I ordered the golden hang loose hands. Arthur's Jewelry have a very special meaning towards me. Co.ing drom Honolulu made it even more special. In 1973 Elvis Presley performed at the Honolulu center in Aloha From Hawaii where he signaled the Hang Loose sign. I was 5 years old being present there. 44 years later I met my wife with the same feeling for. Elvis. And to seal our love I bought the hands hang loose.

I don't live back home in Hawaii because I moved to the Mainland and now that I live in the Mainland the only place I go to for Hawaiian Jewelry is Arthur's Hawaiian Jewelry because his prices are the best there is and Very Affordable and his jewelry NEVER did tarnish, and I will continue to buy from him.

Was looking to buy hawaiian sterling silver rings and Arthur's Jewelry has a wide range of selections at unbeatable prices. As an islander living in Minnesota, I love how the selections on the site were different than regular jewelry and shipping was prompt and fast. Customer service was also very helpful when I forgot to put my apartment number on the shipping address and had it shipped twice!

My son loves Manta Rays. So I thought it would be nice to get him a gold charm of one. I thought it would be really easy to find locally since we live in Florida. I was wrong! So I had to search online. And I am so glad I did! I found the perfect one! It arrived in time for his birthday. The quality and details are just perfect!

I paid for 2-day or perhaps next day shipping and didn't get my item until 2 weeks later. The tracker said the item hadn't been shipped. The item was just what I wanted, the only thing is, I wish I hadn't paid for that 2-day shipping because I didn't get it on time. I also keep getting emails to write a review, so that's why I am writing this.

I recently purchased the 14k pendant. I was thrilled when I opened the box. I purchased this to replace a pendant I purchased on a trip to Hawaii in 2002. This pendant is more beautiful, the edging sets off the petals perfectly. I may have to return to purchase the tri color version.

I called by phone to notify them that It had been a week past the arrival date of my order, based on the tracking info on my e-mail, the person didn't hesitate and mailed me a brand new order, without charge, and I received it the next couple days. Excellent!

The only issue I had with purchasing from this site was I did not get a confirmation of the order until Arthur's Jewelry shipped it which was a few days after the order. It would be nice to get a confirmation of the order when placed so I knew the order was in the works

Arthur had shipped the wrong bracelet sizes for my granddaughters' Christmas gifts, the return was easy and Arthur kindly replaced the bracelets with the correct sizing, just in time for Christmas! I bought a yellow gold plated solid 925 sterling silver Hawaiian 3 Plumeria flower ring with a Cubic Zirconia stone as a engagement ring along with other yellow plumeria flower jewelry, for my future wife, and she loved it, there are no words to describe how magnificent is this jewelry, I had doubts before buying it, but once I saw the Items, I was like "whoao" personally I would give 20 stars...

I ordered these earrings for a birthday gift for my neice. The postage took a little longer than expected but that was due to the heavy Christmas post.
My neice was enthralled with her earrings, she loves Turtles and often goes on holiday to places where she can see them. Overall a very positive experience with Arthur's Jewellery.

I got the bracelet but the package was destroyed and the bracelet bent as it was in an envelope and it had jammed in the machines. The bracelet was still very beautiful and excellent quality but it was not actually the pattern that I had ordered which was disappointing as I had ordered the same pattern as myself, my sisters and our mother as part of a family tradition. Since it takes a long time to get here there wasn't time to switch the bracelet before Christmas even if Arthur's Jewelry had been willing. It is beautiful but the whole experience was a bit disappointing.

Loved the fact that I was updated regularly on my order. From the time the order was placed, the actual shipment and arrival, I was always updated. Shipping was very cost effective and order was received in a timely manner considering it was shipped to the east coast!

I have been visiting Arthurs jewelry site for a few years and I am very happy with my orders. Arthur's Jewelry are quick and keep you posted as to what is happening with your order. I will continue to visit the site and buy from Arthurs. They go above and beyond helping a customer.

Excellent experience not once, but twice! Each time the lovely earrings are perfect - loved for Mother's Day for my daughter and this past week another, but a little different pair, for myself. Ordering and receiving could not have been better, too.

After leaving Hawaii so many years ago, the jewelry is a small and very unique way to remember the feel the aloha spirit everyday. I have several of these bracelets and decided to add to my collection.
I was was very pleased with the 10mm bracelet I selected. Beautiful plumeria and scroll work. Nice weight. It's not a cheap piece of silver. It was worth the price I paid and delivery was exceptionally fantastic. I will be ordering a 5 mm soon to have a complete set of four
