Back on March 25th I ordered a dining table and six dining chairs from Amish Outlet Store. At the time of the order I was informed that there would be a significant wait since my order was custom. Somewhat longer waits are standard for custom furniture and I was aware of that fact and was willing to accept the wait. We finally received our dining set that, to our delight, arrived some three weeks earlier than originally promised. The entire dining set is simply FABULOUS! After going over the entire set carefully I was stunned to realize that there is not a single detectable flaw anywhere on the table or on any of the chairs. Further, what is not mentioned on the Amish Outlet Website is the incredible mechanical engineering that went into the design of this table. The finish is so gorgeous we can't help but run our hands across the set as we walk by. This is not just furniture, Rather it is wood artwork at its finest. This solid oak dining set is truly an heirloom made to last for generations. I have never seen woodwork of this quality or elegance in any local furniture store. WOW!
When we ordered our dining set back in March, Ryan was incredibly patient and helpful. He clearly answered all questions and it became clear he was trying to direct me to the wood, design and stain colors I would appreciate most. Fortunately I ended up following his good advice and, upon receiving our dining set, realized how happy I was to have accepted his advice.
Finally, it would not matter how good a product is if the delivery was not of the same peerless quality. Here again the delivery was indeed peerless. Rather than use commercial couriers, Amish Outlet Store uses its own delivery. The delivery person, Meno, literally drives across country to personally deliver and set up the furniture. The furniture is packed exceptionally well and Meno handles each piece as the precious art it is.
In short, I can't say enough good things about Amish Outlet Store. So let me end this review with a gigantic THANK YOU to Ryan, the incredible wood artists who made my dining set, and to the staff at Amish Outlet Store. You are simply peerless!

This is an update to a review i wrote titled "Not the product I thought I was getting" I had ordered a 42" pub table and chairs and was unhappy with the product but not the quality. The manager reached out to me and offered to correct the problem and send me 4 new chairs without charge, indicating he was not informed of the issue. He was very nice and apologized for the mix up. This company does stand behind their product and I was very pleased to work with a company that does. It is rare these days. I would definitely recommend them.

Back in September of this year I had posted a not to flattering review of the manager Mike at the Amish Outlet Store. After numerous phone calls between Mike, the builder and myself we have hopefully solved the issue with my corner hutch. It has now been ordered with specifications we have all agreed upon which will work on the existing wall in my dining room. Mike was easy to work with and I was hesitant to have this conversation after previous reviews but he was patient and helpful with measurements and recommendations. I am now awaiting for my replacement.

Or, I will be once our second glider and ottoman are delivered! We have ordered furniture twice from this store and so far we are happy with the quality, finish and look. The man who delivered it all the way from Ohio to West Texas was friendly, polite and accommodating. Customers do have to wait quite a long time for what Amish Outlet Store order but that goes along with getting exactly the type of wood, finish, upholstery and stain that you desire. So far I have been very pleased with our experience buying from this furniture maker.

We have been enjoying out rocker and footstool for several day. Amish Outlet Store are perfect. The quality is even greater than expected. Please extend the appreciation of my husband and myself to the craftsmen.

The delivery man was friendly, efficient and careful with our rocker and footstool. He called ahead and came when he said he would. That's terrific service. We appreciate him.

I ordered the West Lake TV Cabinet in oak with a golden/reddish hued stain for my parents as a Christmas gift. It was recently delivered and surpassed my already high expectations. The cabinet arrived in perfect condition, beautifully made with attention to detail. Just opening the drawers shows the quality of this custom made piece. The weight is substantial, sturdy and impressive in every way. All employees with whom I communicated with via telephone and email were very friendly, courteous and professional as were the two great guys who delivered the furniture. I do not typically write reviews but had to share this wonderful company with others. Amish Outlet Store makes beautiful quality custom furniture. You may have to wait a bit for your piece to be crafted but it is well worth the wait. All that and Made in USA! Very pleased & highly recommend!

