Old orders are not linked to the inventory when in fact the same plants or on the current inventory. But my only real complaint is the snails that comes with the plants. This creates infestations. Please provide snail free pants or send info on how to eradicate before adding plants to the aquarium.

AquariumPlants.com sent me plants that infested my tank with snails.
When I called customer service, the person answering the phone was very rude and hung up on me.
When I called back, he said "you were jumping on me" when I said "you sent me a product that has now ruined my tank"
He started talking about how he personally did not ship the item; it wasn't his fault. I actually had to explain that my statement meant the company he represents, not him personally.
He then went on to tell me how everybody who works there is completely worthless and that's why he was answering the phones.

I was VERY pleased with the selection and individual descriptions AquariumPlants provided on their web site. Their prices are very fair. I placed a large order of plants for our 32-gallon rimless planted aquarium. I was extremely impressed with their $9.99 FedEx 2-Day shipping for live plant orders after having had some bad shipping experiences with other on-line live plant sellers. AquariumPlants.com ship early in the week so your order doesn't sit anywhere in the heat/cold. Their communications during the entire process was EXCELLENT. Their plants were very carefully packed in a box... and arrived FRESH and HEALTHY. I give AquariumPlants my strongest recommendation! Nicely done!

Giving 3/5, the two orders of Java Moss look fantastic, but i had also ordered bloodworms. Without forewarning the bloodworms were subbed for Seachem betta pellets. I was really looking forward to receiving the bloodworms and am honestly disappointed not to have received an email before my order was shipped, as i would have been completely okay with waiting for all items to be stocked.

A very small snail had stowed away in one of the plants i got from my last shipment with you, and these plants are for his new tank! His name is Gerald and he has cloned himself several times within the last month. All of his clones are named Gerald too, and I hope AquariumPlants.com like these new plants! Maybe they will even get a new friend <|:•)

There was a special on the website to get 30$ off a CO2 cylinder with purchase of a carbon doser regulator. At checkout, no discount was. I called customer service. AquariumPlants.com were very pleasant and said there was a problem with the website and it would be fixed and to try again the following day. I did that about 7 times over the next week and a half with the same result. I left multiple messages on their answering machine with no call back. Finally, I just paid the extra money out of frustration.

Great prices, and great company. This is my 2nd 10lb aluminum co2 cylinder from this company and AquariumPlants.com are great. Also they do have the best prices for new aluminum co2 cylinders. Great quality. I'm purchasing this one after having issues with a new 5lb aluminum cylinder purchased last year from another vender. That was before I discovered aquariumplants.com

The order was placed with ease put the follow up has not been good. The shipment was marked to arrive the 18th but did not show up until after 6:30 PM on the 21th. The plants were packed with ice bag that I paid extra but that did not help as the temp in the bag was 95.4 degrees. I received no follow up on an email sent. Very poor service. Most of the plants I hope will make it.

I never got a email back or did any one answer the phone when I called this morning

First: I understand the need for ice packs, however, there is nothing to explain how many are needed. The warning sign on my order window stated that I needed ice packs, so I searched how many are recommended and found no information, not to say it does not exist, I could not find it. I ordered six and got one for. 98 cents, the rest were. 99 cents. This adds up, most companies that ship cold add the cost of ice packs to the price of the item (I completely understand the cost of doing business) for example: I order Wagyu beef from Jimmy P's in Naples Florida. I do not get charged extra for shipping the beef wrapped in cold packs. I'm sure the price is adjusted to cover this need. I, as the consumer, do not know how many cold packs are required.
Second: There is an issue with the PayPal action cart. I used my PC, MAC, IPhone and IPad. What worked for payment was Amazon Pay. A bit frustrating. Seems like a long way to get to purchase your products.
Third: This one is probably cultural and reflects how we do business today. I tried calling and the voice mail stated to leave a message or send an email. I do not believe its a good way to take care of real time issues. I'm old, what can I say. I like to talk to a person, plus it gives me an opportunity to ask questions about a product.

The first and second are the most frustrating, the third I can live with. Depending on how this shipment goes, I may come back to order more items.

Your plants are always medium large 6" or large "12 and bushy when I order. The plants do not melt away in my aquarium before AquariumPlants.com have a new healthy mid size baby plant. My last order was my first time ordering mother plants. The mother plants had baby plants already attached, which worked out well because the mother plants were ready to melt away. I am looking forward to ordering more mother plants when you get them.

I am a loyal fan of aquarium plants and liked the old way of searching for plants when all the plants are listed because I do not know which plants to buy since I am a newbie to the hobby. I used to be able to click on all plants then bought many that I would have never known if it was this new system. Very bad for buyers especially if AquariumPlants.com do not know anything about plants.

