I live in orange country area, so I was not sure what kind of wedding band I wanted, since I am ordering from Hawaii. So far I have bought 2 yellow gold rings at different times to get an idea of the style and size I needed. I am in love with the last ring n style, I am now going to order the style I love in 14k gold. I am so satisfied with my rings and service.

Reeling from the theft of all my jewelry, I looked online to approximate values for the reports. After much searching, I found Arthur's, & there were my beautiful, expensive-looking yet affordable Hawaiian cuff bracelets! Exactly like the ones I'd bought at the now-defunct Polynesian Market Place! What was lost and irreplaceable was a click away! I hadn't heard of Arthur's Jewelry prior to searching for simple rose gold chains. When I found this store and was impressed with the pricing, I did a quick Google search to make sure there were positive reviews. My purchase was shipped the next business day and arrived via USPS Priority Mail just a few days later. I will absolutely shop here again next time I'm in the market for quality gold jewelry.

This sterling ring is beautifully designed and sturdy for every day wear. So far it has stayed shiny and the design is very comfortable. (I also have the same design in gold plate and much of the plating has worn off; so if you're deciding between the two, the silver will keep its finish much better.)

Years back my mom and dad brought back from a visit to Hawaii these beautiful silver bangles. Eventually Arthur's Jewelry were stolen at work and it was hard for me since my dad had passed. He was born and raised in Hawaii so the jewelry really had a sentimental value. So I wanted to replace them and was so happy to find them! I was searching for a rose gold bead chain 24" or longer. Arthur had it and the price is amazing. Every place that has it was either 14k rose gold filled or it was extremely expensive, $200+. Arthur's prices are amazing and shipping was fantastic.

I purchased a coral ring for our 35th wedding anniversary two month in advance of the special day (I rarely do this!). My Wife loved the ring and wore it often in the following week until the coral stone fell off. The setting looks undamaged so I contacted Arthur's via their website for repair guidance. Two weeks have gone by with no response and I was debating what to do next when I read the fine print about returns and exchanges. 30 days from the purchase date seems ridiculous given the time required for delivery. The fact that I received no response was even more disappointing. Arthur's Jewelry have nice merchandise but I won't be a customer in the future.

I purchased earrings for my friends birthday. Arthur's Jewelry were shipped very quickly and she received order within 3 days! She loved the earrings and I was extremely pleased with shopping, ordering, delivery and quality. I have ordered before and will again.!

I ordered a little sea turtle pendant and a chain. The order was processed quickly and mailed out from Hawaii. In just a very few days, I got my little turtle and he is just as cute as the picture showed him. I love him! Would definitely order from Arthur's Jewelry again.

I have purchased so much jewellery from this place & always had great service. However my experience this time was horrible. The tracking on my package hasn't moved in 5 days but Arthur's Jewelry refuse to do anything. They said to WAIT 21 DAYS for my order to arrive. Ridiculous, did even offer a partial discount for the delay - siting slow delivery except for the fact that I'm an eBay seller & know that shipments have NOT been moving slow at all. I'd never order from this joke of an establishment again. No Aloha in their spirit.

My experience was fantastic. Arthur's Jewelry replied promptly and friendly to questions regarding shipping etc. The shipping was even faster than anticipated and I luckily received my order in time for mother's day. The pendent I ordered even came in a 'nice' box that could be used as a gift box if you're not too fussy about these kinds of things.

I ordered three Honu sea turtle pendants for my granddaughters for Christmas because Arthur's Jewelry recently visited Hawaii and snorkeled with them. The pendants are a reminder of a wonderful vacation and they were absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered a two-tone ring, silver and gold, at a very reasonable price and I love it. (8mm Hawaiian Plumeria Maile Gold on 925 Silver). This is an attractive ring and I recommend it to anyone searching for a beautiful remembrance of Hawaii.

I ordered 11 mm white gold plumeria charm and white gold box chain. Both are beautiful and quality metal because I had no reaction as I do to gold sometimes. Perfect size charm and chain. My order came in 2 days! Very happy with Arthurs.

My first purchase was through Amazon. I bought a Kuuipo ring and loved it so much that I went to their online store and found a matching bracelet. There was an issue with the tracking number but that was resolved quickly through email. I can't wait to see the bracelet. I highly recommend this store.

I've purchased several items over the past few years and my wife has always been happy. Arthur answers any questions I have quickly and thoroughly. All the jewelry has been high quality and nice. Pricing is also good. I'm sure I'll be buying more gifts in the near future.

Arthur's Jewelry sent me my orders very quickly, and the jewelry is beautiful! I ordered some items through Amazon and then also through Arthur's site directly, and I think the prices were higher on Amazon, so going directly to their website to browse and order may save you some money, especially with their free shipping offer (I think it was with an order of $75ish). Very happy with my experience and my purchases!

I have at 3 different times purchased plumeria stud earrings; each in a different metal - one pair a gift to my daughter. We love them all! And each arrived to Colorado within 5, if not 4, days!

Just by taking the time and look back on file for a two year old sale and care for customer to acquire the same product after was delivered and customer identifying the differences between both products, Athur Jewelry accepting a returned and sending back the product that was originally bought before is priceless specially when the piece jewelry has special meaning for the customer.