10/17/18 Purchased a wall entertainment unit. It arrived when promised and the men that delivered it and set it up were very professional! Not a scratch or imperfection anywhere. The best value ever. Local furniture stores selling cheap Chinese units were more expensive and products were made of pressed wood (garbage). Ryan was great to work with. Hone3st and true to their words. Thanks again!

I ordered a 42" pub table and 4 pub chairs for our kitchen made from cherry wood for the Amish Outlet Store for which I paid over $4,000. It was not an inexpensive purchase and I expected much better than what I got delivered. While the quality was good, the design of the pub chairs was awful. Amish Outlet Store are no comfortable to sit on and the seats are very small. We are small people and they are too small for us to sit on comfortably, especially given their height. My husband actually slipped off of one when getting on it. I did call them and they offered no help at all. You cannot return anything and the best they would do is sell me bigger pub chairs at a price greater than the ones I have. The furniture seems to be much smaller than normal people would want. I would not recommend or do business with them again because you really don't know what you are getting in terms of comfort in the end.

My wife and I ordered a number of items from the Amish Outlet Store (AOS): A bed frame, a desk, a leather chair, and a couple wood chairs. The furniture is, on the whole, decent quality; the woodworking skill seems good, in fact. But I have two major complaints: 1) The staining on the bed left some wood exposed (as in, raw wood is plainly visible in multiple areas), which AOS attributed to wood shrinkage. (This was on all the wood inset panels of the foot and head, which could easily have been stained in entirety prior to final construction.) When I asked for matching stain to fix this myself, Amish Outlet Store wanted to charge me for the stain kit (when they finally responded to my emails). 2) One of the chairs we ordered was apparently built without a seat. I didn't find this out, however, until the appointed shipment arrival day came and went with no chair. Working with customer service to find this out proved to be a deeply frustrating experience; they seem completely disorganized, utterly unapologetic, confused, and defensive/unmoving when it comes to any sort of discount. I will never order from AOS again, and advise anyone looking for well-made wood furniture to keep looking.

First ever online purchase of furniture. Scared to death of the uncertainty as I like to put my eyes and hands on something of this magnitude. But the quality of craftsmanship, ease or ordering and step by step help with color matching and WONDERFUL customer service from Mindy won me over. Thank God I trusted my instincts and Mindy! I got the London Platform Bed in Oak with the optional center long drawer. The drawers (6) are the deepest out there and the long (6ft) center drawer will be a blessing for blankets and such. I also ordered it without the headboard as my hubby attached our own. The builder accommodated us by adding pilot holes for ease of attachment. It turned out beautiful! Delivery and set up were a breeze and all involved were great to deal with including Darryl. Pay the extra and let them set it up in-house for you (sorry I didn't get the names of the guys who set it up). I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and online store. Don't be afraid... take the leap of faith... you WON'T be sorry!

I have bought furniture from the Amish Outlet Store twice and I couldn't be happier. I will have this very high quality furniture for the rest of my life and pass on to family members.

What a wonderful experience I have had with this company! Amish Outlet Store offer high quality furniture, made here in the USA and the price is quite right. All the staff and the delivery team were also exceptional.

I'm a returning customer and just bought 5 new pieces, including a custom built cabinet. I worked with Ryan, back and forth, to custom modify a sideboard to meet my need for a linen storage cabinet in my dining room. I had width constraints and I needed enough depth to accommodate placemat and tablecloth storage. I wanted pull out drawers (behind the doors). He worked with me and then with the builder to be sure the specs were exactly as needed. He also helped me to choose rustic cherry even though all my other furniture is clear. He walked me through the stain choices for each of my pieces and then sent samples of the most likely ones. My custom linen cabinet is absolutely beautiful. It is unique. I come from a family of woodworkers, and I know the thought and skill that lie behind all the details that make this piece (as well as my other choices) so beautifully constructed and finished.
To top it all off, Ryan and his colleagues and the delivery team, were all so nice, responsive and helpful. The delivery team was very careful when bringing all these pieces in and helping me get them in the right spot. If I ever have room for more furniture, I will absolutely come back to Amish Outlet.