Placed order with Guaranteed 2 day Shipping. Order received 4 days later. Contacted with the understanding that FedEx made the mistake. Mark tells me that he loses money on shipping but he would refund my money. Due to the late delivery I was out of town so was advised to have the Baby Tears set in tank until my return, when I arrived home the were dead. Sent an email with pictures and the company would never respond to my complaints. No refunds or order replacement after told I would be covered 100%. Great company if no problems but if something happens the customer suffers not the business!

The plants seem to be in excellent condition. Since the staff put time and effort into their tasks, it stands out. I would strongly advise someone to consider putting an order with AquariumPlants!

Update: AquariumPlants.com fixed the website and sent me a 30$ refund. The process was a little frustrating but nobody is perfect and in the end, they did exactly what they promised, so I'm changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. By the way, the CarbonDoser is fantastic.

The quality of the plants I have purchased from them was excellent. AquariumPlants.com arrived health, looking great and they give you a large amount. The prices are also quite reasonable for what you receive.

I have used their brand of substrate and it works wonders in planted aquariums. I highly recommend that. My plants respond quite favorably with this stuff. The root systems are strong, their colors are great, and they grow like weeds.

I have their complete ultimate co2 system and I have to say I really like the electronic regulator; it simplifies things so much. No more annoying bubble counting, you just set the rate and let it do its thing.

I do have a complaint though. Out of all the purchases I have made with them, about 2/3 have had issues; either items are missing or malfunctioning. They do always fix the problem in a short time so while it is annoying, it's not that big of a deal.

I see the code error I saw before was fixed. Could be the reason for not finishing order. I thought I did. Here again is the code error:

I read a bunch of reviews after I made my purchase. I started to get nervous because of the negative reviews. My order was placed on a Tuesday. I received a text telling my order was ready to ship the next day. Today is Friday and my plants arrived.

I immediately opened the package and started sorting plants by species. Then I mixed up a bleach bath and rinsed everything, sorted and separated the bunch plants and had everything laid out. I'm pleased with the selection that was provided. I ordered a 12 pack and received about 25 individual plants after separating everything out. That's the best deal you will find anywhere.

I will be placing another larger order thanks to the success of my first one. Don't be worried about snails, just make sure to either quarantine everything first, or bleach bath them before you plant.

My plant order arrived a few days after ordering, it was wrapped very well to keep the plants wet.
I was amazed at how fresh each and every piece looked, like it had been pulled out of a tank just moments ago. Additionally, the plants were larger than I expected which was a big bonus in my opinion. I have never bought plants online that looked this great

I absolutely love this store. I just made a recent order after their harvest day and was told I had to leave the country a week before my delivery. I contacted customer service immediately afterwards asking if AquariumPlants.com could push my shipment back until after the new year. Instead within an hour I received a response back stating they would harvest for me immediately and ship it the next day. The products are always amazing and very vibrant but now added on top of that they are also proving to be an amazing bunch of people. Fast and easy. Great details and descriptions of all products! Make sure to check their shipping info. It all depends on what day you order from them, but mine arrived super fast after shipped, and all of my plants were healthy and alive! This is my second purchase with them and both of my orders turned out great. AquariumPlants.com haven't let me down yet! Upon arrival plants were very cold. I wish AquariumPlants.com were packed in something more than butcher paper.
Plants in bundles had no roots growing at all, I hope they grow quickly in my tank.

Many things are out of stock and I'm not certain if I'm buying the right plants or not for my aquarium. Not enough information. Whats the difference between all these buzzwords? Ludwigia super red mini vs Ludwigia narrow leaf, ludwigia palustris? Attributes and requirements between the two seem identical but one costs way more than the other and one is in-stock versus one that's out of stock. Doesn't make any sense!

Everything worked well through selection of product until you get to shipping. I ordered 2 fluorescent bulbs and shipping had only one option, 2 day air $9.99 for plants. Why would I need 2 day air for light bulbs unless I wish to pay extra for expedited shipping. Seemed strange, never experienced this before.

Never ever purchase from here. I ordered some items and after two weeks gave a call as nothing was ever sent and I was told I would be getting a call back. Another week later and no call back and then any of my calls never get answered. NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE! I will be taking further action now as I never received anything at all.

Also, which I consider REALLY IMPORTANT, is that AquariumPlants.com saved my shopping cart indefinitely. That simple thing, plus an email that a plant was back in stock today made me able to complete my purchase from probably a month ago when I started my order!

Plants came diseased with planaria and hydra, not to mention string algae. Awful customer service, none of them know what they're doing in the least. Always say you should expect some dead plants and pest's on your plants and its your bad for not expecting it. Terrible business should die out before to long but wanted to let buyers beware.

Great! I have a fully planted aquarium from this website a I love it. I only needed one more plant because I lost my pennywort unfortunaley. It was planted in gravel with a root tab next to it and it seemed to melt within few days. I also have an all in one fertilizer so it couldtn have been the nutrients. I gave it the right amount of lighitng. So just not sure what went wrong. Excited to try this plant out!
