Banggood IN

I order a lot from China and among my favorite websites is banggood.com.
What I can say about them is that Banggood IN are trustworthy and they have a great customer service, even though sometimes you need to explain something twice. However, they always deliver what they promise and help you when in need. Also, one important thing is the fact that I never lose money because of them or a package not being delivered.
I really recomand and appreciate their support!

I've joined the FPV racing hobby about 3 years ago and since I'm from the EU it was hard to order components since lots of the popular products get made in the USA. Since Banggood had the products I was interested in (and the shipping wasn't all too long either) it's what I went for.

Fast forward to now and I've made about 60 orders on Banggood (probably a lot more than I'd like to admit). I only had problems with shipping once (the order didn't get delivered) but that issue was fixed within a day with the customer support. Almost all orders I've placed get delivered in about 2 to 3 weeks (that isn't too long compared to other similar stores).

As for quality issues, it rarely happens that a product has been delivered with some issues in it. This probably happened to me about 3 times but quickly got resolved with a refund/resend (no questions asked). It really surprised me that it would go that easily but I suppose that if you can show that the product is damaged (not caused by the user) Banggood IN really want to help. Each time this has happened it's been solved in about a day with one email.

Long story short: I really like the website and the service is superb (atleast for me). I would definitely recommend ordering from Banggood, especially if you're in a position I was in.

IV been dealing with banggood for a few years now. It's the only place I buy my race quad and fpv gear I can say my race quad stuff has never left me desiring more always happy but a couple times IV received cameras that didn't work I can only imagine it's due to rough shiping. Banggood IN never gave me a second of trouble about replacing the item and were always quick about responding to my emails normally within a few hours.

Ordered different products, delivered on time with fair packaging. Good tracking and comms while waiting for the products. I had a issue with one of them and got immediate refund on paypal. Fair, quick and transparent comms with the aftersales service.

After an online transaction from banggood especially blitzwolf headphones the delivery came to my country and i opened them. A problem occured after the first charging. I communicated with the very helpfull banggood team and refunded me too soon. I am very pleasant to them and i will order again many gifts for christmas.

My kids enjoy aircrafts. Banggood has many great options. Considering the pandemic & overwhelming of orders we did have a delay for arrival, yet item did arrived. Unfortunately, the aircraft had some technical problems & Banggood's Customers Service easily came to a resolution & provided fast response for service. Thank you! SG

First time purchasing from Banggood and promptly received my quadcopter from their US warehouse. One of the motors was not working and contacted their customer service. Received a reply overnight. Banggood IN suggested for me to test the motor to see if that was the issue and could have been the ESC. Turned out to be the motor and they were going to send me one but decided to buy a set of 4 from their site for future. Asked if they could credit one of the motor from the purchase. Received a reply overnight confirming credit. They have good selections and happy with their resolution and willingness to work with their customer. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied! I ordered in the middle of December but input incorrect address - received email on the next day. Life chat with operator to correct it and on the next day my order was shipped. International shipping received in 8 calendar days - for my pleasant surprise before Christmas, although the estimated delivery date was 26.Dec. Regretfully my item didn't work. But the service was perfect - very fast reaction and full refund on the next day! Excellent work! Recommend!

After the prompt delivery of my order, the product was not working. So I contacted the after-sales service by email who asked me to wait while Banggood IN contacted my seller. Having no response from my seller, Banggood after-sales service offered me a refund for my defective product which I accepted. This morning the refund was effective on my account. I ordered a Tablet with keyboard at the banggood online-shop. When the package arrived I noticed, that the Keyboard is missing. After I have contacted the customer service, Banggood IN refunded me a part of the paid money.
The contact to the customer service war very helpful and I can only recommend it to you.

The product arrived when promised, exactly 15 business days.
However arrived with some banged up parts.
I contacted CS (Jeremy) and within 24 hours Banggood IN were working on issue.
I asked if they could send the replacements parts They offered to send a replacement and I think that is the important thing. I hope the new one comes intact. I will keep you posted

Great service; I must say that I was skeptical in bangood's after-sales service; But now I have to change my mind as I had some problems during the purchases with the goods, but now after the necessary contacts, everything was fixed by the good Jeremy Lee, which has found the acceptable solutions, and this means that I can continue to buy safely without fear, because I feel guaranteed and this is a good commercial policy that other sellers like AliExpress and Wish who want to compete should also adopt to bangood? But cmq I am happy on bangood and as long as I feel guaranteed I will not be able to change my trusted shop...

I have been dealing with Banggood for many years and have purchased dozens of different products. Online buying can be difficult since I can only see pictures of the product, however good communication through written description and messaging has lead to me receiving my products as ordered and in good condition most of the time. Recently a Drone was delivered with a small defect that didn't allow for the clip on one side of the battery to lock into place, I sent a customer service message and Banggood IN offered to credit my account an amount that allowed me to purchase another battery, I still have the battery with the broken clip and if need be I can tape it into the closed position. As you can see in the photo the battery on the right the clip doesn't return to the locked position. This style and level of customer service is what I have come to expect from Banggood and is why I have been buying products from the so long. I recommend Banggood for your online shopping.

I would like to think that I have ordered many things from Banggood over the last few years. I have always received what I thought I was ordering, for the most part, and when something happens like a product becomes out-of-stock or something, the company is quick in resolving the issue, generally to my satisfaction, fair, at least. In a recent order, one of the products was damaged upon receipt. I advised Banggood and Banggood IN quickly resolved the issue. So my review is to say that I think that what I receive is good value and if there is a problem then I am confident that the company will quickly resolve the issue.

I had a problem on an item I bought on Banggood and the service helped me to find a solution.
When a quality issue was discovered that could not be resolved, I was offered to return the product.
I returned the product by the post office and I was fully refunded.

I have made more than one purchase on Bangood, and have had the opportunity to experience different types of shipping, one of my packages was also lost by the shipper... Bangood customer service was always helpful and kind, despite my understandable apprehension.
My lost parcel has been refunded and sent back.
Bangood's only flaw is the lack of a warehouse in my country (Italy) but I am sure that the more it grows, the easier it will be that one day there will be a warehouse here.

I order a lot of goods from Chinese stores. The last shipment of android Xiaomi Mi tv L65M5 from Banggood did not come out as I imagined. The goods came damaged. After reporting the problem to customer service, I was immediately offered a solution. I chose to return the full amount due to the temporary unavailability of goods in the EU. The money was sent back to the account on the same day. I am very satisfied with the after-sales service. The only thing I don't understand is their transport with the German DPD. Goods ordered in a cz warehouse travel all over Germany, back to the Czech Republic perhaps through 5 transhipments.

I bought an Anbernic rg350m from banggood b/c Banggood IN had the cheapest prices on the internet. Knew nothing about them.

Product came on time, and after a few days had some screen issues (as I've seen online, nothing banggood caused, IMO). I told them I wanted it replaced, they offered a full refund, done and done. Money came back to my account faster than estimated.

Customer service was spot on, replying daily (likely from China, so time delay and all) and did a great polite job.
