The order was completed in the time period given and delivered in flawless condition. All contact with the Amish furniture cite was professional and sincere. I will have this furniture for the rest of my life and pass it down to my family members. The craftsmanship is superb. All the doors and draws hang correctly and open an close with precision. This was the best purchase I have ever made and will suggest as well as recommend this cite to anyone in the market for furniture.

Purchased Quincy sofa with Quincy chair and Asheville table with Canterbury chairs. This by far the best furniture that I have ever purchased the quality and comfort is exceptional. I purchased a bookcase, tv credenza and bedroom dresser in November from the Amish Outlet Store in Smithville, OH. What a WONDERFUL experience this has been. From their sales reps to their deliverymen, Amish Outlet Store were lovely to do business with. I am so very happy with this purchase, it was well worth the wait for it to be built to my specifications. We would like to thank Amish Outlet for maintaining the excellent quality of our bedroom furniture despite a big setback their company suffered due to a warehouse fire. Though our bedroom furniture was delivered in two separate deliveries 10 weeks apart due to the fire, the pieces matched perfectly and have the same beautiful craftsmanship. The color is just what we wanted; the pieces are solid and sturdy and the drawers slide so smoothly. We love this company and their commitment to quality!

We ordered from this company over 10 years ago. Our furniture is beautiful and still looks brand new! We are ordering again for a student's home. Amish Outlet Store worked with us on everything last time, were so kind and excellent at what they did, and shipping was by hand! Didn't expect that. Everything arrived in perfect shape because of that. (I would love it though if my cart wouldn't empty so I could shop over time and collect my thoughts. No big deal.)

I was looking for 3 beds and a dresser to complete a renovation at my home. Quality was my highest priority, then price. I went to a number of local furniture stores and found low quality furniture products at a high price. The only exception was at Wayside, in Akron Ohio. Amish Outlet Store had one high quality, Amish made bedroom set on display. However the price was outrageous for just a bed frame and a dresser.

That evening, I went home and searched online for Amish made furniture. I came across the Amish Outlet Store. I went through the website looking for 3 bed frames and a dresser. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of furniture available.

There are plenty of wood species to choose from, plus you can request other species, like black walnut. The furniture is all crafted with thick, solid wood and all of the drawers are dovetailed in front/back.

I made a call the next day and spoke with Joyce. Joyce was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She knew all of the species of wood and stains available in the furniture pieces I was interested in. Joyce informed me of the July sale and an additional 3% cash discount. She also noted the location on the website to enter my details to obtain a quote.

The online quote form was simple to fill out and I received a quote back from Joyce the same day! I had several questions about the wood types and stain colors. Joyce suggested that I send some pictures of the rooms where the furniture would reside.

I sent the pictures of the three rooms. I had several conversations with Joyce about the bed frames, dresser, the colors/style of the rooms. Joyce was patient, helpful and had a keen eye for color. I received the wood samples with the different color stains we had narrowed down and it was easy to finalize the wood/stain.

I placed the order with Joyce with 50% down. The buying experience was seamless.

Within the timeframe quoted by Joyce, The Amish Outlet shipping department called me to setup delivery. I mailed the remaining balance. We arranged a date and time for delivery. The furniture was delivered as agreed and setup by two courteous/professional installers.

The stain and wood I selected with Joyce was exactly what was delivered. The bed frames I choose were from the Ironwood, Dumont and Reclaimed Barnwood collections. The Gentleman's Chest was from the Ironwood collection. I could not be happier with this purchase. I have had nothing but glowing comments from friends and family.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, quality was my primary goal for this purchase, then price. At the Amish Outlet Store, I received both. The price I paid for 3 solid wood bed frames and the Gentleman's Chest was less than what Wayside Furniture wanted for 1 Amish made bed and dresser.

I ordered a bedroom suite from Amish Outlet Store. I have to say that I was a bit concerned because I was buying it site unseen. When I first start looking I was indecisive. The customer service reps walked me through everything. When Amish Outlet Store mailed out stain samples, I couldn't decide. They mailed me more. I made my decision and waited. It took the timing that they said to arrive. When it was uncovered I was amazed! The craftsmanship is above anything I could have asked for! Seriously beautiful! I got a paneled headboard, 2 custom made night stands, a beautiful dresser and mirror and a chest of drawers. Amazing. And for a mere $500 more than basset or havertys! I could not be happier and only wish I needed more furniture!

We NEVER buy furniture online but I could not resist the cherry shaker queen bed I found at the Amish Outlet Store after my husband and I had been looking for 3 years. I know the Amish make things well but we were shocked at the quality of this bed. And yes I did do the "what if this is a rip off" in my mind so I used my credit card for protection. Amish Outlet Store only charged my card half until the bed was finished and being delivered. We are extremely pleased and will purchase more items in the future. Customer service was great and the delivery people were polite and capable.

We have never ordered such a large purchase online and without actually seeing the furniture. Well, it is absolutely beautiful. We are so impressed by the quality of the furniture. It could not be any nicer. We loved that Amish Outlet Store gave us numerous choices for stain. When Rubin arrived to unload it and set it up, he took such care. It was as if it were his own furniture. When we had questions and called for answers, everyone was helpful and so pleasant. We could not recommend Amish Outlet Store any higher. Excellent!

