Website ordering is a little kludgy
Website ordering is a little kludgy. Initially, I changed the number of items ordered in the cart display and almost finished with check out before I realized that those changes had not been saved. Had to go back and enter a separate change for each of the two filters for which I wanted to order 2.

Found the "hard to find" part
Jim at Aqua Science knew what the part was that I was looking for even though there was no part number to be found. After emailing a picture to him to confirm was I was seeking. He found it and even threw in an extra gasket. Excellent customer service. Despite living in Texas I will continue to use Aqua Science for all my water pump and softener needs.

Always great experience with Aqua Science
Spoke to Jim to order piston for water softener. He is always so pleasant and helpful anytime I called. Best part is when I ordered the piston, it arrived the very next morning. Can't get better service than that. Their price was the cheapest also. Second time buying from you.

Excellent quality and customer service
Requested a water test kit which arrived promptly with easy to read instructions on how to collect the water sample. Returned the sample and received an easy to read analysis of the sample. This was an easy no BS process. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service
I needed my well Water tested and Aqua Science were able to take care of this for free. Once I receive the results they identified what I needed very quickly. I easily placed the order and it was shipped super fast. Great customer service.

Haven't had the tank hooked up yet. Delivery was timely. Otherwise no comment.

The call went well. Have not yet received the requested part that was broken in the box.

Not a scam lol
I will say I was a little apprehensive at first due to name recognition or lack of it for me, however product arrived quickly and at a good price, so I'm very satisfied and in the future if the need arises I'll be sure to revisit.

Not finished yet
Not yet finished with my transaction with Aqua Science. Returned a part that I ordered and to see if I get a credit for the returned item. After that I will have more to say.

It's been a week and still don't have what I ordered
I paid $15 for fedex ground shipping.
It was shipped with usps. Last true update was Friday where it was in Kansas City.
Now it only says in route to next destination.

Pressure tank pandemic
My experience was good I couldn't find this product anywhere so I told them to put me on a waiting list. Aqua Science called me back when they got the tank so I ordered it and they sent it out. Unfortunately when I got the tank it was damaged so I called them up and sent pictures. They sent me a replacement right away and the woman I talked to was very nice.

Arno 21 Water treatment.
Fast, efficient and courteous service. Sent in my well report was told what I needed based on the report. I paid for the parts over phone with credit card. My installer picked up the parts and that was it, simple.

Great Company
Worked with Page at Aqua Science today what a helpful and friendly employee. She followed up on a order that was not entered correct and fixed the error before the order was shipped!

Page is the best person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
