Always Fits

Ordered a bunch of gifts for my family for Christmas. Was told shipping would be 7-10 days... packages still haven't even been shipped 3 weeks later. Always Fits keep blaming it on covid but I've received everything else I ordered from everyone else... even things I ordered last week. These are gifts for my family that I have to ship

Cons:
1) I gave my email for the newsletter and 10% my first order and did not receive a code for 10% (or, at least not within 10 minutes).
2) The tshirt sizing guide looks so simple but is a little confusing. I am not a small person and the length\width measurements had me thinking maybe I should order a small. I ordered a medium to be on the safe side.

Pros: literally everything else. Soooo many great items, I basically planned out half my Christmas shopping browsing through your website. Love that you use diverse models for your clothing. Helpful reviews. Totally stellar, looking forward to shopping here again.

It was really rough this time around. Usually it's smooth as butter! This time it wouldn't let me pay via PayPal as it violated the user agreement? That's never happened before... on any site soni don't know where the issue lies. So weird.
Also it's not fair practice, in my opinion, that the $ total toward free shipping is calculated *after* a discount code (which *you* texted *me* to lasso me into shopping today). It really should be based on the subtotal pre-discount; especially because I'm a regular shopper--AlwayFits is my favorite gift shop. I've dropped a lot of $ here so I expect better than nickle-and-diming us.

It took forever to get to the checkout. I had to redo the info 3 times. Then you kept prompting me with how much I needed to spend in order to get free shipping, so I exceeded the amount and you still charged me $6.95 for shipping!? I don't understand how that works and I only continued with my order because I want the items for gifts and I've ordered from you once before with no issues.

You will get an endless stream of emails asking how Always Fits did. I left a very negaitve review that doesn't show up on their site. Hours later I now have been enrolled in every organization's newsletter. I received dozens of "welcome" emails from national companies I did not sign up for. I believe this to be directly related and retaliatory for my negative review about being emailed constantly.

I ordered a witty oven mitt and some socks for my husband from this company and absolutely loved the products and the service was great too. Shipping was the expected amount of time (especially since we are in a global pandemic) and the product quality was top notch. I will buy again for sure! Also, for the record, my husband loved his gifts.

Do not waste your time ordering from this place, Always Fits tell you (and charge for) a standard shipping of 5-7 business days. A week later they will tell you 7-21 business days without any eta of when you'll receive the order. If you're planning to get a gift from this place for someone for the holidays, they will fail you. This business is a scam.

Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2 and received on January 2. Always Fits posted on their website that it was due to an outside company they hired to handle the holiday rush not following through with their commitment. What I don't like is how they delete any negative comments or reviews on their Facebook page. My honest comments have been deleted and they blocked me. Every one of their reviews on their website is 5 stars. Seems too good to be true. I won't be shopping there again. Prices are cheaper on Amazon for the items that I ordered I discovered after the fact. They just don't seem honest in my opinion.

My product never arrived, Always Fits refused to track the product or accept responsibility for anything and even though Always Fits have now had the product back over 9 days they are not replying to emails and have not refunded money. I think this website is a scam and I would not advise anyone to buy from here - honestly the worst customer service experience I have had.

It's time-consuming to click on a card, then wait for it to open, then click on it to add it to your cart, then click back twice to go back to the main view, etc... should be able to have a "add" button on the main view to add as many as you want on the current page without going to the cart every time. Especially for cards... most of them have no message inside, there is nothing to learn about the card by clicking on it that you can't already see from the thumbmail. UX 101.

In response to your reply... yes that is what I wrote after multiple requests for updates, to find a solution or to refund. Never received updates, a solution or a refund... or items. Taking advantage of people online is not acceptable and being a scammer is not a profession, so yes I'll continue to share my poor experience. Additionally, having your team members try to stalk and threaten my safety is unacceptable. Luckily you were only able to find an old profile with outdated information, otherwise you'd be reported to the police for stalking and threatening my safety. I apologized for my harsh wording, however, your actions of threatening violence on me and trying to stalk me is absolutely unacceptable from any "company," not to mention the emails and texts came from the same addresses/numbers that another company had scammed me from about a year or so ago. Long story short, still don't waste your time; this place is awful, the customer service is awful, and I'm 98% certain all of them"god reviews" are other scammers for this company.

I am in LOVE with this website! The browsing has been so fun. I have added so many things to my Wishlist. I know things are still being figured out with the website's buttons (I emailed someone a few weeks ago and Always Fits kindly replied), regarding a "Wish List" link, so I will look forward to when that feature is added so that I have quicker access to adding things to my Cart!

I LOVE this site. I have ordered from them a few times and each time the gift arrived when Always Fits said it would, and the quality was great. I do see a few negative reviews recently with regard to shipping. Please remember that this is Covid times, and I feel like everything is delayed. We need to cut businesses a little bit of slack right now. I think this company is amazing!

This company is the COOLEST one you will ever come in contact with. Seriously. Always Fits have taken a page STRAIGHT out of Tony Hsieh's book on customer relations - not only do they have quality products at a reasonable price, you can normally score a coupon and you can communicate DIRECTLY to the CEO. Tell me the last time you got Fred Smith on the line because your FedEx package was late?! I'm waiting... Yeah. Thought so. Their products also help this Xennial take a trip down memory lane and it's great for Gen Z'ers as well! Good luck bridging that gap! If you're looking for a high-quality product at a decent price, look no further!

I love the unique items I found on this site. I'm a big card sender and love quirky gifts and this site has things I've never seen anywhere else. Would definitely recommend. The caboodle card is my favorite as an 80s baby!
For those complaining about slow delivery, I have ordered from multiple sites recently and orders are just slower than usual for various reasons.

