Aqua Science

I placed my order for a float assembly Feb. 28th. By March 6th. I still have not received the part. I called March 7th to find out the part was never shipped.

My representative had to go to shipping to find out why the order wasn't shipped.


he assured me that the part would be sent out that day.

I can't say it enough…. AquaScience has been awesome in its support "after the sale"…. I encountered a problem with a new pump recently placed into service. AquaScience has been super responsive to my dilemma…. Especially Jim Tutko…. I would not hesitate to recommend AquaScience to anyone in need of a pump!

Terrible follow up/service. Placed the order in December and only received the tank in February for a stocked item. Had to provide card details twice due to lost details by rep, but only when I called to follow up a few weeks later. Not sure if it is them too busy, covid or just not caring.

I have been using Aqua Science for over 6 years now for all my well water supplies. When I had a problem with my pressure tank and needed to replace it under warrantee it was trouble free. Aqua Science are my go to supplier.

I had questions on what system to choose. Jim took the time to explain in details per requirement of the household.

decided to go with a different type of water filtration system. Aqua Science promptly cancelled and refunded the order.

I ordered some tank tees from the Aqua Science website. I received tees that were different than those pictured on the website and on my order. (Contrary to the picture on the website, there were no unions to allow the tank tees to be mounted in the correct position. The PRV is required to point down by code, so the parts sent were not compatible with code.) I tried to discuss with customer service, but Aqua Science apparently don't have any experience in plumbing and couldn't understand the issue. The took the parts back, but wouldn't refund the full price. Very unhappy with Aqua Science. I'll use Supply House in the future.
Update - the full amount was finally refunded. However, the fault was clearly that of Aqua Science by posting the incorrect picture with the item, so it should have been fully refunded without delay.

Easy checkout, had everything I needed. Customer service rep was knowledgeable of the website and equipment questions I had. Manager returned calls promptly and is willing to work with me on a delivery date. M

I ordered my pressure tank and it came within a week. It actually arrived two days sooner than expected! Aqua Science had the best price and great service. I would buy again from them in a heart beat.

The tank had a small dent on the bottom caused by the shipper. Aqua Science offered to fix the tank but, since it didn't affect the workings of the tank, I declined the offer. Aqua Science were great to work with!!

The Bottom Line is that the Folks at Aqua Science Rock! I am so glad to have them as a Local Resource for any Well or Water Issue. Even if I was not local I would use them over any one else.

Great service. All items in stock and shipped very quickly. Katalox tank controller was defective, and replacement shipped immediately. One suggestion is that the sheet supplied that listed the valve type and specific setting include a column for the AIO valve selection.

I spoke to a very nice lady who was extremely helpful. She shipped the item the very same day and free shipping was a really welcome bonus. Could not have been more satisfied. Will always check this site first before ordering from anyone else.

Ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday. I had the pump out but found a broken wire to the pump. Called Aqua Science to return the pump Aqua Science excepted it without question. Really great service and will use them again

Great price. Good products. Very knowledgeable staff. I called rather than trust my limited knowledge to order what I needed over the internet. Turns out the site was actually very clear and I had actually picked the right stuff to begin with. Still, ordering over the phone was just as quick. If i had to pick one grumble it would be their preference to use FedEx as their shipper. Getting something from east to west take FedEx forever. Still, my order went out the next business day and I have followed it daily. Seems to be making faster progress this time.

I have had these cards for decades, first time I ever had problems. Delayed my order. The related materials I ordered from A****n arrived weeks earlier, ordered with same card. The controller looks good, have not yet installed.

I like the locking well cap. I buying it to keep my copper wires from being stolen. I have been rob more than once in 2021. I hope it will work.the cap seems to be good quality.

Would've given a five star except when I used the express paypal checkou without registering my cart was someone else's order. Had to register as a new user and it found my cart after I returned from the paypal site. Might want to correct that.

I contacted them… told them what I had and needed. Aqua Science gave me the proper well pump size.
Had to go with a soft start well pump to work with my solar battery backup. Current pump I had had too much surge current that would overload batteries.

So far so good. First order. Only issue I had was the dome hole cover was broken I called and Jim said he would send me a replacement dome hole cover.

Called them twice during my purchase. Both times customer service was A+. Aqua Science shipped the item out fast to meet our needs. Would definitely deal with again. Thanks

Easy to order and was at my door in 4 days. The pump I ordered was heavy and ups left it on my front porch from 2' +, very loud when it hit the ground. Fortunately everything was intact and is working well. Some people are just $$$holes

Ordered a replacement meter housing to replace a leaking one. On-line order system indicated a two-day ship time after it left the warehouse. In actuality, the shipping took four days.

I had a pump run dry and fail and called and Aqua Science sent a replacement that day which I got the following day and was able to get things going again.

Very easy communication. Sales person ( Jim Tutko) was very helpful, figured out what I need after I sent him pictures he asked for. Shipped fast. Packaged well. Product as described. Good price. Will definitely use this company again

Ordering was easy and purchase was easy. It took a few days to come in. Product was exactly as described works as you would expected it kept me from bending the main well pipe. I just wish I could purchase replacement rollers with it or Aqua Science would at least send least one spare. They seem like they will hold up for years to come but I just like spare parts for just in case emergencies.

I have a point well and my jet pump was on its last leg. I called and talk with one of their technician about getting a new Goulds pump. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I was surprised that the prices on their site was not just for businesses but for everyone. I order my pump and everything else I needed to replace my old one. Even better surprise was that I got it the next day! I would always recommend Aqua Science to anyone who has a plumbing project. Keep up the great work!
