A hassle EVERY TIME! Click bait promos!
So, I have ordered a few times from AutoAnything. It's been a hassle every time! I have managed to get decent deals but only after spending nearly an hour on the chat and on the phone. Their checkout is always glitchy, trying to require you to choose a shipping option on each item when it should be free shipping. Their BIG SALE promo codes have never applied to any item I've wanted to purchase and when Auto Anything do give you discounts, it doesn't seem to make sense and doesn't match the total in checkout? But if you want to spend time on a chat or on the phone they can manually enter an order... but It's just a cluster. Ain't got time for that! LOL
First time I bought from them was about 10 years ago and once recently with many attempts in between and one attempt today that I abandoned after getting the run around. I'm not sure how they stay in business?

I purchased a covercraft HD Car cover from this company with the understanding that it could be returned if it leaks. I explained to the 'Sales guy' that I live in Florida and I need a tough cover for hard rain. He pushed the HD model saying if I'm not satisfied I could return it for my money back. HE LIED!
This cover is a CHEAP one layer COVER that leaks at the seams.
After removing the cover there were small puddles throughout.
I contacted them and Auto Anything said it wasn't refundable. I mentioned to listen the recorded sale for his mistake saying it can be returned. They said they would and told me to wait three days or so. Assuming they denied my refund and they never returned any phone call.
Unacceptable! I paid almost 300 dollars for a something I could have purchased on ebay for $30. Do not use AutoAnthing!
Do not make the mistake I did and many others. I should've read their outstanding poor reviews first! You are warned!
There is no negative scale to rate this company!
If you are a representative of AutoAnything reading this, refund me my money in full and I will be happy to change this review to a positive experience.

Nissan pathfinder
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I have a 2013 Nissan pathfinder. I do my research... The ONLY Option for 2013 and on is a 3.5L V6. Their Site says 4.0L for 2013. I called to make sure that their site was just wrong. After 30 minutes on hold Auto Anything told me they called the Taylor Manufacturer of the Helix throttle Body spacer I wanted AND talked to their Web guys and all confirmed that I was ordering the correct part. After taking my throttle body and top 1/2 of motor off the dam thing did not fit. Part #'s matched. Description on the package that they stuck a label over did not match. The description on the box says 2005- 2011 Frontier/Pathfinder. When I told the Returns Customer Service lady this she called someone and left me on hold for 15 minutes again. She got back on the phone and told me they are the same thing. This B*&^$ would get fired from McDonalds. I highly doubt the Manufacturer told her it's the same thing as it is very different. 1 good thing is that I will get my money back. My suggestion is that you tell them without a doubt that is a manufacturer defect. I never strayed from that and they agreed to ship it back for free and refund my money.

There were issues, but AutoAnything made the effort.
I ordered a lift kit for my truck/trailer about two weeks ago. At first, with the first 2 orders there was confusion and AutoAnything canceled the orders. Problem - Auto Anything never contacted me to let me know. And the reason for cancellation both times was a delivery address issue. It was several days before I contacted them each time only to find out that the order had been canceled. Finally, on the 3rd try, with the help of customer service and the accounting department, we finally got a workable order done. I never thought it would be so complicated.

After all was said and done, they gave me the part at cost and charged no tax. They ate the shipping cost and I basically paid the listed price for it. Then Fedex fouled everything up.

When I did contact AutoAnything by either live chat or phone they were always attentive and helpful. I found that communication was the key here and they tried.

When Fedex finally decided to release the package that they were holding hostage (for no apparent reason); I found that the kit was very stout and in excellent condition (new). It is what I wanted and I hope that all will go well with the install.

Would I use AutoAnything again? Probably. I would just request from them that they not use Fedex as their delivery agent and also to remember that communication with the customer is critical.

Wish I read these reviews before buying!
Do not use this company! We bought a dashmat for our van for $44.99. When it arrived and we put it on the dash and drove, we found that the sun glare from the light gray color and fabric impairs our vision ("suede" version), and that some of the stitching was not attached. Auto Anything have a 30-day return policy.

Re returns, the website says the rep will issue an RA #. Not true for our sale. "Amanda: said she would request return authorization and contact us. Nope. Called a week later, same story. A week later it finally came, it wasn't from AutoAnything - the shipping label is directly to Covercraft in Oklahoma. AND, the credit is only for $26.29!

