I was looking on sooooo many sites for just the perfect...
I was looking on sooooo many sites for just the perfect bathroom vanity lights, needed a 3 light and a 4 light, matching. I could find the perfect 3 or the perfect 4, but almost never both. I stumbled across a style on one site that fit the bill. I checked prices on multiple sites, your's was the best.

I was locked out of your website on my personal device I suspect it is because I shopped a few times, started getting the I'm not a robot validation... This is ridiculous, You need a better process to weed out fraud as it certainly is not me - a repeat customer

Easiest company to work with, I mistakenly ordered...
Easiest company to work with, I mistakenly ordered the wrong lights and expected to have to pay return shipping like other online stores. But 1STOPlighting sent labels free of charge to ship them back so that I could order the correct lights for our new kitchen. Completely stress free experience.

Gorgeous pendants!
We had initially ordered four of these pendants for a kitchen renovation/expansion. Decided three more would be good in order to use the chain and canopies with some vintage copper and wrought iron pendants in the main kitchen. That way there would be some consistency between the fixtures and gives us spare bells in case any are damaged in the future.

When I initially looked to place the second order the site indicated 1STOPlighting were out of stock. But I was able to put them in the cart and complete the transaction. Imagine my surprise when I received a shipment notification a few days later! Very pleased with the quick turnaround and some beautiful lighting.

Had an issue applying 25% off code at checkout
Had an issue applying 25% off code at checkout. Used "chat" and was talking with representative in just seconds. She was able to apply the code to my order from her end. All I had to do was refresh the page and it automatically was added to my order. I was able to see the discount and place my order immediately. That is excellent service!

I wasn't able to place an order with my coupons so...
I wasn't able to place an order with my coupons so I spoke with Jv Gonzalez and the price was fixed immediately and allowed me to place the order. This is my third order and we are blown away with how fast the items ship and how vast the stock is. I called as well to order a down rod and the staff is very professional and helpful. Will ALWAYS use 1STOPLIGHTING for future purchases.

Customer service was patient and very helpful. I had obtained some quoted pricing discounts during the black Friday sale. But, my husband changed his minds on a few items. Customer service helped me get the best pricing possible on our new items and enabled us to keep the pricing for the item I received a 30-day quote for on black Friday.

This comment refers to a previous order -- about one week ago...
Previous order arrived with one NRS90-N34 glass shade crushed. Worked out a return/replacement by phone with customer service. Waited about 35 minutes on hold, but customer service representative was friendly and helpful.
Afterwards I discovered that another glass shade in that order had arrived cracked. Didn't want to wait another 35 minutes on the phone to get a return/replacement.

I received the wrong down rod
I received the wrong down rod. I called customer service earlier this and waited on hold for an hour. Finally had to leave a message (included order number and phone number) and didn't hear back after a few days. Sent an email to customer support and still didn't hear back. I needed to understand if I could exchange or return the down rod. Currently ordering the right one (hopefully) so I can complete the project.

Great selection of ceiling fans and reasonably priced
Great selection of ceiling fans and reasonably priced. With discounts and free shipping I paid less than what I would have paid at Lowe's and Home Depot. Although ceiling fan I ordered is on back order for 1-2 weeks, at least I know upfront rather than having to go into a store and discover that it's not in stock.

Found 2.5" lens package needed
Found 2.5" lens package needed. 2 things would make for ideal experience/solution:

1) Ability to order specific colored lens - opposed to multi-color pack, only need 5 red and 5 green lenses, but had to order intire package x 5 to obtain the lenses I needed.

2) Estimated delivery time NOT available or furnished at order submission. I have NO ideal when to expect the shipment - only that it ships in "x" amount of time?

I renovate houses and this website is great for me because it has a huge selection. The prices are good and the website is easy to navigate as well. Every once in a while the website is a little bit slow but not enough to stop me from purchasing here. Thanks!

You people are very good to do business
You people are very good to do business. I did see as I placed this order that the lights were discontinued. That is fine with me I do understand but, if you can't ship the order complete (2-lights) then I need to cancel because one light won't work for me. Thanks Anna

As I just explained on the OTHER survey (these seem redundant), I tried to get a product question answered by email (never returned) and phone (very helpful rep said he'd find the answer and call back, but didn't, at least not when he said he would), but online chat got me the answer right away. Other than that, the website is well laid out, checkout is no more trouble than it needs to be. I'd say you're doing well.

