ZIPTRANSFERS

Wir haben ein Taxi zum Flughafen für Hin- und Rückfahrt für 6 Personen mit entsprechendem Gepäck bestellt.
Beide Fahrer waren super pünktlich und die Koordinierung bei der Abholung vom Flughafen hat auch perfekt geklappt.
Punktabzug dafür, dass auf der Hinfahrt nur ein normal großes Taxi zur Verfügung stand. Auf der Hinfahrt waren wir Gott sei Dank nur zu viert, sechs Personen mit Gepäck hätte nicht transportiert werden können.

Buenos dias,… he hecho con ustedes dos tranfers en dubai y el servicio dado ha sido nefasto. Le cuento detalles:
1 Tranfer con 1,30 horas de retraso aparecio el tranfer en el aeropuerto, les avisamos ustedes, pero ni por esas, 1,30 horas esperando, al final aparecio una chica de la compañia porque los conductores no llegaban. En el Tranfer de vuelta directamente no se presentaron, tuvimos que coger taxi.
Segundo Tranfer: vuelo con dos horas de retraso lo que comunicamos a ustedes para que lo supiera el transfer. Al aterrizar el conductor contacta con nosotros que le mandaramos mensaje cuando esttuvieramos preparados con las maletas en la terminal, cosa que hicimos. Desde que mandamos el mensaje hasta que aparecio el conductor pasaron otros 45 minuto (recordemos que llevabamos toda la noche en vuelo por el retraso sufrido) tranfer contratado para 8 pasajeros,.. problema…. Aparece un coche de siete plazas, con lo que tuvimos que llevar a la niña encima de nuestros pies durante todo el trayecto (niña de siete años) con el consiguiente riesgo para su seguridad fisica si ocurriera algun accidente y la incomodidad del resto de pasajeros por la situacion. Que el conductor se venia durmiendo en la carretera lo vamos a obviar. El Tranfer de vuelta mismo coche, mismo problema de capacidad.
En definitiva,.. lamentable servicio

Mi viaje fue a Punta Cana y la recogida fue muy bien, le doy un 10. Lo malo fue la vuelta, la recogida desde el hotel al aeropuerto, me parece que el tiempo que dan es muy justo fueron 3hrs antes pero es que deberían recogerte 3hrs y media antes o hasta 4hrs antes porque en el aeropuerto hay que estar 3hrs antes, sin contar que el chófer llegó tarde y hubo atasco y sino perdimos el vuelo fue porque hicimos check in online, porque llegamos tarde.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The car I ordered did not arrive and instead a taxi was sent which had no car seat for my infant son (even though I had booked and pre-paid for a car seat with Zip). I made a complaint and only received €6.00 in compensation despite paying for a service that was only 50% provided. Won't be using them again.

We arrived at the Naples Airport on time at 8:30 pm on a Friday and our driver was waiting for us in the Arrivals Hall with a card with our name on it. Whew, what a relief, as it was late in the long day of travel and we wanted to get to our hotel in Sorrento. Our driver was friendly, and we engaged in conversation about the Naples/Sorrento area. He pointed out some local cuisine we should try during our 5-day stay, and after about a 1-hour drive he dropped us off in front the hotel and helped us with our luggage without issue. A good transfer trip, thank you.

We were pleased with service but a couple of colleagues had the transfer cancelled on the next day. So we could not teust the company again with the Camplus to airport transfer. Besides the taxi for four and (four)20 kg and 10 kg luggage which we ordered was much cheaper....28 euros instead of 79. Thanks

Communication was really good end to end, we had to alter our collection point for our return journey and emails were responded to really quickly. Unfortunately on the day the driver was sent to the original location, however he communicated well and got us to the airport on time. I would use this service again.

The taxi ride from home to the airport went smoothly. The ride arrived one hour early and so we loaded the luggage and had time to run a quick check. The van was clean and it fit just right our family of 7. We arrived early at the airport so we were at ease and felt comfortable. Next time we need an airport ride we'll book zip-transfers again!