Where is our $18.70. Another call to AutoAnything got me a rude rep who said this was for shipping! I said it was ridiculous and asked to speak to the original rep, Amanda, who was "busy." Rude girl said she would pass the message to her. No call back. 2 more calls to Amanda, ext. 1 - left messages - no return call. Wrote a chat - they can't help. Sent an email - they can't help. One must call.

What we surmise is that $26.29 is near what they paid Covercraft to drop ship the item so it is all that Covercraft will refund. Still trying to get this settled and we ordered it July 24! I am calling them ONE MORE TIME and then contacting my credit card co.

STAY AWAT!
Please do not waste your money on buying the Putco Switchblade LED Tailgate Bar for your truck. I had it installed professionally and it stopped working within 3,000 miles of use. When I called Autoanything to get my money back Auto Anything wouldn't give me a replacement unless I uninstalled it and paid to ship it back. Also wasn't a guarantee they would replace it. I was not about to pay over $100 AGAIN to have it uninstalled and shipped. I sent them videos and everything and after about 3 weeks of talking to about all of the customer service reps I asked to speak with a manager and she did was give me $60 back after I spent $260 on this broken item. Thanks to them I have a brand new beautiful f150 that has a messed up looking tailgate bar on the back making it look like crap. Thanks! Please stay away! They are nice in the beginning but when you ask for your money back it is a nightmare.

I've ordered thousands of dollars of parts in my life online and on the phone from various companies, summit, jegs Offroad design, Barnes 4wd, eBay, Amazon and several others for the 69 Chevy Blazer money pit. And many other vehicles, rarely have I had an issue with a wrong part, shipping, or customer service.

Recently placed a order with a company called Morris 4x4 center out of Florida.
Which is owned by autoanything, to my understanding.

1. Ordered VI-10009 Viair onboard kit, in stock supposedly. Auto Anything sent me a mustang gauge dash part? It's a Jeep store/4x4 store? And doesn't even show up on their website.

I spent over 5 hours on hold trying to get the issue resolved. I could contact a salesman n 5 minutes, but a customer service rep took forever and when I finally did get thru to one, they transferred/ put me on hold to another one.
Finally the 3rd rep supposedly gonna issue me a label for return of the wrong part and eventually a refund.
I've yet to receive it.
2. The part was wrongly advertised and they wouldn't honor the price.
3. Sent 2 emails, neither got a reply.
4. They said management would call me, before close. That didn't happen either.

So do yourself a favor, order from someone else, or a business with better customer service.

God awful
Ordered a grill and front end cover for a VW. After ordering, I found out that the previous estimated shipping was incorrect, and that it was actually going to take over a month for the cover to arrive. This wasn't stated anywhere prior to purchase, however I didn't sweat it too much. Just connected with their live chat and requested a refund.

At this point, I thought everything was going smoothly. We cancelled the order for the cover, the grill was still on its way. I was supposed to be refunded for the cover within 48hrs. A week goes by, still no refund. I decide to call their customer service number. Was left on hold for half an hour, never spoke to a real person. Ended up having to hang up, and left them an email.

My email included my order number, a callback number if needed, and simple instructions to make sure the refund went through. Waited a little over another week (busy, didn't have much time to try calling again). As you probably guessed, still no refund.

Currently on hold again, been 24 minutes. I considered giving them a 2 star, because at least my grill did show up. However, we all know it was drop-shipped anyways. So the people that deserve the real credit for getting it here are the people auto-anything drop shipped it from.

Bad Service from Auto Anything
I spent over $1200 dollars with this company if you want to call them a company. I call them a rip off group! I ordered several things on my very first order, and the one I have a problem with is a hood bug deflector that was bent in to during shipping. I spent approx.$125 for this and TRYING for 2 months now to get a refund. I have sent them pictures of the damaged product 3 times and Auto Anything say they haven't received them or can't see them. They take your money and if there is a problem with any of your items, TOO BAD THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND THAT"S WHAT THEY WANT! They do not care about customer service or the customer at all! Am I mad? YES I'm mad! Now I'm on a MISSION to get my money back! I will not quit until I do! Stay Away from this group! You will be ripped off! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! UPDATE- Kayrsa in Customer SERVICE HELPED me today and I finally got my money back! I hope this person finds a new jog with a company that has GREAT SERVICE like she does, Thanks Karysa you did good! I am a very fair and honest person but I have gotten totally screwed by them.