Purchased a few gifts cyber Monday that I was overly excited about. The gifts I found matched the recipients personality perfectly and I could not be more pleased! Site was easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward. However, without any notice, my order took two weeks to even leave their facility. It then took another week and a half to finally be delivered on December 24th. Granted, it was the holidays, but why did my very small order take two weeks to even leave their warehouse/facility/whatever. I did send a few emails throughout the process about delayed processing, but never received an email back. On top of that, the items were clearly thrown, then shoved, into a small box. I had to steam one of the items I purchased as it was a gift and looked like a crumpled paper towel after unboxing. Although Always Fits have great products, I will not be shopping with them again. Such a shame. Zero customer service.

I'd have ordered like ten of them, but that "eggshell" color could be WORSE than stark white. When in doubt, make black or gray t shirts… the average sized woman in the US is a size 14… we DO NOT look good in white! Email me if you decide to pull the plug on that god-awful color!
The only reason it was 4 stars instead of 3, is because you gave me a code, then ACTUALLY LET ME USE IT DURING CHECKOUT! That NEVER HAPPENS!
Usually you sign up and Always Fits sent the code because you've got sale items. Way to go, ALWAYSFITS! The other half of the fourth star is afterpay. I'm now a mint level through afterpay, as I can't afford everything at once. GREAT JOB ADDING AFTERPAY TO YOUR BUSINESS! Yas hunny, Yas!

Initially my card promo wasn't working when I used PayPal on the first screen. I went back through all the steps again and used PayPal at the end and the discount worked.

I didn't get the Towanda sticker from the June promo bc my order took a long time to come to me — got it today — but now the sticker is back. I hope it's in my next order and not refunded again.

I am a repeat customer of this site. Was getting a good price on ordering a bunch of cards, a discount was being automatically applied by the system and took the money off in the order summary all the way to the end. As soon as I clicked pay, it told me the discount wasn't valid and tacked on over $10. I'm assuming maybe the buy 10 cards doesn't apply to sale cards but it was applying without me doing anything so I thought it was ok & I kept buying more. Since it gave me the discount then took it away at the end, I emptied my cart to include only the 2 items I originally wanted & spent way less money. It shouldn't keep applying a discount to your items then remove it at the last second after I wasted more time shopping thinking I was getting a good deal the more cards I bought. If the items don't apply it should state it then & there or not apply the discount automatically then take it away when you go to pay. Thank you

Always Fits have some of the funniest, most nostalgic stuff ever! I ordered a Dirty Dancing " I carried a watermelon" sticker and I get so many comments about how funny and unique it is. I'm always recommending them to my friends who like quirky gifts. I've never had a bad experience with company, and will definitely continue recommend them as well as order for myself.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this site. I have purchased everything from gag gifts for a work Christmas exchange to birthday presents for my unicorn loving friend, to get well soon gifts for a friend who had just undergone surgery, and even a book that represented a private joke between my husband and I for our anniversary. How did Always Fits know?! There is literally a thing for all occasions! Fast shipping and great quality items. Customer service is awesome! They answered my question fast, and even helped suggest an item to buy that wound up being exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this site to all my friends and will continue to purchase more things for more occasions!

I saw their ads and so I googled them. Then I saw the dude that reviewed them on this site right before me was a butthurt toolbag that doesn't like feminists, so i knew i would love AlwaysFits.com! I placed my first order and vowed to come back and review them if i was happy with my experience. AND I WAS! I love AlwaysFits.com. Their merchandise is hilarious and everyone I gave gifts to wanted to know the name of their site!

I was offered am10 percent coupon code. I didn't realize it expired after 24 hours. I am also dissatisfied with the regular shipping speed, and do not want to pay another $25 and hope this arrives before Christmas. Also I couldn't get this to accept my security code. I had to press checkout 3 times. I hope I only have one order

Spent enough to get the free shipping, and although its $6, I think its hilarious that once I put in the discount code for signing up for the newlsetter, I lost the free shipping (I am assuming it took me under the limit), so I saved nothing. Take this feedback for what it is, I think you guys are awesome, but there are a lot of people out there that will feel nickel and dimed for something like that. Cheers

I'm surprised you are still in business, your check-out site would not give me a place to put my complete address-how stupid is that? I had to use PayPal, which I did not want to do. And you could have made more money but I could not find the gift I had seen in your ads. I will think long and hard before ever using your site again.

I've been buying stuff from this site for a few years now, and it's become my go-to for gifts. Even when I have no idea what to get someone, I always find something on this site. I love the range of stuff Always Fits have, and I've always been happy with what I've bought. And my orders arrive on time! Which is more than I can say for a lot of other sites :/

Love all the funny, cute, and unique items! Finally a place I can buy gifts for my crazy friends, and myself. The only thing I didn't love about my virtual shopping experience was that there are a few things I wanted to purchase that were unavailable but that's ok, I subscribed to be notified when Always Fits are restocked. Woot woot!

It was somewhat confusing. I kept being told I qualified for free shipping, but when I went to check out I kept being charged for shipping. Apparently this was because I had a coupon code, but nothing mentioned this and I had to figure it out on my own. I should be intelligent enough to do so, but I'm so burned out that I had no idea what was going on.

I have an account set up. But since the first setting it up, the system keeps telling me I do not. I tried my 2 email addresses and 'forgot password'. It tells me I don't have an account. I tried to create one and it tells me I already have an account! Soooo frustrating. I love the products, so I again, checked out as a guest.

I just really like looking around on this site. The item I just bought was a card that I saw a while back and knew I had to get for my husband for his Christmas card. And after buying the card, I saw an item I might want to get for my mother in law for Christmas. There is always just so much on this site that sticks with you. It's an attractive site with fun stuff, it makes for a nice shopping experience.
