We would totally buy from American Blinds again. The website is super helpful as far as measuring, etc. Love how you can label what you are ordering according to the room so that there are no mix-ups. Also, you can save your order online until you decide you want to place it. The Roman Shades we ordered were just as specified online and were easy to install. We are very happy!

Easy to find what I was looking for, and I am satisfied with the many options available for the shades that I purchased. Also knowing that the motorized options have sufficient warranties, so I have confidence in my purchase. I go back to American Blinds every year!

Customer service representative Al was exemplary! He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me figure out the best blinds for the windows. I appreciate his patience and efficiency.

No ordering issues. Great site. Wish there was a way to reuse measurements from a blind in the cart to see price of different blinds with same measurements or to convert one blind to another type after I had already added several blinds to my order and I had to retype measurements

I have ordered from them in the past several times and am very happy with all of my purchases. Several of the blinds have stood the test of time. I would continue ordering from American Blinds.com.

I measured accurately and ordered composite blinds. AmericanBlinds cut them incorrectly. It took them three days before they took any action - which was to offer to remake them, but for an additional 20% fee. I had to call repeatedly, and despite promises to call me back, no one ever did. I would not purchase from them again.

I have ordered blinds several times now. AmericanBlinds arrive promptly and are exactly what I ordered. I needed help this time matching an older order and got quick, friendly assistance--on a Saturday night!

Website very simple and easy to use. Found a very difficult to find product (palladian shelf) that I hadn't found anywhere else--loved that you had pictures and diagrams illustrating so I knew that it was truly what I needed to hang my shades. Great color assortment as well. Very clear dimension order entry, too.

Your order form is a bit confusing. Several options, e.g. frame type and louver size, are only available if you meet certain options, but if AmericanBlinds don't appear, it's not clear why. E.g. I just had to use process of elimination to find out that louver size option is only available if you select a sil depth greater than 1/2". Some feedback there would have been super helpful.

The site wasn't easy to use, and I used to sell and install blinds. I was also a computer programmer. The site seemed to have a problem with the "forgot a step" message. I also DO NOT like the requirement to have my "feedback" published...

Had online help with my order and AmericanBlinds were very helpful. I don't know if when i was doing the survey at the end if i pushed the wrong number and gave a bad rating instead of good. I had great help as always.

There are long wait times to get an agent on the phone. Then the credit card system was not available, so I waited again for an agent to place the order for me, only to find out that the agent could not place the order unless I phoned in again.

Love buying from American Blinds, alway the best prices and over the top quality. With this order, I have now replaced all of the window treatments in my house, including the garage.

I love the customization of sizing and how clean the blinds look. It seems pricy with what I've seen at department stores even with the discounts, but I like the convenience of ordering online and I like the quality and ease of install

Pretty good, but when I got to the question about Old Style Roman, Standard Roman, or Hobbled when I was configuring my shade, the picture to the right on the screen stayed the same for all three options, so it was confusing and I had to have an online chat to make sure I was selecting the correct choice. I did appreciate being able to confirm with someone via chat at 9pm, so that's a plus!

My shopping experience was ok. I appreciate that you have custom blinds but can't believe how expensive AmericanBlinds are. Hoping they are good quality. But shopping and looking for what i wanted was easy.

There are videos if I need references. The site is user friendly. The prices are usually better. If not a better price, the quality for the less expensive option is better. I've never had an issue that couldn't be solved, so I continue to come back

The blinds are quality. Just anxious about such a big purchase, hoping the shades will fit. I purchased a pair months ago and the cellular size was too large. I knew I couldn't return them, it was my measurement where I messed up. Hoping for a better outcome this time.

Ordered over $600 worth of blinds. Installed only to find the raising/lowering cords are too short. From floor to pull ring is 90". There is no way to reach the pull without a ladder. Called a rep. She told me that is how AmericanBlinds are made. My only option was to donate this $600 blunder to goodwill and reorder. I have never heard of such poor customer service in my life. That kind of money isn't something I just throw away. She offered me no help, nothing of any resolution. It was no big deal to her. Did I want to reorder? What fool would buy from them again? Where is the warranty? There is none. Where is a guarantee? None. What kind of company operates in this manner? It is obvious the cords were cut too short. Yet I was offered nothing in a way of help. Poor workmanship. Poor quality, and even worse customer service. One set of blinds didn't even have a pull ring. She never even addressed this. Just tough out of luck. Well, tough for you too. The next order of over $1000 will go to your competition. I refuse to do business with people of this caliber who treat their repeat customers in such a manner. Shame on you? You cost me $600 once but my guarantee is, you won't do it a second time. Too many other places to do business with that will fix their own messes and make it right with good customers. Why would any company think cutting a cord two inches from the top of a blind be correct SOP. THIS is absurd. That puts the pull over 7" from the floor. Who can reach this? No one. But I am supposed to throw them out and reorder. Not today!

Called the 800 number and the message indicated that the phone service was for commercial customers. I am a private homeowner and I wanted to speak to someone. I made the purchase nonetheless.