Our furniture arrived today and it is just as beautiful as we expected. We are thrilled with our dresser and nightstands. We were trying to match a mahogany headboard and received 4 stain samples to compare it with. We chose cherry wood, stain "Michael" and it is perfect. The customer service throughout was courteous and helpful; the delivery driver communicated with us about the delivery and arrived exactly on schedule and set up the furniture for us. Thank you very much!

Ordering furniture online can be an unnerving experience but if you're picky like me, it's often the only alternative as it's difficult to find what you want in the store. I found everything I wanted at AOS and immediately felt at ease after speaking with Carol on the phone. She was very thorough in setting the right expectations for cost, delivery, process, etc. I received the furniture exactly within the designated timeframe and the quality was beyond my expectation. Well worth the $$ and time. I highly recommend paying the additional (nominal) fee to have the furniture set up in your home. The delivery team was exceptional!

I searched high and low for some beautiful, well made, real wood furniture. In and out of stores all over the place. Way too big and way too expensive. I finally sat down with my iPad and started searching. I am so glad I found this website. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful and the website was so fun to use! I made my choices, Amish Outlet Store sent me stain samples and my furniture arrived much faster than I expected! How well it matches our woodwork was so cool! We couldn't be more happy! I will definitely be a returning customer!

We just built a new home inspired by the organic architecture of E. Fay Jones, Frank Lloyd Wrights most successful protégée who designed the Thorncrown Chapel and won two AIA awards for it. We have been taking our time to furnish it as its classic contemporary with all glass and stone and the wrong furniture would be a sore thumb! I found the Amish Outlet Store and did my research, I studied their wonderful website and found exactly what we needed. I ordered from them, extremely professional and friendly and six weeks later the delivery truck pulled up and the most beautiful, exquisitely crafted and high quality chairs now grace our dining room greatroom. Amish Outlet Store are heirloom quality. What a wonderful experience we have had with this company. The quality is over the top and the price quite right. A great experience.

Our new bed arrived on Tuesday, and we are so happy! It is absolutely beautiful, and we hope you can pass this on to everyone in your company, and especially the person that built it. The detail and hardware is just stunning and the color matches our armoire and dresser perfectly. We also love the changes the builder made in replacing the mirrors (see attached photo). Every one of our friends also commented how beautifully made it is.

Everything from the day we ordered and through delivery was just handled so well. We were a bit concerned when it arrived because of the "L-shaped" access into our bedroom but the guys and us figured it all out and all was well. Just a couple of "of no, it doesn't fit what are we going to do moments" but everything all worked out fine. The three guys who delivered it were so nice and very careful and Amish Outlet Store arrived almost 2 hours ahead of our scheduled delivery time which was fantastic.

We ordered several pieces of furniture from Amish Outlet in May. We just received our order and couldn't be more pleased with our purchases. They're beautifully made and of the highest quality. The gentlemen who made the delivery were great, too. The were extremely careful in unloading and helping us get things placed. We will be back to order more and have already recommended them to friends.

My family finally moved into a place with its own dining room and as a result, I could get the hutch I wanted. When I first contacted Amish Outlet Store for a quote, Amish Outlet Store were super helpful even though I knew I would need months to save up. Once I had enough money, I contacted them to setup the stain color and send in the down payment. They again went out of their way to help me get samples to see the stain in person. They gave me notice that I would have to wait up to 6 months for the hutch as it was built once ordered and there was a backlog. I checked in around Month 5 after ordering and they were able to tell me the week they expected to deliver it. Then they called the week before delivery to confirm date/time worked for me. Yesterday it was delivered. I live in NYC on a high floor and not only did they deliver it, they brought it up the elevator and into my apartment. My hutch has glass in it and I have never seen a delivery person be so gentle with a delivery. Once they left, I got to really look at my piece and not only is it beautiful but every aspect was built with care. I can't recommend them enough. I know this piece will be a piece that is passed down the generations.

