You claimed I could receive 20% off of my order and then when I get to checkout, the app says it doesn't apply. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If everything comes as timely and as advertised, I would update to 3 stars but no more than that now.

So it was an easy purchase; however, I received a code for 25 percent off and that was invalid when I ordered. The 20 percent coupon on the website worked fine. All in all this was the only vendor that had a sale on Hudson Valley! Excited to see how quickly and packaged the item is once the pendant arrives

Your customer service is atrocious. I was stuck on hold when I called to ask one simple question for about ten minutes until a human answered then I was put on hold again before I could get my question out. I gave up after close to a half hour. I also tried your chat option. That was worse. I went ahead and ordered the product and can only hope I get what I believe I ordered. Also, your jokes are stupid and you need to hire people to answer the phone and be helpful.

Lots of variables in bulb selection, eventually found what I wanted and confirmed was ordering correctly, Satco number off one digit but looks like what I'm looking for. Nice to return to cart and still have pmt processing info still there. Look forward to receiving. Tks!

Our mirror is fantastic, well made and perfect for the space. The only thing I wish had been mentioned is the placement of the hooks to hang the mirror. We have utilized a hanging wire and we can see it over the top of the mirror. No matter how tight we pull the hanging wire, we can still see it and we don't have any other options because we needed to hang on a screw in our brick fireplace. We would not have purchased had I known but it is otherwise a fantastic mirror.

I ordered 1 lamp initially as this was my 1st time ordering from u. The lamp came quicker than I thought it would as I ordered on holiday weekend. I'm so pleased with the lamp, I'm ordering a 2nd to match for end tables. I'm very pleased with your site & will definitely refer you 2 my friends. EXCELLENT SERVICE. First 8 fixture Oder to match an existing fixture we're wrong ones - my fault. Returned them with no problem an reordered the correct ones. Came in just as I wanted in pretty fast order. Received reimbursement for returns within a day of their receipt of returns. Great experience.

Some simplification to the check out would be good. Also, if you could change your website so that when you put something in your cart and then continue chopping if it could take you right back to the spot you ended instead of clear back to the start of the search feed that would be awesome. Other than that everything was smooth.

I purchased a large cabinet from the website. It came sooner than expected but after opening it (damaging the packaging as the cabinet was way too large to remove in 1 piece). The top of the cabinet was found to have a dent on it and one of the doors stuck and was difficult to open and close. This was a problem because I needed it for daily use in the kitchen. I followed up with the company and asking with being pleasant and timely responses 1STOPlighting ended up giving me a full refund, even though their policy states they only take returns with original packaging intact. I feel that most companies would have simply said it wasn't their problem because the item was opened. I am very impressed with the Customer service and truly feel they went above and beyond what most other companies would have done. It is good to know there are still companies out there that will make sure every customer is taken care of. I absolutely appreciate what they have done for me and I have nothing but admiration and respect for them. Thank you 1stoplighting!

After some initial confusion with the first rep Alex was excellent in confirming our selection and providing a 10% discount as well. He's an excellent example of a service-oriented, caring person. Pleasant demeanor the whole time too. Please pass along the praise.

There was a little bit of lag time and somewhat curt customer service agents that I spoke with.
Three times called once left on hold for over 10min. Had specific questions (dimmable? As not mentioned on spec sheet, etc)
Was made to feel like somewhat of a bother.
Other than that, your website is laid out nicely and I am looking forward to doing business with you again.

The site needs improvement. I previously mentioned that after a few visits to the site I get a Forbidden message and cannot access. The response was to clear my cache, I routinely visit online sites multiple times per week and never have this issue with anyone else. I save a lot to revisit so clearing cache deletes all that I have searched for. Very annoying to deal with this vendor

It was great to see a company besides Home Depot carry these lights. Just too bad 1STOPlighting are out of stock. I had tried to add an additional light to my original order but never recd a return phone call after leaving a message with the service department.

Had some issues getting the best pricing to pull into my order. Called customer service and not only received exceptional service and a better price, but also really enjoyed the hold music/jokes. Thanks for a great experience. Hoping everything comes in on time.

We got a good price on the exterior lighting. However, the shipment was delayed and you could only contact them by email. We never received a response for the emails I sent but we did receive the lights. However, we were then notified that the pier mounts for the
Lights were out of stock and not available for 3 months. I emailed to see if 1STOPlighting had a substitute for the
Mounts but never got a response.

Our 5th order with 1 stop lighting. Everything has been outstanding! The pricing is always a happy surprise and the shipping is always packaged perfectly and arrives earlier than promised. We have loved our new light fixtures! Thank you for being such a promises made, promises kept company. Hard to find sometimes today.

First order was for 4 outside wall lights. No email conf. Until the next day. Email said I ordered a ceiling fan and a switch. Called to cancel that order and re-order the 4 outside wall lights. The canceled order threw up a red flag and would not let me order another purchase. Finally the guy that cleans up orders from amazon straightened the problem out and I just finished re ordering the 4 lights. I cannot remember the guys name but he was a God send for my order. Thanks to him!

This lighting company is amazing. I dealt with an order that got separated with the last light being delivered on a different day. The last light was stolen from our front door about 30 minutes after delivery. The customer service rep helped me through an exchange process and helped me with the stolen item. I cannot say enough about this positive experience from a less than positive occurrence. Thank you! I just ordered two more fixtures from you!
