Always Fits

I ordered from this place 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order, then when you ask them about your order Always Fits hit you with a 1 page story of how only 8 females work there and blame it on the warehouse and how they are not Amazon. It's unreal all the excuses they are making, like if you own a business get it together. Nobody wants to hear about all these excuses you are giving your customers, then they won't offer any type of incentives for the inconvenience they put you through. It's a joke I ordered gifts for Christmas now I will get it after Christmas and I get a sob story in return. Never experienced any thing like this and I shop from many small owned business all the time there is no excuse for this. I will never order from this place again.

I wish there was a discount on quantities because I would order more. My fiancé does love receiving these cards! It's my tradition to send him a card everyday he is out to sea as an offshore fisherman. When he returns his mailbox is full of cards from all over. I have a great time picking them out! I would love to have another bookshop to buy from but the free shipping was confusing and it goes away if you want to apply a discount code. This is a boutique site, but you're also competing with Amazon and Always Fits do free shipping and have lower prices. I am hoping that this book comes in when promised so I can have a go to shop when my books aren't at Amazon.

The site is extremely glitchy and almost impossible to shop from. I filled a cart maybe 3 days ago and couldn't get through check out, so I abandoned it. I tried again today and its still took me over 6 minutes to get through check out because the buttons don't always work, and when it did it times out over and over and then cleared my cart.

Awesome gifts, random nostalgic items, great products and service overall. I just wish you'd let my cart stay full, maybe with a note for unavailable items, as opposed to emptying it after a certain time limit, because then I must go back and try to remember everything I wanted to buy... and refill my cart, which takes time I don't have. Otherwise, all is fabulous.

I LOVE your store, it's got so many really fun items! I think this is my third year ordering from you, maybe the fourth. Anyway, my only complaint is, I go to buy something and it's sold out so I buy everything else I need only to have to spend more on shipping when you're restocked on items. That's my only complaint. I wish I could do a search and add things to my cart right from there without losing that view, because I often want to buy, say, several similar towels. Having to re-navigate every time (while remembering which towels I already have in my cart) is me just whining about a first world problem and honestly not that big of a deal considering all of the other bull$#*! happening on the earth right now so I will see myself out. No gift cards in email except 1, cart empties everytime I click over to get gift card in email which is not there. I'm so mad sad angry frustrated, been a great customer, but I don't have 5 hours a day to shop, I'm physically dying, trying to buy my kids stuff, this site is driving me crazy. Where is the rest of my gift cards I paid for?

The shopping experience has been eventful. Everything was great until I got to the payment part and needed to figure out why my payment wouldn't process. It came down to my autofill putting in a nine-digit ZIP as my billing address, but my bank card info was only a five-digit ZIP so the program said this wasn't a match. Anyway, I figured it out in case that happens to anyone else down the road, but it's all good. I'm looking forward to giving the "Bless Your Heart Trivia Game" away for Secret Santa. It's the perfect gift for anyone south of the Ohio River. A link via Huffington Post sent me here, btw, in case anyone is interested.

So many fun things! Made a huge dent in my stocking stuffer list today, and the site was easy to manuever. One comment - I think you should be able to click on the "minus" if you have an item in your basket to take it all the way down to 0 and remove it (as well as having the trash bin picture). I thought I had taken something out of my card, and it was still there. Thanks!

I had done a review after a truly awful customer service issue that was completely mishandled. I stand by that and still say - WOW! HAVE Always Fits MADE INCREDIBLE CHANGES.

They really take responsibility for every aspect of their business. They care about quality. They care about mail times. They care about customers. It is now very impressive.

Recently they were hit by a shipping problem that was beyond their control. They owned it. They did everything possible to fix it. I'm not thrilled with the delay but they are open and honest. THAT is the service I hoped for in the past.

I've ordered a bunch of things off this website. The service has always been great with fast shipping. I've never had an issue with either. 10/10 would recommend and buy from again! The gifts I've bought were loved across the board. I even shipped socks to my brother and used Turd as his first name (bc why not) and Always Fits shipped it that way. Love this site!

Not only does the CEO write the most personable thank-you notes and welcome letters via her mailing list, she also has a keen eye for camp, pop, and nostalgia. I feel at home with this store. I've purchased three gifts so far, and have been so pleased with the quality, for one, and second, how each arrived in pristine condition. My dog liked one of their dog toys so much, my mother went and purchased another as a surprise to us. I'll definitely be looking to Always Fits for that special, unique gift you can't find anywhere else. I also feel good knowing I'm investing my money in a company that cares about their brand and product. I'm a branding consultant and an artist, so this is huge for me. I got $10 off my order as a birthday gift and I couldn't be more thrilled. I love this shop. I've ordered three times and have always been happy with the experience. The items are unique, fun, and ship quickly. You are sure to find something for yourself and great gifts for anyone on your list, unless they're no good. ;) I'll be back!

I have shopped with Always Fits many many times over the past few years and it's always been a great experience. I know I'll find an awesome gift for my friends (but mostly myself) when I check out the site. My most recent order was severely delayed due to the pandemic and mail issues but the company was transparent and provided such great customer service and was sincerely apologetic... it was out of their control and you can really tell Always Fits care. It's cool to know you're dealing with actual people and a passionately run business as opposed to some giant corporation. Will continue to use them for my future gifts!

Says when you purchase products a 3-5 day shipping period. I had not received mine it had been a month. So asked for my money back Always Fits refused. Said it was coming. I showed them receipt with policy said now past birthday of who I ordered it for refund money refused. BEWARE do not have good or ethical customer service!

Website kept kicking my order back because cards were out of stock- bug card didn't show as being out of stock; it finally worked when I ordered only two of a card- might be good to show on the card when Always Fits are close to being sold out- like having "five left". I had to redo my order multiple times to figure out I could only order two of a specific card.

Not great, my discount you offered made me ineligible for free shipping even though my order was over the free shipping minimum before. I would have purchased more but I hate shady things like that. Free shipping OPE but not if you use the discount we tricked you into giving us your phone number for so we could spam you with offers but then you didn't even get to use cuz shipping was more than the discount saved you

Its refreshing to go online and find a store like Alwaysfits where you laugh at so much of the merchandise and then forward it to all to your friends so Always Fits can laugh along with you. The humor and the nostalgia makes me want to scroll through every item on the site (and wow, there are plenty items to look at!) I recently ordered a mug for a friend and the hardest part of the shopping experience was deciding which mug to get! I then placed an order for myself, because, I'm worth it. The ordering and shipping process was a breeze. I did have a question regarding the mug I ordered and it was promptly answered by customer service (yay!) Totally a fan of this wonderfully unique store

I get all my cards from Always Fits because Always Fits always have the best cards. I experienced an issue where my card got lost in the mail (to no fault of the company) & had the pleasure of dealing with Ari in their customer care department. What an absolutely lovely person to deal with! Responses were almost immediate & my issue was remedied with empathy & compassion + a few laughs, even. Thanks for being great. I hope this company stays open forever!