My Story:
I purchased a complete front and rear set of EBC brake pads for my 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe from Anything.com. I received the order in two shipments. The rear pads were delivered one week later and the front pads were delivered the following week.

When I received the rear pads, I attempted to install them and realized that one pad was missing the wear sensor. I called AutoAnything.com customer service and explained the problem. Customer service told me that he would have to notify the manufacturer which could take two days to get an answer and then he would email me the answer. He told me he was not allowed to send me another set of rear pads until he received an answer. I did not hear back from them and I called them back. Auto Anything told me that they sent me an email but I never received an email from them. In the meantime, I could not wait for their answer because I needed to replace the pads so I went on and installed the rear pads without the sensor.

Next, I received the front brake pads a week later. I attempted to install them and realized that they did not fit. I called customer service and was transferred to tech support. I explained the problem and he told me to try and install them without the metal guides. IT DID NOT WORK. I called him back within 10 minutes and had to leave a voice mail. I did not hear back from him and left another voice mail an hour later. I did not hear back.

I finally called customer service again and talked to a very nice woman. She connected me to the same tech but the only thing he suggested was to send me a different brand of pads for the front. I told him that I did not want to have two different brands of pads on the automobile. He therefore was not authorized to send me a complete set of the front and rear pads of the same brand so, he was not able help me and transferred me back to customer service.

Here is the end result:
Customer service could not make any concessions so they sold me a different brand of front and rear pads at their going price which I paid $24 more than the original defective and incorrect pads that I ordered.

Bottom line:
AutoAnything.com made $24 in ADDITION to the original cost and I LOST two days of time and aggravation.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN and if YOU are smart you will not either!

Bad shopping experiance
I was looking for a truck bed roll-up cover, online chat with sales and get really quick response said Auto Anything have the model to fit my truck, I then placed my order, the second day they sent me an email said this product was manufacture discontinued? (was told me they have it in stock) on the email they said if I did not do anything within 24 hrs they will refund me.
Since I had a $50 discount for my original order so I try to find another brand from the web store to keep my discount. This time I tried to contact them via chat, but I keep waiting for more than 2 hrs until their office hour passed, and the chat room automatically closes without saying anything. Next time tried online chat and phone calls keeping waiting more than 2 hours with no answered. I email than request a refund and get no response.
The good thing is they do refund me after 3 days ( I checked my online statement and notice that by myself) still not get any email say the refund me already.
Very pool management for dong business!

DO NOT ORDER FROM MORRIS 4X4 OR AUTOANYTHING! Sort through newest reviews. All are the same. Long story short, ordered over $2600 of items over a month & half ago. Have received only $200 worth of stuff. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENCE! You can call to make a order & get an immediate answer, however if you need to check on a order your going to be on hold for over a hour. That's if you even get someone. Online support is also useless. I've dealt with Thaymar Sanchez, Patrick Turcar, & Thomas LABAU. ALL USELESS. Thomas is the only one somewhat helpful but to no avail. Morris 4x4 is non functional as a business. Complete breakdown. Company should be ashamed how they're treating customers & STOP TAKING ORDERS. Pure embelzment. Auto Anything clearly state they do not charge until items are shipped, but charge immediately. They then try & get things dropped shipped & blame the manufacturer vs accepting responsibility & taking appropriate actions. They'll tell you a guaranteed shipping date then nothing will happen. The online system to check status of your order is not functional also. It's stated my order is shipped & complete over a month ago. Still haven't received. Morris 4x4 was bought by autoanything. Autoanything has been involved in this order & aware of what's going on. Therefore I'm considering them the same. I will never order from Morris or autoanything EVER. This has been the worst online company I have ever dealt with. They can't blame covid, other manufacturers, or high call volumes. That's just making excuses. All other companies I've been dealing with have been able to function & communicate appropriately. There's a complete break down with Morris 4x4 & autoanything is letting it happen. STOP TAKING ORDERS. You're affecting people's lives & finances. EMBELZMENT. 3

