I just placed the order for the 3 pack assorted motivational water bottles today. The "shopping experience" was good, no problem. I can't wait to receive them! I hope their products are just as good.

I cannot effectively rate this company because I haven't received my order! I have no tracking information unless I make an account, which I do not want to do at this time. I will submit a review based on the outcome!

This is the worst company ever. Alphabet Deal handle situations unprofessionally rather don't even handle situations!

30 day free return is a gimmick! This website is the worst experience of my life and I have literally lost $50 of my hard earned money to buy from this company!

I hope my CC company will help me file a claim against the charge and then i can trash there horrible products!

You said if I give you my email, I'll get 12% off 1st purchase... Well, I did give you my email and@ check-out, you tell me the promo code "welcome12" was invalid or already used. I know I have not used it because this is my 1st purchase (and probably the last). I kinda pissed me off that you lie to me just to get my email for more spam ad emails

I found you through BRADS DEALS. YOu didn't have the deal of 6 Lace Bras for $24.99. But you offered 15% off my order if I provided my email address, which I did. This was for current NOT future orders. You then offered 20 % off if I signed up for an account for future orders. I chose not to do the latter as I would like to see the quality of the mdse before I decide whether I will be an ongoing customer. So, I paid a higher amount of $ for 3 rather than 6 bras which is okay as it's a different bra, but it wasn't the deal that attracted me in the first place. I ordered the 3 bras but even that is a risk since you do not offer a cup size, which concerns me, but I decided to take a chance just the same. Then, when I go to check out you did NOT give me the 15% off on my current ordered as promised. This was independent and apart from the other set of bras on BRADS DEALS. These bras are still reasonably priced but I didn't get the discount offered which is what prompted me to make the purchase. I can buy a bra at Walmart for $5, this initially seemed easier and worth a try but I am disappointed that I didn't get the deal of 6 lace bras for $24.99 and when that wasn't available, you failed to honor the 15% off that was offered. It may seem like buckles and dimes to your company but when people are out of work during this pandemic every penny counts to the consumer.

There are only a few legitimate reviews of this site. Alphabet Deal will sell you merch that is out of stock - so they don't have when they list. Mostly it is imported junk. My advice is to stay away. I used PayPal for the transaction I did and won the dispute to get a refund. Check BBB!

Easy. Simple. Menus easy to follow. Found the product easily. The only thing I would suggest is to name all the colors and all a close up of them all. Lipsticks are hardest to buy because we don't have hat.

This was my first visit to your shop. I gave my email address to get the 12% off and to see future deals. I go to my email and see your email and the code welcome12 to use at checkout. When I go back to complete my order, I put in the welcome12 to get the discount. It would not let me use the code said code was already used. Very disappointed

I applied a discount code which was reflected when I entered my credit card experience but the email confirming my order did not reflect the discount. I tried to contact customer service to cancel the order but Alphabet Deal have yet to respond.

First try order did not apply discount after entering the code. Had to place order again. NO PHONE # found to contact your company and make correction. If 2 orders arrive I will expect to return one at N/C. More in convenience!

I came across this site through brads deals and the way it appeared I must say I was a bit skeptical if the site was BBB accredited or if it was a scam site. To my surprise I purchased multiple bras from 3 popular major department stores and the ones I purchased from Alphabetdeal turned out to be the most comfortable with no wires and great support. I even forwarded the site to my mom. It was a great purchase of 6 bras for an unbelievable price! You won't be disappointed. I will be making another purchase.

You have the worst website I have ever encountered! Half the selection buttons don't work & it's taken me 2 days just to order 4 things! It's slow as $#*!! I almost gave up & I am sure it's hurting your business! Plus most everything I wanted was sold out! You should remove them! How frustrating! Very unhappy! Doubt I'll go thru it again!

I love how quick the process was to place my order! I only wish the page didn't refresh and take you back to the top once placing an item on your Wish List and I wish all products on a page would have the add to Wish List icon. I've noticed that most products at the bottom of the page don't have the wish list icon.

I've been trying to return the items for refund because of size. I was sent a return shipping label that had my shipping address as the return address. The postal service came and then knocked on my door that the package would be returned to me.

The response was quick but Alphabet Deal sent an incorrect return shipping label. I’m still waiting for the right label so that I can return the package for a full refund

Kept getting error when trying to order product "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I had to change my browser from google chrome to Microsoft edge to get my order placed.

I ordered the medium bikinis, then read a review of how small Alphabet Deal were. There is no size chart, that would be helpful for future purchases. So i ordered the x-large since i wear a size 7 regularly. Will have to send the mediums back. Why is there no size chart?

I wanted to complete my address. Didn't work. I wanted to leave the BRADS20 discount code, but computer wouldn't let me. Pay pal said $8, your invoice said $11.99. The "flashing" kept happening and I could not complete your form correctly. I certainly hope I receive this order.

The discount code that you gave me for signing up on your site didn't work. It would've given me a 12% discount. For that reason, I gave a 1 star, I feel like that was false advertising to get into my email box.

When creating a new account and ordering at the same time your entry screen does not allow you to proceed without a credit card. If you charged my credit card and my PayPal account I am going to be very unhappy.
