another company for shower invites, they were beautiful and sturdy and the envelopes were quality, plus they were more cost efficient! We tried zazzle bc my daughter loved the design on the invitations. Will not be ordering again!
We absolutely love the wedding invitations we ordered from Zazzle. I was able to completely customize it, the quality is great, and it shipped as expected. We paid only a little extra for a pearl finish, and it was worth it. I think it makes them look elegant, classy, and unique. The thing I loved most is that the price was good, but they do not look cheap at all. Highly recommend it
I ordered memorial cards for my mother who had just passed away. The cards came with a 1/4” offset, that is to say if you cut out the cards the front was perfect and the back had 1/4” missing off the side. When I contacted them they said the problem was with my initial order. (Umm all you do is fill in the blanks and upload a photo, not sure how that was my fault). They said they who do an edit that I should use which I did. Please keep in mind that I’ve now paid for shippping twice which is almost $30! We’ll the cards came again today…with a 1/4” offset AGAIN! how can a company have zero quality control?? I’m in a hurry what excuse they’ll use this time seeing as it was their edit that I used. Please don’t order from here. I didn’t get the cards in time for the funeral and now I’m already out $30 in shipping with nothing to show for it.
I ordered the memorial flag and the pictures were great. The issue I have with the flag is on their website they stated that, "Our garden flags are printed on 100% weatherproof polyester that won't fray or fade." It didn't last a year without it fading. When I contacted them they stated that it's normal for it to fade with it being in the sunlight. I then replied with the statement on their website that states it won't fade and they said they would inform their production team and offered a 50% discount off any item lol
I placed an order for business cards with express delivery ($23 extra). Needed them ASAP. I logged onto my account the next day to check the order status and found out it was cancelled— no email or text notification whatsoever. I understand if something I put on the cards violated the company's guidelines. However, to not notify me, especially when I'm paying a high delivery fee for EXPRESS shipping (the maximum amount), is incredibly bad customer service and highly unprofessional. Shop for personalized items as well.
This order was delivered to my mom and it arrived damaged- shoved inside the mailbox with the package opened. 4 envelopes were missing from the package- it is unclear if those fell out because the box was opened, or if they were not included. Thankfully, we did not need to use those 4 invitations. Other than that, pleased with the invitations themselves and they were not damaged! They looked great. Only the package was damaged. I have attached a picture.
I wouldn’t even give Zazzle a 1 star but zero stars wasn’t available. When I printed the invites for my baby shower they had no issue printing them even though it was a purchased template. When I went to print the thank you cards for the baby shower they cancelled my order with a horrible excuse. They printed my baby shower invites which were also Pooh and not offered by them but when I went to print my purchased template of Pooh for the thank you card they denied it. They had already taken the money from my bank account and are not willing to accommodate me in any way to make things right. I wouldn’t recommend Zazzle to my worst enemy. Avoid using at all costs because this company is a complete disappointment.
I ordered a personalized graduation lawn sign for my daughter. Thankfully I ordered about a month prior to the graduation and grad party. The sign was not delivered as promised though I paid for standard 5 day shipping. When the product still hasn't arrived a week later than promised, I called as they never sent any email or message explaining the situation (I would have understood). The person I spoke with didn't know when the product would arrive or how much delayed it will be. The product itself looked great, but more than 10 day delay with no apology or explanation (come on - it's called customer service!) would make me think twice to order from them again.
Zazzle was so easy and efficient to work with. I put together Celebration of Life invites for my beautiful mother and could not believe that there was a butterfly design that matched her picture ...truly beautiful and was so incredibly happy with the ease and quickness of delivery. Placed order on 5/25, picked delivery by 6/3, they were delivered on 5/31. Will definitely use again!
Absolutely beautiful personalized cards! My two godsons have long African names. To be able to personalize their special occasion cards with their full names was the best! Was also able to adjust the wording of the cards to fit exactly what I wanted to say. Very fine quality of card paper and envelope. Easy card set-up, editing, and ordering. This was my very first Zazzle order but definitely will not be my last. VERY pleased and satisfied!
I have ordered from Zazzle a few times before and have never had an issue with their product, but the way they package things. This time was no different, I got exactly what I paid for but the packaging blew. I ordered personalized gift tags which are about 2"×3", they were shipped in a plain 8"×10" envelope...no markings whatsoever other than the shipping label! Nothing that says 'Do Not Bend'! And no protection on the inside! Well, USPS bent the envelope to fit it into my mailbox and bent the corners of the gift tags. They're still usable but now I'm trying to flatten them out so that I can. Do better, Zazzle!
They are the worst !!! . They don’t know what they’re doing , it seems like there is never anyone there to answer the phone . Who starts their customer service at 12 pm eastern standard time ? Really ? Hire some remote people on the EAST COAST!!
The shipping is terrible . I paid a hefty $25 for expedited two day shipping that I ordered over a week ago and have not received my order yet .I want my shipping fee back now .
This is the WORST , most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with . They need to Train their staff and get their customer service together for god sakes . I’m at my wits end with these people .
I ordered wedding agenda fans and they came so tiny! The font is tiny too. I'm really disappointed! Also I ordered table numbers from them and I needed to order each number and for some reason when I added them to the cart they were not in numerical order so I missed one number. But i mean they should of asked if I meant to do that, because obviously i would've ordered all 1-20 numbers.