Scam and fraud
This company is a scam and a fraud. Theye have stolen my money and will not give me a status update on my product. I purchased front and back row seat covers Jan 8 with a ship date of Jan 20-24. I received a revised ship date on Jan 24 of Feb 14. On Jan 28 the product was shipped and delivers Feb 3. Only the front row was delivered. I called customer service who spoke with the manufacturer coverking that stated Auto Anything did not receive the backrow order. The order was resent and I was to be emailed of the status. No email. Called on Feb 10 to check status and was told ship by Feb 17. No shipment. Called on Feb 28 to check status and the mailing label was created but not sent and the manufacturer didn't know why. Customer service was suppose to check and email me next morning, never did. Called Mar 1 and the customer service rep couldn't get through to manufacturer so they were going to call me back once they got an answer. Never called. I called Mar 2 and was on hold for an hour only to be told that the customer service rep still couldn't get through to manufacturer, coverking. I spoke with supervisor who said that I could not return front row as the product had been put on my car and she could not provide a ship date. Do not ever purchase from this company.

I purchased a light kit from www.autoanything.com which...
I purchased a light kit from www.autoanything.com which is supplied to them by PlasmaGlow 1325 N. Melba Ct. Gilbert, AZ 85233. The light kit carried a 12 month warranty, and after it was purchased and installed (professionally), it lasted just 30 days after installation. The individual LED's started to burn out after the first 30 days. I contacted www.autoanything.com and Auto Anything did nothing about replacing the defective light kit. They were sent pictures showing the burnt out LED's. They did nothing to issue an "RA", nothing. I contacted PlasmaGlow and they issued me an "RA". But here's the catch, they wanted me to remove the light kit without damaging same, as it would void their warranty (12 months) and return to them for inspection. The light kit consists of two thin film strips, containg LED filaments which illiminate, and which are attached to the hedlight housings of the vehicle with an attached adhesive, manufactured by 3-M and as 3-M states, this is a permanent adhesive. Well, to remove these strips is impossible without damaging them in some way, therefore damaging the product and thus voiding the warranty. This warranty is therefore a non-warranty due to the impossibility of remeoving these film strips from the headlight housing. To better describe these lights, they prodice an Audi headlight like image when on. I sent pictures of the failed head lights, but all to no avail. There are not a lot of dollars involved here, it is however the principle of the thing, and the warranty that really is not a warranty. These items were to be covered by a 12 month warranty, but the warranty is imposssible to comply with. Therefore there is a non-warranty at play here, which I belieive may be illegial, under any common sense warranty plan and consumer protection issue. So, as a result to my experience, I suggest to anyone and everyone reading this, do not purchase anything from either www.autoanything.com or plasmaglow.com if you expect an intelligent and workable warranty. I am also reporting this to the Attorney Generals Office, Div. Of Consumer Protection.

Will be going elsewhere for my car needs after years of loyalty.
Little background. I've been purchasing brakes and rotors from Autoanything for years now, through 2 different cars. I purchase the same Brake and Rotors (EBC), and these have always been great for me, and have always done me well... Well, until now.

I purchased Rear and Front Brake and Rotor set for my vehicle. In under 5 months, the Front rotors have failed (purchased in mid to late April). Disappointed and pissed (but i understand things happen), I reached out to Auto Anything letting them know what happen. This is the conversation. Notice how "Noah", the person I chatted with, if you want to call it that, brushed me along and CLOSED the Chat session proactively. He pasted prescripted "jargon" in the chat window, and closed it preemptively. I had no chance to respond. He was not interested in a response, but wanted to make sure he got his "jargon" in, as if we were having a conversation. But his verbiage went into the windows quick, and then it was closed. Well Noah, I've saved the session so you can't deny it, and Auto Anything you loss me as a customer after several years of shopping at your establishment. Here is the convo:

I purchased EBC Red Brakes and Rotors (Front), and in less then 5 months the Rotors are warped! I've been a Auto Anything customer for some time now, and I buy exclusively Red EBC Brakes and Rotor for my vehicle. I am beyond disappointed, in Rotors failing this quickly. In fact, this is the first time I have ever had a pair of rotors "warp". Rotors were installed properly, as Auto Anything did not fail immediately, they are dead now. Please advise on this matter. Not at all satisfied with this, and I would appreciate answers. Thank You.

