Ordered my items (3) on the 12/10/17 AiryDress arrived 27/1017 thats 15 days to australia... not really that bad considering they were comming from china... yes china that was my real worry... well i was very pleasantly surprised... first the fabric is polester kind of like a jersey it drapes well and is better quality than the cotton jersey we often get in oz. It may also be quiet warm wear as polester does not "breath " I havent washed it yet but would be surprised if it shrunk. ( ps will wash in cold water anyway) The colour was just a little bit different from photo but hey to be fair thats to be excepted. I ordered a xl as my attitude is. If its to big it can be altered. It was a little big but the styles i ordered (maxi) have gathered shirts onto a bodice so i have plenty of fabric in skirt. The sleeves (long) were quite big however easliy run in or as in my case will cut short. The length was perfect and im 5ft. 7in. Over all i now have 2 new maxi dresses and a nice top they all cost me $72.62 au deliverd pretty could considering if purchased in sydney probley would of cost anywhere from $50.00 or more

I ordered 6 blouses under $10.00 each. I knew the material wasn't going to be top of the line and that sizes might be off. But figured if 2 of the items were wearable I still did ok at that price. It took a long time (over a month), but everything arrived. Only one top was a little tight for a large. But still fits satisfactorily. I am happy with all 6 items. AiryDress are cute and different from items sold in area stores. I would give 5 stars except for the long wait. If you are looking for a bargain and don't mind the wait, they were worth the gamble as far as I am concerned. The material isn't high dollar, but neither are the prices.

I was quite sceptical about ordering at first because of some of the reviews but the good reviews outweighed the bad ones. I figured I'd try anyways. Probably should have started small but I ordered 7 dresses at once. Received it in under 2 weeks which I totally wasn't expecting. Ok so it wasn't the best material but common, look at the prices. You get what you pay for. I bought my dresses for my trip to Mexico so AiryDress will be just perfect with the heat there. I'm sold, I will be ordering more. Thanks Airydress.

This was my first time ordering from airy via Facebook advertisement and as the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, than it probably is. I finally received my order (5 dresses) and although I ordered based on their size chart, 3 of the dresses were too snug and none of the dresses were as pretty as AiryDress appeared on-line. The invoice said free returns on first-time purchases, within 14 days, but when I go to the site, the very next day, and enter in the account #, it tells me I have not made any purchases? I have sent two emails and as of yet have received no response and of course the 14 days have lapsed. I am going to reach out to PayPal to see if they can assist in getting my money refunded and obtaining an address so I can return their products. I feel like I have been scammed, by not being able to return the products and will not order from this company again! If nothing else, I will donate the dresses to one of our shelters so someone can benefit from this purchase.

Trying to return an item to this fake company, AiryDress do not acknowledge, as they now have your money, they dont want to know. The item i ordered was nothing at all like the item advertised, VERY POOR QUALITY!
Please do not give these so called people the time of day.
Just report them to trading standards

As i have posted a review on TrustPilot as well as here, I have received the same comment from airydress, "Please send us your order number and we will sort the problem out"
Just to make them look good. Both times i have sent my order number and contact details through. GUESS WHAT!

Fill out as many reviews as you can and report them to Trading Standers or where ever you see them advertising, like Face Book.

I was a bit worried because my shipment was due yesterday. And I really needed the dress by Sunday for a special occasion. I called AiryDress' customer service department to check on the status of my item. It turns out, I put in the wrong shipping address. My bad! But the agent that I spoke with was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't let me feel that it was my fault. Instead, she helped me to make sure I will receive my dress before Sunday.

Thank you Rachel (awesome customer service) for going beyond the extra mile for me. Thank you AiryDress for having a wonderful employee.

You guys must have some clout because AiryDress finally relented and dellivered the garments or rather pseudo items after I complained but then expected me to remove my complaint: We are wondering whether you could take a few minutes to remove your review on ReviewFeeder? And then provided instructions on how to do so. I say wannabe garments because they are a mockery of what is advertised. The garments are totally shapeless and disproportionate. Although I ordered the largest sizes advertised they were way too small and may fit someone who is a size 6. I don't know who sews these garments together but they don't seem to have a clue. Primary school children could do a better job. I'm not even going to bother to try and return the items but I'll never order anything from them again.

Do they write their own good reviews on your site because these reviews which are seemingly written by foreigners totally contradict my and other South Africans experiences posted on South Africas HelloPeters complaints platform? Or are people from other countries willing to accept inferior goods? Just wondering.

My sister's debut is coming so I wanted to give her a nice dress for her special day. A friend of mine recommend airydress so I check and bought my sister a red simple dress. It was my first time to order something online so I wasn't adept in purchasing online but their website is user friendly so I was able to browse their website easily. The dress arrived even before the delivery date so I had enough time to let my sister check it and she loves it. The color and size matches very well to what AiryDress post online. It was indeed a great experience for me and I would love to tell it to my friends and family.

By looking at the picture of the clothes I ordered wasn't what I got in the mail! It's sad you have to screw people over just be real about your clothes! After letting Airy know alls AiryDress could say is well we make a lot of money and people are always buying from us lol! Not my fault I just want what I am getting to be what I was looking at, not paper thin clothes. Have fun screwing people over but I will be sure to let my friends know and they can tell there friends and so on...