I am so pleased with the sofa and wine cabinet from Amish Outlet. I opted for brown maple and the pieces are simply beautiful and exceeded my expectations on quality. I have been refinishing furniture for years, so I expect quality finishes.

I had a hard time picking out the upholstery from the Amish Outlet website. In the end, I ordered my own upholstery and mailed it to the builder. I even requested that Amish Outlet Store send me any leftover upholstery, which was delivered with the furniture.

It was a nice touch that the delivery man last name was "Yoder," a very Amish name, although he did not show up with a horse and carriage!

I worked with Ryan over the phone for about 6 weeks. Ryan has the patience of a saint. We finally ordered 4 pieces in total for my LR. These pieces were somewhat custom and I chose the stain... which is not easy and another project on its own. Ryan was very helpful and never gave up on me. It took about 12 weeks but worth every minute. My furniture is beautiful. There is not one store in Boston, MA, that could have built and delivered the quality that you guys did. Not my first rodeo so I am here to tell you that the quality and workmanship surpasses anything I have seen in MA in over 30 years. In closing, my furniture was delivered by professional people who acted and cared about my product. The furniture was fully wrapped and not one scratch on it. I will come back over and over again.

We ordered several pieces from the Royal Mission Collection. The workmanship is exemplary. The quality exceeds our expectations, not an easy feat. Carol, our rep, was extremely conscientious, and the gentlemen that delivered the pieces were more than accommodating- very helpful and highly respectful of our Covid concerns. We love the furniture, and are already discussing our next purchase. Highly, highly recommend!

Amish Outlet Store service has literally the worst service that I've ever encountered. Amish Outlet Store called in the morning to inform me that they were ready to deliver my furniture the next day. No lead time to arrange for the disposal of the furniture that was set to be replaced. I called up Goodwill who were happy to come and get it that day. That night the delivery service calls to tell me that there's no room on the truck for my furniture! It'll be another week before they can make delivery. So now I have no furniture for a week and this is a business I'm running. When they finally are ready to ship I get a call from the manager, Mike, that the custom coffee table I ordered was made to the wrong size but the rest of the order is fine and will be delivered in a few days. That goes smoothly and the furniture is to spec.It's been two months since then and I'm still waiting for the coffee table. Mike tells me it's been ready to deliver for the last two weeks+ but apparently Mike can't get the delivery people to set a date to deliver it. So 5 months since I originally placed the order and I still don't have all my furniture. Like I said, worst company I've ever dealt with.

I ordered a Home Office suite with writing desk, credenza and lateral file. My table arrived table in July and yet I'm still waiting on the corresponding filing cabinet.

Amish Outlet Store want everything paid up front, which is really scary as is gives you no wiggle room if you have any problems.

Update: Finally received the lateral file. They had metal rods in the filing cabinets and they scraped the insides on the ride down to my house.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get them to repair several problems with this desk.

Be wary of them. There are other reputable folks that deal with Amish furniture. Look for a company that responds to repair issues.
I would suggest going with a local custom craftsman. It may cost more money, but you will have less headaches.

We are down-sizing, so I will no longer have room for my beautiful craftsman china hutch. As a replacement, I found a beautiful sideboard on the Amish Outlet Store website, but it was too tall to fit under the window on the wall where it needs to go. Amish Outlet worked closely with me via email, phone and snail mail to customize the dimensions and exactly match the finish and hardware on my other furniture. My new sideboard arrived yesterday and is amazing! It fits perfectly in my new home and looks like it came as a part of my original dining room furniture. I couldn't be happier. I was well-informed all along the customization process and the build time was exactly what I was initially told to expect. Good job, Amish Outlet Store! I'll be recommending you to others.