I had a very positive experience with AutoAnything
I had a very positive experience with AutoAnything. I ordered a front and rear sway bar in two separate orders on a Tuesday and received one sway bar Saturday. However, the other wont be here until Tuesday... so I am not sure why there is such a big difference in delivery time when Auto Anything were ordered the same day.

I also enjoyed the discount I got on my first purchase! With that being said, the product I bought also qualified for a mail in rebate to the manufacture of the product so I called their customer support to make sure that they products they ship out come in the factory box so I could get the UPC code.

I am very happy/impressed with my purchase so far! If I come across any problems for the 2nd half of my order I will report back.

UPDATE* I ordered the other product a couple weeks after the first and had the same great experience! I didn't have any issues with the mail in rebates either. Satisfied!:)

4 months delivery delay and then they cancel due to part discontinued
I ordered a rear bumper for my FJ Cruiser back in 10/14/2019 Part # 57-0403(Order #20855533), part got super delayed and decided to cancel as it was delayed for almost two months and a week over their promised shipping date. I ordered another bumper Part #: FJ-2961 (Order# 73706374) as Auto Anything advertised this "WILL ALLOW FOR TC 5293 SWING ARM" but as I verified with the Manufacturer, this is not so. The TC5293 only will work with the TC-2961 (for a Tacoma truck) so I cancelled. I decided to revert back and ordered the first bumper FJ-2961 (Order# 73707578) 12/02/2019 and I told them I'm willing to wait. They promised a January 2020 delivery, then later on communicated that the vendor is encountering a delay and will ship it 3/5/2020. That day came and I chatted with a Customer Service agent ( I have copies of the Chat manuscript) and promised me it is shipping that day. I called Customer Service the next day 3/6/2020 to get an update, and told me the part was discontinued.
This delayed my project for almost half a year (October 2019 to March 2020) and they have already charged my credit card upon order.
I will never ever order from this site again due to this frustrating experience.
I have all the proof (Check all the Order #s) and Chat proceedings. First time I saw their BBB rating and wondered how in spite of so many bad reviews they still maintain their A+ rating.

For the third time in approx
For the third time in approx. 6 years I ordered new Lloyd Ultimate car mats for our two Audi's TT and A4... both convertibles. Mats arrived and everything fitted except the passenger side TT mat. The clip that holds it in place was fixed/riveted to the mat in the wrong location and it would not fit no matter what I did. $140 mats that don't fit!. Call them and Auto Anything say "they are a custom order made just to fit the car so you cant get them exchanged" that I understand if the fault is mine (like ordering for the wrong car etc.) however he confirmed that I ordered the right mats for the car but as there was a manufacturing error that still was not covered as Lloyds have a no return product. In the end I had to pay again to get the mats I needed albeit at a discount price... but hey why should I the customer pay for a Manufacturers mistake! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE OPERATING A SCAM BUSINESS WITH ILLIGAL PRACTICES. ALSO AVOID LLOYDS MATS AS THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS EITHER. EVEN THOUGH THE MATS COME WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRENTY ATTACHED TO THE MATS! I now have a set of mats that cost5 me $140 that do not fit our car neither do they fit any other car.

I can say I haven't had to bad of experiences buying items on line... until I dabbled with AutoAnything.
Website looks good but here's my story. Placed order for a trailer hitch one evening, 10 minutes later I realized I ordered the wrong style, so I received a cancellation noticed that night. The next day, I received an email saying sorry, the hitch had been shipped, simply call this phone # to get easy return instructions.
The next day, I received hitch on my door step, NOT IN A BOX! No mounting hardware!

I called the next day, after waiting a half hour to talk to someone, I got no where. The operator was very soft spoken, in a VERY noisy room. Claims he sent me an email with the return labels and mumbled something about a stocking fee. I'm still waiting for the email. I called my credit card company to cancel payment and Auto Anything were very helpful.