I have checked various review websites to find out whether it would be a wise choice to order from airydress.com. I mostly read positive response and made the mistake of trying it anyway.

But it was too good to be true. I should have known. The 3 sweaters I ordered did not look like the pictures at all.

I want to return them, but I have to pay 7 euros for that.

People be warned! Don't order clothes from this website, unfortunately you don't get what AiryDress advertise with.

My response to a return issue. It stated that the first item had a free return but then when I added the second item it charged me for both wow so I spent 23 I am expected to recieve a 7 dollar refund and your willing to give me a coupon for the next order, because you think I am going to order again after that generous refund, that's okay keep your generous offer I have lost more in life than 23 dollars. To bad there is no such thing as a no star review. Have a great day.

This website is a SCAM.

Returned my order in disappointment in the clothing design, material and quality. AiryDress are nothing like the photos or the advertised.

Tracking online shows returned parcel delivered. Asking for my refund, email responded I have to wait 30 days.

After 30 days, still no refund.

Logged in last night to query again. Today to check reply, everything is GONE.

What I love about this online shop AiryDress offer a wide range of clothing lines, they have different colors to choose from, variety of styles that will suit the season and the reason, and not to mention affordability. Airydress offers on sale items but still you'll get the good quality! Yes really good quality! The clothes are of high quality and fits me very well.
One thing that I also experience with Airydress is that they have this return policy which you really cannot find with other online shop. It is really a guaranteed service! When you say guaranteed service there is a live chat customer service that is very willing to assist you with whatever inquiry you have, unbelievable! At first I thought it's just a robot but then I realize it's not, they are humans who is willing to extend an effort to attend to the needs of their customers. Wow!

Thank you Airydress for giving me a good quality product for a cheap price! Satisfied! Happy me :)

Airydress is a great place to shop! I have ordered from Airydress a few times now and I have been pleased. AiryDress have a great variety of stuff. Dresses for women, teens and children, name it. They have it here. It is really amazing how much different stuff they have! The prices are great, they do not overcharge at all, and there is always something on sell, it is all very affordable. The clothing is good quality. I have not had any problems with any of it falling apart one day after you wear it, or anything like that. The customer service is pretty good and friendly oriented. I really enjoy shopping on this website!

I ordered four dresses. AiryDress took weeks to arrive and when they did I couldn't believe how awful they were. The design and colours were nothing like the photographs and the sizing was appalling, probably four sizes smaller than what they were supposed to be. Really cheap and nasty with terrible workmanship - one dress was pretty much totally unravelled and two others had pockets that gave a whole different meaning to asymmetrical and one of which was sewn on all four sides. The returns and refund service has you jumping through so many utterly unnecessary online hoops it must be purposefully designed to make you give up and go away. When it comes they offer you a coupon to use towards the cost of returning the package - but you can only actually use it as part payment on your next purchase, which of course you will never actually make. The clothes are cheap for a reason - they are rubbish. DO NOT BE TEMPTED!

DON'T USE AIRY! Our order was R3292. 93 ($226.00). Airy put all the wrong prices on the invoice that came with the goods. On average AiryDress put it at 10% of the actual value. Customs in South Africa stopped this parcel because of the LOW VALUE on the invoice. Now DHL courier is demanding that we pay another R3354. 20 ($230.21) for the parcel to be released because AIRY'S INVOICE WAS WRONG. This will make our purchase MORE THAN DOUBLE what we agreed on when we paid online. The amount gets more every day because they now charge a storage fee at customs too. I have emailed Airy numerous times, I got no reply from them and DHL is threatening me to pay their bill.

My aunt also bought from them. Her's got delivered, but of the 12 items she ordered and received, only 8 items were correct. The other 4 items were random blouses she didn't order.

I ordered a dress 10 days ago and still AiryDress have not dispatched it, I've read and seen a lot of people have been sent a different version to what they have advertised. I am a fully qualified dressmaker and i can see clearly what they are doing, They will post a picture of a good quality items, then they will send a cheaper version, different types of fabric used, Its a huge scam, and i cannot believe these people get away with it.
If my dress does turn up, which I'm not holding up much hope on its arrival, I shall inspect it thoroughly, then if it turns out that its cheaper fabric than the one advertised, They will be getting reported to everywhere i can possibly report to. If it don't arrive, I shall report to PayPal. I see they have no feedback on there website whatsoever.

This was a strange experience. If something seems too good to be true, it is. I ordered several "cotton" and "linen" dresses from airy dress, not expecting a lot for the price, but I did expect, at least, cotton and linen fabric. Every item was made from a weird nylon like material - thin, no body or weight, almost a plastic- like feeling that would surely be ultra hot in the summer heat. It reminds me of "parachute silk" from the nineties but not soft. Nothing was as described and everything ran VERY small. Hopefully, the return process will go well. This is not anything any American woman I know would ever consider wearing. Packaging was neat and efficient. I'll give them that. Aside from that, sorry to say, the clothes are complete garbage. Don't be fooled.