I am so pleased that I booked transfers to and from Ciampino airport with Zip transfers, when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly man called Marco he was so helpful and gave us great tips about the city and places to go etc, a very efficient service. On our return we booked a taxi early Saturday morning, the driver was on time assisted us with our cases and got us to the airport in good time. Zip transfers were not only excellent but also much cheaper than other companies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Have used this company twice and never again. They tell you a driver will be waiting for you in arrivals with your name on a sign- this doesn’t happen. You will need to go searching outside the building and ask people for help to locate the driver…an on site office which is not marked as Zip directed us to the wrong parking bay so we stood there a while until we noticed someone sat on a bus and it turns out she was our driver- parked in a different bay to where we were directed and not in the arrivals like we were told they would be. Cheaper and better to just get a normal taxi.

Very easy to book and the journey on arrival was very efficient and pleasant. Great music and a bottle of water!
The return journey wasn’t quite as slick, the driver was late and seemed unaware of where we were going. Not sure that was his fault but it didn’t fill us with confidence.
All that said I would use your company again so thank you.

Our transfer to our resort was great, our driver was waiting in the arrivals hall. Unfortunately our transfer to the airport was cancelled on the last evening before we flew the next morning. Zip did explain there was a shortage of drivers in the area and we were refunded in full but it led to a lot of stress on the last evening unfortunately.

Return not so, booking was for 2 people and a bike was told on booking that i needed a 8 seater to do this . So i paid for 8 seater. On return journey a car turned up . He obviously couldn't fit us and bike. Called customer service and was told no 8 seaters available. So they sent a 6 which was fine but was told on booking that needed a 8 seater. Said wanted refund and was told will be put back on card but still not received it. Very poor customer service not drivers fault but the companies. Will not use again

Booked a child seat and on my return trip it wasn't in the car and the driver tried to convince us to put our 1 year-old baby on a booster seat, after refusing to go with her they arranged another taxi to pick us up. Luckily we allowed extra time for this. Wouldn't recommend or use again

Very good experience. There was a long delay at the exit of Palma airport when we arrived that day. It took about 1 hour to get out. I was so worried that the driver might not wait for us. But the good thing was they had a small office at the airport. When you arrived, the staff could look after you at anytime. I will definitely use ZIPtransfers again.

Very good and helpful. Driver had to wait over an hour on the outbound journey due to an airport mistake and kept in regular touch and waited for us. On the return journey he was 10 minutes early and no problems either way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will certainly use the next time i travel.

Having used ZIP transfer before I felt confident booking airport transfers at Malaga airport again.
Upon arrival we had to wait way too long (we didn't leave until 60 minutes after our arrival; the driver was not waiting for us as agreed upon. After 30 minutes I called the emergency number The (very friendly) lady on the phone reported that she found out that he was supposedly stuck in traffic? .....fine, but why didn't he call when he had my number???
The transfer back to the airport was perfect - the driver was there 5 minutes early, clean car, friendly driver, speedy transfer - wonderful all the way!

Our flight was a bit delayed and just as we had landed and were coming through arrivals, I got a call asking if we had cancelled. We had not, but our private transfer driver had already left even though the booking T&C's said they would keep an eye on delays and wait for us up to a certain time (it was not past this time). The women on reception put us in a taxi but we had to wait in the queue of other people which meant we left the airport a lot later than even the non-private bus transfers did. We paid extra to be taken away quickly and not have to wait around, so this was a little disappointing. The rest of the service was fine.

This was a seamless transfer experience. Website and booking system very detailed so you feel confident that you are going to be picked up in the correct area. Driver was prompt on return back to the airport. Courteous and helped with luggage which we did not expect them to do. Prices were VERY competitive with other companies. I will now not book with anyone else for my transfers. Absolutely 5*

Great service to and from our villa we ordered a baby seat which was there for our journey from the airport to the villa unfoutunatly only a booster seat was brought for the return journey to the airport but the driver was first class and got it sorted within minutes brilliant service form zip thankyou x
