I wish there were better instructions for plant care. What temperatures can each plant live under? How much light does each plant need? Do some plants die under light? Can some plants survive with barely any light? How does each plant need to be planted? Can the roots be buried in the substrate? Should AquariumPlants.com be tied to a rock or log instead? Are they a floating only plant? How hard are they to take care of? What is the scale based on? Will any of the plants need supplements to help them growth? It would be nice to know before buying. It's a pain to have to research each individual plant before buying. I was specifically looking for low-light, coldwater plants that are easy to take care of.

You have all the aquatic plants I was interested in for my turtle's yard pond; and your local in Florida so I expect they'll arrive in much better condition than previous purchase which came from California. I got great advise by phone on Azolla for my turtle to eat. Thank you and fingers crossed they'll thrive.

I am a long time customer (many years.) I am disappointed in the number of species of "show plants"/large size items offered for sale. Your web site says "not available, we will email you when AquariumPlants.com are here." Then they never show up. In past years there have been many more available. Please "fluff up" that product category to former levels (or even better.)

I am excited to receive my new plants and hope all are healthy, fresh and alive when I receive them. Everything in the pictures on line including the information about the plants look great and are easy to understand. This helped me select just 5he right plants for my aquarium use.

So far so good, this could certainly change at any point as the main thing that I bought was priced at $0.00 so I put a note in the order that if that isn't the correct price that I do not want it and the order should be canceled (which by the way I don't expect it to be correct and won't be mad if it isn't... I just expect to be reimbursed the money that I was charged for shipping and the other item promptly and I will still give the experience 5 stars)

Best packing system I've seen. Plants are thoroughly protected; packaged very well. Your website does need more representatives pics of all plants though... as well as more detail on each plant's unique needs. Beginners will have no problems. More advanced freshwater fanatics will need more for such a respected business as yours.

Recently my son ha a birthday so I have decided to gift him fish. However, I wisely understood that fish required good aquarium, because without it AquariumPlants.com wouldn't be able to live. So, I started to search for good aquariums and faced this website. This company provides people with aquariums around the world and they have pretty good conditions concerning shipping and delivery. It attracted me a lot and I applied to them in order to find out how much would I pay for shipping. The sum was amazing and ordered an aquarium. My son was delighted by the gift and I was delighted by the communication with this company.

Received my plants a few minutes ago and began to open the box. The plants were neatly packaged with two layers of wrapping paper. Inside the paper a plastic bag, nearly sealed and inside the plastic bag was a wet layer of wrapping paper and smaller plastic bags containing the ordered plants. Outstanding! Very impressed indeed. Will order again and might I add the plants very beauties.

I order some plants and never got any email that AquariumPlants.com had arrived at a pickup location in my town like I was told I would get. Called and was spoken to in a very rude manner saying it was my responsibility to know when the plants arrived. Was told it is my fault now that the plants have to be returned to the sender and they have to pay extra shipping fees. A very unprofessional business, would not recommend it. Many other retailers out there with better customer service.

I like the selection. To bad you were sold out of a lot of items. Also I think shipping should have a free option if you spend a certain amount.
Plants arrived in good shape. I put them in the tank and we will see how AquariumPlants.com do.
After an hour or so in the tank my fish have eaten all of 1 of the plant matts I purchased. I hope it will grow back.

I was VERY pleased with the selection and individual descriptions AquariumPlants provided on their web site. Their prices are very fair. I placed a large order of plants for our 32-gallon rimless planted aquarium. I was extremely impressed with their $9.99 FedEx 2-Day shipping for live plant orders after having had some bad shipping experiences with other on-line live plant sellers. AquariumPlants.com ship early in the week so your order doesn't sit anywhere in the heat/cold. Their communications during the entire process was EXCELLENT. Their plants were very carefully packed in a box... and arrived FRESH and HEALTHY. I give AquariumPlants my strongest recommendation! Nicely done!

AquariumPlants.Com is a good source for aquarium plants when you need a lot. AquariumPlants.com are affordable, and you get your moneys worth. The quality is usually alright, but customer service doesn't respond if there is an issue, so I stopped trying. I have used them dozens of times though, and all in all, it's worth it.

I bought four mats of monte carlo, which is hard enough to find in stock anywhere, as well as a pack of 12 plants of AP's choice. I got a very nice variety of plants that will work well for my ten gallon tank, including a very highly desirable anubias nana and nymphoides aquatica. I was quite worried when FedEx held onto the package for five days, but the plants that were shipped were amazingly robust. All arrived green and healthy. No evidence of algae or snails, but I followed instructions for an alum dip just in case.

Plants came in good condition, some browning on one of the clippings but that's normal. Best of all though, I haven't seen any pests! (aside from 1 worm, easily removed) So many aquatic plant sellers end up coming with hitchhikers, like pest snails, but I haven't seen any from these plants.

I ordered 3 crabs, one was dead when I received the package. I also do not believe I received all 3 of the Ammania senegalensis I ordered, only 2. Everything was put into one bag with no labels so I was unable to determine the myrio red I ordered from the cabomba red. Many things I wished to order were out of stock such as dwarf baby tears.

Attempt to create new account failed, then Pay Pal could not complete the transaction, then Kaspersky Password protection conflicted with Amazon pay, then I turned off Kaspersky but the Captcha verification seemed to think a mailbox was a parking meter. Finally, by activating an old account and turning off Kaspersky and selecting Amazon pay instead of PayPal, and completing a third Captcha verification, I was able to complete the purchase.

Plant descriptions could be more robust. For example, I purchased Shoreweed (Littorella Uniflora). There was no mention of CO2 supplementation requirements (needed, suggested, not needed, or otherwise), there was no mention of preferred habitat (immersed, submersed, marginal?), there was no mention of planting depth. My personal background is horticulture, so I know what I'm looking for. However, others frequently do not. These fields are areas where you can improve your quality of service by educating consumers on selection, placement, and care after purchase.
Overall though, I was happy with my experience.