I ordered a Preston double pedestal table 48x72, with two leaves that fit under the table. I also ordered 8 Bent paddle chairs, 2 with arms and 6 without arms, which Amish Outlet Store are perfect! The chairs are very comfortable, and the stain (fruitwood) matches my china hutch. Stain samples were mailed to me earlier so I could match my cabinet.

The delivery was flawless, and the gentleman was very personable and efficient, and communicated with me on date and time.

The whole transaction, from order date to delivery date went smoothly. Expect a 16 to 18 week wait, but was definately well worth it for the quality of the furniture and service I received.

It would be EXTREMELY valuable if you could see the item change appropriately to match the wood and color as you selected them. Also to be able to see the item interiors (e.g. Doors open and see inside). Also to see the interior dimensions of each drawer or cabinet area. The weight of the item would also be useful. It would be very helpful to have a method to try to understand the shipping costs.

Ordered a jewelry Armor January 7 2021. I was told 12 to 14 weeks to make and deliver. May 26,2021…. Still waiting. Called customer service today May 26 and Amish Outlet Store are doing inventory. They will call us in 2 weeks to let us know when it will ship. Should have never paid in full up front. They got there money and now the service sucks! Never buy from them again. If they contacted me periodically with updates I probably would be more understanding. Oh well lost a customer for life.

Our Gliders and Ottomans arrived in the time frame quoted to us when we ordered them. Amish Outlet Store are even more beautiful than I imagined they would be! The craftsman ship of the Chairs and Ottomans were excellent! The Upholstery was perfect! This work is truly a work of art! Everyone involved with our order was so professional and friendly, they always responded in a very timely manner and were a huge help to me during this process! I can't thank them ALL enough for our very beautiful furniture!

I had a [problem trying to get a quote on your website. I did not understand that you had to add the items to a quote cart. I hit the quote button or so I thought and stayed on the contact page. I spent the time to enter in the information with SKU's. A day or two later I received a response telling me to request a quote. I thought I had already done that. I have since understood my error. I would think the person that sent the reply to me could have just as easily forwarded my request to the quote person after sending me the email. Was a bit frustrating to potentially spend a lot of money with you to get the run around.

We bought dresser, chest of drawer & night stand in Arts & Crafts collection. Amish Outlet Store are the most well-built, perfectly beautiful furniture. Smooth surface, rich dark finish, perfectly positioned hardware. And how silent is it when we open drawers! We have been gazing at them in our bedroom like crazy people since we got them delivered. Finally the real furniture made out of real, custom made wood! And they smell wonderful.

I seldom submit reviews, but our experience with Amish Outlet Store was so pleasurable that I must submit this one. From my first telephone call, to the delivery and setup of our dining room furniture, every interaction with the staff was professional. By the time we placed our order, we knew exactly what we were getting. Every piece matched perfectly (after we selected the stain and finish from samples that were mailed to us.) Each piece was beautifully crafted. The delivery was made as promised, on time, even though we live many states away from the factory. We were called by the driver in transit so we could make arrangements for delivery at an exact time. This manufacturer is very easy to deal with, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, and the product is above expectations. If you want a perfect experience with selection of furniture, I highly recommend Amish Outlet Store. You may need to wait a bit, but it is well worth it!

We ordered a mule chest for our bedroom and nesting tables for our living room from AOS after looking in so many places. Our pieces were delivered yesterday and Amish Outlet Store are beautiful! The work is impeccable and we love the stain we selected. Ryan was so great to work with and everything went flawlessly. We received our pieces exactly when the company told us they would be delivered. I would definitely order from AOS again. We have a local company here in California that sells Amish furniture and their prices were double what we paid at AOS.

I recently ordered a kitchen table and bar stools. Ryan was wonderful helping me with all the different options and sending samples on 3 different occasions! I wanted to do two different stains / finishes for the base vs. top and he explained all the options really well. It took a few tries to match the samples to my decor but he was very patient and made sure I got it right before finalizing the order. I wasn't present for the delivery but my husband said Amish Outlet Store were awesome - friendly and set everything up to make sure it was perfect before they left. I love the furniture - it matches perfectly and is such good quality. I highly recommend Amish Outlet Store - it is totally worth the wait for custom build / delivery. (This is the 3rd time over the years I've ordered from them. I have an awesome office L-shaped desk and hutch, a dining table and a china cabinet. Love them all.)

I had the distinct pleasure of having Joyce assist me with a product I am interested in. I am (blessedly) recovering from a ruptured brain aneurysm and do not always understand the simplest descriptions. Joyce was so kind, supportive and amazing at dealing with me! I honestly felt like she was a member of my family. That being said, you can be sure that if I plan on purchasing ANYTHING your store will always be the first on my list! I ordered the Tiverton Loveseat in Reclaimed Barnwood which I am happily sitting in as I write this review. It is comfortable, sturdy and gorgeous! I was so happy with the company, I added 2 side tables, a TV stand and a bed to my order. Amish Outlet Store gave me a larger discount and I saved a bundle by having it all shipped together. As I said to the manager, I could not be happier with everything I got. The craftsmanship is stellar and these pieces will last a lifetime. Even the shipper was a delight. I will be adding a 6th piece, an Armoire very soon.
