Update: Received my order consisting of 3 items in a timely manner and in excellent condition. The first two items: Vintage Necklace- very nice as pictured & Women Summer Vintage Sleeveless V Neck Tank Top Size M: Not exactly as pictured but looks nice & fits well. Third Item: Floral Sleeveless Printed Polyester Crew Neck Casual Summer Beige Top Size M: Is not anything like it is portrayed (pictured top material looks embroidered, V neck and has a scalloped hem) The top I received: material is 100% Polyester ( which is in the description as well as "printed"), rounded neckline, straight hem, size says medium but is more like a 3XL. Only the pattern is "slightly" similar. Very deceptive!
I considered returning it but misplaced package & paperwork.
I THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU'VE SHOWN YOURSELVES TO BE... TRULY DECENT - which is a rarity today!
Also, please don't ever get rid of your designers, buyers and the others involved in providing us such beauty! These art true works of art and greatly appreciated! God Bless you all, Kathy
x-mas gifts. You screw yourselves from having holiday orders shipped direct to our loved ones, but our billing address is not the same as shipping! What the heck? Won't order again from you guys as this makes no sense and only limits your organization from more business! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I had to borrow someone else's credit card just to get the order thru as I spent hours on-line making choices...
The other 2 items were too small-XL not XXL.
Disappointing because to return them cost almost more than I paid for them. Took the 50% cash return and will keep and will offer items to friends.
Very prompt, cordial responses. However, would have preferred they had offered me the 50% cash refund at the onset, instead of starting at 15%, then 25, then the 50%.

Well, Zolucky aren't lying about that but the disclaimer should state that the "FREE" shipping is estimated at 20 days from time of purchase. I elected to pay the $44 shipping for an estimate of 7 to 10 days. We shall see... stay tuned;-)
One of the dresses that I purchased was not made to size. It was too small. I ordered it according to the size I wear.
The other dress was too long, almost dragging the floor.
Texting was okay, I would have preferred talking with a person. The lady who I texted with helped me to understand and to complete the return process.
I receive an email that states i will be responsible for all shipping charges/custom fees, etc. for the return.
REALLY? First off, I gave you the correct size according to your chart so why would most items fit and the other two not? I'll not purchase anything from this site again
Ordered $200 worth of clothing. Followed sizing instructions to a tee.
Nothing fit - not to mention qualify was poor.
Cute, flowing dresses were not at all what you receive. Instead tight fitting garbage.
When attempting to return - was told I had to return to China using their return label.
Spent $75 to do so - only to have the box returned to me 5 months later after I continued to reach out for my refund.
To add insult to injury - was then offered a 40% refund and Zolucky did not even calculate that correctly.
They are scam artists!
Do not trust them!
Update: company responded within hours of this review being posted and offered a refund but Zolucky asked that i remove the negative review first so they could be 'encouraged' to help me. I pointed out that I've asked for months and they refused so this review will stay as is until the refund posts to my account, so when can I expect the refund? On January 28 I received a reply: have you removed the negative review yet? Needless to say, I have not received my money but they want me to remove my review.
I tried contacting the company multiple times to return 2 of the items because they are too large. My attempts were acknowledged saying I could expect a response soon. The only response I received was an offered 15% credit for a future order if I didn't return my purchases. Why would I spend more money with a business that won't help with merchandise that doesn't fit and would rather give me a future discount?