HORSE $#*! BUSINESS
$#*! these $#*!s! I purchased rims for my truck and prior too had a convo with the parts rep as he was promising me that everything would be great and would work fine. First off the $#*! showed up 2 weeks late. The rim was very nice indeed. However the factory tpms sensor would not fit on them like he said Auto Anything would. The $160 wheel lug install kit that he told me would fit the rim do not. The nuts are too long and barely fit inside of the holes. They actually scored the bottom of the lug hole. Also they stick out so far the center cap won't fit on the rim due to clearance issues. So i called them up expressing this and they try and sell me lug nuts that will fit. ARE YOU $#*!ING KIDDING ME! Not only do they try and sell me more $#*! but they will not take the $#*! back and or refund me anything. After their own guy told me all the $#*! works. I even screen shotted it and sent them the convo. Never again will I purchase anything from them I suggest everyone avoids this $#*! hole company.

Take responsibility for inaccurate information which cost your customer more $$$$
I purchased an INNO ski rack for my Equinox, not realizing my factory rack would not be able to accommodate it. So I asked a customer representative at autoanything.com to see what I needed to get my ski rack installed. Auto Anything had me purchase a $280 roof rack. Because it was the end of the ski season, I kept the ski rack in the box until this season. Finally getting enough snow I decided to install the ski rack yesterday. Come to find out, it does NOT fit the rack they had me purchase. I contacted autoanything.com and they refused to exchange the brand new, in the box, ski rack for one that would actually fit the $280 rack. I do realize it is outside (well outside) of the 30 day policy, which is why I am not requesting a refund, just simply wanting to exchange it for one that will fit as I was assured by their customer rep that it would. Not taking responsibility for inaccurate information and having a customer purchase more items for nothing is not ok by me. I will take my business elsewhere as there are many auto parts/accessory dealers out there.

Do not do business with AutoAnything!
Do not purchase anything from this Internet Company. Auto Anything just transport from one company to another and hide behind "they don't manufacture anything". You have 30 days. I purchased a tent ahead of time because of all of the negative reviews stating that there were missing parts. I used it this weekend (43 days after receipt) and it is either defective or not good quality, pieces were coming off while putting it together and generally concerned me that it would not withstand multiple uses. I called for instructions to return and was quickly told 30 days no exceptions, over and over. They don't care if it is defective, they don't care about your opinion; they don't have space to return anything. Upon requesting a supervisor, the long wait is for the rep to come back and say go online and state your concern. After I insisted on speaking to a supervisor I received a sarcastic supervisor that is not interested in helping with a return only to tell you rules are rules. Oh and mock the reviews that are online, very unprofessional. I didn’t realize that a company would not stand behind a product that they sold. The 30 day return is for an unused product so regardless you get what you get, no exceptions.

A week to "assemble" my headlight bulb order?
I'd like to start off by mentioned that the individual that helped me on their chat feature was SO nice and helpful, but the service I got after my order made it clear that I NEVER EVER need to order from this company again.

I ordered (2) replacement bulbs for my Kia Optima Hybrid and chose the overnight shipping selection - since my headlight was out, I wanted to get them as soon as possible. After 3 days, I e-mailed them and asked about the overnight shipping and was told:

"Our expedited shipping options only affect the delivery speed of the order, and not the time it takes to process and complete your order. Processing time can vary for each item, as many of the products that we sell are custom-made or assembled to order, and in some instances may take weeks to complete."

While I understand that - they're bulbs. Not custom-made. And hopefully they're not assembling my bulbs to order. The e-mail stated the estimated shipping date is 4 to 6 days from now. I understand retail and I understand inventory, but cannot fathom why it would take 7 to 9 days for bulbs to leave a warehouse.

Company without seriousness or profesional ethics
Good morning, it is very likely that this email will not matter to you or pay much attention to you because I am a simple client, simply a small client that may not mean anything to you, but it seems to me very bad company policy sell under deception, what do you do, Auto Anything sold me a part for a truck which I ordered and paid an additional $ 50, for Express shipping that I should receive in 2 days. Then you informed me that this was 2 days after the order was in the United States, ok, it has been more than a week since it arrived in the United States and I still have not received the order from Fedex. Today call FedEx and they will They informed that this comes by normal shipping that you never paid additional for that order to be FedEx Express or anything like that, so I repeat, it is a deceit policy with which you sell and it seems to me that at least I must make the claim, Although I am sure that you will not pay attention. Thank you.