The craftsmanship of the bed we purchased is amazing. While we selected a simple design, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our expectations were exceeded. This is on top of the outstanding customer service from all - our sales representative, store associates, shipping coordinator, and delivery men. We definitely look forward to purchasing more pieces from Amish Outlet Store.

Apparently I cannot comment on the manager's comment from my bookcase review. The floor where the bookcase was put was level, the delivery person and I checked that first thing. I didn't suggest the $50 back, it was their only offer, as I would've had to pay several hundred dollars freight to return the unlevel bookcase. One of the magnet closures was broken, and Amish Outlet Store sent me a new one. The light inside still doesn't work. I used my own shim to level the bookcase. One of the doors wasn't straight, the finish was scratched off where the door hits the frame. I would never do any business with them again! How is it my fault that this bookcase has so many issues?

Ordered a new dining set/hutch combination of Amish hand-made furniture. The website was very user friendly and well laid out. Wanda and Leah helped us through the entire ordering process. Amish Outlet Store sent us wood stain and leather samples at no charge, provided we returned them, which we did. Build time was estimated at 9-12 weeks. After 10 weeks, they called saying the furniture was done and a shipper would be calling to deliver within 2 weeks. Shipper called and scheduled delivery two days later. Delivery was supposed to be driver only curbside, but the delivery person and his wife helped me carry all pieces into the house, unpackage and set them all up before leaving. The furniture is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. Customer service and delivery were as good as it gets. We highly recommend amishoutletstore.com

I received several tables some 16+ weeks after ordering from the Amish Outlet Store. While the overall quality of the tables is fine, attention to detail by the AOS and the builders is lacking. One door actually rubbed the side of its frame when closing making an obvious sound, and a drawer on a different table made a horrendous racket (metal striking metal) when closing it. Attempting to resolve the issues with AOS customer "service" is like dealing with a two year old in the midst of a tantrum. I was made to feel like I made up the issues with the tables. After two months haggling with customer service Amish Outlet Store sent a part for ME TO INSTALL that was supposed to fix the problem. In order to install the part one needs special work working tool bits (which I don't have). When I notified customer "service" the response was simply go out an buy them you fool! Never in my life have I been so mistreated by a company from which I purchased goods at exorbitant prices, expecting quality products and exceptional service.

The furniture is shown on their website as being 33% off, which is their standard price, not a sale price. They don't show their shipping costs because they are outrageous and would turn off any prospective buyer. After the furniture was built, it took over two weeks for it to arrive.

After getting the specialty tool bits from a gracious neighbor, I installed the part and the problem was NOT fixed at all. I did some troubleshooting and determined the cause of the problem was not the part, but that it was INSTALLED INCORRECTLY! Based on my experience with AOS, I can say their customer service is pitiful, and the Quality Control of their products not much better.

In short, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you don't purchase from the Amish Outlet Store. Their prices are outrageous and their customer service is non-existent!

Everything! We ordered: Dutch Country Mission bedroom set which included the queen bed (customized with under-bed storage), two three-drawer night stands, chest, 9-drawer dresser with mirror. We also ordered the Arlington Wine cabinet. The workmanship is beautiful, solid and sturdy, everything solid wood. The style of each piece is exactly what I was looking for and we LOVE the soft closing drawers on everything. Robin in Customer Service was extremely helpful with ordering the type of wood and stain selections. She also helped me with getting the bed customization I was wanting.

The other part of this order was the delivery. Daniel Miller was our
Delivery man and he also set everything up. Every piece of furniture
Was securely wrapped and Daniel treated everything with the best of
Care. He didn't bang into the walls, he carefully unwrapped each piece.
He didn't even leave dirty shoe tracks on the floors - a rarity with
Delivery people! He treated our new items and our home as if it were
His own. Daniel was patient as he helped me get the furniture placed
"just so". He was easy to talk to and friendly as he did his work.

I was looking for furniture that was made in the U.S. A and found your
Website. I'm so glad to have found you! Your customer service, quality
