Don't waste your money..
The bra's were thickly padded. It said nothing about padding in the details. There were strings everywhere & 2 even had little holes in them. I consider them to be poor quality. Wrote in to return them & get a refund. I just hope they'll let me without giving me a problem. You get what you pay for I guess.

Can’t answer this yet because I just wrote them a moment ago since I only received my order today. I’m hoping there won’t be any problems.

Good Price
Reason I took off a star was shipping information. Ordered 2 items. One showed being shipped but was never updated but the item did arrive in about 2 weeks. The other item never had shipping information but arrived quickly.

Did not receive my orders 2 months later
Customer Service did not follow up after I asked where my order was, not very responsive. I had to email again. I received one item, it is damaged. Alphabet Deal tried to tell me there were 3 items in that shipment. There were not. There were several other items that had not even shipped out yet, per their records. Ultimately their customer service told me to dispute the charge on my card rather than them refunding my money.

Took six times to check out
Took six times to check out. You ask me to create an account by adding a password, but if I create a password, it rejects it at checkout. So then I have to put in CC info all over again. I tried 3 different passwords. I finally checked out without creating an account or password. VERY annoying bug.

It was very easy and quick
It was very easy and quick. It was simple to put my discount code in for my order and apply it. I was the most easiest site I have ordered from to set up a new account directly from the order form. I am loving this site so far and I got a great deal!

I placed an order yesterday# AD-*******18179 with a coupon code for $5 off while i paid with Paypal the confirmation did show $19.99 but once the payment went thru the Order Confirmation showed $24.99 instead of $19.99. I called in no response, sent out an email 24hrs passed yet no response.

I was unable to use Paypal check out. It would not respond. Also I am worried about the size of these shorts. The size said free. Never seen that before. There was no sizing chart. I am guessing it is a one size fits all? Hope Alphabet Deal fit.

WHERE'S MY MONEY?
I ordered this a month ago. Still haven't received them or a refund. Alphabet Deal won't answer emails or phone calls! They sent me a tracking number a couple days ago that doesn't work. SCAM! DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE MONEY! RUN!

Problems with my order!
I didn't receive an order confirmation, I've contacted them several times by email and phone within the last week and no one will talk to me and my payment has cleared my bank account. I feel Alphabet Deal are a scam!

Excruciating process to check out. Seriously painful and questioned whether purchase was worth it. Unable to use Paypal, unwilling to enter card number if site is so untrustworthy. Now you want me to rate the product before I've received it? Unbelievable.

NOT AS DESCRIBED
Beware, the masks in the photo are NOT what you get (see their photo). I got 4 white, 4 black and 4 very bright tie-dyed. I already have tons of black and white masks. At least I can give the tie-dyed one's to my granddaughters. This was a FAIL.

I could not create a new account as I continue to receive an error message saying my passwords were not matching. I tried about seven times and the passwords were truly matching. Something's wrong with your system.

Wouldn't buy again!
I placed an order on April 14, its may 4th! I still haven't received tracking or my product. Alphabet Deal have taken the money and I will be disputing it with my bank. I have emailed 3 times now, and asked for a refund twice. Have not gotten an email back or a tracking number.

It was marked plainly on the order form xxxlarge, you sent me large. I am having a hard time getting pictures to send so I just ordered again. Will you please make sure Alphabet Deal are the right size. When I can, I will send them back for a refund. I really like them and was very disappointed. Thank you Joann Simmons

I had to visit this site 5 times before completing...
I had to visit this site 5 times before completing my transaction. There was no way to view or alter my shopping cart each time so on the fourth time I had to remove all four items (I only wanted one) and start over. The problem that kept me returning was an unwanted address in Amazon. I changed it with no success. I do LOVE that you directed me to links maintained by Amazon of which I was unaware. Thank you for that!

I shopped for a product promoted by a Deal website...
I shopped for a product promoted by a Deal website using a promo code; but when I made the purchase with the promo code it was nit honored and I did not receive the advertised discount, which is "false advertising " and "intentional deceit", which is a CRIME. I will NEVER shop at this website again!

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I made a purchase on 02/20 and have not received it nor a tracking number. I have contacted this company on three occasions and only one response. And that response was a discount on a future purchase but no information about the purchase I have made. The phone number listed is not answered you only get a voicemail. I still have not received my order nor any communication.

Company changed my review
Company changed my review from a one star to a five star on a product. I purchased an alarm clock with charging capabilities and it doesn't charge my iPhone. Company gets a one star because Alphabet Deal changed my star review from a one star to a five star on the product.

Tracking and communication are poor
When I received usps tracing numbers, I assumed the articles could be tracked. Unfortunately, the items were not taken to usps for a few weeks after I received the tracking numbers.

After explaining the problem with tracking numbers to items not received by usps, thereby making it impossible to track, I was directed to track my items, which was insulting by way of making it clear my complaint had not been read.

Was very pleased that your website knows to ask if billing is at an address other than delivery address and doesn't have a spaz about it. So many do, and I am sick of that. Thank you for having a user competent website.
PS I never give 5 stars unless Brad Pitt or George Clooney deliver to me in person.

The website checkout is very difficult to maneuver through. I tried repeatedly to alter the amount of pants in my cart and could never get it done. Finally I changed devices and entered only one pair of pants and checked out. It was such a hassle I almost didn't order but knew my grandson would like the pants.

The RED BAR DURING CHECKOUT... The way it kept pulsating and 'bouncing' at me... to remind or direct or prompt me.
That alone makes me not want to buy anything else.

Horrible, horrible product/incredibly poor quality
I bought the "3 Pack Ladies Crew Neck Sweater" back on in the spring of 2020, yes, 2020, and I have washed, and washed these sweaters, and Alphabet Deal STILL HAVE WRINKLES! They have permanent wrinkles, which is pathetic as they are sweaters, I don't normally IRON my gd sweaters. PATHETIC!

Got charged and never received the product.
I was charged for the product, however, never received it, nor did I ever receive a confirmation email. I would not recommend buying anything from this site. I did receive an order number from them trying to send it a second time, and still haven't received anything.

Excellent Customer Service
It may take awhile to get in contact with a customer service representative but once you do Alphabet Deal will be in contact with you quickly. I was able to communicate via their Facebook profile page then via email.

Very difficult to process my order
Very difficult to process my order. I typed my information more than 10+ times. I was accurate with my info. Finally, as I was about to give up, the order was accepted.