Horrible
I purchased a set of floor liners about a month ago, the estimated shipping time was roughly 3 days. After the 3 days the item had stills not shown as shipped, but I decided to wait until Monday to see if Auto Anything would, but they had yet to ship. I contacted the customer support to ask them when it would ship, and that's when they told me about the delay and it should ship the next day. Well Tuesday came, and still no indication that it had been shipped, I once again contacted them to see when it would be shipped, and I got the same response. I decided to look elsewhere for the item since I needed them by that week. After I found some for a better price, I cancelled my order. The next day I get a notification that they have been shipped. Of course by then it's too late and I no longer want them. I get in contact with customer support to let them know this issue, and ask if they could send me a return label so I could ship back the item when it arrives and get a refund. I was told they were unable to do that, and i would have to wait until I got the item to request it. So I waited until Saturday, which was the estimated time that the item was to arrive. This entire time I keep trying to track the item but all it says is that the label was created. Needless to say I never received the item, and I'm still waiting on a refund. I already contacted customer support, which I should mention I'm only able to do so through live chat because their phone line keeps saying they're closed. Customer support says that the refund has been "processed" and it's going to take 5 business days to show on my paypal. It's past the 5 days and still nothing, luckily I already made a claim through Paypal to get my money back. Never will I shop at this website again, worst business I've ever dealt with. Please save your money and shop anywhere else but here!

Return Policy was a painful and unfair process
I have attached the conversation I had with AutoAnything Chat below. I did request a chat transcript but it was never send. The first amount of my return was LESS than half of what I paid and did not include a refund the taxes I paid on the item. My bill was $359.50 and the amount of the refund was $176.65. Throughout the conversation, the restocking fee was $16.28 but at the end of the conversation, I was refunded $67 for the restocking fee. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

ME: Even with the numbers you provided, the refund would be $215.99

Danelle: The total amount we have received is $359.50 and then the total fees is $195.06 after tax. That is the reason why the refund amount is $176.65. On my calcualtion, it should be $164.44 given the fees but $176.65 is the amount that is showing on the order.
I am still checking what I can do further, Nikki. Please bear with me

ME: OK thank you. I would like more details on the fees.

ME: The cover in my husband's truck will not work with that tool box. It is a hard cover that does not open from the back of the bed

Six weeks and my order still hasn't shipped!
I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered Firestone airbags for towing our travel trailer behind our 2017 Pathfinder a month ago. Auto Anything still haven't shipped. They emailed me letting me know they were out of stock but they still show in stock on their website with quick delivery. COVID is not an excuse. If you know shipping is delayed, change your website! Can't believe my order still hasn't shipped a month later. The trip I needed these parts for has come and gone. Please do not comment back that this is all due to COVID

Edit: Since writing this review my order has been delayed two more times. That's 4 times in 6 weeks they have revised my shipping date! A rep from Autoanything emailed me an apology along with a $30 gift card. I Let her know that it still shows that it will ship within 2-4 days which she said she fixed but still has not. I've requested a cancellation and will order from eTrailer.com.

No customer service
I ordered side steps for a Silverado. When Auto Anything arrived driver side was dinged so I called their customer service which sent me a link to a rep to send pics... which I did. They have never answered the emails nor returned calls. Called the manufacturer of the product (Raptor) and no questions asked 30 minutes later the sent me a tracking number to the replacement part. Kudo's to Raptor but will NEVER deal with autoanything again and I have spent a good deal of money there thru the years. Update: 40 days after this review the original customer service person that had requested pictures sends me an email saying "we contacted the manufacturer and they stated the problem has been resolved is there anything else we can help you with?) well ummm err hell no I took care of it with the manufacturer you did absolutely nothing. Will still not EVER shop there again

I ordered seat covers for my daughters Jeep Wrangler. First of all the blue color on the website does not match the color I received so I sent the originals back and had to pay the shipping cost. Auto Anything said I could exchange them but they ended up charging my credit card twice. I ordered a different color and received the rear seat only. They keep pushing my shipment date back because they say these are custom made. Hello! I already received the rear seat, why does it take a month longer to make the fronts? This was a Christmas present my daughter and I won't get them till January 20th unless they push the shipping date back again. Their answer to my frustration is " well we can cancel the order for you sir". Who wants just the rear seat covers! I guess I can send them back too and pay shipping costs so I will be out about 40.00 with nothing to show. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else STAY AWAY! YOU WILL BE SORRY