This was a follow up order on a light fixture I initially ordered one of to make sure it met my needs. Delivery on that one item which looked great and was packaged well was quick and efficient so I ordered the rest of the light fixtures I needed.

You had a good coupon for new customers, and the lowest price I could find on the internet.
I also like your website. It enabled me to go back after entering credit card info to double check that I'd entered the correct color. Then I was able to go forward again and all the previous entered data was still in your system.

Also, most stores say "out of stock." I was able to pre-order a backstocked item, which I preferred doing. I'm very pleased so far.

Above and beyond
One of my items listed was on backorder, but to my surprise it arrived one day after the rest of my order. Above and beyond what I expected. Everything can nicely packaged. I also really enjoyed the large selection 1STOPlighting offered with big name brands at the lowest prices. Great experience!

I had to pay for return shipping even I wanted to do an exchange. Low prices are not worth when we pay for shipping. I have been on waiting for the past 3 hrs to be able to chat with customer service. I was number 98 in the list and the number never went down. My waiting time was between 75 and 90 minutes and after certain time the online chat will disconnect due to inactivity. I am in activity since I on the site and I am waiting online! Terrible online system!

I spoke with 2 representatives on questions before I placed my SECOND order. Both were irrational because, although 1STOPlighting were kind, their mind was NOT me or my order. One had barking dogs and the other had children crying. I too worked from home for 15 years! I was always professional without these distractions. I have spent sizable amounts of money for a home project. I would ALWAYS expect good service without feeling I was bothering the representative.

Very nice ceiling fan!
This fan was purchased over the internet and as I was looking for a plain white fan, the fan is exactly what we were looking for. Assembly was straight forward and the speed levels and remote control work very well. Though I wouldn't have paid full retail price for this fan ($720.00), the final price for the fan after promotional pricing made the fan worth it. The noise level is minimal and air flow is really nice.

My initial interest drive me to call customer service and while I eventually purchased the fan over the internet, the information I received from the customer service representative was very nice. I received a follow-up email asking whether or not I had further questions.

Ok... then what? Does it deliver in 3 days, 4days, 5 days, 30 days? C'mon, you can do better than this.

Good online experience with good pics for viewing the products, a lamp in my case. Did have an issue with actual order. My "welcome" coupon did not auto apply as stated. Called the 1-800# for assistance. Was told the coupon was not working correctly. Hopefully this was not intentional in which you hoped the consumer did not notice? There is an MSRP amount noted with your company pricing below, but that does not reflect your welcome coupon. Hopefully others note that as well.

Beautiful lights and great customer service
The lights I ordered arrived and looked wonderful in my master bathroom but unfortunately two of the globes arrived broken. I called customer service and spoke to Kara who was wonderful and helpful in getting me a quick and easy replacement for the damaged items.

I ordered a lamp 2 months ago and loved it so much that I ordered another one today to have a pair. The customer service agents were both great. The first one was received without damage and in a timely manner and I expect the second one to be the same.

Great selection, good prices, easy check out. Would help if website 1) offered a filter for color, and 2) shopping could be enhanced if, after clicking on a product to read details, it would return to that item, rather than back to the top of page. But overall a pretty good experience, but just ordered - haven't received product yet..

Quick and easy. Love your lights.
The only thing I would suggest is that when your browsing and you click on a light to look at details have a back button to take you directly to where you left off on your search rather than back to the top of the page you were searching on so you don't have to scroll all the way through to find where you left off.

Have no idea if delivery will be in time
Have no idea if delivery will be in time. Wanted to include more on the order but had no opportunity to talk with anyone. I waited on the phone for over an hour and waited for over two hours for a call back. Also, I wanted expedited delivery that I am willing to pay for but no communication.

At first I didn't understand why I wasn't getting my full 25% discount for using the WELCOME coupon as a new customer, but then I finally decided to call to ask. The sales representative explained that if there is already a steep discount on an item, there may not be any room to apply the full amount of the discount. I understand that now, and because my selection was still very competitively priced I went ahead and completed the purchase.
