I ordered one jacket from this site. Banggood IN took approx on month for delivery this order to me. And when I open the order then I got XL size jacket and color also different & cloth martial like(floor cleaner cloth more then this) when I contact with bang good for size. They said your M size in my country XL size W T F!(BC who let me know about this) there is one option size conversation please when you purchase any cloth material ETC. please look at there. I spend Rs. 2373 for this s h I t jacket. I have send so many mail to bang good but they said in every mail(Please note that you should place your order in US size, however the tags inside the items will show in Asian size.)

Now what I do with this jacket please let me know.

Very nice online shop! The prices are really interesting, but sometimes the picture doesn't match with what is ordered. In this case, don't panic, just signalise it to the customer service Banggood IN will answer you in the next 24h and easily help you to find a solution.

I had a battery problem with my fimi x8se 2020 and I contact with fimi support. Banggood IN told me to buy a new battery. Then I contact with banggood support and within two they solved my problem by sending me a new battery.

Have used them for the last 6 months. Yes there is a lot of cr@p being sold and there is a lot of great stuff too which outweighs the junk. Ive had a couple of issues of items very badly packaged from sellers. Banggood have been great resolving these issues. Banggood IN seem to be a platform for others to sell via! The prices of Banggood are good and shipping is their great strength. Their established shipping channels make shipping from China reliably fast. I received all my products pretty much within a maximum of two weeks. Two weeks shipping on Aliexpress is usually a miracle for comparison.
Customer service is great too. Banggood IN are helpful and when none of the support worked they offered me a refund.

I had a problem with a damaged package, my pendrive crushed during shipping, i wrote to the support on banggood, Banggood IN replied fast, and offerd me a refound immediately, i wanted a resend insted, and they sended it.
I brought a lot of thing from them, and i always had a good experience, what they can improve, is the before buying support.

I e mailed Banggood to advise on my un satisfaction with the device I bought. Their response was swift asking me to elaborate on my complaint and I did. Their immediate response was to refund me for the purchase without even asking to send back the item. Thank you Banggood. Fair trading organization.

I can honestly write that I bought goods - a charger, for Baggood brand Hota. The thing didn't work from the first turn on, so I turned to Bangood with a complaint. I negotiated with Jeremy Lee here and I can write that his approach was very professional. Complaints were settled within a few days, despite the 12-hour time shift, to my full satisfaction. Excellent customer service, very quick and friendly.

After the prompt delivery of my order, the product (MP5 carplayer) was not working after 2 monthes. So I contacted the after-sales service by chat who asked me to wait while Banggood IN contacted my seller. Banggood after-sales service offered me a resend of my defective product which I accepted. I bought a rc sound module that did not work properly. After writing a mail to Banggood I got a fast respond and Banggood IN solved the problem by sending a new item.
I have been customer since time ago and will continue as the service is so good as now.

Its a wrost app ever i had seen and also customer service is most horrible to a customer. Because i have ordered something from Banggood. But still 90 days passed and i have not received the materials and when i tried to get refund after 60 days Banggood IN asked that Refund policy extended more 30 days due to lockdown. I have to contact after 90 days then they will process refund or resend. But while i have contacted after 90 days (as per customer service representative) they replied that again 20 days i have to wait. Its our fault that we trust to to them but they are not to trust. So please beaware from purchase anything from Banggood and trust them. Because there have no scope to rely them.

I purchased a 1080p Webcam which unfortunately had a fault with the microphone. After submitting the relevant information about the problem Banggood immediately refunded the full amount for the product. Banggood IN were incredibly patient, courteous and sorry for the inconvenience. I have more than 50 orders on bangggod and not a single significant problem ever come up. Yes, there were problem with stock, or missing items but every single one of them was sorted out by the post-purchase team.
I can say i'm fully satisfied. You can find everything you want with affordable prices and good shipping methods

When after three months I had not received the shipment of the phone I was worried.
However, contacting them almost immediately, Banggood IN sent me a new one.
Unfortunately for me, however, the device was damaged.
But again with courtesy and responsibility gave me a refund of all my money.

I have ordered nearly 100 times from Banggood (Chinese and European warehouse). Delivery time mostly was OK, so was quality of delivered goods.
In both cases you need to have realistic expectations. I take 4 weeks delivery from China as normal and do not expect the same quality from a package of 10 ball bearings for 4€ compared to a single German one for the same price. But it is my decission to order either one according to my requirement.
In case of wrong delivered parts or quality problems Banggood always offered a satisfying solution by either re-sending the item or a refund of the money.
Paperwork for customs purposes could be improved (I had to pick up my goods 3 times at the customs)

During the last year I made many purchases in Banggood.
There are some advantages over other sites:
1. Banggood IN have quite fast shipping - less than 20 days in most cases.
2. There is only one "father and mother" you have to deal with - not many sellers as in AE.
3. There are many available coupons, which makes the purchase even more attractive.
3. The customer service is great - they refunded me more than 50$ (full refund) on an order with a defect. No need to send them the product - just sent them a quick video and that's it.

Quick and friendly response. Although the product does not work (drone eachineEx4) due to a manufacturing defect Banggood IN refunded a large part of my money because in my country it is very expensive to return the package to China, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I bought tyro 79 during banggood event. It take about 9 days shippment until arrived at me. It a good servece. But unfotunatly after assembly my tyro 79 it seem problem with vtx. I bought a mobile phone from there which unfortunatelly i had to return. I contact them and Banggood IN immidiately told me that they will refund me! I send back the mobile phone and the next day i had the money back in my account!
The communication was excellent and they always replied my emails on time!

I have orderered numerouse product from Banggood and have very good experiance shoping for good staff found on this site. There were unfortunat situation that product I purchased arrived somhwat damaged but after contacting customer support Banggood IN gladly provided refund.

I have received a tablet with 2 problems on the screen. Some pixels do not work as Banggood IN should and one pixel does not work at all (always white). Since, I do not want a new tablet, because I can't wait for it considering that it's a present for Christmas, then I have requested a partial refund.
They have told to me to take pictures of the issues and the labels of the tablet and one video. Once done they did the procedure and after 1/2 days, I have received the money. All perfect as it should be. I will continue to buy from banggood.

I had almost 30 orders from Banggood until now and so far I had no negative experience. I had 3 claims, one was damaged goods during transport and two were product not working as expected or not working at all. All 3 claims have been resolved and i received a full refund, so I am very satisfied with the service. The only negative comment would be that sometimes customer service is slow to respond, so it can take a bit longer (1-2 weeks) to resolve a claim, but the rest of their service is very good.

I bought it for the first time at Banggood and my product came defective, I sent an email containing videos and images of the problem, and Banggood IN answered me quickly, solving my problem in 2 days. I am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely buy from them again.
